First time ordering from Lovetiki, prices very competitive. My order arrived quickly but one item was missing. Emailed LT and Ryan replied promptly with apologies and sent the missing item immediately. Thus I will be ordering from them again.

I have ordered wooden Spoons, forks, and knives on 21st Sep 22 and the Order Number: LT6657, it was delivered after 3 weeks and that too I have chased up on it. No communication for delay and only after 2 time chasing them its been delivered.

Delivered 4/10 glass jars completely smashed and never responded to my message to customer service asking for a refund on the broken items.
