Recently whilst in need of pictures of bouquets for my online flower shop, I approached F-Stop Studios and they did not disappoint! They managed to capture the colourful nature of my bouquets, creating eye-catching pictures that are quite minimal in nature which is what I was after. Melchior and Suzanne were friendly and communicative and made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process. They were willing to accommodate to my vision, but also introduced their own creative ideas which ended up in images that were better than I was hoping for. All in all I would highly recommend their services.

Vibrant colors, easy to peel and fast delivery. I ordered the same transfers for my tote bags from a different supplier and with theirs, I was not able to successfully transfer the prints, but with colour transfer, I transferred it easily. The only downside I think is they are a little more expensive than the other supplier.

I was looking for a budget hifi rack that didn’t look, well, too budget. Found the Norstone Esse in black with walnut finish shelves at Red Apple AV. £40 cheaper than elsewhere, speedy delivery and am absolutely delighted - everything in the box there should be, rack went together easily in just over an hour and looks much nicer than might reasonably be expected for the money, in particular the walnut finish shelves. Only downside is that the rack is not threaded to take spikes etc, but it’s a substantial item and sits solidly and reasonably level on my carpeted floor. A happy customer.

Det synes ikke jeg freelmo gør! 1-3 dages levering er det jeg blev lovet - men det tog 6 dage før jeg havde mine varer. Hvorfor er I ikke bare ærlige om, hvor lang tid det tager jer at få varerne ud til kunderne? Det kan I ikke være bekendt, hvis man som jeg skal bruge det man bestiller på et bestemt tidpunkt. Jeg lagde min bestilling tirsdag formiddag og først et døgn senere får jeg bekræftelse på mit køb - det har jeg aldrig prøvet før, at der skulle gå så lang tid før en beskræftigelse på et køb kommer retur. Troede der var sket en fejl, da jeg ikke havde modtaget noget på mit køb, indenfor et par timer! Dette kan jeg jo ikke bevise, da jeg ikke tog et screenshot da jeg havde lagt bestilling! (Men hvis jeg skal være mistroisk, kan det jo fra jeres side, være en måde at få et extra døgn til at levere)! Jeg får en mail torsdag om at ordren er på vej. Jeg får en mail fra jer igen fredag om “at min ordre (snart) er på vej”! Ok torsdag var den på vej, fredag er den så “snart på vej”!!!! Lørdag får jeg så endelige en besked fra GLS om at min vare kan hentes! Det er ved gud ikke 1-3 dages levering! I passed my driving exam on the second time with the help of Michael. With two kids at home, a full time job and sometimes little flexibility, Michael helped me by being flexible and having a very easy booking system to work with. I really enjoyed our conversations in the car, we did have a nice laugh many times. I strongly recommend Michael as your driving instructor!

I cannot emphasize how life-changing having JP as a trainer was to both me and my first dog. He has a fantastic awareness of canine behaviorism and is always professional and patient. I rescued a shepherd mix a little over a year ago and genuinely struggled with managing her intense anxiety + low-stress threshold, leading me to shy away from tons of social environments. I poured over resources online for dogs with similar reactivity problems and tried my best at acclimatizing her on my own. There were so many issues I felt at a loss as to where to even start. With the lesson and daily practicing, my collie now knows how to walk beside me without pulling, how to get on the car, how to go out and inside the house, and overcame the fear of swimming! Unfortunately, the 90-Day Mastermind program has been a net loss for me and my company. Meetings were missed and frequently rescheduled from the start – significantly delaying progress. Andrew McEwan had to be guided into setting objective goals – which were not met, even though the 90-day Master mind program turned into 180 days. Emails and correspondence though Nifty were frequently overlooked or ignored – requiring multiple follow ups. It frequently took multiple emails to convey simple problems – wasting significant amounts of time. Andrew promoted many third-party software programs from which he profited though affiliate programs and failed to completely demonstrate best case use. Programs were recommended that did not fit into the scope of this 90-day Mastermind project. Andrew frequently broke key website functions and was slow and incomplete in fixing them. Andrew offered to redo my website after getting off to a very poor start. I had to modify many pages – often removing unwanted AI generated content. Instead of simplifying my world as promised, he added layers of complicated programs and actions that have left my company more fragile than functional. Given the amount of time this project took, it is wildly unfortunate that we have left it as we did. Again, there were good moments, and I have some wins from this painful experience. I reached out to a Facebook from to ask for some advice on CRM systems etc. Andrew was very quick to get in touch and recommended a software package, for which he is a partner, and got me an introductory deal which was too good to miss up! We had a leak of hydraulic fluid from a courier vehicle that was parked in a busy, public location. Lola was quick to respond, guided us through the process efficiently and had a quote over right away. Had to deal with a big water leak cleanup discovered at 9pm in the school I work in. Rang a few places on Google and Kash was the only one to respond among all the "24/7" services. She was very helpful, organised the paperwork very quickly and got the technician out asap. When Dan arrived he was super helpful also and very cheerful given it was already 11pm. He worked hard till 1am and in the morning school opened as usual like nothing had happened. Can't thank them both enough for averting a disaster! Definitely top of the list for our next emergency!

Mark and Johnnie were the team sent out by Ideal response. They worked very hard and were excellent, cleaning as much as they could, discussing further options with us and even helping us clean the exterior access area. I would thoroughly recommend the team they sent out. It is a shame, however, that Ideal Response insist on full payment before they even come to assess the problem as it led to an initial reluctance to complete the job as was understood under the terms of the pre-payment.

We had a brilliant experience with Ideal Response. A surveyor came out following a flood to take water readings and recommend a plan. Istvan and Dan then came out and put all the machines in place-explaining how they all worked and making sure they were placed to cause as little disruption as possible. A two week programme had been recommended and after a week, progress was checked, machines moved and adjusted so that at the end of the two weeks we could be signed off with normal water levels and the machines removed. Everyone who came out was lovely and made sure we understood exactly what was being done and why. We couldn’t recommend them more.

Awful. Results took 6weeks when I was told they would take2 Finally asked for a refund and was assured it was being processed by the accounts team. Now have been told the refund was never even authorised Awful customer service and reply time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had a mould problem which they were happy to quote me for, but when I tried to book an appointment, no one would call me back despite multiple messages. When I did eventually get through, they asked me to sign a contract, and then asked for a substantial payment before their surveyor even showed up. I had no warning about advance payment. Then I was told they were "looking to book" their surveyor. So I should pay a substantial sum in advance for a survey which might or might not happen? Seriously? How they got such glowing reviews is beyond me. Just looked them up on gov.uk. Liquidated Sept 14th 2024. When I raised this with their agent she told me the company had been around for 20 years but now had a new name. I did indeed search the new name. They were established in 2017. 20 years? There must be a time warp. After all this nonsense, I was told, "my director is trying to call you to run through the situation". Funny, he never did call. It just goes from bad to worse!
