I struggled for many years paying off just the interest on my debts and not getting ahead financially. A lot of time stress also came from aggressive debt collectors always on my case. I worked with Chelsea Kamind (I think that's what she said). She was very helpful, and tried to get my issue resolved today, staying on the phone with me for almost an hour, but she was unable to do that. I'm giving 5 stars because she was very nice and patient. I take issue with the structure of the company, though. I've had to call multiple times, and I've gotten multiple answers to how to resolve my issues. Everyone to date has been very nice, but many seem uninformed about the documents needed and what my file is showing. If there was a particular group that was assigned to each file, it would probably help with this issue so everyone in the team can stay informed about the progress of a certain number of files. I seem to speak to someone different every time and have to explain what I'm looking for and figure out how to resolve it with each and every new person. It's exhausting, and I get conflicting information. When I first began the program, I recommended it to many people I know. After my experiences over the last year, I would definitely not recommend Rockwell Legal Group.
