Fantastic service. Heathrow was rammed when we arrived and the panic was setting in we wouldn’t find a place for drop off. Since walking in to Richard James in Wellingborough I had been heard about the type of property I wanted and had some viewings arranged with Stacey Carter who was very informative and anything she didn't know she would instantly email over as soon as she was back on the office after the viewing. Absolutely amazing Umrah experience led by Imam Ijaz. Everything was communicated well in advance which meant planning for the trip was easy. Our stay in both Makkah and Madinah had detailed instructions and a clear intinery which was really useful. The Ziyara's especially were really educational. This was mine and my husband’s first time performing Umrah and couldn’t have picked a better guide/group to go with. We had a lovely little group and guide and got to know everyone well. The highlight for me had to be one of the many Zirarats, but my fave would have to be walking through Madina and around the perimeter of Masjid Nabi with the Imam telling us the significant stories from each area, painting a picture for us as to what would have happened in each area 1400 years ago. Alhamdulillah, have enjoyed our stay and the fact that all the planning is taken care of is a big plus for me. We have more time to give to Ibadah and a lot less stress.

Very professional knew knew his trade very well

We've been waiting for a new boiler for 8 years (a mix of putting it off financially, and struggling to find a trustworthy plumber), then Lewis was recommended to us. It turns out that we had used Lewis 10 years ago for a very small job which we both forgot about! Anyway, Lewis' communication was incredible, quoting us for a new boiler, hot water flush and new thermostat, all over Whatsapp and 1 phone call, after asking for information and photos. The quote was right for us, and he managed to squeeze us in the following week. He kept in touch right up to the day of the installation, and confirmed timings. He is polite, efficient and tidy. Nothing was a problem, and he gave advice on the best way to heat our house with the new boiler and our current UFH. Before leaving he made sure I was happy with the job and I knew all the new controls. The morning after the installation he checked in to make sure there weren't any problems over night. There were no problems, but one of our Rads wasn't getting hot enough and our hot water was too hot. Within minutes he had given me the right instructions to easily fix both issues myself. He did offer to come by the house and do them himself but I knew I could do it with advice. All in all a totally perfect 5* service and we will continue to use Lewis in the future. Hopefully we have found our 'forever plumber'!

We have had low hot water pressure for over 2 years and have tried to find a plumber to help us since. We have received some ridiculous quotes & have been told some ridiculous reasons as to why our hot water pressure is bad. Amazing goggles! They work great, very sturdy. I actually ordered a new pair since losing the old ones- it was that important to me to have a pair. Fast shipping and a good price for such a useful item. I have -4.375 in one eye and -5.375 in the other, ordered a -4 and -5 and they work great. Feels like I just have my glasses on. If the prescription isn't quite right, it's hard to notice. They started fogging after about a couple months of wear (going swimming ~1x/week), and the only trick I know to solve that is to spit in them then rinse, and that's been working and they don't fog quickly at all. I suspect an anti-fog coating would be better, but this is very doable in the meantime. Definitely worth ordering if you like swimming and are sick and tired of not being able to see anything while doing so! Absolutely life changing for me and I highly recommend.

Doctor Kadir Yucebas provided an amazing and professional experience for my rhinoplasty! You can tell he has much experience and is very outstanding in his field because I went into my first consultation unsure about what sort of nose I wanted to have and Dr Kadir was able to guide me into choosing what sort of style would suit me! He was very honest and I’m grateful for his opinion because he picked the best looking nose for my face! He works with many styles of noses which I personally find better than going to a doctor who only works with one rhinoplasty style of nose. His cosmetic work can only truly be described as the best - at this point of the review, I am only 6 weeks post operation and everyone says my nose looks extremely natural. Only those closest to me have been able to tell I had surgery but they have all said it looks so natural. He is very honest about what will suit your face and what can only be possibly done through surgery. This is how you know that you have a good high quality doctor taking care of you. Dr Kadir Yucebas does also amazing work with non-cosmetic issues. He is an amazing ENT. I broke my nose when I was 7 years old and had many issues with my breathing and consistent nose bleeds. Since the surgery, I have faced 0 issues. My breathing is now perfect - Dr Kadir showed me through a camera how the back of my nasal tunnel healed! And my nose bleeds have also stopped. They stay in contact with you before and after your surgery to check up on your health and progress. It is clear that Doctor Kadir and his team have great care in their patients’ interests and health!

I underwent rhinoplasty approximately 8 months ago. I was extremely stressed and unsure which clinic to choose. Initially, I booked with another clinic, but I was dissatisfied with their service and I needed to pay to talk with the doctor. It was my friend who recommended Dr. Kadir to me. I consulted with the doctor twice to ensure I was making the right choice (for free). Additionally, I received a 3D picture illustrating the changes I desired. What I particularly appreciated about this doctor is his honesty regarding what can be achieved with my nose.What I also liked was that they maintained contact with me both before and after the operation. They still write to me to check on the progress. From the beginning, I did not like my nose because of the swelling. However, after months, I see how beautiful my nose has become and how NATURAL it looks. Many people have told me that they didn't even realize my nose had been operated on. So, trust the process.

A wonderful experience. dr. did his job perfectly. I can only say that I am very satisfied and of course very happy with my new nose.

Ik heb recent een smoking gehuurd bij dit bedrijf. Na het maken van een snelle afspraak had ik de volgende dag binnen 10min al mijn, perfecte pak op maat uitgekozen. De locatie is daarnaast ook goed toegankelijk in vergelijking tot de concurrenten in amsterdam dus daarom was deze shop perfect voor mij. Zeker een aanrader dus!

Uitstekende service van de eigenaar van de smokingverhuurshop Erwin. Ik kon na telefonisch contact op dezelfde dag nog een smoking passen. Tot mijn verbazing kreeg ik de smoking gelijk mee. Ik was positief verrast omdat mijn feest een week later was, wat een service! Als klap op de vuurpijl kwam Erwin mijn smoking ook nog ophalen. Dit is geen standaard service maar omdat het lastig was ivm mijn werk om de smoking doordeweeks terug te brengen kwam Erwin de smoking ophalen. In mijn beleving is Erwin een zeer betrouwbare ondernemer die zijn klanten en bedrijf serieus neemt. Bent u opzoek naar het huren van een kostuum? Smokingverhuurshop is de place to be!

Bij Erwin terecht gekomen doordat die andere verhuurder, in Leiden Centrum, geen smoking in lengtemaat had. Dat is hier geen probleem: binnen 10 minuten was ik keurig slim-fit en met lengtemaat aangekleed, inclusief schoenen (die in elk geval tot maat 48 gaan). Ik raad het iedereen aan, het is ook prima aan te rijden vanuit Leiden (via de Willem de Zwijgerlaan of de Hoge Rijndijk).

Ik ben zeer goed en snel geholpen. Het kostuum wat ik online had besteld was in zeer goede staat en zat direct goed en het lag de volgde dag al op mijn deurmat. Alle accessoires zaten erbij en zagen er goed uit (schoenen, overhemd, strik en manchetknopen). Zeker een aanrader.

Erwin provided the best customer service I could ever imagine. I didn't have a convenient way to get to the store, so he gave me a lift and drove me 20 minutes! He was even available on a Sunday to help my brother, whose shirt was a little too tight. It was really one-of-a-kind service!
