We were preparing for the birth of our second daughter so we had a good idea of what we needed but Sarah and the team helped put together a tailored package for us. A few emails back and forth as we chopped and changed our minds and even though I’m sure we were being a pain at times Sarah always was happy to help! Even after we received our Tripp trapp chair and then decided we wanted a new colour that had just been launched Sarah organised everything and switching was no trouble. These guys have completely taken the stress away from shopping and returning and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you!
