They WILL NOT replace hinge screws or let you purchase them if one falls out😡
My husband and I both bought a pair of Bex sunglasses @ $200 a piece and we love the sunglasses. Well my husband had a screw come out on the hinge piece and he called and was told they do not replace them. He even was wanting to buy them just because he loves the glasses.It fid come with 4 screws in both of our sunglasses case BUT not the hinge screws 😡 After they would not sell him those screws and back their product we WILL NEVER BUY BEX GLASSES again and we referred several people to buy them as well.Not good customer service in my opinion!

I bought a pair from my local feed store a few months ago and the were laying on my jacket in my truck and as I pulled my jacket out they fell on the ground and layed there for a day and a half and someone or something stepped on them and they broke I sent the company a picture of the broken glasses and a recipe and they sent me a brand new pair of glasses for 40$ I honestly don’t mind paying 40 for my own stupidity and they just make the process so seamless and smooth both company and products 10 outta 10 any day anytime y’all are amazing! Thank you guys so much for all you do! Ps I’m 16 and this was a piece of cake thank y’all!

Ho acquistato un profumatore bottiglia EDG 2200 ml quadrata Terra di Sicilia € 107,00 completamente inodore; la bottiglia contiene un’elevata quantità di acqua. L’acquisto è stato fatto per sostituire la precedente dal profumo inebriante comprata in un negozio a Caltanissetta. Diffidate di questo negozio online e rivolgetevi a negozianti seri. P.S: il reso non viene autorizzato se il prodotto è stato aperto. Mi chiedo come fai a valutare se non apri il tappo?

Buonasera, Nel mese di dicembre ho effettuato un acquisto affidandomi alle recensioni presenti sul sito ufficiale. Dopo aver acquistato due piccoli alberi di Natale, ci sono stati consegnati danneggiati. Abbiamo segnalato il problema al loro customer care tramite email, ma purtroppo non abbiamo ricevuto risposta a causa di un errore di trascrizione nell'indirizzo email del servizio clienti. Non avendo ricevuto alcuna comunicazione, abbiamo cercato di contattare il customer care telefonicamente. Purtroppo, i tempi di attesa sono stati molto lunghi e le risposte sono state vaghe, senza azioni risolutive se non dopo un ulteriore sollecito da parte nostra, e nonostante tutto, siamo rimasti senza una soluzione dopo circa un mese. In seguito, ci è stato comunicato che avremmo potuto fare il reso, anche senza il cartone originale, e ringraziamo per questa possibilità. Tuttavia, ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto ricevere un'email con un documento di trasporto da presentare alle Poste Italiane. Abbiamo ricevuto l'email, ma l'allegato è stato identificato come una minaccia di virus e quindi non è stato visibile né stampabile. Dopo circa un mese, abbiamo chiamato nuovamente il customer care per chiedere chiarimenti sul documento di trasporto. La risposta che ci è stata fornita è stata deludente: ci è stato detto che il reso non era più possibile in quanto erano trascorsi più di 15 giorni dall'invio dell'email. Abbiamo prontamente spiegato il problema, ma nonostante numerosi scambi di email, non c'è stata alcuna risoluzione del problema. Ci chiediamo se ci sia un limite di tempo per le risposte e le azioni da parte del loro customer care. È giusto che, dopo aver speso dei soldi, ci vengano recapitati oggetti danneggiati senza che ci venga offerta una risoluzione adeguata?

She helped me choose a spectacular placeholder ring, which gave my partner the option to look at other rings. She said yes, and after looking at the other options chose to stick to the ring I'd picked out for her. Thank you Ecksand. Flawless fine jewelry shopping experience with Ecksand
Shopping for fine jewelry on the internet can be fraught with problems and uncertainty, particularly when the website is for a store outside of the country. The exact opposite was true of my experience with the Ecksand team. My two carat Asscher cut studs were just as described and even prettier in person, as were my three stacking birthstone rings. The Ecksand team was super-easy to work with and very responsive. Now if only I could meet them in person!

My experience designing a custom engagement ring with Ecksand was nothing short of a dream come true! As someone who values ethical manufacturing and consumer transparency, I've always been on the fence about where to go when it came time to pick a ring. (And as a designer myself, I knew I wanted something special.) I happened to come across Ecksand just before they did a pop-up shop in Toronto (they are based on Montreal) and was able to set up an in-person consultation in Yorkville. Erica was absolutely amazing! Her expertise and passion made us feel so confident about working with them. And the stones she suggested were spectacular! The end design was truly breathtaking. Better than I could have ever imagined! I ended up designing my dream, ethical engagement ring--something I once thought would be impossible. I cannot thank Erica & her team enough!

The store is located in downtown Montréal at the 15th floor of an office tower. The access is quite easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting time usually short. Ring adjustments are also possible and the timeframe is respectable. I can definitely recommend this place.

I had a great experience with Bollywood Borrowed. Bina has a great selection of clothing and was very helpful on finding the right outfit for me - I would have found it a bit overwhelming otherwise! She also had the outfit I rented adjusted by a tailor so it was a perfect fit. The prices are reasonable and this is an excellent alternative to buying a dress you might only wear once. Comms very smooth and logistics very straightforward. I would strongly recommend Bollywood Borrowed and I will be sure to use them again for a future Indian wedding!

I’d highly recommend Bollywood Borrowed! Bina was so accommodating finding a time for me to try on outfits, was really helpful through the fitting (suggesting various outfits, advising on how things should be worn etc) and I found a beautiful blue and gold lehenga set (amongst her huge collection!) for a friend’s wedding, which I absolutely loved wearing and received so many compliments on! Gorgeous outfits that are easy to rent & return
Very easy to book an appointment, pop in for a visit, try on lots of different outfits and return the outfit afterwards. I had a lot of fun wearing my lehenga to a mehndi & sangeet. About four other girls were wearing outfits from Bollywood Borrowed too. They were all stunning! Each outfit is so unique and suits the person perfectly. I am 6ft2 (188cm) and I found a skirt long enough which is quite an achievement. I will definitely be renting from here again for any future Indian weddings.

I was a bit suspicious when asked to pay with a bank transfer but when I reached out to the support team, they confirmed that there isn't anything to worry about so I went ahead with the purchase. I'm impressed with the quality of the bag I bought. It did take a bit longer than expected, around 18 days to arrive, but honestly, considering the quality and the great price I got it for, I don't think that's a big deal.

Excellent service from Jaya & Nari at the branch at Ritz Carlton in Tenerife. Jaya was so helpful when we were looking to purchase some jewellery. The bracelet needed adjusting and they organised for this to be done at super fast speed and no extra charge. Nari came in on Sunday especially to ensure we had the bracelet before we checked out of the hotel. Highly recommend and look forward to shopping in their lovely store when we return again to Tenerife. Excellent.

Al no disponer de un reloj en tienda (solo bajo pedido), se ponen en contacto con una conocida joyería de Madrid, lo piden a la casa para enviarmelo a ésta y decidir in situ si estamos conformes con el reloj, todo sin abonar absolutamente nada hasta decidirnos. El precio, sorprendentemente rebajado sobre el que me dió (aproximado) el señor de la joyería de Pagoda Isora. Gracias!!

I have been purchasing from Delix for a very long time! The owner has put up with me asking for random requests, one involved sourcing a prawn stamp for something and she went away and came up trumps! I have the russian wedding ring, earrings for me and my daughter (no reactions, perfect for her sensitive skin), a necklace and have purchased many gifts because I always know the quality is fantastic but the love and attention poured into it is a given.

I got an email out of the blue saying I had won a birthday flower necklace. I was surprised but Nicole was just the loveliest. I asked for the months of my families birthdays and a week or so later received a truly beautiful necklace with so much meaning, it came in stunning packaging and well boxed. I've not ordered from Delix Stamped Designs before but I'm now compiling a list ready for Christmas. I honestly cannot recommend them enough!

Superb service after speaking to Katie and explaining how I've been let down by another manufacturer of a mattress whereby I've been waiting a month for delivery and no communication at all, Katie just took care of it so my baby daughter has something to sleep on tomorrow. Just a load off.. amazing. Later that day, I got all the tracking info over and an email saying to check early evening for the tracking to show. Item was delivered before 10am the following day, I even got an email from the saying it’s delivered and asking to confirm, followed by a phone call to check also. Spot on. * there’s you’re 6th Star!
