I had trouble paying as I was getting sent back to the home page. However the flowers looked very pretty and I am hoping my friend will like them too. I have used this site before and will do so again.

I arrived in the UK from NZ

I arrived in the UK from NZ, for a special birthday for my Mother. I was recommended your company by several friends and family members and not having lived in UK for 20+years, i took this as gold. Ordering online was a breeze, so far so good. Mums favorite flowers where available so again another positive. Order all set and message for card written, checkout was simple. The day of my Mother's birthday arrived and the flowers arrived, they were a little weepy but thought maybe just needed water. The following morning 30% of the flowers were already dying, the roses had started to turn brown, the bunch was hideous. I contacted the help line and provided the information and photos requested but heard nothing back. Few days later I reached out again and finally got a response from a wonderful customer service, Ellie. She was your saving Grace. From the moment Ellie became involved in the complaint everything became a smooth process to resolve. She replied in a timely manner, truly listening to my issues and got the outcome requested days prior. Ellie needs praise for the way she stepped up and handled this case matter. Thank you again Ellie

Great customer service- refunded me straight away with no issues and a polite message when I'd made a mistake! Would recommend.

Prestige? Anything but

I ordered flowers for a birthday one medium “roses and lilies” and one large “joyful” bouquet. “Prestige flowers” sent me the wrong sizes on both bouquets, they were much smaller. On top of that the flowers don’t look the same as they do online (false advertising). when I tried to resolve this with them over email and phone all I got was gaslit and empty sympathies. I was told “they’re just a bit dry, follow the care guidelines” and a £10 partial refund offer on what was an order of over £80. How disappointing. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

My mistake corrected by this company.

I placed an order but gave the wrong post code. After a lot effort put in by Ellie and her colleague this has been resolve. A new delivery is now enroute many thanks to those two people. This time to the correct post code.
