I have major problems with my teeth, this time a top front one had broken off and one in a bridge was loose. Dr. Lee Ferrao knows how to "manufacture" a beautiful new tooth, even if he has to 'think outside the box'. Awesome dentistry! He has looked after my teeth for years and I wouldn't let anyone else near them.

Physio was very professional throughout the whole time. Made you feel at ease and made you feel included in your care, you knew what was happening every step of the way. You built a rapport with the physio which helped with my low self confidence. Excellent service, extremely high standards highly recommend.

I had terrible shoulder pain through work related injury and couldn't sleep properly or do my job as efficiently,being a mechanic my work is very hands on sometimes heavy labour and 5 sessions with Ryan and I can now sleep soundly and work as I did before. I have been seeing Ryan at the intune clinic for two years now, when i first went i couldnt walk properly and was severly depressed with back pain, At intune clinic, they're not there just to crack your back and send you on your way, they're there to help you, to fix you, Ryan suggested some special insoles to help me walk, and started cracking my back, now i only go for sports massages cos im in a much better place mentally and physically. so thankyou to them,

I've been doing office work for several years now and started suffering with a lot of discomfort in my neck. I went to Ryan a few months ago and was diagnosed with upper-crossed syndrome. I've been getting treatment for the last few months now and rather than having constant aches in my neck, I just get a few flare ups (normally due to not doing enough self care). I would highly recommend InTune Clinic, I've always had a great experience and felt comfortable getting treatment from them.

Having had physiotherapy in the past this was a very different experience. A positive one. My knee nee pain and discomfort has now been greatly alleviated and this has allowed me to get back to day to day activities. The whole team are professional whilst being friendly and welcoming. I appreciated reminders for my appointments. What made it different from previous was the very hands on treatment and aftercare between sessions. I was able to book appointments on a Saturday which was ideal for me and avoided me taking time away from work.

Having been to numerous other physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors over many years to seek help with my back, shoulders and glutes, At last I found InTune clinic! I cannot rate them more highly. They are professional, compassionate and dedicated to improving the ailments you come in with. I’ve been experiencing pelvic and hip pain for 2 years and felt I’d come to the end of the road having seen all sorts of specialists and had various treatment; so I was fearing the pain I was in would be something I’d just have to put up with. Maria has been amazing, looking at my injury in the context of how my whole body, inside and out, operates and has seen things other practitioners haven’t and is treating me in a way no one else has. Friendly staff, good at listening and encouraging. Although exercises clearly explained and demonstrated during my visit, it won’t be very helpful to have an exercise sheet to remind me during my visits. I’m very positive about the treatment that is designed for me.

I’ve been to Wayne for pain relief massages. He listened to my concerns, was professional and knows what he’s doing. I always came away with significantly improved range of motion and muscles relaxed. Gill treated me with the IPC (intermittent compression machine) which worked wonders after a marathon - my legs felt immediately better. The practice is also a very clean and peaceful place.

I wanted to get the teeth on my upper jaw done but not the lower, and was hesitant to start the process as I was worried they wouldn't be able to match the color with my existing teeth. Throughout my whole life I had problems with my teeth. When I shared my xray with my representative Jasmin from Dent Alpin, she immediately talked to the doctors in the clinic and after I agreed with the plan she arranged all my reservations. The process was smooth and now I just got my implants done. I feel totally ok, no pain whatsoever.

Professional and neat. In my first time at Dent Alpin, Dr Emre did my implants perfectly and now Dr Selene placed my crowns. They use something called a titanium bar which is something I never heard from any of the clinics I have been in contact with. This bar is placed inside the prosthesis and it enhances the durability of my new teeth. They are very confident of what they do and gave me 10 year warranty for the crowns and lifetime warranty for the implants.

I both got my crowns done here and stayed in the room upstairs. It is such a privilege for patients to have their accommodation this close to your doctors. The locldn't be better. When I had a quesion to ask I just went downstairs and asked. They are almost like a big family here, everybody is smiling and happily doing their jobs. And the results do reflect this positivity also. My teeth are looking perfect. I will definitely recommend Dent Alpin to all my family and friends.

Hi my name is Annie I came to this hospital on the 28th of August 2023 I wanted a mommy make over witch involved breast reduction uplift with implants I have big nreast but I wanted a few sizes smaller and firm as one off my breast one larger and a tummy tuck and 360 liposuction my breast are bigger than when I started this journey they left my old belly button it’s very noticeable I’ve messages and messages from me to them complaining they have answer/excuse for everything they don’t want to fix it or help when I lay flat.. you can see the implants in my breast you can actually put a finger under it I wish I did more research on this hospital now I’m stuck with this body I have looking at my self I have to now save to have surgery to fix there mistakes witch is costing me thousands

I came to egepol for facelift necklift and blepheraplasty and the care I recieved was outstanding. Catagey the co ordinator was so kind and helpful and answered any questions I had. Nothing was a problem. The surgeon hakan aydogan was compassionate and very skilled . The cleaning staff where top notch and the nurse care was prompt and I felt very very safe here. I had a bad experience 2 years ago in a different hospital but this place totally blew my mind. Dont have any doubts coming to egepol I'd come here over any hospital in England I highly reccomend. POSITIVE I had mommy makeover of 30th December 2024. I arrived in Izmir on 28th December and both me & my husband were chauffeured to the kaya Convention & Spa 5* hotel to relax until the following evening when we would be picked up and taken to Egepol Hospital. Talk about Relax- it was amazing, myself and my husband were given a room overlooking the swimming pool, this pool was a outdoor heated pool in which we utilised the following day, we also had sauna, jacuzzi and used steam room, this helped me to relax as I was nervous about the operation. In 29th Cagatay was in constant contact with me giving me information about pre-op tests, pick up time from hotel to Egepol hospital and the name of the chauffeur. The pick up time was 22.00 pm, the chauffeur was prompt and again chauffeured in a luxury Vito. Upon arrival to the hospital we were met by Cagatay and taken to our room on the ward, wow.. an immaculate spacious room with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms for me & my husband. Cagatay gave me all information and consent forms for pre-op tests and the consent form for the operation. All forms where in English & Turkish and Cagatay talked me through everything to make sure I fully understood. I was then taken for all pre operative tests- bloods, chest x-ray, scan, weight, height, BMI, all tests were carried out in a timely manner and there was no waiting which I thought was excellent service. On the morning of op Dr Ali Ozdemir, female co-ordinator called Serra, Cagatay and another male coordinator called Burak came to see me. Dr Ali Ozdemir asked me what my expectations were, and what his recommendations for the best results would be. I was advised to have Extended Abdominalplasty, breast lift with removal of some tissue and liposuctions to my abdomen in which I was very happy with. The operation went really well with no complications, I was looked after with the best care from the nurses in the ward and was even given a head to toe massage when I was uncomfortable laying on my back as I am used to sleeping on my belly. Following the operation I was given regular IV paracetamol, and antibiotics. I was allowed out of bed 6 hours post op and walk up the ward with nurses by myside incase of any concerns. The nurses attended to all my needs when required. Serra was with me throughout my operation and she made me feel at ease. Cagatay, Burak & Serra were there each and every day and if they were not at the hospital in person they were contactable 24hours a day if needed. The co-ordinators all speak fantastic English so there is no need to worry that nothing will be understood. From when I first enquired about a mommy makeover to booking it, I asked a lot of questions and either Cagatay or Burak would always give me an answer and if they did not know the answer they would ask surgeon and get back to me with the answer an a timely manner. Negative The only negative thing I can say is I’ma very fussy eater and I was not keen on the hospital food but it was not a problem as there is a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor of the hospital and the food is gorgeous. There is 1 thing I regret…. I should have met Dr Ali Ozdemir years ago and had a mommy makeover then as he is my hero… this man has changed my life completely he has given me my confidence back and I have a body I’m happy with. My wife had an operation in the Egepol in Feb 2025, the treatment she received from the surgeon down to the cleaning staff was exceptional. If you have any doubts or worries about having surgical procedures in Turkey, if you come to this hospital you will leave never worrying again. Thank you so much for everyones help and assistance especially Cato and Serra for doing so much an amazing job hosting us both.

I went for a mummy makeover in march 2024, all seemed good at first until around 4 weeks po when the swelling went down, I noticed my scar was quite high and I had dog ears on both sides and still had lots of loose skin which could of easily been removed, and a bulge at the top, I got told I had muscle repair but don’t think it was done all the way as I could still feel a gap, I also had lots of opening in my boobs which was infected, no one seemed bothered and I was told it would just heal now I’m left with horrible scars also one breast has already slipped and one nipple is about 1cm higher than the other, the after care was rubbish whenever I tried addressing my concerns I just got told it’s fine, I have since been for a revision tummy tuck with another surgeon and I’m now very happy with my stomach as all the loose skin is gone and my muscles repair was done again as he said I still had a big gap so not entirely sure what dr Ali did with the muscle repair, I also had a 360 tummy tuck with the revision which has given me great results, this should of been offered by dr Ali as it’s what I needed but he didn’t offer it not sure why he didn’t notice or mention that for the best results a 360 would of been best, I feel like he just goes very basic in terms of results

The medical spa is my absolute GO-TO for all of my skincare needs. They are thoroughly professional and go above and beyond to ensure amazing service every time. Within one year of using my new skincare plan designed by Dr Shabana, I have had a complete change in my skin. I no longer have the need to wear make up as I am literally glowing every day and I’ve had countless comments from friends and coworkers. They never oversell or push me into anything unlike other practitioners I’ve used in the past and they always make sure I thoroughly understand the products, and how and why to use them. Nothing but good things to say about The Medical Spa. From the initial contact, to the consultation, to the dispatch of the products, the team has been top notch. Very responsive and supportive throughout and always on hand to offer guidance. I truly can’t believe the speed at which I saw results when using the Obagi NuDerm system. After 6 weeks the hyperpigmentation I’d developed during pregnancy was gone and my skin was looking so much better. With still a few more weeks to go I’m excited to see the final results. It is an investment, but the cost and commitment is well and truly worth it. Would highly recommend both The Medical Spa and the Obagi products.

Over the years, I have spent a lot of money trying products to suit my skin, however nothing ever seemed to work. I’m so glad I stumbled upon The Medical Spa! My initial consultation with Dr Shabana was brilliant. All the right questions were asked to ensure I was placed on a regime that would be suitable for my skin type. I’m nearly two months in and I have noticed a HUGE difference using the products I was recommended. My skin cleared up and I also feel the products have given me a more even, brighter, complexion. Amazing deep tissue massage followed by Red Light Therapy. Natalie really worked out all the knots to relieve the tension in neck and shoulders. I have to admit there were times when treatment was eye watering but could feel the release immediately. Already booked follow up session next weekend

From the very beginning I felt like part of a family. Emma loyd and her colleagues started my journey and was on the end of the phone guiding me right through the whole simple process. Fully understanding our feelings, doubts questions and needs. The information given was factual and very reassuring, but from down to earth people, whom I consider very friendly. When I got to the pines hospital for my operation, I was ready for it, a little nervous but still confident in the team after doing my research and meeting some of them prior, when having my pre op tests. They brought me to my lovely clean fresh room with settled me in, they took my obs and bloods and explained the operation and the alternative operations, I met who was going look after me and who was going to be in theatre, etc etc. I was happy and ready ! I was booked in for a mini bypass, and when I awoke, mr Javed and his team still had my care at heart and brought my around gently explaining the operation was a huge success but it went on nearly double the time as they had to perform a full bypass instead, (to which I knew already the procedure), this was performed as they needed to remove a massive hiatus hernia ! Which would have caused complications later in life. No nonsense job done!!! I was taken back to the ward a little sore but nothing to write home about, certainly a lot less pain than expected, more discomfort than pain I’d say, but controlled after the right meds were administered. They let the wife back in who had been waiting for me, and when she left later on said the receptionist had noted she hadn’t eaten shared her pack lunch with her as my wife missed the cafe!!! The next day during visiting my wife went to the cafe, and the girl was there who served us on our pre op. And she remembered her order and laughed and said I’ve saved your cake you told me to !!! The nurses and doctors and the care team, looked after me day and night,were all lovely people, thorough in there work. They were attentive day and night, respectful of my discretion, and catering for my every request and needs. This was a most professional service, completed to the highest standard, by a professional friendly team. This level of care can only be given by people that do care. I am currently taking legal action against phoenix health after years of misery and horrific health conditions following my surgeries with them, and I am now facing going under the knife again which may result in me never being able to swallow again due to a lifelong condition I now have which I’ve had since waking up from their conversion surgery last year. A surgery that was meant to take 90 mins but took 6 and a half hours, also a surgery they said they were recording but apparently has now ‘been deleted’… It isn’t until I’ve had a second professional expert opinion until I realised just how badly my surgeries with phoenix have destroyed my life. This is not a spiteful review, it’s me fighting for justice for the way this company have persistently gaslit, dismissed and ignored my issues and to warn people (I know it’s only a small percentage of people who suffer complications but me being one of them I want to WARN you that if the worst is to happen, Phoenix have been nothing but a nightmare and they take 0 accountability for their actions. The medical director of the company even told blatant lies, belittled, invalidated and played down my YEARS of constant suffering of which I had cried to them about and begged for help about over and over for months; he had the audacity to claim my health issues to be ‘intermittent’ which was my breaking point, he was just point blank lying and I have so many emails of evidence to back this up, it’s honestly baffling! He also chose not to respond to many aspects of my complaint email that conveniently involved him, so here’s my warning to you if you are unlucky enough to suffer complications). If ANYONE has had any bad experiences with phoenix or wants to hear my story and see back up evidence, please message me directly on here or on fb EMILY RS. I had my mini gastric bypass at the pines it was performed by Jennifer Darrien, it went perfectly from being admitted to leaving everything was explained to me by all the professionals, the care I received was exceptional especially from nurses iris and bev, they really looked after me, all staff work so hard, room was spotless and I can’t thank you all enough for a lovely experience in your care, you are all amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone

From the minute I met staff at phoenix there were all lovely and put you at ease ,I had my surgery on the 2nd of October at the pines and what a beautiful place it was for hospital immaculate cleaning my room was lovely and the nurses and surgeon anesthetist all who saw to me give me the highest care and made me very comfortable left this morning couldn't thank them enough x

I’ve just got home from having the mini bypass, i had a really good experience. I was well looked after and they made sure i was comfortable, the staff were also really friendly. Javed the surgeon really put me at ease when he gave me a thorough run down of the surgery. They were very thorough and there wasn’t any complications. I would highly recommend.

Where do I begin... From the point of contact, where I was referred from the NHS hospital to Phoenix Health, they just took over. From Melony who was my first point of contact to the face to face meetings with the dietician at Fordsham, to going in for my surgery with Dr Darrien, the resident staff at the Pines Hospital in Altrincham, to Timothy the phlebotomist, Dr Ahmed, the lovely nurse with 5 Persian cats, the lovely Debbie's, and the chef, and the ongoing follow up support I have... I am so grateful for this life changing experience. It's been a great journey and I am blessed to have had it with you all, 10 out of 10 for Phoenix Health, you rock!!!

The staff were amazing they were so attentive and caring. The hospital was immaculate and staffed with friendly and efficient- the surgeon was very friendly and professional and made sure I understood what was happening and what I needed to do afterwards to ensure the procedure worked efficiently

The drivers and paramedic were punctual and professional. The ambulance reaching in less than 10 minutes during an emergency was truly commendable.

I recently used the StanPlus ambulance service for an emergency medical situation, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by the crew. The ambulance arrived quickly and the paramedics were well-equipped to handle the situation. They were friendly and made me feel at ease, while also being highly professional and efficient in their approach. They monitored my condition closely, communicating with the hospital to ensure that I received the best possible care. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the ambulance, it was well-maintained and well-stocked with all the necessary medical equipment. The crew was well-trained and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and secure during the ride to the hospital. In conclusion, I highly recommend this ambulance service. The crew was excellent and provided excellent care during a stressful and difficult time. I am grateful for their quick response and compassionate care, and I believe that this service sets a high standard for ambulance services everywhere.

Had an earache which disappeared with this service and hearing is miles better! Ammaar came for a home visit and was exceptional in ensuring I was prepared for the ear clean and he was extremely knowledgeable in his advice! He even showed pictures of the ear cleanse and ear wax being removed and explained aspects of what the picture displayed. The process was efficient, comfortable and professional. I would 100% recommend to anyone and will definitely be booking in a regular service. The NHS need to take some notes!!!

The gentleman got me an appointment on the same day! Was struggling with a sore/blocked ear and the earliest appointment was 2 weeks time with anybody else. Was very thorough and even showed me images and a video. Hopefully won’t need again but if I do this would be the place. Thank you again!

Great service by the team at Lancashire hearing care. Got in touch via their website and received a response within a few hours. I was then able to book an appointment the next day and managed to get my ears checked and cleared. Extremely professional would definitely recommend.

Excellent service for a hearing test. I needed a hearing test as I couldn’t hear properly from one ear and the audiologist eased my nerves. Would definitely recommend. I’ve booked an ear wax removal appointment for my sister too.

Fantastic service, needed the audiologist to help take a bead out of my daughter’s ear, was quick to come round and was great with me 4 year old. Saved my waiting hours at A & E, reasonably priced too.

I bought Widex Magnify (well that's what the app is called) and from day 1 they never worked properly. I bought them because I was led to believe they would be good for streaming music while I walked my morning 5-10k steps walk. What a joke. I walked out the door and within about 10 metres the bluetooth dropped out on the right channel! I contacted Widex and they told me to see my provider. Of course, they could not fix the problem as they are audiologists, not bluetooth experts. Onya Widex. Strike 1-5 as far as I'm concerned. Anyway, my audiologist replaced the hearing aids thinking they might be faulty. Yeah, Nah! Same problem. What I discovered is if I take my brand new Oppo Find N3 out of my pocket and hold it in my hand then the bluetooth wouldn't drop out. Go Widex! Of course, at this stage I'm being sarcastic. I agree to keep the damn things because I couldn't be bothered going through the hassle of getting something that actually worked!!!!!!! However, I have been trying to charge the things today and the left aid is fully charged after about 4 hours. The right aid is still charging 10 hours later! Widex! Not for me and I can't recommend you to anyone. I expect to return them on Monday for a full refund.

Very comfortable with the initial hearing check conducted by Jordan, and quite satisfied with her help and asistance in organising the purchase of a pair of hearing aids. After the initial trial period Naidine was considerate of my needs, answering all my questions about usage, settings and after sales service. I never felt pressured to purchase. Ultimately I consider that my purchase of Widex Moment hearing aids from Bloom Hearing, Liverpool is great value for the money.

I have done this before

Had my hearing tested and found I didn't have much hearing left. Got fitted out with hearing aides from ihear and now hear things I haven't heard in 20 years. Very happy with the procedeure and staff knowledgement.

My hearing loss ended in being industrial deafness. The information and support I received was excellent which has helped me to obtain my hearing aids at no cost through a Workcover claim. I highly recommend the people at Bloom Hearing Specialists for their friendly, professional manner and support.
