Sell items they don’t even stock.

They sell items which they no longer stock, you then have to chase up them up as there communications are non existent. I phoned about my order and was told they are sorry but they don’t stock the ordered item anymore, but they could get them from a supplier at 4 times the cost. 5 days on and the item is still listed on there website for sale, they do only have a shopify site, which allows you to remove products in about 10 seconds.

Not a great experience with Love Tiki…

Not a great experience with Love Tiki unfortunately. I ordered two glasses that showed as in stock on the website. After a week of waiting I tried the online chat and received only automated responses to say my order was being processed. I called Love Tiki about my order and spoke with a lady who said she would find out what was happening and call me straight back. I waited hours and she never called. After a few more days the online chat showed that my order had been shipped, but it hadn’t. A few more days went by and I emailed and did receive an apology. Was told the glasses were out of stock and we’re due soon. I rang again after a few more days and was told it was the suppliers fault, but they were due soon. Eventually the glasses did arrive and are great. I feel that I won’t buy from Love Tiki again though due to bad and confusing communication. Shame, as the Website looks great!
