This drug is the only thing that allows me to get out of bed in the morning. I have debilitating back spasms and I take these as prescribed at breakfast, lunch and bedtime. They also are very effective for my frequent tension headaches. They are not addictive if you take them as prescribed. Only wish was they weren't so hard on the stomach.

I was pleased to find Mr Vincenzo Maurino as he had the right expertise for my case. I wanted to be as glasses free as possible so I chose a premium lens rather than the NHS option. I am very pleased with the result of my surgery and I would highly recommend Mr Maurino. The recovery period is important, so ensure you take the time you need to recover well. For me that was two weeks.

Mr.Maurino is an extraordinarily skillful surgeon. Having read the information regarding possible postoperative side effects, in fact l haven't experienced any one of those. Right after the day of the operation my sight was crystal clear and l did not need painkillers or any other remedies. I believe that the positive, supportive attitude of the clinician contribute crucially to the recovery of the patient. I must say that Mr Maurino is a rare example of the mixture of supreme skill and tireless support. I was extremely grateful that when he discovered some bleeding around an old mole in the eye, he made maximum effort for me to be referred speedily to oncology.

Clare has been a godsend. While we only spent an hour or so on a zoom call the time was valuable to us as Clare suggested a couple of tweaks which has definetly helped. Daughter was waking hourly overnight, and only napping 10 mins twice a day. Also would only sleep on me and couldn’t self settle. My 7 month old was waking every 45 mins through the night and the only way she would go back to sleep was to be fed. I was exhausted, she was exhausted and I felt like we had tried everything. We contacted Clare and had a one hour zoom call with her. That was 6 days ago and last night my baby only woke 3x- something that a week ago I would have thought was impossible. Where to start… Clare helped us with our 19 Month old who had been going down in her cot after we rocked her to sleep but waking after a couple of hours and then we would get her into bed with us and she went straight back to sleep which then was a habit each night. Dr Neequaye was very professional and listened very carefully to my concerns. He was very thorough and informative in explaining my condition and the further investigations he intends to undertake. I found him very reassuring, sincere and caring in his approach and I am very happy to be in his care.

After researching numerous vascular consultants in the Liverpool area I'm delighted that I chose to have my significant veins assessed, and subsequently treated, by Simon and his team.
