Very disappointing. Ordered what looked like a lovely arrangement for my wife but when they arrived with Royal Mail in a cardboard box they had no wow factor whatsoever. They struggled to come to life and after four days had pretty well had it. Were as the bouquet I bought at Marks & Spencer last month lasted well over 3 weeks and was twice as vibrant for the same price. Won't be using Prestige again!

Straightforward ordering until I got to the payment section. Could only pay if I had a account with Prestige Flowers or used social media to login. Annoying as I couldn’t remember my social media password. Just being able to pay without jumping through hoops would be helpful. Not sure on delivery as I have only just ordered.

Total Waste of money. Purchased a medium size bunch as I wanted to get a fuller bunch for a friend. £40 later and they are very small, around half if not less of the size of the plastic bouquet wrapping, they look like a £10-15 bunch - nothing like the photo. I’ve sent photos over and the florist manager has said there is no issue with the bunch as the buds have not opened yet. (Only 1 Lilly stem in a medium bunch). I wish I went to Morrisons or my local florist I would have had a better much there that was worth the cost.

Easy to use and very good value

This was the easiest flower order I have made, with so many beautiful options to choose from, I especially liked the colour options button as this is the way I like to select my flower gifts. It helps me with the mood and vibe I want.

The website is very easy to use and navigate. It very clear and easy too read. Also lots of options and excellent delivery service and dates. Amazing company.

Good choice of flowers and prices. Rather too many offers of extras now compared to last time I used this site. Appreciate it is Valentine time but these were not for this occasion, so distracting a bit. Easy access to recipient's details which on many sites is hard to find IMPORTANT BIT IS TO COME Will they get there in time and will they be attractive !!

The only reason I have given this 1 star is because I couldn't leave a 0, save you your money as you will get better flowers at the he local petrol station,
