You advertise no lead time but a week later and still haven’t heard anything about my order. Dishing out almost 2k for a tent is a lot so I would expect shipping times faster. Badass tents guarantee 48 hour ship time

I received my rooftop tent in good condition on May 19, 2023. I purchased it because of the weight of 86 lbs and low profile. Looks good overall on my black Jeep gladiator and it’s made well. Sleeping pad is comfortable in my opinion. I’m 5’7” tall and weighs 150. I just fit and laying down straight my feet (size 8) touch the ceiling. Not great. XL or longer would be better. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who is taller than me. Other concern is the light weight tonneau cover on top of the tent for tree branches. My other roof top tent is hard shell foldout style with California king size mattress dimensions (not the thickness) is super comfortable and spacious but it’s too heavy at 168lbs.

Ordered front and rear shocks on a whim for my 2004 4runner. Products arrive in a timely manner and were well packed which is a refreshing site! Happy with the product side of things but the website could use more information/photos. They did not come with installation instructions nor can I seem to find them on the website. Installation of the shocks are universal but for the resevior brackets, I could use a little help understanding placement. The website could use more photos of the product as well as spec and information about it. Noting that resevior brackets are included is a good idea. I'm sure that with more time they will add onto the website but as of today, Info is minimal. Though they are active on the socials with question responses! Also never got an email confirmation of my order, nor a shipping email. Shipping number can be found manually on their website under "my orders" but a conformation email of some sort would have been nice. (I know they have my email because I received the link to this review and double checked in my account) Overall the quality of the product is unmatched for the price! I'd assume little website annoyances will be tweaked in the near future as Inspired Overland establish themselves more as they are a fairly new company with the suspension only being newly released as well.
