Robert Read Notice on Doors followed instruction First Class

I've been shopping with this company for quite a while now, even have a subscription, they always deliver the correct product. If a problem occurs they always try to resolve it.

The product was received, with no damage. The delivery service was very good. When I received the items, I was very pleased, as the items were just what I required. They are doing their job.

I would think twice about using the Incontinence Shop. I placed my order and the delivery time seemed reasonable. However when I didn't receive my order I contacted the shop. I then had to chase it up before they instigated finding out what had happened to my order. I was eventually told my order was delivered to a neighbour, though I had requested no deliveries to neighbours . My neighbour who is not answering the door has my order. I then contacted the shop to explain I have tied many times to get my order and I would like a refund, to which they refused. They take no responsibility to delivering to my neighbour and not myself. We know have to instigate legal process to recover our money. Never deal with a shop who doesn't take ownership for its own fault and will take your money for goods not received.

really ideal size so easy for my disabled mum to just lift her bottom up in the middle of the night rather than trying to get her up and take her to the toilet

The ordering process was easy to follow. Information on transit of order given. Goods received well wrapped and undamaged.
