I have bought this artisan coffee twice ( once for myself and once for my sister's family) and it is very well roasted and blended. The single-bean (or single origin) speciality coffees are very interesting and have an intense flavour which lingers on your taste buds which is what a good coffee should do. I would have no problems whatsoever to recommend this little company. Delivery and communication are spot on and new or improved products come out regularly. I suggest you follow NakedRoaster Coffee on Instagram to keep up to date. Avoid industrial coffees and give them a try. I almost forgot, they do a great decaffeinated "Swiss water" coffee which rocks!

My charter was crewed by a group of fabulous people, the yacht was gorgeous and clean, the food was delicious, and the excursions were all super fun adventures. I couldn’t have asked for more. I can highly recommend Charter Broker Chris at DMA Yachting. I recently tasked Chris to find a last minute charter for myself and my 3 teenage children. He provided me with 3 exceptional catamarans to choose from and worked tirelessly to meet my family’s needs. He was always available to answer all of my questions and meet our specific requirements. With his help I chose the 56’ Lagoon ‘A3’. Captain Jake and First Mate Maia from ‘A3’were exceptional in every way. Captain Jake provided an outstanding itinerary that included 6 days of cruising to the best spots in the BVI. Our floating home for the week was perfectly maintained and fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy the islands. First Mate Maia’s hospitality was well beyond our expectations. Every meal onboard was made from scratch including fresh baked focaccia for grilled Chicken and Mozzarella paninis. I can honestly say that after many years of chartering sailing yachts I have never experienced such a high level of hospitality, service and professionalism as I did on Captain Jake’s and Maia’s ‘A3’. I sadly lost my pet dog Reva on valentines day,she was taken to Legacy after making an appointment with Eboni, who was so understanding and compassionate, then on arrival we where greeted by Fern, who again was so understanding and again compassionate and very professional explaining everything and showing us what we could choose. We loved the way thing's were done and how much dignity Reva was given as a loving and grieving owner's. on Wednesday I had to make the heartbreaking decision to have my beautiful cat Joe put to sleep and I was absolutely devastated. I came way from the vets and immediately phoned Legacy pets as I had used their service before. I had time to take my boy home to say a final goodbye to him and he was collected within 45 minutes of me speaking to the lovely lady over the phone. Joe was collected by a very kind man who laid him in a soft bed in his van giving me time to give him a gentle stroke and kiss goodbye. I was kept up to date with everything and Joe was returned to me 2 days later in his sleeping cat urn, beautifly displayed in a bag along with a candle and cremation certificate. He is now home resting peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Thank you Legacy pets for your care and kindness to myself and Joe at this extremely difficult time 💜🙏

From start to finish the care and understanding was outstanding. Absolute top class customer service, treated our little dog like their own. Transported her on her own in a little bed all tucked in. Put her little coat on her and made her look nice after CPR etc. such kind, personal touches,read out some words we had written for her before she was cremated, on her own with her favourite toys,blanket etc even flowers. Ashes personally delivered to our home 24 hours later in the engraved casket we ordered with some very thoughtful bits and pieces. Pet parents will understand how important all this is,truly the kindest people,we were devastated after the sudden loss of our 7 year old little dog after a tooth extraction which led to complications and her death within 24 hours. They couldn't have been nicer or more considerate. If you want your pet treated like you would treat them this is the place. I hope one day they will offer pet funerals then they can have the send off they truly deserve. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart, we will never forget what you did for us at our lowest moment.

Legacy Pets came highly recommended to us from my brother in law, who had used their services a while ago. Legacy pets were so patient, understanding, supportive and there whenever I needed to call and set my day for them to come and help ease my boys pain. their Aftercare too was incredible. Been three days now, on the eve of my operation. I’ve had three daily jabs by a local chemist, to prevent blood clotting from the upcoming surgery. Not really a problem although it does sting for 10mins after. I suppose “ No pain no gain” so a must endure Well it’s 7pm Friday 19th April 2024, here in Cyprus, no more solids since 6pm tonight, so all done and well excercised . I’ll be going up to my room soon to pack as I’ve got to be at the hospital tonight for surgery tomorrow. I have to say I am a little anxious, however the pre opp exercise did go really well so I am very confident that I am in good hands, but it doesn’t stop me being anxious 😢. I’ve been sitting here wandering “what shall I do with the excess stomach they remove, should I keep it and make myself, one of those man bags?” Still no going back! As the hours unfold I’ll try and keep you all posted. It’s been a long night, I staid up watching the new Netflix series “baby reindeer” very good. No action till about 7:30am, nothing was said, a nurse appeared and took my blood pressure and oxygen, this time normal. Must have been the cocodine I was taking for pain. I stopped taking this on Tuesday and have been relying on paracetamol. Another lady came in a different colour uniform, I presume an orderly who put on two large, white, tight stockings that go right up to my thigh. An hour later, about 8:30 am another nurse came in and said she’ll be looking after me and she needs to find a vein. She needs to put in a canola into my wrist. I pump squeezed my fist, I assume this helps raise up a vein. Call me a baby but this hurts. It’s in and is constantly throbbing.. I didn’t think this was normal so I asked, the nurse who tells yes it is.. still like I said before “no pain no gain” I can do this. I’m now hooked up to clear bag. Seline liquid, I presume, again nothing was said. Must be normal procedure. I still do not know what time my surgery is Hopefully not too long , as I now want you to get it done and behind me. 2 o’clock they came and took me down to theatre. 1 awoke about 4pm. I’m told surgery went well and was very quick. I was in so much pain, I wanted to cry. I couldn’t talk or move, or answer my phone, which was ringing numerous times from family and friends wanting to how I was. 9:30pm Still very painful but nothing like earlier. as the hours pass I knew the pain will cease and as the days go by the weight will fall. Thank you everyone for being there and sharing all this with me. Even though I wish it was you in this pain and I was the well wisher.. hopefully I’ll be well enough to watch the Palace v West Ham game tomorrow.. COYI Sunday morning 21st April 2024 That was tough night , reflux and gas, I suppose understandable, however very uncomfortable. They wouldn’t let me sleep either , every two hours we had get up and walk, up and down. Been given pain relief today,beginning to feel more comfortable, although me thinks I’ve got a long way to go before I feel right. The nurse came and changed my wounds, 5 incisions, gonna tell my grand children they’re bullet holes, rather like dad told me many years ago. He had a scar by his armpit. He told he was shot whilst in the police force, I was so proud of him. Years later, upon a visit to his village, one my cousins told me that “your dad went to scale a metal fence with spikes, only he slipped and impaled his arm on it, it took 6 people to lift him off. You see he has scar under his arm near his armpit” 😂 I fly back in a week, I wonder if I’ll feel ok to do so. Time will tell…. I’ve been beckoned , I’m off for a walk. Monday 22nd April 2024 Not been a bad day, pain is under control Had an xray today and saw my small stomach. He’d cut 85%. Have started taking small sips of fluid. I need to take a total of 2.5 litres a day. Which doesn’t sound bad, when you think you’ve got a whole day, however having such a small stomach I am full really quick. Plus I’m also on a seline drip so constant peeing. The staff here have been talking to the hotel re my diet when I’m discharged tomorrow. I’ll be having broth for lunch, activel, protein drinks , water and non acidic fruit drinks the rest of the day. No solids for three weeks. I’ve been given a prescription of tablets to get from the chemist including my daily injection, preventing clots. I can’t get the wounds wet , but I need to dress them regularly wipe with iodine. They’ll heal quicker if they’re not covered, and I must be very careful not to get them infected. I have been thinking should I stay another week or two before I fly home? I’m not sure the flight on the plane and the journey home will be comfortable. I’ll talk to my mum and see if she’s happy to stay too. All in all great experience thoroughly recommend Varol an his team. Very professional 👍 By the way my first weigh in after surgery I had lost 17lbs which is 1 st 3 lbs whoop whoop !

From the moment I communicated with Kemal and Dr Varol I knew I was in good hands. Surgery was straight forward and Dr Varol and his team have amazing results. The aftercare has also been superb with dietician support readily available. Dr Varol is a kind man who genuinely cares about his patients. He never rests!

I have suffered with my weight for the last 20 years I went in diets to n and off. I would loose my weight on not to put it in again . I contacted the clinic and I felt so happy in choosing this clinic as the surgeon does tight sleeve and no one had any complications. Which made me at ease . I let Dr Varol and he is the most nicest and honest man I have ever met.he made me feel at ease and I had a good experience right from the first communication and any questions I had along the way were answered . The secretary was very helpful all the way and is always there when I needed help. I would recommend this clinic to everyone out there . Your in very safe hands . The nurses really care and looked after you very well. I have lost all the weight I needed and have not gained any back as I’m still eating less and it has helped me eating less. Which was my problem in gaining weight back. I’m so happy i went with this clinic but the only thing I’m unhappy about is I wish I done this sooner as I wasted so much money on diets that were so depressing for months on end and then to put the weight back on .

From my initial enquiry with Dr Varol I was extremely impressed with how friendly, responsive and approachable he was. We video called and messaged for some time, at all hours, and he always replied quickly and helpfully to as many questions as I could think of. He really made me feel at ease with the whole decision without applying an ounce of pressure, he wanted it to be 100% right for me and for me to be sure. Before arriving I was in contact with Dr Varol and Narjiss who was just as helpful and helped me prepare for the journey and requirements etc. They were both there to meet me when I arrived at the hospital and instantly made me feel at ease they took time explaining things and making sure I was ok. All of the staff in the hospital were extremely friendly and warm, not everyone spoke fluent English but even with the language barrier they still made you feel relaxed and smiled, they would help with anything I needed and check on me regularly. I stayed in hospital for about 4-5 days and everyday Dr Varol came to see me at various points and he spent time with me personally giving me advice and guidance which was greatly appreciated. Even after leaving hospital both Narjiss and Dr Varol have kept in regular contact with me and been on hand with any queries I’ve had throughout my recovery. I have been back to see Dr Varol at the 4 month mark and again it was a pleasure seeing him and the lovely team. I am so so so pleased I trusted Dr Varol and his team with my surgery and have already recommended him to several others, the surgery for me has been a huge success and has made me feel the happiest I’ve felt for years, there’s not an ounce of doubt or regret in my mind. I made contact with Dr Varol Esatoğlu in July 2021, I was a little worried at first as it was a life changing decision. I cannot thank Dr Varol and his team enough. The advice and support I was from making the initial enquiry to now, 8 months on, is first class.

Best decision I have made. I had gastric sleeve surgery in January 22 and at almost 8 months post op I am very close to my target weight. I highly recommend Dr Varol and team. The customer relations are super friendly and can’t do enough to accommodate you and your needs. Dr Varol is amazing at what he does and his results speak volumes. There was a slight language barrier at times and not always the best bedside manner but was easily sorted and overall had a very positive experience. Only downside from it all was I never had any correspondence from the dietitian. However, I’m sure if I needed her I could of messaged customer relations and it would have been sorted. I luckily found recovery straight forward and didn’t actually need any additional advice. I would highly recommend having surgery at Cyprus Obesity Clinic. It really was the best decision I have made.

My whole experience from the minute I got to the hospital was fantastic, the staff were amazing the surgeon Dr Varol always checking on me making sure I was ok he talked through everything an explained exactly what he was doing. The hospital was so so clean I would highly recommend going here and I for one would go back rather than use NHS. I had a recent bed bug infestation and naturally, the first thing I did was go on Google to search on all things related to bed bugs. And as I kept flipping between web page to web page, my panic level kept increasing. The more I learned about them, the worse my anxiety grew. Thankfully, I was referred to Zafar from ASM Pest Control. He gave me 110% assurance that he will get rid of them. I was worried I would have to get ride of my furniture. Especially as I had purchased a brand new Queen mattress, this would not have been financially feasible. Zafar assured me I would not need to get of my furniture. I contacted ASM Pest Control because we were having rat problem at our home, Zafar responded really quickly and was very professional. Many companies in Vancouver claim to be 24/7 but when I was in a crisis last weekend no one was available to help me. We wanted someone who would be fully insured and registered. We’d had to abandon our usual programme for live audiences ; guided walks, talks, exhibitions, events and lectures. Covid put the lid on virtually everything we did. We decided to produce a video which could be accessed by those who normally attend our programmes. We needed a small amount of footage for the video which would spotlight features on the rooftops of Georgian and Victorian buildings as well as of a Georgian Square. Jason responded promptly to our initial contact. We described what we had in mind and not only did he understand our needs but he suggested what other possibilities were available to us for footage we might not use in our initial video but which will be useful for new developments we had in mind. He visited and ‘walked’ the area with us, suggesting techniques for drone use that would provide maximum visual impact. He also proposed two filming sessions, one in daylight and one after dark. Perfect for our video storyline! The actual filming was carried out with one of our team present so what we wanted to capture was secured. Jason’s team were friendly, great with members of the public, patient with us and professional throughout. Once the filming was complete DroneWorks liaised directly with the Video production company producing the film for us. Technical issues were resolved and we were delighted with the end product. DroneWorks stored our footage securely until we were ready to download the extensive material which we now have ‘in the can’ and which will be used in a variety of ways over the coming year. Jason made a follow up visit to site to help us manage our longer term storage and to describe ways we could manipulate our content in a variety of ways. At all times we felt Covid-secure. DroneWorks fees were transparent from the start and there were no hidden extras. We would wholeheartedly recommend Jason Hinsley. We shall be working with him again in the future.

Thank you for the excellent aerial images and video covering the Fylde Sand Dunes project. The end result was impressive and gave a perspective that would not normally be possible. Beds have worked very well, both as an emergency put me up, and as a bed when camping. Have been used by two 6 ft plus occupants with no issue at all. Packed away in a cupboard when not in use.

Guidance to know how I would source the information to answer/complete the necessary questions would help enormously as this course does not have a manual to work from. For example, to assist you with your studies........ I have completed a number of Level 3 qualifications, either class based or online and there is a significant difference between a Level 3 and a Level 4 qualification.

I’ve just completed my level 2 gym instructor. Which was quick and easy to complete. All e-learning was easy to access and the practical final assessment was run safely and quickly. I have already signed up for my Level 3 personal training.

First Class Fitness Academy is an excellent learning academy for learning about fitness and other course such as Awards in Assessing and Awards in Education & Training. Full tutor support is given at all times. First Class Fitness Academy has a five (5) star rating from me because of their patience and support during my course experience. I didn't feel judged as most times I wanted to give up and felt annoyed with the work. The tutor (James Brown) reassured me and made me feel welcomed. THANK YOU, glad I kept persevering.

I have recently taken courses with first class fitness academy and have succeeded with my qualifications. This was made possible due to their support and organisation of the courses which was delivered by first class academy, always available, very helpful, knowledgable, and completely first class... huge thank you to the team, I could not of gained my qualifications without them.

Taking on any course can be daunting but the level of support received from First Class Fitness Academy was gratefully received. No question was too onerous, freedom to reach out for assistance when required and assurance provided when needed. I’ve been training with Aaron for a few months now and really enjoying the training. Aaron’s committed to helping me achieve my fitness target and has a great approach in doing so. I took part in the Hyrox event yesterday and had a brilliant time. The team were all really supportive and I was really able to push myself with the support from the crowd too. Great event and highly recommend it.

Since having my first child in lockdown I have been a part of Aarons bootcamp sessions. I started on zoom and eventually we moved outside. Since starting I was met with a wonderful group of friendly, hard working people. Aaron and his team have been nothing but supportive and encouraging since day 1. I had my second child and continued to attend sessions up to 40 weeks while Aaron adapted exercises for me. I am by no means the fittest but have gotten stronger and healthier and that's all thanks to the amazing sessions that Aaron carefully plans week in week out. I completed 2 of Aaron's Hyrox affiliated events and my first real hyrox in may and have signed up for my next in November. I am looking forward to continuing to work with you getting faster and stronger!

I entered the Performance training hyrox event as I have seen it online and wanted to get a feel of the event before entering an official hyrox event. The day was brilliant, everyone was really supportive and am hoping they will become regular events at Basildon Sporting Village as I would love to do more locally.

Performance X Hyrox - 23 July 2023 Absolutely excellent! I found out about it from the Exercise Manager at my Everyone Active gym and I'm so glad I did! I won't lie, I was petrified but when I got in touch with Aaron through Facebook he was really helpful, supportive and reassuring. He and his team put on an awesome event at a great location! Everyone was so welcoming, encouraging, and truly committed to delivering the best experience for everyone - participants and spectators. The venue (Basildon Sporting Village) was really good, the event was really well set up, the DJ/compere was fab, and the kit was fantastic!! That good that while I did this one as a solo female entrant, I've signed up hubby to do the mixed doubles in August. The experience has been invaluable as I now know what to expect at Hyrox London later this year. Thanks again Aaron and everyone involved!
