Moin, Ich habe im Oktober 2024 eine KitchenAid Heavy Duty gekauft. Die erste war defekt, die Austauschmaschine ebenfalls. Die Rücksendung der letzten Maschine ist dann nach Aussage Deltatecc verloren gegangen. Die Klärung dauerte über einen Monat, obwohl eine Sendung nach 21 Tagen als verloren gilt. Kundenhotline war erreichbar, hat sich aber nicht wie besprochen selbstständig zurückgemeldet, sondern nur nach eigener Kontaktaufnahme. Deltatecc gibt an das Modell nicht mehr besorgen zu können und auch kostenneutral keine andere Maschine anbieten zu können. Eine Entschädigung für die 3-4 monatigen Wartezeit wurde auch bei Nachfrage bei der Geschäftsführung nicht in Betracht gezogen. Leider wirklich sehr unerfreulich nicht kundenorientiert.

Mi hanno fatto rispedire la macchina, essendo ancora in garanzia, ma il corriere ha perso il pacco. Dopo qualche tempo mi hanno rimborsato integralmente, quindi sono stati molto onesti. Consiglio gli acquisti da loro.

I purchased a sign display rated for outdoor use. I got a defective product that has leaked since the first day it was installed. I finally got fed up enough to report the issue and customer service was painfully slow in response. After sending a first round of photos, I was asked for more photos (the displayed flyers inside the case were so wet that they started to mold) then told I'd waited too long to report the issue and no accommodation would be granted. It was a waste of money to purchase and a waste of money to have installed and a waste of time to contact customer service. So I'm starting over. With a different vendor, of course. Lame. I also tried to post this review on the Displays2Go website but kept receiving an error message. Convenient.

telescoping knob split while doing a practice run (didn't even make it to the convention). Can't find replacement knobs on the site. (SKU: RRUBS33BN) No instructions for LBV3186BK1. While I figured it out, it's not easy. Was very excited about both of these items when I ordered them, but the reality has been disappointing.

Updated review as the custom support team reached out to make things right. I'd only advise that yo know what you want before you purchase since returning items is both expensive and frustrating. If you know what product you want, then this could be a good place for you to order from. If not, you may need to consider the fact that shipping is expensive and non-refundable AND that you'll need to pay for you own shipping back if you need to return something.

I like the display racks that I purchased. Not only are they exactly what I needed and what I ordered, they are very sturdy. One of my racks was stolen before I received delivery and displays2go rushed out a new rack to replace my order at no additional charge. I 100% recommend Displays2go.

I bought the oak effect 3 door wardrobe recently which I am delighted with and when I realised that Arthauss offered a 3 drawer cabinet that fits so neatly inside. A great solution for socks and undies keeping them out of sight without the need for a chest of drawers taking up floor space. From ease of ordering, prompt delivery and quality of product I could not be happier!

What great customer service. So pleased with quality of the Baros units that we decided to carry the theme to the dining room too. Immediate responses to queries around this and arranging to obtain some cabinets from the manufacture that they didn't usually sell as a separate entity to meet our measurement requirements. I ordered a wall bed, which was very easy to do. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys were excellent. It was not easy to assemble, but I did have 2 men doing the assembly that are not good at reading instructions! Once assembled, the bed looks great and is sleek looking. I had a issue with a damaged door which Arthauss (Kris) sorted and it is out for delivery as I type. I certainly would recommend this company and we will be using them again as I have 6 more wall beds to renew.

The good: - Most importantly, the quality is good. Seems quite robust so far - Instructions look daunting at first but ?in the main) they’re actually better than a lot I’ve seen The bad: - Instructions have certain parts renamed as you go along (my suspicion is they are letters to reflect the first word of left and right in Polish, but not certain!) so doesn’t help when trying to find the right piece to use next - mine had a couple of screws missing, though I’m sure that’s not too common - doesn’t come with the screws to fix to the wall (which is madness to me, though it is becoming more common for companies to do this in order to avoid liability when installed wrong) - 4 hours to build is ambitious. That geezer off of Stacey Solomon’s show couldn’t do it that quickly I reckon! So set a whole day aside to do it Advice: if you have tools beyond the basics, they’ll make your life easier!

This is the second Trustpilot review I have written for face the future, in my first review (written over a year ago) I gave 5 stars, in this review I am giving 2 stars. The delivery is still fast however, I am so disappointed with their reward scheme! The caveats this company apply to the use of converted points makes the scheme very poor by industry standards. Also, it would be advisable to let people know, reward points converted into cash to redeem cannot be used in conjunction with any general offer. Fortunately there are some companies who operate fantastic reward schemes for their patrons, this company need to look long and hard at their reward scheme rules and caveats. They do not make me feel like a valued customer hence I will shop here less frequently going forwards.

I have never had such a terrible experience with face the future. I ordered a shampoo that did not arrive. I tracked the package to a photo that was not my home. I emailed to find out what happened 4 weeks later and they made me fill a huge form and to wait another 4 weeks before they could decide what to do. Terrible customer service, never to use again! There are much better web sites on the market! I see that FTF has responded. I made an Order March 1st, did not receive the product and am told they will give me an update 28 days later. The product was not delivered, waiting 2 months for a refund or replacement is not acceptable. As a matter of principle, I am pursuing this- despite calling amex to cancel the transaction.

Iv never ever had this kind of experience with a company before.. I ordered a foundation and concealer ..: concealer worked well. The pump for the foundation didn’t work. So I contacted them. Yes they replied to give me a few suggestions on how to get the product working ( not sure boots or Sephora need to do this) anyway i tried all suggested and still Didn’t work so I sent back. Now they are saying … miracles do happen and once back at their warehouse it worked .. so I either have to pay a further £3.99 for the faulty product to be returned back to me .. or they will not refund me and destroy the perfect adequate foundation within 30 days … 🤔 .. they even suggested that the reason it hadn’t worked for me was because the lid wasn’t on tight enough.. I soooooo stupid .. that I didn’t check yeh pump by opening and shutting the lid.. doh!!! So be careful guys… if you trust these cowboys to send you products that actually work then great but god bless you.. if faulty you have no chance of refund..

My wife placed an order using Apple Pay. We realised the address was wrong and immediately emailed them to cancel (within 20 minutes). When paying with Apple Pay their rapid checkout process is a bit too Rapid and it is too easy to proceed with incorrect addresses stored in your Apple Wallet. Most companies don't default Apple Wallet addresses in this way. They received the email and responded straight away. They refused to cancel even though the cardholder address was incorrect and the transaction was still pending so obviously not complete. The following day another person responded and was initially pretty unhelpful suggesting I should have called first thing (even though the email response seemed to be pretty responsive albeit unhelpful). Latterly they did start engaging and ultimately they got Royal Mail to hold the parcel. However Royal Mail's service allowing you to direct to a collection point was not working and this didn't help. I moved this from 1 to 3 stars but I don't think I'd use them again. However, it wasn't actually me that chose to use them this time. My email defaulted from my wife's iphone. They said that the initial really unhelpful response was by AI. I'm not sure I really believe this as there was a second unhelpful response that they were not claiming was AI. I don't think they are fraudsters but they need to work on their customer journey. [Edit - They just emailed me to tell me that the parcel had been returned to me and they would deduct £5 from the refund even though no return shipping costs had been incurred because the parcel was never delivered. I disputed the transaction with my card provider and moved that back down to 2*]

FaceTheFuture Discount Issue – A Frustrating Experience I recently looked into a promotion on the FaceTheFuture website, which offered a £59 free gift (Daily Radiance vitamin C) when spending over £100 on Medik8 products. However, my experience trying to claim this discount was frustrating and unclear. When I contacted customer services after no receiving the free gift, I was told it was related to stock levels and was unavailable. Strangely, the product was still listed as in stock on the website. When I followed up, I was informed that they have a special stock allocation for discounts, meaning the promotion only applies to certain batches. This lack of transparency is disappointing. If a discount is advertised, it should be clear which products qualify and under what conditions. Instead, it feels like a misleading offer where the discount isn’t actually available despite stock being present. A clearer explanation upfront would save customers time and frustration. I’d recommend double-checking with customer service before placing an order if you’re relying on a free gift. Hopefully, FaceTheFuture improves their communication on promotions in the future.

I bought the Espa overnight therapy through this website and it broke my skin out. I noticed when it arrived it, the colour of the cream was pure white and usually the colour is beigey/white. So it's probably a fake a product or they changed the ingredients which explains why my skin broke out. The actual real espa product, I've used it for many years but bought it from their actual website and never had a problem with my skin, I loved it hence why I bought it again. I don't recommend buying skincare from this store as I they may sell fake products.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Customer satisfaction is non existent, they are just interested in taking your money. Stay away from lemon bottle it does not work! You will be lead to believe 1, maybe 2 treatments will work, which is simply not true. More like 4-6 treatments if any results are shown at all. Save your money.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t very good and I am still in pain in my left arm from where the injection went into my muscle fascia and not fat area. Also the results in all places I had injected hasn’t been very noticeable. I have tried to discuss my experience with the clinic on several occasions but no one seems interested; the follow up care has been very poor which is a shame.

I originally went in for Aqualyx, but after speaking to Jenny she recommended lemon bottle. It’s a little too soon to see results as I just got it done, but she was so thorough, so lovely and absolutely one of the most competent injectors I’ve ever met! What was nerve racking initially turned into one of my Favorite cosmetic appointments ever. Thank you

I was seen by Georgia, who did fat dissolving for my chin. She was great, very friendly and kept chatting to me whilst I breathed through the pain, yes it isn’t very comfortable and can be quite painful, but I find having someone nice really helps take your mind of it, as after a while it subsides. She was really friendly, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I went ahead with the procedure Lisa spoke with me the whole time reassuring me the whole time and was done in minutes, if you are nervous or afraid of needles like me I would definitely ask for Lisa when booking.

Jeg fik et kæledyrs portræt af min malteser i julegave, efterfølgende ville min søn også ha’ et, dog med en anden baggrundsfarve….men da vi modtog billedet havde vores hund nogle helt andre farver på snude, øjne og tunge. Jeg ringede efterfølgende til Wallstickerland og talte med Dennis som uden beregning ville lave et nyt som jeg skulle godkende inden de trykte det. Tommel op til godkendelse. Jeg har lige modtaget billedet idag, som jeg kan aflevere videre til min søn. Jeg skal snart ha’ dem til at lave en sticker til vores loftlem, som de så vil lave nogle forslag til. Bestilte tegning af min hund på Black Friday, levering var først 11.12.24. Tegningen af mit hundefoto er så mørkt, at kun den røde sløjfe og 2 hvide prikker i øjnene nærmest kan ses. Hunden er sort med lidt hvidt i pelsen, og billedet på hvid baggrund, dvs. at den standard indstilling som er brugt, for at ændre foto til tegning af deres grafiker, åbenlyst skal lysnes lidt, fordi hunden er sort. Jeg har kontaktet Wallstickerland, samme dag som modtagelsen, da jeg ikke har i sinde at betale for 5 indrammede billeder af en uigenkendelig hund! Indtil videre ingen respons på email, og telefonisk tager ingen telefonen!

Portræt af hund ligner slet ikke! Jeg bestilte et portræt af min hund som er en mørkebrun/tigerstribet boxer med mørkebrune øjne. På det portræt jeg fik leveret i går var hunden i gule/lysebrune farver med gule øjne… virkelig skuffende og uacceptabelt at give penge for!

Klistermærkerne er så dårlig kvalitet, at de slet ikke vil slippe opsætningspapiret, da de ikke kan hæfte på væggen. Når man skriver til dem, går de i flyverskjul. Ikke ét eneste svar på henvendelser. Det lugter af en snarlig konkurs eller bare god gammeldags svindel. Held og lykke til alle, der måtte løbe risikoen og handle hos dem. I får brug for det.

Ik kreeg Hava aan de lijn. Top meid, alle vragen netjes en hulpzaam beantwoordt. Bij digihero krijg je ook mensen snel aan de lijn terwijl je bij kpn heel lang moet wachten voor dat je iemand kan spreken. En de juiste persoon die je kan helpen. Top bedrijf.

De gange jeg har handlet hos jer har i altid haft de vare hjemme som jeg bestilte. Men denne gang er varen i rest ordre. Jeg fik en fin mail om at varen kunne forventes om ca 1 1/2 måned men varen er vejr at vente på.

Rigtig gode knive til min Husqvana og Gardena robot plæneklipper. god kvalitet og til en udemærket pris. Og så blev de levere dagen efter. Så det kan man ikke klage over. Jeg er en glad kunde som vender tilbage.

Habe das Fass im März 2022 erhalten. Musste diverses Zubehör an Schlauchverbindungen dazu kaufen, da nicht für Deutschland konfiguriert. Im April 2023 hatte als erstes die Heizung in den Spiralen ein Leck, dann musste ich gleich noch die Pumpe neu kaufen. Nun im Jahr 2025 hat die Heizung wieder gravierende Lecke aus verschiedenen Spiralen. Bei der Befüllung leckt es aus der Heizung raus und auch mal wieder aus dem Pumpengehäuse. Grundsätzlich ist der Pool ok, außer, dass nach einem Jahr schon die Düsen anfangen zu rosten. Die Holzverkleidung ist auch schon brüchig, nach einem Jahr Trotz jährlichem Ölen. Es werden nur Plastikverbinder zur Verfügung gestellt, die nach ca. 6 Monaten gebrochen sind. Eine Kommunikation ist nicht möglich, da Rufnummer nicht existiert. Fazit: Billig ausgegeben für 5.000,00 Euro. Keine Hilfe! Pool nach 3 Sommern komplett defekt. Lieber das doppelte ausgeben für einen Pool aus Deutschland! 1. habe ich keine WhatsApp Nummer, vielleicht könnten Sie diese angeben. 2. Wir haben jedes Jahr im Oktober Wasser aus Pool und aus allen Rohren rausgelassen, wie können Sie behaupten, dass es daran lag und unsere Schuld ist!? Es ist ja immer einfach den Käufer zu beschuldigen. Ich hatte Sie letztes Jahr kontaktiert um das Problem mit der Pumpe zu erörtern. Mir wurde nur gesagt, dass ich mich an SpaDealers wenden soll. Dort durfte ich eine neue Pumpe kaufen. Bei den Preisen sollte etwas mehr Kundenservice inklusive sein! Z.B. wäre es hilfreich, dass Sie die Kontaktaufnahme mit den Händlern übernehmen und dem Kunden eventuell adäquate Produkte zum Kauf anbieten, statt dass der Kunde (auch noch, dass er kein Englisch spricht oder versteht!) sich selbst darum bemüht. Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Und nochmal einen herzlich Dank dafür, dass ich offenbar nicht fähig bin zu erkennen ob etwas rostet! Aufgrund Ihrer "tollen Bewertungen" habe ich mich ja erst auf den Kauf eingelassen. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn Sie nun mit mir mal Kontakt aufnehmen könnten. Eine ganz tolle Firma mit tollen Produkten. 😍❤️ Der Hot Tub hat ein schönes Plätzchen in unserem Garten gefunden und wurde bereits häufig genutzt.

Bonjour, j’ai acquis un sauna en mai 2021, livré début 2022. Malheureusement la qualité de fabrication, plus précisément la qualité des matériaux est très mauvaise. Le sauna prévu pour être en extérieur en permanence, ne résiste pas au temps qui passe la porte d’entrée a littéralement explosé dans son emplacement, la vitre s’est fendue, les charnières ont éclaté, rendant l’ouverture de la porte impossible, à l’intérieur le fermacell s’est cassé, la résine suinte de partout, j’ai réclamé avec des photos à l’appui, le SAV n’a fait que me dire qu’il n’est plus sous garantie, que les intempéries sont en cause, bref ils ne veulent pas reconnaître que la qualité n’est plus là, évidemment ils proposent de fournir des pièces de remplacement en payant mais payer pour avoir de la piètre qualité non merci, alors je conseille à ceux qui peuvent être tenté d’acquérir un sauna d’extérieur, soit d’oublier leurs produit ou alors de prévoir un abri pour les protéger des intempéries !!!

Le SPA est très beau et s'intègre parfaitement dans le décor. Le produit est de qualité, bien fini et correspond parfaitement aux photos sur le site. Tous les accessoires commandés et fournis avec correspondent et se montent sans problèmes (couvercle de protection isolé, étagères, escalier, cache pompe, pompe de filtration, cheminée). Tout fonctionne très bien, le système de bulle est homogène dans tout le bain, les leds sont top et le poêle pour chauffer est performant, c'est un bon système. On arrive a maintenir l'eau à bonne température quand on l'utilise. Il faut plusieurs jours pour une prise en main parfaite évidemment mais après c'est que du bonheur ! Même avec une température de -7 la nuit, le spa perd 0,5° par heure (avec couvercle de protection isolé installer). L'isolation est donc bien faite. 1 heure de feu le matin pour le remettre l'eau à température suffisait. L'assise y est confortable, on y est bien installer et à l'aise même a 6 adultes. Globalement le rapport qualité prix est excellent et l'entreprise est de confiance, je la recommande vivement au futurs intéressés. Je suis pleinement satisfait de mon achat. Voll und ganz zufrieden! Wir haben unseren Badezuber Anfang November bestellt und anbezahlt. Geliefert wurde er leider erst am 20.1.25. Trotzdem hat er alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Kontakt mit der Firma per Mail bzw WhatsApp verlief reibungslos. Die Anlieferung erfolgte per Spedition und der englischsprechende Fahrer Tomas war einfach nur witzig und kompetent.Wir hatten den Badezuber vergangenes WE zum ersten Mal in Betrieb. Der Zuber selbst, die Sitzbänke, der Ofen, der Deckel und die Treppe....alles ist hochwertig verarbeitet. Die Wärme hielt sich nach Gebrauch bei geschlossenem Deckel locker das ganze WE, so daß wir nur ein paar Holzscheite bis zur gewünschten Temperatur auflegen mussten! Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Firma!
