My experience was not great

My experience was not great, they did not contact my creditors like they said they would causing some claims against me, also half way through the program they informed me my monthly payment would be going up $100 because of a settlement that was already suppose to be in the original contract. Would not recommend

Very Un-Satisfied Client

I have nothing positive to say about Rockwell. I have been in the program for over 2 years and feel I have been put on the back burner. I did not call Rockwell, they contacted me to let me know that I have an account in litigation. I informed them over a year ago that I was notified of the litigation. I am hoping they wake up and resolve my accounts in the time frame I was given.

Keisha really took time to listen to my needs and made sure that she understood me. I appreciate that very much. She then let me know what she was going to do to help so that I felt comfortable and all my worries were put at ease. Thank you this was a very positive experience.

I had an approximate $20,000 negotiated…

I had an approximate $20,000 negotiated down to approximately to $12,000. Saving roughly $8,000. Total fees I paid were about $7,000. So after a couple years and a massive hit to my credit score I saved a mere $1,000 in the program. Would not recommend anyone using this service as the fees eat up nearly all the savings. Perhaps it would have been better for me to try negotiating with the credit card companies first before resorting to something like this.

My call was answered quickly

My call was answered quickly. The customer service rep was knowledgeable, confident but friendly. She explained every step she was taking & resolved 3 of my 4 questions/issues. She sent an email to the negotiator after they didn’t reply to instant messaging & asked them to contact me about an account that hasn’t been settled yet. Best experience I’ve had when calling Rockwell!

Superb Customer Service & Debit Relief Program

I s/w with Keisha, Customer Service Rep. She was pleasant, kind, patient, and understood the nature of my call. Keisha worked diligently to resolve the issue & answered any questions that I had with extreme knowledge of the program. Keisha explained why the issue presented itself to me and how we could resolve it (step-by-step). She waited on the line with me until she could verify what needed to be done had been done and I really appreciate that level of professionalism. Keisha and I have spoken on more than one occasion in the past and I always receive the same level of excellence from her every time. If I could give her a rating of more than 5*****s I would!!!! My experience was extremely positive and resolved expeditiously.
