The guy in Canada place was very rude and aggressive. I asked him if I could exchange 1000 HK notes to smaller notes as a lot of places in HK don’t accept them due to too many fake 1000 HK notes on market. He was shouting at me. You could refuse politely, but not shout at people.

The transaction is completed after 9 trading days and it costs £20.15. Their rate is fine. But I don't recommend the online transaction with ace-fx. It could be pricey and too long.

Used acefx a few times, always had great service - excellent rates, helpful staff

While the rate was good, I was not quite happy with the fact that the rate online was lower than when I came into collect my euros. Bearing in mind, this was in the span of 15 mins, and the in store rate was much higher, ~1.2 versus the ~1.16 I got. And when I asked at the counter about this, I did not even get a response that made sense. I was told they have a higher rate online to draw customers in which was clearly not the case and I felt like I was being tricked a little.

Not only did I obtain a better rate than anywhere else, they delivered to my home and the communication was second to none. These guys are trustworthy and make the transaction super easy

Best rate for Australian dollars I could find. Small delay as I ordered at the weekend but still with me in 3 days I had a call from a nice fellow, to clarify my address. Didn't manage to get through to him when I called but I was not very persistent.
