Haven’t received my order

Item has not arrived. Ordered on 24th August

My item has not arrived after a week and nobody is answering the customer service helpline to assist with my query. I did send an email which was answered promptly, however I would have preferred to speak to someone over the phone. The tracking link they provide for dpd is not helpful as it does not provide any useful information about the location, journey or expected delivery date of the parcel.

Ordered a car seat from TK as it was the best price I could find. I was in a rush for it and on contacting customer services the seat was dispatched and delivered very quickly. Great buying experience

Delivered as expected, great product and best price

The product is good, the price is as good. Delivery was poor. It is acknowledged that pandemic problems have caused issues but no warning was given and updates had to be requested rather than offerred

Received my order and delighted with the service received overall. I have read some other reviews complaining about wait times on items being dispatched. Although it was not dispatched right away, I have patience and saw that it can take 5 to 10 days. I would order from this company again.

Great price and product as described. Reasonable delivery time through reputable provider. Auto generated review requests prior to delivery is likely to result in consumers marking down products if they've not yet received them though.
