I stupidly gave the wrong address for…

I stupidly gave the wrong address for the delivery, but the customer service team were very quick to respond to my request to correct it and came back to me as soon as they were open for business. Very relieved! The flowers haven’t yet been delivered, but am hoping the quality will be as good as in previous orders.

Exceptional Service

Exceptional service, I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my best friend’s 60th Birthday. They arrived and her words were these are “out of this world” had her favourites in pink roses. I also has an enquiry and contacted Customer Services and Sarah was outstanding, responded very quickly and was super efficient. A First Class Service. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I’m so disappointed

I’m so disappointed, I paid £45 for a full bouquet but when they arrived, I was first disappointed with the quality, but then also the sparseness of the bouquet. I reached out to prestige via the online chat but they weren’t helpful and made some excuse about guests petals. They even pretended the florist manager looked at the photos I sent but how is it possible to receive a response within 30 seconds of sending the pictures? In future I’ll stick with Bloom & Wilde or M&S as their quality and customer service is far superior. Update: 2 days on and now most of the flowers have started to or have withered. I suspect they had started to lose their bloom before they were delivered. Prestige Flowers - these were meant as a present for someone recovering from cancer surgery and cost me £45 - no help from your customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
