Good company, great prices and good customer service. The only annoying part is that not everything is in stock at the same time making it harder to fulfil £75 trade order for free delivery. On the other hand if service wasn’t great then i would have given it a 3/5 but service is good. Would just be nice to see all items in stock at the same time!

The website is easy to use and move around. I had placed an order which was dispatched very fast and also i was notified along each step. I had an issue with the delivery where the company had caused an issue. I contacted LoveTiki customer support which was very fast to get through to and spoke to Ryan who helped me along the process. He instantly reordered my delivery via another delivery service which went smoothly and very fast as i needed the items by a certain date he made sure that they did arrive! Will definitely be using their services again! Great customer service!! Thankyou once again.

Great company to deal with, and great customer service. Sadly the first parcel arrived damaged, but I rang them and the offered refund immediately. I opted to have glasses resent instead. They arrived very quickly and I am very pleased with my purchase.
