Order gone wrong but sorted very quick

My flowers came for my mum who was grieving a death, the flower came a little floppy dieing I contacted them and they replied very quick and send a fresh bunch of flowers I use prestige flowers every year following and anniversary and never had a problem before 100% recommended

Used about 5 times now like in Devon and girlfriend in Isle of Man always great looking flowers and last a good few weeks I would say great great service fast and the extra gives , wine , chocolate seem to all way get you I. Ten good books will continue to use thank you

Worst flower delivery company ever!

Worst flower delivery company ever!! Needed flowers to be delivered on the next day. I discounted flower delivery companies that showed me a day later delivery times during the ordering process. Although it was early evening when I put a delivery postcode on Prestige Flowers website, it still showed me next day as a delivery day. It was essential that my friend got her flowers on that particular day because she was going away the next morning for two days and nobody was home to accept the delivery. Only a few hours after I had placed my order, I received an email from the Royal Mail informing me that the flowers were going to be delivered a day later than indicated in my order. My friend was not going to be at home so I had to ask another friend to wait for the flower delivery on that day. Of course the surprise was no longer there because I had to explain the situation to my friend, ask her to leave her keys to our other friend who agreed to drive 40 miles from her house just to accept that delivery. Guess what, the flowers didn’t arrive on that day. They arrived 48 hours later… Customer service was very quick to respond. Actually I was quite impressed at first until I realised that they were doing cut & paste pre written apologies and T&Cs. They must be doing that a lot. My mistake I didn’t check the reviews on Trustpilot. When I finally did I realised that out of 40 recent reviews, 29 were one star from frustrated and disappointed customers. The flowers arrived tired and didn’t last long. Will never use that company again.
