Can someone get in contact with me in regard to my order please?! Purchased a Joie spin car seat on 01/12/2021 but yet to receive it! There is no tracking info from 03/12/2021 and my emails and voicemails (as no one answers the phone) are being ignored! In terms of your reply, I have emailed customer services and haven’t received a reply. Also the tracking has stopped but it appears DPD received the information for the parcel but not the actual parcel.

Communication was excellent with Tony Kealys - our house is a new build so we received a call to arrange correct delivery. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

What a fabulous company. I have not been into the store, but have spoken to them on the phone a few times and via email and they have been fantastic. Part of our order wasn't compatible properly with our pushchair and they were amazing. Refund was swift and they handled it all very professionally and politely.
