What was the wronge this time? Good question!! THE ORDER WAS NOT FULFILLED ON TIME !! Full charge you 24 hours delivery ( and I order on time, not late ), and even a day later, your birthday friend, probably won't receive the withered flowers. I am very very disappointed!!!

They just don’t care,shame

Ok,my son ordered what was supposed to be a beautiful bunch of roses with a couple of Lillie’s. they didn’t arrive on the day he ordered them,he contacted prestige and they told him they had been sent to Skegness by mistake,I live in Cambridge but apparently in the small print he was told that it can take up to three days anyway. What’s the point of ordering for next day delivery if this is not available?they finally arrived on the Thursday at 3.00 but were ordered on the Monday Guess what,all the foliage was curling the roses are going brown at the base and the Lillie’s look like they’ve had the life sucked out of themthere was not one drop of water in the baseso disappointed for my son as it was a surprise for me for a serious date had them now for a day they are not opening up and look worse than garage forecourt flowers. No point in complaining to them as my son already tried that when they hadn’t been delivered they just had a bad attitudeso would DEFINITELY would not recommend

Im in America and the website is easy…

Im in America and the website is easy to use. It makes it easy to order gifts for my family in England. Only drawback is I can not order 2 of the side gifts such as cookies, wine, or teddy bears. It would be nice to see those side items available to add to orders in any quantity. I wanted 2 bears this time for my grandbabies but ended up not getting any at all because I could not order 2 bears.

no such thing as the 100% satisfaction guarantee claimed

Used a couple of times with no issue, but then received an appalling bouquet for my mum's birthday which was embarrassing. They offer 100% satisfaction so I sent pictures and received an offer of £10 back on the £30 purchase price as credit for future use. I emailed back and they then said they never made that offer and they had now decided the flowers were ok and I should leave them for 3 days to look better. It wasn't my mum's birthday in 3 days.....Basically said I was lying and had to send them the email they sent me offering it. They said it was then an error and they shouldn't have offered the credit. so much for the 100% satisfaction I purchased a £4 bunch from Aldi that was 10 time better than the rubbish they sent
