I had terrible shoulder pain through work related injury and couldn't sleep properly or do my job as efficiently,being a mechanic my work is very hands on sometimes heavy labour and 5 sessions with Ryan and I can now sleep soundly and work as I did before. I've been doing office work for several years now and started suffering with a lot of discomfort in my neck. I went to Ryan a few months ago and was diagnosed with upper-crossed syndrome. I've been getting treatment for the last few months now and rather than having constant aches in my neck, I just get a few flare ups (normally due to not doing enough self care). I would highly recommend InTune Clinic, I've always had a great experience and felt comfortable getting treatment from them.

Having had physiotherapy in the past this was a very different experience. A positive one. My knee nee pain and discomfort has now been greatly alleviated and this has allowed me to get back to day to day activities. The whole team are professional whilst being friendly and welcoming. I appreciated reminders for my appointments. What made it different from previous was the very hands on treatment and aftercare between sessions. Excellent service

Updated on 30/01/2025 I will only provide a review for the work they have done, I don`t provide a review for unfinished work in this feedback. Before leaving this review I asked the clinic whether they want to put everything right and provide a refund and was refused. I have agreed for them to do 2 implants with 2 crowns, 2 extractions, 2 white fillings and Philips Zoom teeth whitening. I arrived in the middle of June 2024 where they have taken a scan and further advised that I need 2-3 more white fillings to the gaps between the teeth. I replied that I am not willing to do them I will advise with my dentist based in the UK and was told, I believe by the owner of the clinic (Dr.) that if so, why would I do anything at all with them. I clearly understood that they are trying to make me to agree for extra costs and did not want to leave since paid for the flight and the hotel already. I started to trade with them by clearly understanding that the gaps between the teeth must remain clear as we use the floss to clean it. We have agreed for 2 additional white fillings between the teeth for 50 Euro (where the initial agreement was for 100 Euro for 2 white fillings). Before doing the Philips zoom whitening, the dentist who also did my white fillings told me that at least 3 sessions by 20 minutes each is required. They did 2 sessions and told me, that my teeth look fine already, therefore, we have completed the work. I reminded that I was told that 3 sessions by 20 mins each are required but was now told its not necessary, we use great stuff. The promise given was that it will last from 6-12 months and on their web site it says that 3 sessions of 20 mins each are required (4 x 15 minute sessions mentioned on the UK web site). In a few months it started to fade away and in 4 months almost gone (however I look after my teeth well). After that the 2 teeth had been extracted and I was told that the implants can`t be installed and I will need to come back in 3 months. Why they did not tell me in advance that I may have to come back in 3 months after the extraction? I would have done this in the UK then and saved travel and hotel costs. In 1 week I noticed that the white filling to front tooth has come out and the fillings in-between the teeth have also come out (the ones I was asked to do at an extra cost which I knew were not even required). I have contacted the clinic (text messages are saved) and informed them about it and was promised that it will be re-done, however, was told that there is no guarantee on this work. I noted that I have done similar white fillings to a large number of front teeth in the UK (some 6-9 teeth, minor decay to front) and they already lasted for 3 years and still no sign of them coming out. When I come back to them in 3 months for the 2 implants, they were installed (can`t comment on this work as the crowns are still to be fitted on them). I was now told by a new dentist in their clinic that he can`t do any white fillings in-between the teeth as this is not required and will only harm me as the food will be collecting there and teeth will start to decay. He noted that he won`t be doing the front white filling too as he recommends me to replace the tooth with the crown or implant and the crown on it. I mentioned I will ask for a refund for white fillings then. I asked for a refund via WhatsApp the same person I have been dealing with throughout the time and was told that there can`t be a refund as it cost the clinic the same amount of money and they had no profit from that. Whether there was or was no profit for the clinic is not relevant, the business must put right everything at own cost. I have asked for 100 Euro refund for the front white filling and the fillings they did in-between the teeth which have come out in a week. I have come back to the UK and did the front white filling with NHS discount at no cost to me and its been more than a week already and I see no signs of it coming out. My UK dentist told me that he has used the better material for this front tooth. As on 30/1/2025 the white filling done by my UK dentist is fine. The above feedback is very genuine and I keep proof to all above mentioned by saved messages. As on 30/1/2025, after 3 months of waiting's, they have attempted to send me 100 Euro onto my account and asked to remove the bad feedback, however, the money were not received by me and in a week they tell me that the money have returned back to them! Then they sent 100 Euro through Western Union and asked me to attend the branch. I had to go to Western Union branch and was offered to collect £74 which is £10 less than a standard exchange rate, so they have own exchange rate. Even in a refund they did not do it right. I replied to them that if they compensate me for the first trip to Istanbul, 200 euro (flight cost) and 100 euro hotel stay (less what I have paid + had more expenses), then I will remove the feedback or provide a positive one.

In Europe, I likely would never have been able to pursue such extensive treatment due to the prohibitive costs, yet here I could proceed comfortably. Dr. Mehmet, the first doctor I met, took care of the extractions. He was incredibly kind, patient, and highly skilled, qualities that made the experience much easier for me as a sensitive and fearful patient. The implant specialist, his colleague, was equally impressive, clearly confident and proficient in his work. The third doctor, who managed the canals and nerves of my teeth, was perhaps less outwardly empathetic but demonstrated great competence. The assistants were also outstanding, attentive, and professional throughout my visits. I want to acknowledge the public relations representative as well, who was friendly and professional, making the experience smoother. Special thanks go to James, who has been a steady point of contact since January. His helpfulness, attentiveness, and professionalism made this entire process feel supported from start to finish. Although it’s still early for a complete evaluation, I am extremely pleased with how I feel and with the results so far. Thank you to everyone involved—each individual’s dedication and expertise have made this experience far better than I could have hoped for.

Got blepharoplasty procedure performed here aand ended up with eyelid retraction which the doctor does not take responsibility for. When I complained she brushes off complaints and denies it. Received a 2nd opinion that in fact it is eyelid retraction, and she denies it. Not satisfied with the outcome. Went there to fix one problem and came out with another. When I complained she insists that I was demanding and just does not want to hear your complaints. Shes is close minded and unempathetic.

There aren’t enough words to express my ample gratitude to Dr. Danovich for changing my life. I had been searching in NYC and Long Island for an expert surgeon who specializes in fat transfers for about a year. I even flew to Miami for consultations because I wasn’t going to sacrifice having botched results on my face. I looking to have an upper lip lift and fat transfer to my face. Needless to say, I came in for a consultation, met Dr. Danovich and was completely blown away by her warmth and aura. She took her time assessing my face and gave me some options in case I decided not to go the invasive route. She was informative and answered all my questions without ever getting annoyed. I believe our consult lasted about 30-45 min. After meeting with her, seeing her b&A and then discussing pre and post instructions with her patient coordinator, I was immediately sold! I proceeded with the fat transfer and upper lip lift and decided to do an eyelid surgery last minute. Well, Thank God I did! It’s been 6 weeks and I’m already loving my results!! There’s still some residual swelling left, but was told by Doctor D that this was completely normal and healing should be evident on week 12. I think what I loved most about my experience besides my results is that she never tried to upsell me anything more than I needed. Her Patient coordinator Patty and Office Manager Tiffany were nothing short of amazing. Super helpful and were always there if I texted them. Talk about exceptional service. I contacted 360 Circle of Care to get home care support for my elderly mother who has dementia. Ali came to visit to carry out an assessment of mum’s needs and was able to provide an excellent carer for mum. I was particularly impressed when he came with the carer on her first visit. That meant she was less nervous meeting us for the first time and also he could see that the environment was safe for both client and carer. This demonstrated that he looks after his employees (as well as his clients) which is fantastic. I am very happy with mum’s carer. She turns up on time and is very gentle with mum. She is reliable, professional, warm, caring and always treats mum with respect. Mum’s care needs are reviewed frequently so she receives consistent support as her condition progresses.

I was unsure of what exactly I needed to order as my opticians refused to tell me my pupil distance for my prescription. I contacted the company explaining my confusion. I've just received my glasses after having new vari focal lenses inserted. They have a good line of vision and are very clear. I found the ordering very good online although I nearly made the mistake of ordering coloured lenses rather than polarised. Allan at Glasses Outlet (GO) asked me to confirm this and so rectified my error. Sometimes the wording is confusing in the description of lenses and the various types. (Note to self to research wording more) GO kept me up to date in how the order was going although I had to ask whether my glasses had arrived as I was slightly on edge ordering on-line. These glasses have come in at under half price than the high street so don't get that ripped off feeling. I'll definitely use GO again. Cheers.

Sent in my glasses for a lens replacement for updated prescription. When they were sent back, the arms had been bent outwards, to the point they are now falling off my face. When tried to contact them about this they became argumentative. Very unprofessional. **UPDATE** in reply to latest reply from the shop. The glasses did not require "adjustment" before you got your hands on them. And I requested a charge back as your customer service was not helpful and became argumentative with me on WhatsApp.

But I fancied some oversized glasses & thought treat myself. got 2 pairs shelf price £200 each & i get free prescription due 2 being diabetic. Bill once glasses ready near £2000 with a sale price of £1500 but if I took a monthly subscription £15 4 18 months I would ave 2 pay £962.00 plus the monthly payment. People must have money to burn this kind of monies for spectacles is ridiculous. So shelf price plus 400% is what you can expect to pay. Will be sticking to Asda in future.

For some reason I've always found choosing new glasses a bit of an ordeal, not as bad as visiting the dentist, admittedly, but too much preening in the mirror for my comfort. However, my recent trip to Pinders was a fun and positive experience, thanks to Natalie, who, after our initial chat about my general preferences, selected a wide range of specs for me to try on, and used her experience and 'eye' (ho ho) to recommend frame colours and shapes that suited my face. I'll be collecting two new pairs of specs in a few days and I'm confident I'll love them. Thanks for your patience and knowledge, Natalie.

Pinders at Queen Street have a very customer friendly team, putting you at ease throughout your eye examination, right through to having glasses and lens fitted, even alterations, nothing is too much trouble. The equipment is of the latest technology to ensure you have the full eye experience that goes beyond a basic eye test, everything was explained throughout my eye test and contact lens test.

Eye test by Billy was fantastic. Thorough and well explained in a friendly manner. He’s a fantastic asset to your team.

What a fantastic experience. Billy was great, he was very thorough, explained everything & was very engaging. A really good pace, Billy’s patience is excellent, not rushed at all which made for a relaxing experience, making a difference in the fast paced lives we all lead these days. I could even refer to the whole service as therapeutic ! After my test I was then placed with Jo who helped me choose some new glasses, again the experience was relaxed, didn’t feel at any point rushed, I was the customer & the focus was on me, a really professional organization. My appointment was on a Saturday & to my surprise my glasses were ready the following Tuesday with the excellent Nikon lenses fitted, I couldn’t believe how quick this was ! I was also asked if I’d like a coffee whilst I was trying on the glasses & to my delight it was a proper bean to cup that was really nice. The practice is really well laid out & everything is quality. The glasses I am delighted with & have been using them ever since. One thing I must point out is this is my second visit & on both visits I had the scan not just the photo but the scan which is really important as it gets to levels cameras can’t. My first visit something was picked up on the scan, a letter sent to my doctors & within a week or two my doctors rang to make me an appointment. After a few lifestyle changes the second scan was showing the abnormality had gone. Should I have not had the scan I wouldn’t have know so well done Team Pinders & thanks !!!

I saw Jessie for a bit of feel good hypnotherapy. All I can say is wow! I felt amazing after, I managed to lock away some memories that had been bothering me. And I felt like I’d slept for a year! I saw Jess for help with my eating habits which were making me miserable and impacting my self confidence and health. I was open to hypnotherapy but my expectations were surpassed by Jess who helped me gain control and make the improvements needed almost effortlessly. Before starting my sessions, I worried I’d feel vulnerable and find the experience daunting but Jess was brilliant at explaining the process, outlining what my issues were and helping shape some goals. By the time we started, I felt very relaxed and safe and felt the benefits almost immediately. I had a really positive experience and would return for support from Jess in the future.

I went to see Jessie as I had a driving test and couldn’t shake the nerves. She was so welcoming and made me feel relaxed. After my session with Jessie I felt a wave of confidence in myself and I had a positive mindset about my driving test. In the end I passed! Thank you Jessie, you were a massive help.

Pour les les rendez-vous, j’étais un peu déçu du fait qu’on prenait pas les patients selon l’ordre de leur arrivée ( ou l’heure prévue), mais selon leur besoins. Concernant le travail des professionnels, jusqu’à présent j’admets qu’il est de bonne qualité. Pour une évacuation correcte et complète, il est opératif de la revoir après la dernière étape.

Before going there l was a bit worried about the treatment but when l met doctor and staff at the clinic which boost the confidence and now l am feeling good and getting better day by day. I would definitely recommend duty clinic the best service at the time of treatment and after treatment.

The quality of the work is yerry good. The organisation and the Hotel is also good. You have to ask befor the threatment for prices for additional services. They try to demand more money than agreed. I was very dissatisfied about this

Great service. I had my dental treatment on jan 3rd and was met by Emma at the clinic. She was fantastic. Made me feel at ease and told me what to expect. I can’t fault the service from EDS at all. Emma even travelled 7hrs to meet me for my treatment.

My teeth journey with (EDS MED CARE) from the get go was so easy stress free and pain free. And was kept updated with any info or questions required Sam who is you initial point of contact whilst in England to the smooth transition to Emma who speaks perfect English who deals with you from the minute we hit London Gatwick to leave for turkey and was even at TANTALYA dental practice with us to guide us through l. I would also like to give a big thanks to Berkay oksuz he was at the dental practice and on the phone for anything we needed and speaks amazing English to which helps massively. Have had a few Reiki at home sessions now and so grateful that I was put in contact with Ema because it has been such a positive experience. I had a reiki treatment with Ema at the Juniper clinic in Stockton Heath. It has significantly improved my physical symptoms caused by anxiety. Ema is so knowledgeable and shared lots of useful information not just about reiki but also meditation and crystals amongst other things. I will be going back.

just wanted to say a huge thankyou to Reiki ema for the wonderful treatment of Shiatsu that I experienced last week. I'd never heard of this treatment before but regularly recieve Reiki, so going into it I felt a little nervous not knowing what to expect & not knowing Ema. I had spoken to her via Instagram a few times and she was more than helpful, polite and answered my messages extremely quickly. When I finally met Ema she was so lovely and explained how the treatment works what to expect and took time for a lovely chat before and after the treatment. I honestly don't think I have ever felt so relaxed and light and just happy after the Shiatsu A and I honestly slept like a baby after the appointment. I really really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be returning for it again as well as other treatments Ema offers. What a talent lady with a beautiful soul.
