My daughter was in a car accident in 2009 and went through a Whipple's surgery and back surgery about the accident. In 2016 she had 5 back surgery's, and from the beginning of 2018, she has been in and out of the hospitals for extreme pain in the abdomen. The Norwegian hospital, Ullevål sykehus, has investigated the cause of her abdominal problems for 3 1/2 years without finding the root cause. My daughter, Ingrid Helene, my wife, and I, therefore, decided to see if we could get a second opinion from another international hospital. After getting contact with Alivia through Georg Kvande, we were called for a consultation with prof. Schöb in June and surgery July 7. Since the surgery in July, Ingrid Helene has not experienced any pain and we are there very pleased with the process with Klinik Hirlanden and the facilitating from Alivia. mother in-law was told by doctors to enjoy the time she has left by doctor after being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Alivia got me a second opinion from a london specialist who recommended a certain operation which I then went back to nhs oncologist with report and demanded she be refereed to a nhs surgeon for the operation which she reluctantly agreed to do. The operation was done as recommended by the Alivia specialist and she is still alive today and we are waiting for next scan to see if the cancer has been irradiated. I now wonder how many people that nhs oncologist has told there is no hope and been left to die taking her word as gospel. The help and support I got from my case manager Michaela was above and beyond the call of duty she would answer all my emails no matter what time of night it was, these people are saving lives of people who the nhs have left to die for an affordable fee for the working class man. I had my Gastric Sleeve with Dr. Ugur Bulut in March 2023. I was almost 20 stone and incredibly unhappy with my weight. Having been told it would be a 3 year + waiting time for the NHS, I decided to research bariatric surgery abroad and came across Dr. Ugur. I had surgery with Dr. Ugur in October of 2022. He was professional and reassuring. I also needed my gallbladder reviewed as there were stones present and he did tell me that I might never have an issue with them or I could have an issue with them in a year, that there was no way to say but if it arose then I would need similar surgery again, so I opted to have both done at the same time. A year later I've kept the weight off and feel like a completely different person. I'm so grateful for his care and kindness.

Innercise grundforløbet har været en kæmpe øjenåbner for mig for en helt ny vej til et bedre liv. Jeg blev meget overrasket over, hvad vi mennesker kan med vores åndedræt og med kuldeeksponering. Jeg har aldrig været ‘vinterbade-typen’, men jeg fandt ud af, hvor meget det betyder for ens velvære og hvilken ro, det giver, når man lære at trække vejret ‘rigtigt’. Jeg kommer helt sikkert til at bruge de redskaber, som jeg har fået og have fokus på mit åndedræt i min dagligdag. Nikolai og Jacob var utroligt passionerede, og det smittede af. Hvis det ikke havde været for deres engagement ville jeg ikke have kunnet fordybe mig på sammen måde. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage til Innercise til gus, åndedræt og isbad.

I needed the carer to help me after a major surgery and I greatly appreciate the prompt response I received. I initially was looking at their sister company Good Care Group but was recommended Cherished Home Care based after an assessment of my requirements. Joti was very helpful and empathetic throughout the assessment and the time that I had my care contract with CHC. The in-person assessment reassured me that there is a person behind the assignment of the carers and that they do take the time to understand and assess in person my needs. The carers assigned to me, I feel, are commensurate to what I needed at that time. I expected someone who may be more experienced in caregiving but that may be what they have in the Good Care Group for those who require long-term care or potentially more medical requirements. My carers were helpful and empathetic and they balanced out overall --- one was quite good with cooking and looking after my nutrition, while the other matched my reserved nature and was good with helping with cleaning and household chores. Joti also made sure she responded to any requests and adjustments that I had during the entire time. Overall a positive experience for me.

I attended the St Swithins shop and it was a lovely experience. The aesthetic of the shop was amazing, the service was impeccable and the staff were great at what they do. I had an eye test and also pick myself up a designer pair of prescription glasses which are made to fit my head. They used top machinery to make sure my eyes are in good health and had the experience to help pick glasses which suited me best from their wide range of frames. I couldn’t recommend these guys more. I experienced issues with my old optician and so I thought I would give Masons Avenue Opticians a go having heard they were good. I arranged an eye test, the prescription of which differed to that of my old optician, selected new frames and received them within 2 working days. It was super quick and efficient. They are very welcoming there and a special mention to Kay, Rush and Cathy for undertaking my test. The whole team there are very nice and polite and certainly know their stuff.

As a lifelong yoyo dieter l was tired, depressed, despondent and quite honestly in a bad place heakthwise with depression and out of control diabetes. Size 24/26. Hypnotherapy was my last chance saloon with Nikki, l WAS sceptical l openly admit. Well now l am heading towards size 14, my depression has improved, my out of control diabetes is now in remission, l weight train, love working out and swimming, my life has totally transformed in ways l could never have imagined. As a first-time mum and Paediatric A&E Nurse, my nerves were at an all-time high before my visit to Dr. Kamrul Clinic. I did a lot of research and asked for countless recommendations, and Dr. Kamrul Hasan’s name kept coming up. From the start, the experience exceeded my expectations. I was contacted by a lovely gentleman named Ronnie, who patiently walked me through the entire process before my appointment. His care and attention didn’t stop there—he continued to support me from my first call all the way through to the post-appointment follow-up, which was so reassuring. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was still anxious, but after speaking with Dr. Kamrul, I felt instantly at ease. Having worked alongside many doctors in A&E for over six years, I can honestly say Dr. Kamrul is one of the most kind, knowledgeable, and caring doctors I have ever met. I initially thought I might not be able to stay during the procedure because of how emotional I was, but Dr. Kamrul’s calm and compassionate approach completely surprised me—I was able to stay, and my baby boy, though understandably upset by the numbing, was calm throughout the procedure itself. After the procedure, Dr. Kamrul thoroughly explained the aftercare, and I was provided with numbing solution for my baby’s comfort. Ronnie followed up a few hours later to check on us, and that level of continuous care was absolutely invaluable. I had considered going to the Portland private hospital and paying over £2,000 for peace of mind, but I’m so glad I chose this clinic. I can’t recommend Dr. Kamrul and his team enough. If I ever have another boy, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to everyone involved for making this such a positive experience!

Adult Circumcision. I am 25 years old. I decided to opt for a circumcision due to Phimosis. On arrival the hospitality was great, very kind and welcoming. In the waiting room, a young man greeted me and was kind and informative. Dr Kamrul Hasan himself sat me down and explained everything thoroughly about the procedure and put my mind more at ease. The procedure went really well. I am more than happy with the outcome. Very professional and the best service I could have hoped for. Highly recommend! I would like to say thank you to Dr Kamrul Hasan and the other two members of staff, you all made the experience very pleasant and I appreciate your hard work. I have now arrived home feeling very satisfied. Any questions I may have which I’m sure I will, Dr Hasan has already explained he is here for me and until the end. Thank you again!

Top notch service! We have been blessed with our first baby boy and as first time parents we conducted extensive research and wanted to ensure that the procedure is performed by an NHS surgeon who performs high volume surgery in the NHS. Not someone who picks up a knife once a week to undertake circumcisions (GP’s/rabbi’s). I would highly recommend Dr Hasan and his team for doing a fantastic job. They were very professional. Dr Hasan made the job look very easy. He employs 4 - 5 staff members in the clinic to ensure the procedure can be performed safely and smoothly. We were made to feel relaxed and sat in the treatment room while Dr Hasan and his team conducted the procedure. Our son Zaahir Arafat Hussain didn't cry at all during the procedure. Very impressed with Dr Hasan and his team. Truly Well Done and keep up the hard work as you are providing an invaluable service to the community.

I am 15 Years old. Me and my parents were recommended to Dr Kamrul Hasan who runs The London Circumcision Clinic at Harley Medical in Whitechapel in East London. My father wanted a Surgeon, not a GP, surgical practitioner or an A&E doctor conducting the procedure. He wanted someone who is a Surgeon by profession and not just a Circumcision Practitioner. The LCC is everything we expected and beyond. Dr Hasan made sure he took his time to explain things in detail and showed great empathy as I was super anxious. Dr Hasan has extensive knowledge and experience, the procedure was quick, and painless. The local anaesthetic is the only pain you may feel. The recovery went very well for me, and I could not be any happier with the results. The clinic is very well kept, modern and clean, and the surgeon is extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable before carrying out any steps. The post-operative instructions were very clear and ongoing support was at hand if needed. I would highly recommend The LCC for any teenager looking to undergo the procedure. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Kolenda and his team are first and foremost, kind and welcoming. Verso Surgery is a very attractive facility! Dr. Kolenda is highly skilled and immediately made me feel confident in the procedure I had decided to undergo. Earlier this spring I visited Dr. Kolenda’s clinic in Oakville. I had been deliberating for quite a while about a lower face lift procedure and, needless to say, I was nervous and full of doubt. However, a good friend and cosmetic doctor, Dr. Megan Carr, had told me Dr. Kolenda is the best! I suppose it’s human nature to think of the negatives. I don’t know of anyone who has had this kind of surgery. So, I was questioning the idea – what if it didn’t turn out the way I was hoping? These procedures are a lot of money, am I being driven by vanity? So, fast forward to the day of the consultation. Dr. Kolenda’s surgery is beautiful! Very well appointed and staffed with individuals who are welcoming and knowledgeable. I was greeted by Veronica Pascu, the Cosmetic Surgery Consultant. After a brief but factual meeting, Dr. Kolenda stepped into the room to speak with me to answer any questions or concerns I might have. He struck me as a very capable and professional doctor. He is also very personable which means a great deal to me! I soon learned that beyond his practice, Dr. Kolenda lectures at the University of Toronto and routinely is a guest speaker at various conferences. Needless to say, in short order, I was convinced I was in good hands. After a consultation that outlined the lower face-lift procedure, including a lip lift, a date was set in late April. Prior to this surgery date, I met once again, with Dr. Kolenda to review the process. When I asked him if I would look different after the surgery he told me I would look like myself but better, more youthful. The best answer! His registered Practical Nurse, Czarina Matias was close by and served to answer any further questions. Czarina is patient and thorough, never indicating my questions might be unnecessary. I felt very comfortable with her. My surgery date was April 18th. All went well and by day’s end, I was ready to go home. Czarina was there, keeping a close watch over me. I was in very good hands. The following day I had to return to the clinic for bandaging alterations. Briefly I met with Dr. Kolenda and then I left, to return in 5 weeks time. Since a partial face lift is a major surgery, I was armed with pain killers and medications to safely guide me through the next few weeks. Although I was anxious to know all was well, as the days ticked on, I felt better and more confident. I would be lying if I said I was without doubts but honestly, Dr. Kolenda’s words tracked through my head all the time. I knew I was going to be fine and very happy with the results. He is an exceptional cosmetic doctor. I would liken his skills to that of a fine sculptor. One who understands precision and perfection. In closing I would say that if one has the desire to improve their appearance, perhaps like myself you have spent countless hundreds, even thousands on your face, it’s time to consider seeing Dr. Kolenda. I know from speaking with others, there are many doctors who carry out these procedures but why risk going to someone you do not know and really shouldn’t trust? Had my rhinoplasty here with Dr.Kolenda. I had a friend recommend him after spending months researching and through so many consultations, it felt like Dr.Kolenda understood what I was looking for. Trovo il servizio ottimo per immediatezza..e il max competenza all infermiere che si è recato a mio domicilio...un pochino meno per i tempi di esiti su un normale prelievo che non richiede lunghi tempi per esito..solitamente avuti in 24 massimo 36 ore in ospedale senza nessuna emergenza,parlo di semplici esami di routine! In questo caso con un prelievo di prima mattina di venerdì, non avrò esito fino a domani ( martedì) impossibilitata a recarmi direttamente per attesa esito tampone.. spero migliorino in questo perché trovo che il centro offra un buon servizio... sono comunque sincera, se mi fossi ritrovata a dover chiamare per esami specifici non lo avrei fatto ,in quanto in passato mi sono ritrovata diverse volte con valori molto diversi dalla realtà e quindi confrontati... questo purtroppo su percorso terapeutico fa la differenza!!

Estremamente comodo e affidabile unisce la sicurezza del sistema pubblico alla comodità del privato. Decisamente raccomandato!

I was experiencing very intense lower back pain and was recommended to see Frank. I had this pain for about 6 weeks and it wouldn’t shift. Frank was amazing and talked me through everything he was doing. He even gave me advise on exercises and that I should fully stretch after each exercise I do. He was very through and I liked that he went deep into the tissue and muscles, as I was very tight especially around my left shoulder. Frank sorted out the issue and since then I have had no pain whatsoever. I would fully recommend his great services.

I came in to see Kira about 6weeks ago and could hardly walk after pulling my lower back I have had issues with my lower back for over 10years after playing rugby, taking painkillers and having injections in the spine with constant trips back and forth to the doctors. I have a long road of rehab ahead of me which is going great thanks to the program and support of Kira. I can't recommend Kira enough, it has really changed my life and I'm near enough pain free now and building up my core strength. I've suffered with back pain for years and had a period where I couldn't walk for 2 years, leading to an operation (L4-L5). I have seen many Chiropractors in my time and find Joe to be very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommended.

After injuring my lower back in the garden, I was barely able to get out of bed due to the pain. As such, I booked an appointment with Joe at the clinic to get his opinion. In our initial session, Joe conducted several tests to find the root of the problem, he was attentive and clearly explained what he was doing at each stage. Following the diagnosis, Joe helped relieved the pain with massage techniques and topical gels. I was then provided with a plan of exercises/stretches to follow to relieve pain and prevent re-injury. I attended four more treatment sessions where I received additional massage treatments and tweaked my exercise plan. Now I have finished my treatment with Joe, my lower back pain is almost non-existent and I'm able to go about my day-to-day activities again. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who is suffering from lower back pain. (The clinic was also very COVID secure)
