Every time I have called I have had a very pleasant experience. I am so happy that I chose the Rockwell Legal Group. I haven't had one problem in the past two years that hasn't' been settled promptly. Also, everyone has been very kind in the way they speak to me. Thank you, I am very grateful for all the work you do for me!

RLG is the absolute worst.

To date, I have paid RLG $6,355 over a two year period, and you have only paid one of my creditors, totaling $1,600. You have pocketed almost $5,000, while I have endured wage garnishments and continued harassment from creditors not getting paid. Your customer service operators try to help, but they have absolutely no ability to modify or change my program or accounts. All they can do is leave messages for negotiators and supervisors that never email or call. Rockwell Legal Group is the absolute worst financial decision I ever made. Please have someone who can actually effect change on my account call me at the number you have on file at ***-***-7752. Leave a voicemail with a direct return contact number, as I work and may not be able to answer my phone.

I will admit I was pretty suspect when…

I will admit I was pretty suspect when I first started working with Rockwell. However, their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. Kevisha and Andrew have been direct life lines to getting my accounts settled. They both deserve recognition. I could not be happier with Rockwell Legal Group, and definitely recommend their services.

I signed up for their debt relief…

I signed up for their debt relief program in August of 2018. So far, things have been ok. There is absolutely no communication from Rockwell unless you call them. I have dealt with that though and call them frequently. However, in January of 2020, I received a call from one of my debtors stating that they had reached out to Rockwell multiple times and could not get in touch with them. I called Rockwell with a direct number and asked them to please get in touch with them. I was assured that they would. In March of 2020, I received a summons stating that the debtor was now suing me. I immediately contacted Rockwell on March 26th to get them all of the documentation as I only had 20 days to respond to the summons. I followed up with them multiple times to ensure they recieved it and they stated they had. On April 7th, I called them again to see what I needed to do in regards to the lawsuit. They stated they were still working on getting someone assigned to my case. I called them again on April 9th and they said they did not have any documentation and I would need to resubmit to their "escalations department". I did, and called them back on April 13th. They stated they were still waiting on the documentation which would take 3-5 business days. Then it would take an additional 5-7 business days to find an attorney in my area to assign to my case. The deadline for me to reply is April 15th and they will have no one assigned to my case. I am in good standing with them and have not missed a single payment. However, they have jerked me around on this deal and they can not give me anyone else to talk to and have told me that I will just have to handle the court appearance on my own as they won't have anyone assigned to my case yet. I am absolutely infuriated with the process and the lack of compassion they have shown with my program. I would not recommend using this company ever. Absolutely poorly ran with incompetent people behind the wheel.

Did not resolve issue

Did not resolve issue. Was told to resend email that was sent on March 31 and April 2 in which I did not get auto response that it was received. I resent again after got off the phone today and still have not gotten response that it has been received.
