Word of warning

Word of warning. I ordered my first delivery in January of 80 night pads, I set up a subscription for it at the same time. The order was every 12 weeks. 12 weeks = 84 days. My pack had 80 pads in. I would have expected a company to deliver within or on the 80 days. When I checked my account it said the order would be generated on the 80th day. I foolishly presumed this would be the delivery date. Oh no!!! I am left 4 nights short. A nightmare situation has arose. Thank goodness for Amazon

Excellent Service!

I have used IncontinenceUK for just under a year for a monthly order and have been very pleased with the service which has been professional and faultless. It has been one less worry to deal with as a sole carer for my wife, and has proved to be cheaper and more reliable than my local supermarket delivery. I was concerned that the standard shipping used Yodel, but the local service was excellent. As my wife is now in a nursing home, I no longer need to use this company, but would like to thank them for their service.

The products are always out of stock not very good

The products are very good problem is they keep being out of stock for weeks at a time and don’t get a straight answer when they will be back in stock considering the products they sell it’s just not good enough

super efficient so far

I’ve been dealing with them for about two years now. They’re efficient and very prompt, despite using Yodel. You can get through to them on the phone if you’re stuck. Most UK companies are a pain in the neck, but Incontinence Shop have been excellent. If other online outfits were this well run, we should all be a lot happier.

Disappointed incontinence bodysuits

Bought 3 of these for my husband who as alzheimers and is incontinent, they are good for holding his pad in place. However he is only very slim, size medium and looking at the sizing guide I ordered extra large for the length. They only just fitted comfortably but since washing as directed it is a struggle to fasten them rendering them mo good. Sorry but they need to be made a bit more realistic to actual sizes. I now have to sew some pieces in to be able to use them.

Order num W001202728 Took this item shopping on satuarday. My husband was sceptical, but I remained positive. Was useful to reach bottom shelfs. Found it a strain on my wrist for heaver items. But all said, would say its useful when shopping alone. Purchased a Arthri Grip Pro, to help me when doing the weekly shop. Purchased at 2.55pm Thursday, express delivery. With me by Friday afternoon. Can't say if prouduct will be useful, will have to wait untill I go shopping. Anything to cut out the bending stretching, low/ high shelf I'll give a try. Hope it works, so I don't have to depend on, another's help.

No stock-again

I have been ordering for a few month and have set up 2 subscriptions, 1st was cancelled as no stock of which i had no notification and only found out when i rang, so changed the subscription over the phone. Had 1 order and lo and behold this item is now out of stock, again no notification and it has left me with no stock at home. I can't buy local as need small size and nowhere seems to stock that size. Very disappointed that this has happened twice in a matter of 3 or 4 months Got told to make a one off order of different make but this is more expensive

Incontinence Shop runs Black Friday…

Incontinence Shop runs Black Friday offers. I answered one for Drylife and the box arrived. On opening the Drylife packaging there were 14 Abena M4s. Believing this to be a manufacturing error, I asked for exchange and the response was that the Abena M4s are a discontinued line and the company are passing them off as Drylife, live with it. I have had leakage problems with M4s in the past which is why I switched to Drylife. I will be switching suppliers. You should beware that this company does not supply as advertised.

I have been buying incontinence products and, The items I have bought have been excellent quality and size and well made
