i came from the U.K. for surgery with Professor Ibrahim and it was one of the best decision I’ve ever made beacause the results are life changing better than I ever imagined. The hospital was very clean and well organized and the accommodation was perfect just a 1 minute walk.. which made everything so easy and stress FREE!!. I cannot express my thanks enough for the expert Microlipo treatment on lower legs ankles to above knees for my Lipoedema I decided due to the pain and heaviness in my lower legs from knees to ankles to look at the age of 59 for Liposuction treatment, , having worsening symptoms since menopause, I did lots of research into UK or abroad treatment, and had some other consultations, with a long list of questions. However the Hunar Clinic and Dr Gupta was my number 1 choice, from the booking of the first consultation with the reception team, the warm reception by Jess and the team at the clinic on arrival, everything felt right Dr Gupta was completely honest about what could be achieved, and all my questions were answered, the choice of Microlipo was explained to me in detail and i felt this, due to the morning operation and quicker recovery, with to the smaller cannular was the best option. The follow up emials, with the price and everything to do with the operation was very professional and everything including the Saturday morning operation booking was done within days of my consulation. I arrived on the Saturday morning extremely nervous, but the team were so quick in getting me into the pre op room, Thess the theater nurse was so lovely, we chatted and she explained in detail the after care, with everything made ready for after my operation in a bag, Music was playing and read a magazine, and I completely calmed down, Dr Gupta, then Dr Ali my anesthetist called into the pre op room I felt so safe in there hands, after chatting to them both. Walked into Surgery, had my legs marked up, and photographed, onjto the operating table and then woke up sat up in the recovery room fully dressed, with my legs in compression, (wow) amazing, had a cup a tea ready for me and a sandwich, sat relaxing, before walk with Thess back to my husband who was waiting in reception (and has also been looked after with coffee etc) 5 hours later. Driven home to recover, had 2 weeks feeling a bit rough, but mainly due to changing the double compression, really hardly any pain after 4 days. 8 weeks later back for my follow up and i cant explain how this operation has completely changed my life, Im now walking without feeling i have 2 sacks of potatoes on my legs, I can kneel, returned to Pilates as i have more movement in my ankles and knees, Im walking better, without a limp, I can wear a normal size boot ! I have no pain at all, so going from 24 hour aching legs to not taking any pain killers at all is fantastic and Dr Gupta did advise me the operation could not guarantee me being pain free as this was my main reason for the surgery. My lower legs, although i have some small swelling late in the day(expected and explained) look so different, Dr Gupta has sculpted them so beautifully, i have tiny ankles now with no bulges either size, lovely calves with no bumps and lumps, inner and outer knees are not rubbing together, or looking huge !! Im so happy, and really my life will being again at the age of 60. with my first dress being ordered for celebrating it in Mexico The Hunar Clinic is just the best x

I met with Dr Mittal for a consultation to discuss concerns with my quickly aging skin. I researched a number of treatments available but wasn't sure which one would be best for me so wanted to seek professional advise first. I found Dr Prerna at Hunar Clinic online and after reading through the positive patients testimonials, I decided to book a consultation. As soon as she greeted me, I instantly felt more relaxed and reassured I was speaking to someone who knew their stuff! She was so friendly, she gave me time to explain my concerns and what I wanted to achieve before she spoke and advised on the options for treatment I had available. I decided after listening to her advise and doing more research to proceed with Profhilo, it sounded like it was going to give my skin that boost if needed to feel more refreshed and balanced again. The injections themselves were fine- some discomfort but nothing unbearable. She took her time and made sure I was OK throughout the treatment. I was left with some small bumbs at the injection sight but these went down the next day. I'm day 5 post treatment now as so far no bruising. The aftercare instructions given were clear, and I have rebooked to visit in 4 weeks time for round 2/2. Just to add, the clinic itself was super clean and shiny! Beautiful clinic I visited the clinic for treatment with Dr Gupta and was blown away by the clinic, the cleanliness, the relaxed vibe and the outstanding safety procedures during covid. I had botox with Dr Prerna Mittal at Hunar Clinic a few weeks ago and I am over the moon with my results. Dr Prerna Mittal was so lovely, she explained the process to me and helped me decided which areas needed treatment. The injections were so quick and painless, she talked me through the treatment as she injected which helped to put me at ease. It took around 2 weeks for the full effect to be seen and I am so happy with the results. My forehead doesn’t look frozen and I still have movement to my eyebrows but my deep lines and creases have disappeared. The clinic is modern and beautiful with state of the art facilities. I found it very easy to access and there was parking onsite. I’m already looking forward to going back at the end of the year for more treatment with Dr Prerna Mittal. I would highly recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Ongeveer 2 jaar geleden maakten mijn man en ik een prachtige reis door Italië, in eigen auto, van noord naar zuid en terug, aankomst hotel namiddag, vervolgens diner en logies, volgende dag omgeving verkennen, altijd rondom een interessante grote stad, en verder naar de volgende plaats, 10 dagen lang. Halverwege komen we bij ons zoveelste hotel, ik ga naar binnen om in te checken, en haal mijn man en de bagage. De receptie blijkt een treedje lager te liggen dan de hall en ik draai mij half om naar mijn man om hem te waarschuwen voor het afstapje. Op hetzelfde moment ga ik onderuit, maak een schuiver en, na later blijkt, heb nogal wat gekneusd in de onderrug. Gaan zitten/liggen en opstaan vanuit stoel of bed lukt niet meer op eigen kracht, helse pijnen. Bij thuiskomst attendeerde mijn man mij op de holistisch osteopaat Richard Odijk, met wie hij goede ervaringen had, en die toen nog bij ons om de hoek zijn praktijk had. Ik heb een aantal behandelingen van Richard gekregen en dat was iedere keer een feest. Persoonlijk geïnteresseerd, deskundig in de behandeling, legt alles goed uit en de helse pijnen verdwenen zo langzaam maar zeker. En k wamen ook niet meer terug! Richard is a really excellent practitioner, caring and knowledgable, he really listens to you and builds up a holistic picture of your whole health and system. He also explained to me exactly why he was doing the things he was, which really is great! I have Long Covid and Richard was the only medical professional I saw who really helped my symptoms, as well as giving me some insight into what might be happening. Wegens toenemende pijn boven de heup in consult bij Richard. Na totaal-onderzoek was de diagnose een rugwervel die niet zich niet voegde naar de afwijkende stand van de overige wervels waarmee ik nu eenmaal (pijnloos) behept ben. In een paar behandelingen deze wervel in de goede, afwijkende, stand teruggebracht. Klacht verleden tijd.

Een fijne deskundige ostheopaat. Je voelt je snel op je gemak en vertrouwd. Heeft mij snel en goed inzichten gegeven en problemen opgelost.

Perfecte osteopaat, pakt het probleem aan en denkt mee! Omdat Richard zo goed weet hoe lichaamsfuncties en systemen zich tot elkaar verhouden, legt hij verbanden die je zelf nooit had gelegd. Echt een klasse osteopaat en een buitengewoon fijn mens!

Min bedste anbefaling til Balance by Monik. Efter sygemelding med stress valgte jeg at købe et 10 turs kort ved Balance by Monik, som en investering i mig selv. Jeg følte mig fra start tryg ved Monik. Behandlingerne med en givende massage og samtaler er nu afsluttet og jeg har fået det bedre, mere ro i sindet, lært at lytte til hvad min krop fortæller mig, og er klar til at arbejde igen. I cannot thank Mr Ismail enough for the absolutely superb breast reduction he gave me in 2016. From the pre-op consultation, the surgery itself, post-op care and out patient follow-up consultations, Mr Ismail has been a credit to his profession. I had suffered for years with chronic back and shoulder pain caused by overly large breasts and since the breast reduction surgery the pain has disappeared completely. Aesthetically, the shape and size of my breasts are perfect (this was never my primary reason for the surgery but an added benefit). Hi, I suffer from lack of sleep. I would recommend this product for sleep improvement as long as you follow a healthy prior sleeping patterns. Also, David has been a super star explaining the benefit of the product in a very honest way. I Highly recommend it.

For years I’ve suffered with arthritis. My friend said I should try CBD balm as he had a lot of relief using it on his knee. I have had regular appointments with Cristina Varon Podiatry since August 2023, and the change to my ability to walk better with plantar fasciitus is just wonderful. After removing a troublesome corn on my first visit, Cristina recommended that I ask the NHS to adjust my left insole to reduce the pain of my fasciitus, which I have done. On this last checkup Cristina made a further temporary adjustment which has made such a difference. I feel I can now walk safely and without pain. I will continue to use Cristina Varon Podiatry to refine the temporary adjustments, to make them permanent, to maintain the excellent care and advice I have received and to keep my feet in the best possible health. I cannot recommend this podiatry service enough for any problems with your feet an ankles. Being able to walk well, especially in later years, is a must.

My husband introduced me to Will as he thought he could help me with my anxiety and self image. I had a set of counselling / therapy sessions with William from Envisioning Change. Over the sessions he got to know me well, listened carefully and suggested some really helpful coping mechanisms and tools that I can lean on in my day to day life in regards to fears, phobias, depression and anxiety. Very quickly it was apparent that these tools were incredibly useful as I felt certain phobias melting away after a short time. These phobias and traumas were something I had lived with for around 10+ years, so it was no small feat. William is personable, caring, and easy to connect with. He is obviously very passionate about helping others and is a wealth of knowledge in the realms of psychology and therapeutic practice. He is non judgemental and a fantastic listener, but he isn't simply a set of ears- he asked thought provoking questions, not just in a "how does that make you feel?" way that you tend to get from a textbook counsellor. I would highly recommend working with William and Envisioning Change if you have phobias, depression, anxiety, or issues with self esteem. And I would absolutely recommend William if you are someone with a life changing physical health diagnosis, or a fear of death/ existential crises.

I came to know about Mr Moore through a Facebook group of which i am a member and he is an Admin. I reached out to him about my anxiety and he set up a meet for Sunday to talk about it via Zoom. When i joined the meeting, what caught my eye was how well he was dressed. Although it was an online meet, he was dressed as though we were meeting in person. That made me realize he was absolutely serious about talking to me. During the whole meeting, he was very attentive, not talking over me, patiently listening and taking notes. His body language was always attentive and his demeanor was calm and focused. I found his conversation very helpful and although I still have some anxiety, he helped me alleviate a lot of it. Een paar maanden geleden Intralasik behandeling ondergaan. Alles is goed gegaan en ik ben erg blij dat mijn zicht zo goed hersteld is. De behandeling zelf viel me heel erg mee, een minuutje doorzetten, dagje rusten en vervolgens een maand druppelen om daarna zonder bril door het leven te kunnen, het kan erger. De medewerkers zijn allemaal erg professioneel en doen er alles aan om je op je gemak te stellen. Ik raad het iedereen aan!

Zowel het vooronderzoek als de lenstransplantatie verliep heel zorgvuldig. Het contact met de arts en andere medewerkers was prettig. Men nam de tijd en legde goed uit wat mogelijk was of wat men ging doen. Tijdens en na de operatie geen pijn of complicaties gehad. Ook fijn om meteen de oogdruppels mee te krijgen. Ik ben super tevreden met het eindresultaat: ik kan verweg en dichtbij weer goed zien zonder bril.

Ik ben 100% tevreden over mijn Intralasik behandeling. Ik heb lang getwijfeld of ik het moest doen maar ik heb geen moment spijt gehad. De artsen en de baliemedewerkers zijn allen heel vriendelijk en je wordt goed voorbereid op de behandeling. Ik kon 3 weken na intake al geopereerd worden. Ook de nazorg is heel goed. Met tussentijdse vragen kon ik altijd bellen en ik werd serieus genomen. De operatie is zonder complicaties verlopen. Het eerste jaar na de behandeling blijf je onder controle staan, dus het wordt op de voet gevolgd. Heel fijn!

Ik heb van mijn 45e tot 61e een multifocale bril gedragen. Sinds juni 2024 heb ik implantaten met trifocale lenzen. Dit had ik jaren eerder moeten doen. Het is zo heerlijk om zonder bril een boek te lezen, de tekst op je laptop te zien en ook veraf goed te zien. In het begin zag ik wat wazig en moesten mijn hersenen erg wennen. Na jaren lang bril en lenzen te hebben gedragen, ben ik na het lezen van de reviews naar dit oogcentrum gegaan voor een behandelcheck. Ik werd er vriendelijk en gemoedelijk ontvangen en men nam alle tijd voor de checks. Het advies werd voor het gaan van een Intralasik laser behandeling. Dit had ik veel eerder moeten doen. Wakker worden en alles kunnen zien en alles kunnen lezen zonder een leesbril, het blijft een genot. En dit alles dankzij dit Oogcentrum. De ontvangst, het onderzoek en het operatie team is het is allemaal TOP. Ik kan alle positieve reviews beamen. Dit Nationaal Oogcentrum is zeker een aanrader.

Ik heb afgelopen december een ICL behandeling ondergaan bij het Nationaal Oogcentrum en ik ben erg tevreden over het contact, de ingreep en de (voorlopige) nazorg. De intake was prettig, laagdrempelig en kundig. Je ogen worden doorgemeten en de opties worden besproken. Bij mij was ICL de enige optie (hoornvlies was te dun voor correctie met laser). Al vrij vlot na de metingen kon ik geholpen worden. De dag van de ingreep verliep prima, ik werd goed ingelicht en gerustgesteld. Dezelfde dag vond de eerste controle plaats. Na een kleine ingreep om de oogdruk wat te verlagen, mocht ik naar huis. Bij de controle de volgende dag zag ik al zeer behoorlijk. In de tussentijd heb ik geen enkel moment pijn of last gehad van mijn ogen. Inmiddels heb ik mijn derde controle gehad en alles zag er OK uit. Het rechteroog heeft al een goede visie; in het linkeroog is nog wat oedeem te zien en naar verwachting zal ook het zicht daar nog verbeteren wanneer dat wegtrekt. Ik ben nu al erg tevreden met het resultaat. Het is heeeeeel prettig om niet meer bezig te zijn met brillen, lenzen en alles wat erbij hoort. Al met al ben ik heel blij dat ik deze ingreep bij het Nationaal Oogcentrum heb laten uitvoeren en ben ik erg tevreden met de uitkomsten!

Nach langem Überlegen habe ich mich entschieden, meine Haartransplantation bei "Eleven Estetik" machen zu lassen. Nachdem ich einige Empfehlungen von Freunden erhalten hatte, nahm ich über WhatsApp Kontakt mit der Klinik auf. Nach einem ausführlichen Austausch – man möchte ja schließlich gut informiert sein – entschloss ich mich, den Eingriff am 8. Dezember durchführen zu lassen. Eigentlich führen sie an Sonntagen keine Operationen durch, aber auf meinen Wunsch hin wurde eine Ausnahme gemacht. Am Flughafen angekommen, wurde ich mit einem VIP-Fahrzeug ins Hotel gebracht. Am nächsten Tag holte mich ein Fahrer ab und brachte mich in die Klinik in Mecidiyeköy. Dort lernte ich zuerst das Team kennen und es wurde Blut abgenommen. Danach legten wir gemeinsam die Haarlinie fest, und meine Haare wurden geschnitten. Mein Wunsch war eindeutig: so viele Grafts wie möglich, aber es sollte natürlich aussehen. Die Entnahme der Haare erfolgte dann vom Nacken und von den Seiten. Anschließend wurden die Bereiche für die Transplantation vorbereitet. Nach einer kurzen Mittagspause begann der wichtigste Teil – das Einpflanzen der Grafts. Dabei waren drei Personen beteiligt, darunter auch der Arzt selbst. Insgesamt dauerte der Eingriff ungefähr 8,5 Stunden. Schmerzen hatte ich nur kurz bei der Betäubungsspritze, danach war alles schmerzfrei. Am Abend wurde ich zurück ins Hotel gebracht. Der Arzt wollte, dass ich ihm alle zwei Stunden ein Foto meines Kopfes schicke, um den Heilungsverlauf zu kontrollieren. Später kam er sogar persönlich ins Hotel, um eine zusätzliche Pflegebehandlung durchzuführen – etwas, das meiner Meinung nach nicht selbstverständlich ist. Am nächsten Morgen wurde ich wieder in die Klinik gebracht, wo mein Kopf gewaschen wurde. Man erklärte mir genau, wie ich die Pflege in den nächsten Tagen durchführen sollte. Einen Tag später ging es dann zurück nach München. Am Flughafen wurde ich von vier Leuten angesprochen, die wissen wollten, wo ich die Transplantation habe machen lassen – sie fanden das Ergebnis sauber und ordentlich. Zwei davon waren Frauen, die sogar die Kontaktdaten der Klinik haben wollten, entweder für ihre Ehemänner oder Kinder. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde es jederzeit wieder bei "Eleven Estetik" machen lassen. Außer einer kleinen Schwellung an der Stirn hatte ich keinerlei Beschwerden. Einige meiner Freunde haben sich auch schon entschieden, es dort machen zu lassen. Vielen Dank für alles, Ömer!

After consulting with approximately 20 clinics, I decided on this one. Honestly, the main factor in my decision was my personal assistant, Gokhan. The fact that he had numerous videos of his previous patients giving happy testimonials was the primary reason I chose them. The second factor was the pricing. As I later learned, dental treatment prices in Turkey have significantly increased due to inflation. Despite this, Gokhan and his team provided excellent treatment at an affordable price. I bought this product about 3 months ago and in the beginning, I was a little skeptical because I felt like I had tried everything out there. This belt has been a god sent honestly, when I first tried it on my back I felt it running toward my glute and hamstring.
