Such a great service, especially when time is of the essence! Everything went as smooth as ever and much better than even I expected. If you are fearful or hesitant about using this service as a valid FMLA resource then think again. I booked my appointment and filled out the intake form explaining my medical condition and answered a few questions pertaining to the severity of my symptoms. Even though I had misunderstood a question or two it was very easy to correct my mistakes via the very courteous and professional Assistants using a chat service. Dr. Sally was very patient and understanding. When our appointment finally came she asked a few more questions and reviewed my intake form and made sure I qualified for FMLA based on my symptoms. mother in-law was told by doctors to enjoy the time she has left by doctor after being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Alivia got me a second opinion from a london specialist who recommended a certain operation which I then went back to nhs oncologist with report and demanded she be refereed to a nhs surgeon for the operation which she reluctantly agreed to do. The operation was done as recommended by the Alivia specialist and she is still alive today and we are waiting for next scan to see if the cancer has been irradiated. I now wonder how many people that nhs oncologist has told there is no hope and been left to die taking her word as gospel. The help and support I got from my case manager Michaela was above and beyond the call of duty she would answer all my emails no matter what time of night it was, these people are saving lives of people who the nhs have left to die for an affordable fee for the working class man. I used UMUT and they was very good. I was very sceptical to begin with as you hear so many horror stories and negativity going to Turkey, but that's only if you choose the wrong place. I had a free consultation in London in the summer 2024. Great location as there was free parking and easy to drive to. All went well, very knowledgeable and they had someone that spoke English. The dentist incharge that day knew what he was doing and I was happy, as we discussed various options. My problem was my teeth stuck out making me goofy and some teeth were dis coloured. I kept putting this treatment off as I thought it was majorly expensive, which turns out to be it wasn't. They gave me a price and included a discount. In the meantime time I looked at three other companies and they wasnt as efficient at dealing with me and service from other companies was no where near as good compared to UMUT. I did my research and all looked good. Finally I booked my treatment in December for end of Dec 24 - Jan 2025. All went well they fitted me in very quickly and flights were arranged in one evening, this was sorted. Arrangements were made and the transfer at the other end was quick and efficient and stylish. The driver was very good throughout my 9 days I was there. The dental nurses's and surgeon were brilliant and wanted to help. They were so good about getting the best teeth and smile correctly done. They didn't leave me toothless 😆. First day I arrived I had teeth shaved which took 4 hours with a few breaks. Was best to get that done out the way in one sitting as it's not comfortable. They supplied me with false teeth made up which fitted and strong painkillers which were a saviour. Then went back two days later to have next sitting which was about two hours for another set of dentures to be put in which were stronger made. After this process I had Zirconium crowns fitted which are very white, 23 altogether. The whole procedure took about 10 - 12 hours over the course of 7 days. The hotel I chose was nice and clean and suitable for myself and wife. Breakfast was supplied but I didn't eat a lot as tbh it's the last thing you want. So happy with my treatment and a month on everything is still ok and it's changed my life. Hadn't smiled nicely for about 36 years and now I'm constantly smiling and happy and so happy with them. Thank you to the whole team from start to finish. They are very friendly and give you a nice vibe when you are there. Very clean clinic. I don't think they know how happy they make people feel. Thank you to my surgeon for being so precise with the fitting of the crowns and getting the treatment spot on. So glad I chose this company and definitely recommend these to everyone

I had nearly lost all my teeth before, due to gum disease and I was wearing partial dentures top and bottom for the last 7 years. In the last 15 years I never seen my gum line. I've been told by 2 different dentists that I wasn't a good candidate to have implants because of bone loss and new dentures would cost a fortune in UK. A close friend recommended this clinic to me and I had a discussion with their coordinator. They were very polite, professional and helpful. Choosing Umut Dental Clinic was definitely the best choice that I made. My dentist was absolutely fantastic and he made me feel very comfortable with my procedure. From landing in Antalya to my flight back home the experience was amazing. First of all I was met by a driver at the airport and ferried to their provided accommodation which was really nice on both visits. My treatment option was All on 4 with 24 Zirconia crowns. On first visit of 6 days, I had 14 extractions and the implants done (8) under general anaesthesia (my option), I never felt any pain afterwards, never until today. Just a bit discomfort and stiffness which is normal. On second visit of 10 days, I can't describe enough how much they care about my new smile, the efforts to be perfect on what they were doing and the patience they had. I think I asked over a 1000 questions and they answered all of them. At the end, I have the teeth and smile I wanted, I can see the gum line top and bottom, and the feedback from my colleagues, friends and family is very positive and give me lots of confidence. Regarding price, it is nothing, compared to their equipment, technology, materials used, the staff, the VIP transport, facilities, etc. I would repeat everything again. So I had my lips done May 2022, not only did Inhave severe bruising and wasnt able to leave the house for days but the shape was completely messed up. I went last week to get my lips done at a different place only to be told they wont do it as there is still too much filler in the too lip which has migrated. If i want to get this dissolved I will need to pay then have my lips done again correctly. Absolutely gutted because not only did I have an extremely painful experience, severe bruising and a horrible outcome, I now find out that its migrated and that far too much was put in my top lip. So angry and upset that practioners get away with this.

I went for a first time PRP treatment today and the level of service was 10/10. The practitioners were extremely professional and explained the process as we went along. I was a little nervous at first and they helped me to feel very relaxed. The whole procedure, including blood sample was carried out almost pain free. I will need to return for the other courses of the treatment - a minimum of 3, so will review again following results.

The facility itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped. The surgeon was highly skilled and took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all my concerns. The surgery was quick and painless, and the results were nothing short of miraculous. Had a tall shower perching stool delivered. Well packed, but when all packaging & protective foam removed thefe was a TINY blemish (pin prick?) on the waterproof seat & it was not possible to tell if this might affect the cushioning beneath the cover. Reported as soon as unpacked & the response was immediate, a replacement sent & delivered in a couple of days. Can't fault.Will highly recommend this company.

John is a master at what he does! I had a pretty big stroke end of 2021 which left me completely paralysed, I’ve been working with John about 9 months and made progress I could never have imagined possible. He clearly loves what he does and Is so knowledgeable , he pushes you just the right amount and keeps you realistic with goals but never makes you feel things aren’t achievable.

Total Back Care are total Legends! We have been using Total Back Care for more years than I care to remember! (There may have still been dinosaurs!) Rob and Jess cant do enough to assist our colleagues in ensuring that the get the correct equipment to make them comfortable whilst working with DSE. Their reports are very comprehensive and clear. They are very friendly, professional and flexible with their availability (although Rob does run on coffee!) They deliver any equipment necessary and spend time with the user showing them how to set it up as well as explaining why it is important and how it is designed to make them comfortable. This gives the colleague ownership of their work station as well as their equipment (and saves me time running back to fix it when someone else has sat at their desk) Rob has even let us know when he knows we have a product in stock rather than suggesting we buy new every time. Rob has also found and supplied us with very specialist equipment for neuro divergent colleagues and pregnant woman! Rob has also run "mass training" on site, showing colleagues how to set up their DSE and adjust our specific standard office chair I couldn't recommend them more highly enough!

I think I'm living proof that there's nothing Jonty can't fix with teeth. After years and years of visiting dentists, orthodontists and even Liverpool dental hospital and proposals of removing healthy teeth and even breaking my jaw bone to correct my bite, Jonty worked miracles. Yes it took a long time and patience but at 43 years old!!!! I am finally able to smile and show my teeth with confidence........ something I've not been able to do since I was a teenager.
