I found the incontinence shop website too difficult to deal with because you can never be sure if you can get the sale to go through but I had to abandon my attempt on the incontinence shop website and go through ebay and I found the ebay website easy.

I thought I had ordered online, but when I hadn't heard anything, I got back in touch and had to re-order. It could have been my fault, or I lost internet at the time of ordering. Once I re-ordered, all went well. Delivery was on the day promised and in good condition. Many thanks.
