Still waiting for the delivery!

My parcel was suppose to arrive in the 19/08 it is now the 28/08 and still no delivery

I'm awaiting over 10 days for my order, and I still didn't receive any information about it.

Ordered a stroller a week and a half ago, said was due in early this week. I've chased again and no reply. If it had said delivery would take this long, i would have ordered elsewhere. Really hoping it turns up soon

Website had shown pram for sale and available but when I chased this up after days of waiting on a delivery update I was told the pram was discontinued and I had to wait 5 days for a refund. When I expressed my disappointment isn’t email was ignored.

I ordered Joie - Nitro Stroller- Laurel × 1 £60.00 Subtotal £60.00 Shipping £0.00 Taxes £10.00 Total £60.00 GBP on the 13th August and still not received my order the money was taken out of my bank but still no delivery I rang the shop and they were very helpful waiting for a delivery in store and they are ringing me on the 30th for an update

Placed an order over a week ago, it still has not been dispatched . Communication is very slow (takes a long time to get an answer or you get none whatsoever ). I can understand that delivery problems can be an issue at the moment, but better communication would be very much appreciated.
