I received a bouncer it was too upwards. So I contacted tony Kealey and they said I could return it and I will receive a full refund. I had the item posted back and i paid £20 Royal Mail. It’s nearly been a month and I have still not received a refund. I’ve emailed them many times and received no email back.

The product itself is fantastic but the service was poor. Spent over £70 and it took 12 days to receive. Tracking didnt work so I had to email them asking where it was.
