Awful customer service!!
What a terrible company to deal with, especially when you’ve had a baby and don’t have hours to spend hounding them! I pre-ordered a rocking chair for the arrival of my baby which was due to come in stock before his birth. Paid almost £300 in full upon purchase. Waited and waited for the chair to come in stock, every time the “due in” date came they would then add on another month to it’s arrival date. By the 6th month I couldn’t wait any longer so asked for my money back so I could purchase an alternative. We’re now over a month later and I’m still waiting for a refund! Every time I get in touch they say they’ll complete the refund that day and then do absolutely nothing!! With regards to their “pre-ordering” I think it’s a joke that they can keep hold of large amounts of peoples money with no real idea on when they can deliver the goods. Avoid this company, they will not deliver and then keep your money when you ask for a refund. They’ve had my money for that long now that I can’t even get a refund through PayPal so it may be a scam on their behalf to be able to keep people’s money without having to issue a refund?!
I ordered a high chair with a baby set
I ordered a high chair with a baby set, but I received two high chairs without a baby set. I emailed customer service to ask to organise the return of one of the high chairs and to send the baby set. However, I have not received any responses, so I called them and talk to one of the customer service people regarding the online purchase. The lady organised the return immediately and said that she will send the baby set as well. However, there has not been any update so far for almost two weeks. I called the shop again, but the online customer service person was not in place so I left a message to the person in the shop. She said that the online customer service person will contact me in 30 minutes, but I still didn't receive any phone or email after over 24 hours. I just stride to call, but no one picks the phone. There was even no simple word of apology when I speak to them about this in the first place. This is a terrible customer service
