Horrible experience, especially customer service. I had a client who was stranded waiting on a part for 5 days and instead of fixing the order they cancelled it. Please be aware of Letitia Malone this lady was super rude to us and she’s the manager at this company.

The customer service is horrendous! I placed an order over $800 but my tracking number wasn’t working. I called to check on the order at 10:30 - I spoke with Lisa and Laura who promised they would email or call me back but never received anything. I called back numerous times to talk to a supervisor. Finally got on the phone with Letitia Malone, who was more rude than the other representatives. She advised me the order was cancelled on their end due to being fraudulent /flag during the confirmation process. She advised me that I received an email stating this - which I did not - I received in our hour before talking to her so they lied. Letitia not want to help find a solution she kept saying it’s not their problem and I have to re purchase item and wait another 5 plus days for review and to be shipped. I asked for her to place the order on the her end and to expedite it since I need the parts for my rv and my family is stranded. She denied this request then the rv mechanic got on the phone - as he was the one who sent us to this company to buy the parts directly. He just wanted to figure out the issue so this doesn’t happen again to future customers he sends to this company. Letitia still not wanting to help with the poor customer service and cancellation of order then proceeded to tell us to write a review, not her problem and hung up. Please do not waste your time or money - they state they don’t charge the card until the order has been placed but I have a pending charge for the total amount. The customer service is terrible and they do not want to help you!! No communicate and just rude!

I ordered 3 items, two were sent and one was put on backorder. Well they didn't put it on backorder, they never intended to ship it. I have not received the last item because they don't want to pay the shipping charges. So now the other two items cost me more per item because of this deceit. BEWARE, IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM AND SOMETHING DOESN'T COME AND THEY PUT IT ON BACKORDER YOU WILL NOT GET THAT ITEM. THEY WILL JUST FORGET ABOUT YOU!!! BEWARE OF THIS BAD COMPANY. We have used this company before, for printing posters as well as postcards for our business. We actually went to the office and were able to discuss our projects with them and looking at alterations to the designs etc. These were then produced to a high quality standard. This time we ordered online. We received the proof the next day with the relevant info to say the print file was good. Proceeded and received the posters the day after.

Ordered resin/gel labels, response was speedy and professional. The proof based on my artwork wasn't brilliant so I asked them to produce artwork which again, was speedy and excellent. Product arrived quickly and we are very happy with it so have ordered more.

De intake was ook lekker bij ons thuis mogelijk. Bij ons kwam Soumaya als kraamzorg. In 1 woord WAUW wat een Kadootje. Soumaya heeft ons geweldig geholpen in onze kraamweek. Soumaya is deskundig op alle vlakken. Ze heeft enorm geholpen bij de borstvoeding, ze maakt heerlijk eten, heeft allerlei fijne weetje en tips over alles wat te maken heeft met een pasgeboren baby. Met de huishoudelijke taken vliegt ze ineens door het huis haha. Soumaya geeft in alles het vertouwen. We zijn zo dankbaar dat ze bij ons was. Heel fijn zo'n betrouwbaar persoon dichtbij in een intense week.

Die Webseite suggeriert es handelt sich um eine Firma aus der Schweiz, tatsächlich kommt alles aus Deutschland. Die Webseite und die Beispiele sind schön gestaltet, die Bestellung geht relativ einfach. Ich habe Tischkarten, Menükarten und ein Fotobuch bestellt inkl. Korrekturlesen gegen Aufpreis. In der Bestätigungsmail sah ich einen Fehler beim Fotobuch. Es wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, der Produktcheck gelte nicht für Fotobücher. Das Buch wurde mir dem Fehldruck geliefert! (CHF 54) Die Tisch-/Menükarten sahen vom Druck her gut aus, wurden aber in der falschen Anzahl geliefert, es fehlten Tischkarten mit Namen. Weil die Zeit fehlte für eine Nachlieferung bat ich um die Druckdaten. Der Kundenservice teilte mir knapp mit man könne nur Screenshots schicken, da wäre dann halt der Holzsockel auch mit drauf! Nach einigen Mails und Anrufen bekam ich die Druckdaten dann doch. Ich musste die fehlenden Tischkarten schlussendlich selber ausdrucken und zusammenkleben.

Ich durfte eine Probekarte kostenlos bestellen. Das war super, die Änderungen waren nachträglich kein Problem zu machen

Das Erstellen der Musterkarte und die Zustellung haben einwandfrei geklappt. Als wir die Karte jedoch definitiv bestellen wollten, mussten wir erst mal rausfinden wie wir zur Karte zurückkommen. Nirgends ein Hinweis zum Vorgehen. Stellt sich raus, dass es im Kundenkonto gespeichert ist. Dieses hatten wir jedoch nicht angelegt weil nirgends im Vorfeld ein Hinweis war, dass dies nötig ist. Also Passwort neu angefordert (wir hatten ja nie eins sngelgt) um überhaupt Zugriff zu erhalten und dann stellten wir fest dass die Karte zwar nachbestellt werden kann, wir jedoch keinerlei Änderungen vornehmen können. Sehr Ärgerlich da wir einen kleinen Tippfehler entdeckt hatten. Alles neu zu Erstellen hatte ich keine Nerven. Also mit Grummeln trotzdem bestellt. Das i-Tüpfelchen war der Rabattcode den man mitgeschickt hatte und dann angezeigt wurde, dass dieser für die Bestellung in CHF nicht benutzbar ist. Überraschung! Wenn die Lieferung in die Schweiz erfolgt, befindet sich der Kunde tatsächlich in der Schweiz und zahlt in Schweizer Franken. Zumal die Bestellung über die Schweizer Domainadresse erfolgte. Definitiv das letzte Mal dass wir hier bestellt haben. Schade, die Produkte wären schön aber alles drumrum ist einfach nur ärgerlich und mühsam.

You are definitely spoilt for choice of honeys! I bought Artisan Raw Certified Organic Greek Mountain Oak Honey. Just gorgeous. I think the nicest honey I’ve ever had. I like that it’s Raw, artisan ( Efkharisto Thomas!). But most importantly the bees are looked after to the highest degree. The company were really helpful, delivery was fairly quick and well packaged. The information you get on the website is incredibly detailed so that you know all you need to about each honey, the beekeeper (Apiarist), even down to the exact location where those particular bees live. Really impressed and comparing this honey to supermarket honey is ridiculous- there’s no comparison. If you like honey I’d really advise you to buy from here.

I stumbled across their website doing a Google search for raw honey, being unsure which one to choose as there was a such a variety, I called for some advice. The lady I spoke to very knowledgeable and helpful. I learnt all about the benefits of raw honey and what to do when it crystallises, which is expected with any runny honey. The honey I chose arrived within days and was delicious- would definitely be buying again :)

So, I usually buy my raw honey from another online company, but in recent times, the cost has risen to such heights that I could no longer afford it. I researched the various websites and settled on 'The raw honeyshop'. I have not been dissappointed! From ordering to receiving my delicious honey....the whole process was smooth and they kept in contact every step of the way. Congratulations on producing some of the best honey I have tasted, I am one very happy customer...so is my partner. We experienced the Forest and the Chestnut honeys which were rich and dark and sumptuous. I can't wait to try some of the other flavours available.

Incredible honey. I was working on a TV show which talked about Ikaria and the raw honey that comes from there-and how much better for you raw honey is-so I was so inspired to order some that I immediately did from the raw honey shop. It arrived last weekend and I have nearly finished the jar. It's incredible on toast. Absolutely amazing. I also suffer on occasion from acid reflux and feel that the honey has really helped the condition. Anyway will be ordering more. Absolutely wonderful.

I'm not a honey expert and mainly bought this honey because of it's packaging. The honey has a full soft flavour, is runny enough for my purposes and fits my needs to eat it with porridge flakes and nuts. I buy 5kg about every 5-6 months. The last 5kg canister I bought was one of those square ones which I then couldn't get the last honey out of easily and had to cut the canister open thereby ensuring that metal splinters found their way into the honey.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they did not deliver flowers, blamed Royal Mail and refused to give a refund. Performed a chargeback to get our money back. *If this happens to you, you can ask your bank for a chargeback.* any bank should agree to it as what this company doing is against consumer rights. You are entitled to a full refund if goods are not delivered on the specified day. A replacement is not acceptable when the goods are for a special occasion which has since passed. The customer services representative was not interested in hearing this, they can only spew out scripted responses. Don’t even bother trying to order from here.

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered 10 peonies which arrived in awful condition and were pretty much dead on arrival. Only one opened. For £65 I expect a lot more, as did the recipient. When I asked for a refund which they are **legally bound** under the UK Consumer Act of 2015, it was refused and they said it was "at their discretion". I rejected their offer of a credit or replacement flowers - the occasion had passed and in hindsight, having read of their awful performance, why on earth would I want to deal with them any further? I only wish I could post the pictures. If you truly detest someone, and want a terrible experience then this is the company for you. I will be taking this up with the Consumer Protection authorities and with my credit card company. These charlatans will not be allowed to get away with this.

this company is a SCAM!!!!!! they sent me pink roses instead of peonies and they sent a very scanty arrangement and are refusing to give me my money back. do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. £41 down the drain.

Very poor quality of flowers and very rude customer service. BEWARE they tie you into 6 deliveries with their subscription if you use a code and then want to charge you £10 to get out of the subscription! I ordered the £20 bouquet and it arrived in full bloom not buds. The two gerbera were dead within two days, the tulips were lilting within 2 days and the rest looked sad in the vase. Not the quality of other subscription florists.

I have ordered a largish batch of tulip bulbs (£674.24) in the second half of October for a designated date of delivery for which I paid an additional small charge. The date passed without hearing from them. After multiple e-mails and unanswered phone calls I finally managed to catch the so-called managing director James Hunt on the phone. Sounded like one of the cowboy builders/scammers that you see on TV in these hidden camera programmes. Turned out that he did not have the bulbs in stock! When I asked for an immediate refund, he refused saying that it is difficult! I have never experienced anything like this in almost 30 years of online shopping. He did send me some bulbs that looked like they were bought at Homebase from the discount bin. Still owes me £522.24 three months later! Does not respond to e-mails.

Highly recommend. After buying a ktm1290gt from another dealer , Judd racing put everything right with the bike , a full shim check service , rear brakes and a new sas pipe. To top it off they also gave me a tool kit for the bike for free as it was missing. The bike was returned in A1 condition, all my services history supplied and updated and free brake down recovery to boot. Get your self down and spend some money dealerships like this need saving. I bought a Husqvarna Norden 901 recently and noticed that the front brake switch was not working. I phoned Travis who dealt with the sale and explained the problem and he said (Chris) from servicing will give me a call. That never happened,so I emailed them and after a couple of weeks I had a reply from Sarah asking for the mileage. Since then nothing. I bought a brake switch from G H Motorcycles in Colchester which i will now fit myself. You would have though a 9k bike would have been properly checked over before being handed over but hey ho. Will I be buying from Judd Racing again, I doubt it very much.

Their website states they wont be beaten on price. When I emailed them a list of parts that I found cheaper elswear to see if they price match, they just ignored my email. Their loss as I wont use them at all now

Hi I recently bought a brand new Ktm 1290 super adventure I went and looked round the bikes and met Jonny one of bike sales team and straight away made feel at ease and was very knowledgeable on the bike I was interested in he showed me round a new bike in the shop and let me sit on the bike to see if I could reach the floor 😂😂 but on the low seat setting I was alright 😁 so I went for big deposit and 24 months pcp Jonny sorted it all out with very little fuss and even delivered my new bike and demonstrated all the bikes functions, to me the whole experience was very easy and professional I would highly recommend Jonny to assist you in your next bike purchase and Judd racing to buy it from 👍

I had never used this company before, but after the first phone call I could tell they were passionate about bikes and staff so friendly and helpful. I asked about a KTM offer I had seen on line and was told all about it and then asked if they would quote me on my bike. We struck up a deal and needed to some photos and information on my bike. All this was so straightforward and friendly. I decided to visit them and wasn’t disappointed with the shop, staff and the deal was done. First class company to deal with and nothing has been to much trouble, well done guys. My third KTM and first from Judd racing and closer than the previous dealer I used.

Abzocke - Unsere Bestellung vom 28.11. ist bis heute nicht eingetroffen. Laut deren Webseite war die Heizung vorrätig. Der Kontakt ist miserabel. Von alleine bekommt man keine Info. Und wenn man Infos bei Nachfrage bekommt stimmen diese nicht. Das Geld wurde aber schon via Paypal eingezogen! Verbraucherzentrale ist informiert.

Am 9.12.2024 bestellt, stand im Shop mit sofort Lieferbar drinnen. Thermostat kam nach drei Tagen an, allerdings habe ich bis heute keinen Heizkörper erhalten. Telefonisch nicht zu erreichen da läuft von 11:00-15:00 richtig schlechte Warteschleifenmusik. Mails werden Wochen später oder gar nicht beantwortet und wenn es eine Antwort gibt, gibt es ein neues Lieferdatum welches nicht eingehalten wird. Anwalt ist informiert und rechtliche Schritte werden eingeleitet

Vorsicht, sehr unzuverlässig! Telefonisch über Hotline absolut nie zu erreichen. Betreibt parallel eine zweite Internetseite mit den gleichen/ähnlichen Artikeln, auch hier telefonisch niemand erreichbar! Nach 1 Monat habe ich meine bestellte und bezahlte Ware noch immer nicht bekommen! Kommunikation absolut unterirdisch!

Wir haben den Design Handtuchheizkörper Schwarz 60 x 140 cm mit Thermoflüssigkeit bestellt. Die Installation nach Anleitung war sehr einfach. Man muss bei der Größe lediglich zu 2. sein, wenn es zum selbst befüllen bestellt. Wir hatten auch Kontakt mit dem Service und dieser war überaus kompetent und sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Heizung mit überaus hoher Qualität hängt, funktioniert und sieht toll aus!

Ich bin als Unternehmer absolut schockiert und enttäuscht von diesem Anbieter! Vor über 3 Monaten habe ich einen Badezimmerheizkörper für knapp 500 Euro bestellt und bezahlt, und bis heute habe ich das Produkt nicht erhalten. In dieser Zeit wurde mir zweimal versichert, dass die Lieferung in dieser Woche erfolgen würde, aber es passiert einfach nichts. Es ist offensichtlich, dass viele andere Kunden ebenfalls von diesem Betrug betroffen sind. Die Kommunikation ist katastrophal, und ich habe das Gefühl, dass meine Anliegen ignoriert werden. Ich habe bereits rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet und meinen Anwalt eingeschaltet. Ich kann nur jedem raten, die Finger von diesem Anbieter zu lassen – unzuverlässig, betrügerisch und absolut frustrierend! --

Wir haben auch einen Heizkörper bestellt, der angeblich sofort lieferbar war und wochenlang nicht ankam. Plötzlich klingelte mein Telefon und ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter erklärte mir die aktuelle Situation (Lieferverzug im Hafen). Alles verständlich und meinerseits habe ich dafür auch generell Nachsicht. Nur die Kundeninfos erst Wochen später zu geben und der Verzicht eines entsprechenden Vermerks auf der Webseite, hat halt dem Unternehmen nun eine Flut an negativen Bewertungen gebracht. Nachhaltiger Imageschaden anstatt transparente Kundeninfos.

Warnung ein höchst kriminelles Unternehmen. Auf der Homepage wird angepriesen die Ware sei in zwei bis drei Tagen bei Ihnen zu Hause. Tatsächlich war nach 12 Wochen immer noch nichts passiert .Liefertermine wurden bis zu 4x verschoben. Paypal Käuferschutz eingeschalten ,hier ist die Firma bestens bekannt. Es wurde versucht zu tricksen, es wird zügig ein kleiner Teil oder ein Anschlussteil der Ware via Tracking Informationen versendet,diese Tracking Information wird dann gegenüber dem Käufer und PayPal genutzt glaubhaft zu machen der Heizkörper sei vollständig geliefert. Auf E-Mails kann Reaktion, Telefon nie jemand erreichbar. Zum Glück via paypal Käuferschutz abgesichert, viel Ärger E-Mails und Zeit ist trotzdem dabei drauf gegangen. Nie wieder und auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Ich habe einen Design Heizkörper gekauft. Heizkörper war über Klarna bezahlt kam aber nicht. Nach einem Telefonat mit Ada Commerce wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Körper nicht vor Ende Februar Verfügung ist. Man könnte mir den nächst größeren schicken. Gesagt getan Heizkörper kam nach 3 Tagen. Beim auspacken stellte ich fest er ist beschäftigt. Die Firma ist seit dem nicht mehr telefonisch erreichbar und reagiert nicht auf E-Mails. Finger weg von dieser Firma, die verkaufen B-Ware und sind nicht mehr erreichbar.

Am 6 Dezember habe ich die Bestätigung für meinen bestellten Design Heizkörper bekommen , mit dem Hinweis das der Auftrag bearbeitet und versendet wird. Ich habe die Kundennr. KN34129. Und die Bestellnummer ist : DH32119 Am 13.12 teilte man mir mit das es zu Lieferverzögerungen kommt , aber der Liefertermin voraussichtlich der 22.12 sei. Aber an keiner Stelle eine Sendungs oder Tracking Nummer. Ende Dezember habe ich dann einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet , und fast währe mein Fall geschlossen worden und mein Geld weg. Aber ich habe rechtzeitig Käuferschutz beantragt , und mein Geld zurück erhalten . Also am besten Finger weg von dieser Firma !

We were under the impression that this tour was not closed in. It was and so was everyone on the boat. Packed like sardines we had poor audio, very dirty windows and not much fun. Everyone around us, very disappointed and you couldn't even see the top of the beautiful buildings. I do not recommend this tour at all.

1 star given as I would of got off after 5 minutes if I could have done. Loud 80's poor quality sound system blaring out, pizza cold and tasteless. Shared table (luckily with two lovely young girls who equally were really disappointed) Boat so steamed- up nothing could be seen, wiping windows didn't help, guides commentary was inaudible and what we did make out from the din was just lame. Wine or beer was not flowing, we had 3 small glasses max of Luke warm white wine - just don't bother it's cheap for a reason.

Belachelijk! Meer dan een uur in de rij. Chaos, geen structuur en geen organisatie rondom het Lightfestival in Amsterdam. Alle uren door elkaar in de rij. Niets geregeld voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn en geen enkele communicatie over hoe lang de rij nog gaat duren of waar de rij heen gaat. Gevaarlijke situaties rondom kruispunt en verkeer, omdat de rij zo extreem lang was. Verder krappe stoeltjes en korte snoer voor oordopjes als je aan het middenpad zat. Laatste stuk file aan boten en daardoor duurden het erg lang voordat er aangemeerd kon worden. En uiteraard een chagrijnige bestuurder/kapitein mocht niet ontbreken!

Ticket voor lichtfestival. Grote chaos bij het aanschuiven, alle uren door elkaar, mensen van meer dan een uur vroeger dan ons stonden er nog. 400 mensen aanschuiven voor boot tour. Reactie: Het is druk op het kanaal, je zou denken dat ze dit aankunnen en hiermee rekening houden. Er was ook niks te zien, dat ze dit lichtfestival durven te noemen. Veel betaald voor niks

So unorganised company. Customers should wait for about one hour in very cold weather outside, however we bought our tickets 2 days before online. Different time slots were mixed together in line and every thing very chaotic.

Geboekte tickets om 18.00 maar de boot was vol! Geen passende oplossing kunnen bedenken behalve "u mag de volgende boot als eerste erop.. " Dus in de kou op de kade wachten of helemaal niet was het eigenlijk.. En wij waren die de enige die niet meer op de boot konden! Er werd helemaal niet geteld door het personeel dus ze hadden geen idee hoeveel mensen er aan boord waren..Ze doen maar wat die Lovers, zolang er betaald word blijven ze zo opereren ben ik bang..Dee licht tour op zich was wel aardig, maar in vergelijk met vorige jaren toch echt heel wat minder..

We booked on line for the light festival trip and were told to arrive 15 minutes early for our 7.15 trip, which we did there was an enormous queue . There was no real order to figure out if we were in line for the right boat that was setting off at 7.15. So we just we in line with the masses. The queue meandered back and for and took us One hour before we reached the cafe where we could get a drink to take on board . We followed those in from of us, no one checked our tickets and we got on. Despite so many people the boat was not filled. you could view from the side windows but not really clearly the top windows needed to be cleaned to see the view of the light installations from above. So you can't view much. The boat trip we paid for was 1.5 hours we were back at the dock within an hour with no explanation. Probably as there was such a queue of people waiting. The captain was entertaining at least, Really a rip off!

Tour van 17.15uur geboekt...werd aangeraden er om 17uur te zijn.... mochten plusmin om 17.40uur instappen. Stonden al die tijd in de regen met een klein kind. Boot was veel te vol. Do not work for this company . I was an employee at LendInvest and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The training program was deeply unprofessional and disorganised. When I joined, I felt rushed through the training without proper guidance, which left me unprepared for my role. One major issue I faced was being singled out for not completing my training, despite other team members being in the same situation. It felt incredibly unfair to be targeted while others were allowed to progress without the same scrutiny. Additionally, I was constantly compared to my peers regarding their progress, which is not only discouraging but also dismisses the fact that everyone learns at their own pace. Moreover, I witnessed the unfair treatment of another employee who was made redundant, supposedly due to financial issues. From my perspective, it seemed more like she was bullied out of the company rather than a legitimate business decision. I also faced scrutiny over my mobile phone usage, while it was clear that others were using their phones frequently without any repercussions. When I reached out for help, I was criticised for asking too many questions, which was incredibly disheartening. It felt like any attempt to seek assistance was met with resistance. Ultimately, I left early on Thursday because I was uncomfortable and struggling with my mental well-being. Overall, my experience at LendInvest was marred by a lack of support, unfair policies, and a toxic environment. I would not recommend this company to potential employees.

I have been working with Lendinvest for many years now, having carried out many successful development projects and find them to be flawless in every respect. Their attitude, appetite, and sensible rates make them a joy to do business with.

My experience is as an investor with Lendinvest, I invested three pots of money in three different property deals. They all started out well but one by one run into problems of one sort or another. Out of the three all went wrong in one way or another, one was late in paying out and two out of the three are now in arrears with one going into repossession. Communications on the deals gone wrong are slow and vague. There are a lot batter providers in this space, I would avoid investment with this company.

I recently submitted a bridge case to LendInvest which has since completed. From initial enquiry to completion, the process was very smooth, and quick. I contacted my BDM, Rod McPherson, in the first instance to discuss the case and talk through the questions I had- which are probably a bit more than the average broker as I can over analyse, but this was not a an issue for Rod who was happy to answer all that I had to ask. Having talked through the enquiry with Rod and going over what options would be available, I was delighted to obtain terms for my client at 90% ltv. Having a BDM who always picks up your call is very helpful. The case was processed very quickly by the underwriter and she kept me regularly updated with was much appreciated. I was also able to select dual representation, which saved my client a large chunk of money. The completions team are also on the ball and the case completed on the day the vendors requested. Additionally, the application portal is very easy to navigate. I would not hesitate to use LendInvest again, and look forward to submitting my next case.

Had x2 rather tricky cases with LendInvest [I am the Broker] and i was able to discuss things with my BDM, who supported the case and had it reviewed by the underwriting teams. Any points of confusion were remedied when required to be and both cases progressed through to offer in a timely fashion, taking into account the complexities of the cases. The underwriting teams were proactive and moved things along efficiently. I definitely will be using LendInvest more often.

Firstly - combining Borrower and Lender reviews into one average rating is meaningless. I'm sure borrowers are happy as apparently they are allowed to repay as and when (and if) they please. I have currently 7 investments of which only one is not in arrears (it hasn't matured yet). The rest are in arrears, in breach or in enforcement. All but one of the delinquent loans are in the hands of receivers, some have stopped paying interest bringing my overall return to 2.12% How did these guys get given this business for their playpen?

Waardeloos. Nieuwe module besteld want deurhandel deed t niet meer. Bij plaatsen van nieuwe module zelfde probleem. Telefoontje naar Tesland was nutteloos, wisten ook niet wat t was, geen idee, bestelde module mocht niet terug! En dat was t dan. Geen enkele hulp of service.

Recently purchased the Pureline 6ft Pool Dining Table & Table Tennis Top and wow what a game changer, endless days and nights of fun with the family and friends, either eating, playing pool or table tennis, laughter never ends. The delivery was very quick, delivery guys very professional and helpful, the quality of the table is amazing, I replaced a slate bed R J Riley table with this new Pureline Pool Table which is not slate but to be honest you cannot tell the difference, its smooth and streamline, pocket sizes are fantastic (better than the Riley) very easy to put together, do need two people though as it is heavy which you would expect for the quality, the table top finish is beautiful, lots of people have commented on how lovely looking it is. After searching the web I found the perfect selection of tables on libery games. It allowed me to pick the perfect table - 7x4 slate oak table and full Britsh competition spec. The customization options were great, and I was able to chose the perfect colour and type of cloth to suit my preference. Comms were great from Liberty Games, and they asked good questions to ensure the table was suitable for me and the space it was being placed in. Although it was customised to my spec it was still available within a few days and the guys who delivered and assembled it were great. They gave great advice as to where exactly to place it in the room and were really friendly and helpful, as well as giving solid advice on it's upkeep, etc. The table was set up perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with it.

Vi havde booket en Soundboks til afhentning den 29. december, men da vi kom for at hente den, var der ingen til at overdrage højtaleren. Efter at have forsøgt at få fat i dem, fik vi at vide, at vi først kunne få den den 31. december – altså to dage senere. Vi skulle bruge den i sommerhus til nytårsaften, så vi fik ingen højtaler som planlagt. Totalt manglende ansvar og dårlig kundeservice. Vi vil ikke handle her igen.

Nu er det sjette gang jeg har lejet en Soundboks hos jer og wow hvor er det nemt og simpelt. Jeg bookede den et par dage i forvejen og jeg kunne hente den når det passede mig. Burde købe en selv, men synes bare det her er nemmere🙌🏻

Flask markedsføring med at reklamere med at soundbox kan hentes kl 12, for derefter at ændre det til 17. Efter at have ændret tidspunktet hvor spundboxen kan hentes er firmaet forsinket. Kan ikke anbefales.

Min camp og jeg lejede en Soundboks til Roskilde Festival. Laust og Arthur gav 10/10 kundeservice, og var super proaktive! De svarede hurtigt på alle spørgsmål, trods at de havde super travlt! Det bedste ved det hele var at de i sidste øjeblik fandt en mikrofon frem, som vi kunne leje sammen med boksen, som var til stor glæde for alle under hele festivallen <3 Kæmpe anbefaling herfra!

Vi bookede to soundbokse samt lys til vores bryllup. Der var god kontakt omkring afhentning, Laust som stod klar da vi afhentede havde god energi og var fleksibel med afleveringen. Selve setuppet spillede uden problemer, så på den tekniske side var der heller ingenting at klage over. Kan klart anbefale at leje fra lejsb hvis man har brug for lidt god lyd (og lys) til sit arrangement - og servicen rundt om er venlig og god.

De er vildt søde og hjælpsomme i lejensoundboks. Så god service, virkelig en god oplevelse at leje en soundboks til Roskilde.

Først der fik jeg at vide, at min ordre nu var blevet annulleret, og at jeg ville få mine penge retur – angiveligt fordi pakken var gået i stykker. Hvorfor skulle jeg selv tage kontakt for at få denne information?

Og så oplyse at i forventer at det udbedret til klokken 20 fredag aften. Jeg er helt forståelig for at der kan komme et brud men at lukke for vandet i over 24 timer uden at man stiller toiletvogne op sådan at beboerne i en hel blok Kunne komme på toilet. Synes det er under al kritik hvordan vil i selv føle hvis det var jer.

Jeg var kunde hos TerapeutBooking i en periode på 3 måneder, så sagde jeg kontrakten op. Jeg oplevede en sindssyg ringe kundesupport, som var skiftevis næsevis, nedladende og undvigende i ansvarspåtagelse. Desuden deler de deres support op, så den enkelte medarbejder arbejder i en informationssilo med dig. Dette medfører, at når en medarbejder er syg / væk / ikke gider besvare dig, tja, så stopper al kommunikation. Deres kalender plug in til Google Calendar virkede ikke i ugevis. Jeg brugte knapt 6500 kr hos en tredjepart leverandør til at søge at rette i de fejl, som TerapeutBookings API skabte hos mig - forgæves. Når jeg kontaktede TerapeutBooking med henblik på disse frontend og backend problemer, var meldingen den samme "Du må klare dig selv, Mark." Så, det gjorde jeg. Jeg opsagde "samarbejdet" og fandt en anden leverandør. Hos den nye leverandør kostede en livstidslicens det samme som blot 10 måneder hos TerapeutBooking! Søg selv på Google på Amelia plugin på Wordpress. Sum: Hold dig fra TerapeutBooking, spar penge, og brug noget andet stabilt i stedet.

Så er der igen problemer. Denne gang er det siden der er opdateret, og jeg kan ikke logge på via min telefon. Har skrevet til dem men intet svar. Desuden var der for et par dage side udfordringer med at klienterne fik forkert påmindelse om deres mødetid, hvilket resulterede en dag der blev forstyrret af klienter der ikke kunne finde ud af det.

Er flere gange på 2 uger jeg ikke kan komme ind, nu er vores ene firma fjernet så vi ikke kan arbejde og sidste uge var Nemid kanppen væk så vi ikke kunne logge ind. Fungere så dprligt at man ikke har en support man kan komme i kontakt med. Så er man en virksomhed i vækst ville jeg ikke anbefale dem. Det går ikke man ikke kan få hjælp når systemet fejler!

Har egentlig altid givet jer gode anmeldelser ift brugervenlighed. Men i august faldt mine bookinger pludseligt markant efter I integrede nye GDPR tiltag. Jeg kontaktede mit marketings bureau og de konstaterede at blokeringen lå i jeres system. Jeg kontaktede derfor jer og I mente det lå hos marketings bureauet og var dermed ikke jeres problem. Og da I kun kan kontaktes skrifteligt med en dags ekspeditionstid og på trods at gentagende opfordringer fra både mig og mit marketing bureau, nægtede I at tage problemet alvorligt og samarbejde fx ved at lade mine eksperter og jeres eksperter snakke sammen. Det resulterede i 5 ugers skriftlig kommunikationstovtrækkeri og et omsætningstab for mig jeg endu ikke her 5 mdr senere har indhentet. Da I endelig indvilgede i at snakke direkte sammen med min supportspecialister tog det 5 min at løse problemet! Om problemet lå hos jer eller mit marketing bureau ved jeg ikke, men den manglende samarbejdsvilje fra jeres side var helt uacceptabel. Jeg lever af bookinger. Jeres tilgang er uacceptabelt og så skuffende og efterfølgende har jeg ingenting hørt fra jer. Og jeg ved desværre at jeg ikke var den eneste, der kom i klemme i den periode. Jeg sidder tilbage med en følelse af ikke at blive taget alvorligt, at I ikke er der når det gælder og at I har mere fokus på at ekspanderer jeres forretning end at yde en god kernekompetance. Men det vil jeg lede op til jer selv at vurdere. Jeg kan derfor ikke længere anbefale jeres produkt til mine kollegaer.

Jeg har nu i to omgange brugt Terapeutbooking. Begge gange har oplevelsen været virkelig god, fordi: - systemet er ekstremt let at sætte op og det er problemløst at opdatere kalender, data og oplysninger, og er fleksibelt mht. integrationer - jeg får hurtige svar på mine spørgsmål fra kundeservice Jeg glæder mig til at afprøve betaling via Mobile Pay Invoice, nu da klinikken skal til at tage fart. Jeg har brugt Terapeut Booking i omkring 10 år og været superglad for det i alle årene. Der bliver konstant udviklet på tjenesten, og nye faciliteter som har lettet min arbejdsgang og således været tidsbesparende bliver løbende tilbudt. Jeg hører jævnligt fra mine klienter, hvor glade de er for systemet, fordi de finder det let at bruge og kan bestille på alle tider af døgnet. Udover funktionaliteten af kalenderen er Support altid meget imødekommende og hjælpsommer.

Deres support system er nok noget af det værste jeg længe har oplevet har skrevet flere gange uden, at få et svar. Mine beskeder bliver efterladt på Read og ingen besvarelse.

Brugervenlig platform til både kalender, onlinebooking og fakturering. Mange integrationer med fx Mobilepay og MitID. Der arbejdes løbende på at forbedre systemet med tidssvarende løsninger og opdateringer. De svarer hurtigt, venligt og konstruktivt på mailhenvendelser og forsøger at finde løsninger på de behov, jeg som kunde udtrykker. Så jeg oplever som kunde hos terapeutbooking at blive værdsat og at være med til at udvikle systemet ved at være i dialog med dem. Jeg anbefaler terapeutbooking til alle terapeuter med behov for et kliniksystem, som også er godt til prisen.
