I've worked for Drivesense previously a few years ago and was approached to see if I could help out on the Amazon contract they had taken on. Firstly two days training...PAID..with hotel, food and travel. The HQ staff (or mission control as I call them) bend over backwards to help out. Drivesense is invoice free (except exes.) so no added time needed to prepare them and payments are always on time. Strangely though, the thing that sticks in my mind is they took the time and trouble to hand sign and send a thank you card after I had completed a couple of delivery sessions. Would recommend to any Fleet trainers looking for regular and well paid work.

I have worked with Drivesense for about 6 months now and have had a very positive experience with them. It started with a 2 day induction, which unusually was paid so I didn't lose income. I was then booked in on all of my available dates and can fill in my availability so there are no clashes. Jon, Tom, Muskaan, Leila, my regular contacts make this feel like a family business and the support you get is superb.

I started with this company in June of this year, firstly I attended a training course over 2 days. Hotel catered for, and nothing too much hassle. Have now been delivering the sessions to Amazon DAs for 4 months, there is always the interaction and backup if and when required. The material supplied is good, and the delivery methods are always upgraded and meetings held on an irregular basis to inform on best practice, or simply to improve/enhance delivery to prospective candidates. Wages and expenses are never an issue, and always settled timely. No complaints in the slightest about starting up with Drivesense. Hopefully more work to follow in the future, and no hesitation to remain where I am for the time being.

I bought Widex Magnify (well that's what the app is called) and from day 1 they never worked properly. I bought them because I was led to believe they would be good for streaming music while I walked my morning 5-10k steps walk. What a joke. I walked out the door and within about 10 metres the bluetooth dropped out on the right channel! I contacted Widex and they told me to see my provider. Of course, they could not fix the problem as they are audiologists, not bluetooth experts. Onya Widex. Strike 1-5 as far as I'm concerned. Anyway, my audiologist replaced the hearing aids thinking they might be faulty. Yeah, Nah! Same problem. What I discovered is if I take my brand new Oppo Find N3 out of my pocket and hold it in my hand then the bluetooth wouldn't drop out. Go Widex! Of course, at this stage I'm being sarcastic. I agree to keep the damn things because I couldn't be bothered going through the hassle of getting something that actually worked!!!!!!! However, I have been trying to charge the things today and the left aid is fully charged after about 4 hours. The right aid is still charging 10 hours later! Widex! Not for me and I can't recommend you to anyone. I expect to return them on Monday for a full refund.

Had my hearing tested and found I didn't have much hearing left. Got fitted out with hearing aides from ihear and now hear things I haven't heard in 20 years. Very happy with the procedeure and staff knowledgement.

My hearing loss ended in being industrial deafness. The information and support I received was excellent which has helped me to obtain my hearing aids at no cost through a Workcover claim. I was over at a friends house who also has a service dog basically complaining that I was having a difficult time locating a vest for my dog. I told him that the companies I had contacted were not listening to what my needs were. Sure, some were polite but they all were trying to sell me a bunch of crap I didn't want or need. He told me to contact SDCA, and let me say how glad I was in doing so! I spoke with a gentlemen named Adam and the patience this man had with me was incredible (I can be difficult especially when frustrated). He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and most importantly, a great listener. He assisted me in my selection and even told me how we could customize it more to my specific needs. I cannot recommend SDCA enough and will be taking my business there from here on out! Thank you SDCA!!

I really appreciate the two-day course with Simon Kneafsey. It was designed in a smart and engaging way. The course was highly interactive, and Simon's facilitation style made the experience enjoyable and insightful. He has a great focus on the right aspects, particularly helping us understand the "why" behind concepts. The follow-up support was excellent as well. I'm happy to share that I passed the PSM I™ on my first attempt after the course. Reading the guide became so much easier and more meaningful after attending his workshop. I highly recommend Simon's workshops to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of SCRUM and improve their skills!

Simon is an excellent trainer. His course on scrum methodology at thescrummaster.co.uk exceeded all my expectations. I learnt a lot about the values at the heart of the methodology... and the pitfalls to avoid. Very grateful to have been able to benefit from his sharing of experience during this course which I highly recommend.

This is just a warning that the course you book may not be with the trainer you select or even the same company. I booked the 2 day live virtual PSPO I course specifically with Simon Kneafsey at TheScrumMaster.co.uk, but it was outsourced to another trainer and company. When I contacted TheScrumMaster they explained that it was due to unforeseen circumstances, and that Lavaneesh was one of their trainers and also accredited by scrum.org. However all the course materials were branded EdgeAgility. Whilst Lavaneesh was enthusiastic, most of the first day was spent in virtual breakout rooms with other attendees, without making the structure very clear. The fact that I then received additional different course material from both companies after the course added to the confusion. In short, it did not seem very professional for such an expensive course, and with the benefit of hindsight I would have opted for the e-learning course instead. That being said, I did learn some useful information and passed the certification.

Simon is great coach with ton of experience in scrum. We bombed him with questions and he answered to all of them. Training was well organized and engaging with many exercises to practice learned material. Highly recommend Scrum with Simon.

I had the pleasure of attending a Professional Scrum Master I Training hosted by Simon. He is a true agile wizard. While presenting us with the tons of well structured knowledge he had no issues relating this to real world examples or to apply it to questions from the audience. The exercise selection was great as well and it was fun, productive to days which enabled myself to pass the PSM I assesment easily.

I recently attended Simon’s PSM 1 two-day virtual course and had a great experience!
