A pleasure to deal with from the off, made a difficult decision more understanding and guided me through the whole process, on the odd occasion where I knew my monthly repayment may be late they accommodated that without problem, only time I had an issue was when it come up to the anniversary date of the IVA commencing when they done the reviews, I started out on an affordable monthly repayment but the figures were based on my income during Covid and lockdowns etc so the following year when things were a bit more “Normal” my month contributions were going to go up dramatically! This coincided with the cost of living crisis where all bills were going through the roof, So it just wasn’t visible to accept the repayment they proposed so I discussed my options with them and they went back to the creditors and negotiated a more realistic figure so my what Im saying here is talk to them, dont ignore it and default and end up with a failed IVA, they are very helpful, two years further down the line my personal circumstances changed for the worst with my health, I was having to cut back my work commitments due to this, my only option was to email them and say look I can’t continue with the IVA I will have to seek further advise and possibly file for bankruptcy but I spoke with an advisor called Gemma Harvey who was fantastic, really went above and beyond to help Me, she told me to gather some evidence of my health conditions and explain why I cant continue paying the IVA and she would propose to my creditors that on health grounds that my IVA should end at this point in full And final settlement and that my payments would stop from that day until the creditors meetings etc, so after about 2 months Gemma called me after the virtual creditors meeting and said they had voted in favour of ending my IVA as mark it as settled, so Its a great relief for me that its all over and I have no bad debts anymore and now I can focus on my health and financial recovery now I have a fresh start. What a transformation, from our first visit to Regal Interiors showroom throughout the discussions we had over a few days regarding just what we required in our new bathroom installation. I can only assume that we looked like we couldn’t afford to be in the showroom. We are upgrading our bathroom and kitchen and as locals we went to Regal. After being given 5 minutes to peruse the bathrooms on display we were approached by a male - within 60 seconds he stated “oh our bathroom start at £8000 and £15,000 - and the more you want to customise the higher the price”. At no point did we give any indication of our budget for the bathroom, nor were we asked. Not wanting to make a scene I said budget was never an issue (or something to that effect) and walked away - I didn’t even bother looking at their kitchen choice. First rule of retail - never ever judge a book by its cover!

You will not be disappointed if you choose Regal Interiors! From the moment we arrived at the showroom, we received exquisite service. Fast forward to now, and we are overjoyed with our new bathroom. We luxuriate every day in the huge bath with stunning wall and floor tiles, lighting, sink unit, toilet and relaxing ambience. We also had double fitted wardrobes and kitchen sink fitted by Regal. Paul is an ultimate perfectionist and we are so grateful for that. He has transformed the bathroom space to give us a spa experience every day! From the familiar face of Andy in the showroom to the end of the fitting, the whole process was pretty seamless. I know we chose unusual tiles to create a Middle Eastern design over the bath, but combined with the fitted units and the floor it looks fabulous. Andy is as usual, helpful, but not critical of choice, and extremely patient, as it did take some time to choose a tap.... John and Ryan, the fitters, were a joy to have in the house. Tidy and efficient, they made the entire process as painless as possible, and I would not hesitate in asking for them again. They finished on time, and the quality of the work was superb. A slight electrical issue was quickly resolved, and we are now left with our 3rd stunning bathroom by Regal (over a 15 year period). A final thanks goes out to Adrian and plumber Richard who came to my aid last week when I had a problem with a leaking radiator sending water through a ceiling. I really appreciated it.

I am a merchant that uses Giftfly to offer gift cards on our website. We have been with them 3 months and they have about $10,000 dollars of gift card sales that they have not released. They would typically release funds once a week, however, starting in January they stopped funding us. I have requested the release via email numerous times because they do not answer their phone calls. Cory, the CEO responded to my requests and said that their payment processor holds funds at their discretion and will release when they want to apparently. No apologies, no we'll contact our processors to see what the hold up is. It seems shady, I would not recommend working with this business.

I'm a professional decorator and I had 3 rooms of lovely woodchip to strip off. I found this product on the internet and decided to give it a try. I was really pleased to find that it actually works! You have to score the paper properly, and let the sheets soak the wall for a while (don't be tempted to to rush this bit!) and keep spraying the sheets with more solution. You will be rewarded with paper that scrapes off easily, with the paste going back to being moist. The paper came off easily, no tough scraping needed and hence less likelihood of damaging your plaster. Other than a few stubborn bits (where I had to deploy my trusty steamer) this product performed very well. Worth buying, it saves a lot of hassle and if it works on the dreaded woodchip then should work on anything else!

I'm always a bit skeptical when buying products I've never heard of, but I'm pleased to say that SimpleStrip is a fantastic product. It made the whole process of stripping wallpaper utterly stress free- you can hang the sheets and go and do something else instead of back-breaking steaming and scraping! I found Simplestrip on the internet whilst searching for anyone who had some tips for removing Anaglypta wall paper, which had a number of coats of emulsion paint on it. Having read the reviews by other people I decided to give it a try and ordered the kit for 2 rooms. The well packaged kit arrived next day and having read the instructions carefully, we embarked on the big strip! It was necessary to be patient and allow the solution to soak well in but then the paper just peeled off so easily with the big plastic Skimmer supplied, we then washed down the walls to remove any traces of paste, job done! We have now painted the walls directly and there is no trace that they had previously been papered. I would definitely recommend this product not just for difficult to remove papers like Anaglypta but for any wallpaper stripping, I will certainly use it next time.

My only recommendation would be to use a different hotel in Ollantaytambo because the El Albergue hotel is at the train station and is very noisy. All aspects of the organisation of our trip were handled extremely well. The local guides and porters were as good as we could have hoped for.

Our trip was a little complicated with three activities, some parts booked by us, and others booked by Fair Voyage. I thought about the possibilities that anything could go wrong at any number of points. Despite all this, everything was -- and I hate to use this word -- PERFECT! Everything was well-organised, drivers showed up on time, food in the meals that were included was delicious and filling, the gorillas were easily reached and didn't mind spending time with us, our guides on Kilimanjaro were beyond phenomenal, we had a seamless transition from Kili to the Serengeti ...where we hoped that in three days we *might* see the wildebeest crossing the Mara River when in fact we saw them crossing multiple times... I could go on and on! These are the big items, but the smaller details were also well-thought-out: our porters gave us filling snacks on Kili, we had high-quality tents and sleeping bags, the safari tent was marvellous, and the bed there was THE MOST COMFORTABLE ON THE PLANET!

In spite of never having met physically with any Fair Voyage employee, all interaction felt very personal and tailored to our specific needs and requests. We didn't have a clear view of what we exactly were looking for initally but were very well guided and advised by the team. Working with Fair Voyage felt right at all times.
