Amazing standard of service and competitive pricing for a great quality sofabed. There is a good range of style and fabric to choose from. Initially I thought I had a problem in operating the roll back mechanism but the owner couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging for someone to come and check the assembly and demonstrate operation in person. Turned out missing a simple step created a problem where there was none. Despite sturdiness of unit it’s easy.

We have owned our Canterbury 3 seat sofa for several years. Recently we had to move off our boat (due to my declining health). During the move back to bricks and mortar. the click-clack mechanism got damaged. A phone call to them, to purchase a new pair and within 48 hours a new set arrived. Within the hour I had replaced the damaged parts and the sofa is in full working order. Thank you Sofabed Barn. Cannot fault the customer service or the quality of our sofa.

These guys are not out for repeat business; won't admit their own mistakes. They fixed an IT problem we had, but they disconnected a cable required to run our business that had nothing to do with the job. We called them back and they charged us to come back to fix a problem that was essentially their fault. The owner would not budge saying it was OUR fault. Bad customer service. We ended up having to pay the 2nd charge. Maybe they don't care for more business. Very unprofessional and would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

The IT Guys in WA Perth are terrific. They are prompt when communicating when they can get to problems and they maintain a calm attitude even when working through a frustrating situation - let's be honest, I'm only contacting them when I have a problem and they are great about handeling my issues and with great customer service.

I have to admit I am an absolute mare when I get stressed. Coupled with a MacBook Pro crashing the day before my first exam, did not see me in my finest form.. My Mac book pro 15" retina had a complete melt down and was not able to be turned on. Tim from the IT guys worked his magic, now it is perfect again. He upgraded my RAM too for a great price. Only took him an hour of labour so the bill was extremely cheap and reasonable! Would recommend every time to anyone with any Windows or Mac computer.

I was a client of Goth & Company for a consumer proposal back in 2016. I was discharged from my consumer proposal with a green light and in December of 2019 I was done with my waiting period following that process. I have been asking for 2 years to get a letter sent to Student loans to allow me to repay my debts and they have promised and not followed through on numerous occasions. I am disgusted by their lack of customer service and regret choosing them now even though during the proposal they were not bad. I had built my credit score back up to almost 630 and without being able to pay my student loans it dropped back down to 607 within 1 year. I am so at my wits end!!! I just need help and cannot get any movement from them. It's gross.

Ho ordinato il boccale di un Moulinex i-companion, prima di farlo ho chiesto all'assistenza la compatibilità con i diversi modelli in circolazione e mi è stato mandato un file con i modelli che avrebbero dovuto essere compatibili, tra cui era presente il mio. Arrivato il pacco è risultato che il boccale in realtà non era compatibile con il mio modello. Inizialmente l'assistenza sembrava valida e intenzionata a fare luce sulla questione e capire il problema. Mi hanno detto che avrebbero chiesto spiegazioni a Moulinex e poi non ho più avuto notizie. Per correttezza dico che io non ho più contattato l'assistenza perché sono riuscita a fare una modifica strutturale al boccale per farlo funzionare, ma in ogni caso stavo attendendo un riscontro che non è mai arrivato. Aggiornamento: in seguito a questa recensione sono stata ricontattata dal servizio clienti e mi è stato spiegato che non ero più stata chiamata perché la Moulinex stessa non aveva ancora dato una risposta. Mi hanno offerto di programmare il ritiro da parte del corriere per il reso, ma poiché io non avevo più necessità di restituire, mi hanno fatto un piccolo, ma apprezzato, rimborso. Quindi modifico la recensione in 4 stelle per la serietà e la gentilezza del servizio clienti (nello specifico della signora Ornella).

Beware the Extreme mop head I bought this mop head thinking it would clean my outdoor Ikea Runnen plastic deck tiles. It scrubs but can leave scratch marks. I took a towel to the floor (after 3 passes with the mop - mop head rinsed in between) and the towel was black with soot. I really wish I could return it now but it's well past the return time.

Karen was at our home recently to give a demonstration of the Enjo bathroom cleaning products. We have very hard water in Georgetown and a lot of calcium build-up everywhere the water runs through. On Saturday my daughter came over and cleaned my composite deck using the floor cleaning system using the extreme pad. Previously I used to have the deck power washed once a year, but it was pitting (making small holes) my deck boards. The Enjo worked equally as well, using only cold water, with no pitting, With this system I could wash it more frequently than power washing, as I have to get someone else do the power washing, She also cleaned all my windows, using the window system. They sparkled without having to polish them. I have been using the skin care system for a while and like it very much. Awsome daughter, amazing system.

Jeg startede for flere år siden med at rådfører hos gutterne fra fairflex, og de brugte utrolig meget tid på at sætte min ind i tingene omkring leasing, og lærer hvilke ting, man skulle tage højde for når man som “ny” skulle ud og lease. Da jeg stadig ikke følte mig klar på leasing blev det hele lagt lidt på is. Men deres professionelle tilgang til tingene og ærlige meninger omkring forskellige bilmærker, modeller, motorstørrelse mm gjorde at det var et sted man følte sig tryg , så det var dem jeg vendte tilbage til da tiden var. Man bliver tager seriøst, og gutterne yder virkelig for en god kundeservice. Kan klart anbefales til både nye som gamle der skal prøve kræfter med at lease biler. De gør virkelig hvad de kan for at man som kunde føler sig tryg og tilpas i leasing.

Kanon oplevelse med Fairflex leasing, jeg har aldrig prøvet at lease bil før, og med ny virksomhed kan det nogle gange have lidt udfordringer, ikke for Fairflex, sindssyg god service og behandling, god rådgivning og bare gennemført fra start til slut. Jeg kører nu rundt i min drømmebil med deres hjælp, jeg skal helt sikkert bruge det her team igen.

To af de mest fede gutter der har virksomheden! Og det sejeste team! Skulle havde en Mercedes.... samme dag fik jeg den! Vi ordnede forsikring, syn, værksted og hele godkendelses processen på en dag! We had a wonderful experience with our private Best of Morocco 11-day tour. They answered all of our questions by email ahead of time, helped us reschedule after Morocco closed their borders due to Omicron, and everything was just as promised. Our driver, Abdel, was fantastic, always making sure we got all the pictures we wanted, that we had enough water, etc. The tour guides they arranged for us in Rabat, Fes, and Marrakesh were all fun and knowledgeable. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable, and safe. We also did the optional hot air balloon ride, which I would recommend highly, as well!

We had a wonderful trip. They worked with us to hone the itinerary to suit us perfectly, and when we had last minute changes they accommodated us easily. All our Riads were lovely. Our driver was excellent as were our guides.

We were well satisfied with our tour. The itinerary was well planned. The accommodations were charming and comfortable. And the guide and driver were excellent.

Just had a great experience with Anthony at AD Locksmithing. He arrived the same day I called and was able to fix my lock on the front door. He went out of his way to drive to another location to get the part he needed and came straight back to finish the job. He was very knowledgeable and professional and extremely polite. I would definitely recommend AD Locksmithing and he is very reasonably priced!

Anthony responded to our call within 30 mins, despite the early hour! Our front door lock mechanism failed on the way out to work and we had no other way to get back into the property. He was able to help us gain access and came back later in the day to fix the issue. Everything was explained during the job and he was polite and respectful. Couldn’t recommend him more. Really great price as well!
