Wow! Wow! Wow! This is a retrospective review from my purchase back in Jan 2020 and only because I’ve come across these reviews by chance because I’m searching for the company to make a second purchase for use very far into the future should I ever need it because the product I bought back in Jan 2020 has performed so extremely well and isn’t going to fail on me anytime soon and my experience of their service at the time was exemplary. For the record I bought a timeless classic Donkey jacket for use as my round the house, whilst doing diy, working on the car, in the garden pop on, my pop to the shop jacket, basically my default pop on jacket which means......I am pretty much wearing it every day throughout the winter months and will use the slightest chill of a summer evening as an excuse to put it on. Just sayin!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

CAUTION: I am certain this company is OUT OF BUSINESS. Nothing I tried to order today ever went through nor did my email communications. It's too bad because I was really looking forward to some cool new gear. That being said, I ordered a field jacket in 2019 & the only complaint is that it took longer for me because I'm in the U.S. but that's understandable. The quality of the jacket is really good and I liked that a removable jacket liner was included for extremely cold weather.

Order never received. Emails not replied to, phone is never answered. I now understand they have ceased trading, and no refund has been given. Disgraceful behaviour scraping last few orders before shutting up shop and leaving customers out of pocket. Should be ashamed of themselves.

I purchased a pair of cargo shorts from your website. They were never delivered to me. I never received shipping or tracking info from you. I’ve tried contacting your company several times and no one ever responds to me.

I have heard nothing of my purchase since the day I ordered and now I need to cancel. I had written to express that the jacket was not right on the sizing and no reply. It says I ordered an extra small, neither my son or I are in that category, both wearing large to XL, 40-42 or 42-44. I have written multiple times, no reply. I just want my money back now. The item was for my son's 30th birthday and now I just feel like my money was straight stolen.

Jeg bruger rigtig mange perler og andet til smykkefremstilling og handler derfor ret meget ind i forskellige netshops. Derfor kan jeg sige, at jeg aldrig har fået så venlig og god betjening som her. Jeg kunne ønske mig et lidt bredere udbud af smykkematerialer i sterlingsølv og forgyldt sterlingsølv men det jeg ind til nu har købt er i særdeles god kvalitet og priserne er rimelige i forhold til andre udbydere. Desuden er det en stor fordel, at man ikke altid behøver købe en hel streng perler men kan købe 10-20 perler for 20-25 kr. Det giver kreativiteten større mulighed for at prøve nyt og man kan vurdere, hvordan den enkelte perle fungerer i virkeligheden. Billeder giver sjældent det rigtige udtryk. Alt i alt super tilfreds som kunde.

I have yet to receive my purchase. They initially responded stating my package was en route but when I didn’t get receive it, I have not been able to make contact. No one responds to emails, you cannot contact them by phone. I definitely would not use them again!

Strange prior to purchasing the Xbox the answered emails really quickly. But after the never answered 1 or the phone ordered on 23rd of May it was supposed to be dispatched on the 29th of May as yet received nothing they don't answer the emails or phone lines (FRUSTRATING)

Poor customer service, received an order for weed killer sprays and 12 of them arrived leaking and the boxes they were shipped in completely wet and damaged. I ordered and bought a Wolf Garden Patio brush from yourselves, Bargainstore. Unfortunately, you shipped the wrong product, or at least not the one I saw on your website and ordered. This can happen, I understand that, the problem is I've found it impossible to talk to you about it. No returns guidance, no label, no answer to email message to you, no answer on the "contact us" phone. How can I return the product to you for an exchange? - in this day and age and given how mature "on-line shopping" practices are, this shouldn't be a difficult task, requiring complaints and negative feedback. I am amazed that Amazon allow you to use there facilities. You bring down the trust and reliability of that place.

It was a Hozelock spray extension and the thread doesn’t fit my one year old spray. It doesn’t tell you on the item description what size the thread is. You would assume that they are all the same.

Very pleased to be able to write a review recognising excellent customer service, top quality coats, speedy delivery and good prices. I’ve seen other reviews on here and shared none of others’ troubles. I was nervous about trusting a website that looked like someone else’s but with the prices all cut by 50%. I was spooked when the Pay Pal link took me to Shop Pay instead and after initially cancelling my order I returned. In the meantime I did as they suggest and measured a coat of mine which I like the fit of: great idea. Having searched around for reviews, I thought it worth trying again and am delighted to say it all worked out. I’ve been done over in the past and am wary of ‘if it looks too good to be true’ offers. But Duffle Coats UK came up trumps and I now have a great looking duffle and a great looking Pea Coat. My tip would be to measure a coat that you like wearing and go from there. A happy customer 👍👍

The dufflecoat is great quality at a very good price. I ordered up a size (women's) to allow for layering in winter months and found this to be perfect especially as it has a zip as well as toggles. Customer service are difficult to get hold of but did eventually help regarding my first order which I had to return - quick refund after parcel received. Thank you.

Bij deze winkel een jas besteld. Hij was te klein, wilde de jas terug sturen en toen begon de ellende, bij opgegeven adres kwam de jas niet aan...... de jas kwam reout naar Nederland. Een ander adres (op website) gebruikt, maar weer wordt de jas niet afgeleverd. Bestaat de winkel überhaupt wel..of ligt de fout bij post nl en andere vervoerders, inmiddels heeft de jas, die ik niet heb, me al meer dan 350€ gekost. Waardeloos,,,

It has been 16 days since they signed for receiving the coats back and I am yet to receive a refund. They even wrote me an email saying the coats have been received back but I have not received a refund. Do not buy, who knows what is happening there. Would £198 really break their bank?

It has been 10 days since Duffle Coats UK have received the items back and they still have not issued a refund! I have emailed and reply was - yes we have the coats back but you will have to be patient with the refund. Absolutely appalling!

The jacket arrived and was good quality it just didn’t fit. I paid £11 to return the jacket. I’ve still not had a refund. I’ve contacted them twice by email and been ignored. This is a review that will be updated IF the issue can be solved. Firstly, I hate leaving negative reviews but this is justified at this point. Bought London Duffle for husband in Sept. and from Montgomery because it's the original duffle company and the one he has always wanted. A classic company which has/had a great reputation to live up to. The only issue is the hood is massive -and I mean massive. To a point where it looks ridiculous up - not his or my opinion BTW but that of people we have shown it to whom have actually laughed when it was put up! Contacted customer service and all we wanted is for a new hood that was suitable to be sent out. They admitted in their response that they have issues with the hood sizing......so why are they still selling them until the problem is solved? Asked for advice on what to do next to get the hood replaced or just to get the issues sorted ass wanted to keep the coat. The response was terrible. Can't change hood (even though it's removable???) Need to send back but would not tell me what the next option would be apart from exchange. Exchange to what???? No help whatsoever. Seriously - it was like hitting my head against a brick wall trying to get any help or advice.........what are you doing!!! So my husband wants to keep the coat and just needs a proper hood to be sent out, instead they want it sent back and to give the money back which I have no doubt could take ages and then he would have no duffle coat at all. I have also noticed you can't contact the manager as they don't tell you who that is. Also that they have another website setup selling the exact same thing but as the original montgomery site - same company, address and everything. So I will leave this review there too as it is the same company and I expect a response asap to get this resolved.

I had seen Sandwich jeans locally but the size 12 was too big. Having hunted on the internet I found similar style at Logan’s. Instead of being sized 10, 12 , 14 the international sizes were 36,38,40. I telephoned the store and the Sandwich sales lady assured me size 36 would be fine. I’m not a great online shopper and was quite dubious but she was quite right. The jeans arrived 8 days after placing the order and are perfect! Very delighted customer.

I order a pair of mittens a few days ago and the only thing I have to say is that they are amazing! I have Raynaud's and my fingers become white and purple in cold weather but these mittens keep them so warm!!Also, the quality is exceptional and they have a very beautiful design. Jag tillbringar mycket tid i skogen som motionär. Under vintern kan det vara ner till minus 15. Jag har testat många bra vantar/handskar genom åren. Har handlet hos MilleDille 4 gange og er overrasket over deres udvalg og gode kvalitet i tøjet. Priserne er ganske fine, dog uden at jeg tilbunds har undersøgt markedet. Samtidig er de utroligt søde til at svare hurtigt på support.

Dejligt at åbne pakken og finde et lille håndskrevet brev specielt til mig selv om jeg ikke kender indehaver! Så føler man sig velkommen i internetbutikken! Kommer helt sikkert igen;-)

Så fandt jeg Milledille.dk, som havde et større udvalg af rigtig gode kvalitetsbukser til en favorabel pris:-) Der røge et par trøjer med i købet - og pakken kunne afhentes i den lokale brugs når jeg alligevel skulle sjoppe mælk:-) Fin service og fint udvalg af gode produkter.

En bluse jeg havde bestilt var udsolgt men Milledille var god til at komme med andet forslag og svarede hurtigt på min tilbagemelding. Det betød nærmest ingen forsinkelse på varerne trods den lille ændring. Hver handel har været en god oplevelse :o)

Bestilte en ordre den 24/1 - den 25/1 er ordren leveret. Fantastisk levering hurtig levering! Jeg bestilte en varer som desværre var udsolgt - men igen fik jeg meget hurtigt en mail på dette. Jeg kunne ikke forvente en bedre service. Kan uden tvivl anbefales til andre.

Voortreffelijke ervaring gehad met Tip de Bruin. Winterjas besteld, moest uiteindelijk toch een maat kleiner hebben. Jas retour gestuurd en de nieuwe maat had ik binnen 2 dagen in huis. Snelle verzending en door de klantenservice wordt je uitstekend op de hoogte gehouden. En ook nog eens een tasje erbij gekregen.

It is with great frustration that I recount my experience with Stuarts London, a retailer that has demonstrated an astonishing disregard for basic consumer rights and responsibilities. What should have been a simple purchase and return process devolved into a protracted exercise in corporate stonewalling, with the company failing to uphold its fundamental duty as a retailer. ### **Failure to Deliver and Shifting Responsibility** I placed an order with Stuarts London, paid in full, and expected to receive the product as described. Instead, I was met with a logistics debacle in which the item I returned was mysteriously deemed to weigh significantly less than its actual weight. Rather than acknowledging their responsibility as the retailer, Stuarts London deflected blame onto their courier partner, DPD, insisting that I pursue resolution with them. This is not only legally incorrect—my contract is with Stuarts London, not DPD—but also a blatant abdication of their duty to ensure that customers receive what they paid for. Rather than offering a solution, Stuarts London’s responses ranged from dismissive to outright negligent. Their customer service team, led by a representative named Rai, continually reiterated their refusal to issue a refund, despite clear evidence of a discrepancy in weight and a potential issue during transit. Even more egregiously, they suggested that the burden of proof lay with me, the customer, rather than recognizing their own accountability. The fundamental problem with Stuarts London’s handling of this issue is its blatant disregard for consumer rights under UK law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is responsible for ensuring that goods are delivered as described and fit for purpose. If a delivery failure occurs, the obligation to resolve the matter falls squarely on the retailer—not the courier or the customer. By refusing to issue a refund or take corrective action, Stuarts London is engaging in what could be considered unfair trading practices. Final Verdict: Avoid at All Costs!! This experience has made one thing abundantly clear—Stuarts London does not stand by its customers. Their refusal to take responsibility, their dismissive approach to genuine complaints, and their failure to adhere to basic consumer protection laws make them a retailer that should be avoided at all costs. I have since escalated this matter through all available legal and consumer protection channels, including filing a claim with my payment provider and reporting the issue to Trading Standards. No consumer should have to go through such a frustrating and unjust experience simply for making a purchase. For anyone considering shopping with Stuarts London—think twice. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service could leave you out of pocket and without recourse.

Order a pair of boots that aren’t available in the US. They were not in stock and the customer service team quickly let me know that and refunded me my purchase. Even though I am sad about my boots, it was a great experience with customer service. 10/10

Finally decided to buy a fairly pricey item, the sale went through and was looking forward to receiving it. The next day I received an email saying it hadn't been in stock.. it seems unlikely as when I ordered it it said there was 1 left and allowed me to buy it. It's frustrating as it was my first time buying from Stuart's and the item had only just gone on sale so it seems strange they didn't check if they had any in stock before selling them. I was without the money and if I had known I would probably have ordered something else in the sale - which had all sold by the time I got my refund.

You're a glowing example why small businesses lose customers and go out of busines. I liked a jacket I tried instore and decided to buy it online. Incosistent sizing meant I had to return it. I was fine with paying postage for the return, but wasn't expecting to be robbed. I've never heard of charges for handling a refund!! Not like it was a made to measure personalised piece either. Needless to say I will never shop there again.

My husband ordered me a 14k white gold CZ as a wedding ring for Christmas in 2021. It was a $800. ring. It was too small and we sent it back and they were quick to send us a bigger size. In 2024 I noticed the stone was getting very dull and losing its shine. I sent pictures and they told me to send the ring back and that they would replace the stone. I put it in the original box and sent it back and accidentally forgot to send the documents which included the original receipt and copy of the email conversation and the shipping and setting fee check. I called right away after leaving the post office and told them I forgot to send the check and paperwork and they sent me an email thanking me and said they would call me back on Monday and would collect the fee on a credit card. I never got a call back. I’ve sent 5 emails asking for a secure line I could call to leave my credit card information and I still have not heard back. It’s going on three months. All I want is my ring back. I wear this as my wedding ring. I’m very disappointed ot only that the stone didn’t hold up to everyday wear but that I can’t even get my ring back.

8 maart 2018 (jawel bijna 4 jaar verder), tig telefoontjes en nog meer e-mails. Post als onbekend opengemaakt en retour ontvangen. Bestaat Voordeelkraam 2022 nog ?

Ingebrekestelling gestuurd op 18-03-2019 na heel veel correspondentie waarop niet (meer) werd gereageerd. Men weigert dus nog steeds het geld terug te storten. Een vorm van OPLICHTING!!!

De negatieve reacties herken ik hier volkomen. Wat een slechte webshop! Op 9 maart heb ik een bureaustoel besteld en betaald. Deze is dus nooit geleverd. Aanvankelijk zijn ze telefonisch onbereikbaar, ofschoon het bandje dat wél beweert ("tussen 10.00 en 16.00uur bereikbaar"). Ook op het online klachtenformulier geen antwoord. Op 16 april eindelijk telefonisch kontakt en beloven ze "vandaag of morgen antwoord". Niet dus. Op 15 mei wéér gebeld: "Ligt aan de leverancier", "vandaag of morgen" antwoord. Niet dus. ( De namen laat ik ivm privacy maar achterwege). 22 mei gebeld: "stoel is op 17 mei verstuurd", dus zogenaamd onderweg. 4 juni gebeld: 15 minuten wachten en dan werd opgehangen! 26 juli gebeld en heb ik de bestelling geannuleerd. Geld zal teruggestort worden. 29 augustus nog niets ontvangen. Kontakt via de chat: Probleem wordt doorgeschoven naar "De Financiele Afdeling" met aandringen tot spoed. 15 oktober: Nog niets ontvangen/gehoord. Men beweert nu dat de stoel al in april geleverd is! Aan ene "Marek". Dat ben ik dus niet. Wat moet ik nog geloven van Voordeelkraam??? Medewerker gaat het uitzoeken en belooft het nog deze week in orde te maken. Gelooft U het nog?

Een niet werkende LED lamp met sensor gekocht en betaald € 18,95 incl. verzendkosten. Ordernummer: VK154496. Na héél lang aandringen: 3x gebeld met elke keer 6 wachtenden voor mij. En dan...word je er aan het eind uitgegooid. Eén keer in geslaagd de 4e keer! en werd mij beloofd, dat het geld zou worden teruggestort met een wachttijd van 14 dagen. Maar dát is inmiddels 1 een maand geleden. Géén restitutie ontvangen! Na herhaalde nieuwe pogingen is de naam van de internetshop gewijzigd van Voordeelkraam in Goedkoper.nl cq Euroknallers. Service is shit.

Dit is de 2e keer dat ik wat schrijf ,wat een schande toch vanaf 6 Juni zit ik te wachten op mijn HP elitbook 304 euro over gemaakt en nog steeds niets gekregen heb al 8x bebeld en eerst konden ze nog niet leveren en later heb ik afgesproken dat ik mijn geld zou terug krijgen maar geen van tweeen heb ik gehad . Jammer dat ik geen '0' sterren kan geven, want de Voordeelkraam en Goedkoper zijn een grote oplichtersbende die je aan het lijntje houden. Eerst is er iets mis met de code van de bestelling, daarna is het product niet op voorraad en als je annuleert willen ze nog brutaal doen omdat je zegt dat je je geld onmiddellijk terug wilt hebben. Na ruim 2 maanden eindelijk het geld terug gehad, maar dit heeft veel belletjes en mailtjes gekost. Ik zou zeggen: bestel hier NOOIT iets.

Wacht nu vanaf 10 mei op bestelling na twee weken herroeping toegepast word niet op gereageerd. Nu 10 telefoontjes verder nog geen oplossing. Waardeloos niemand weet wat of doet wat.

Bonjour Comme nombre d’entre vous, j’ai constaté des incohérences chez Celinni. En un an j’ai acheté six bijoux. Rapport qualité / tarif, Celinni est vraiment bien. Clairement ,il y’a un côté un peu brouillon… pour exemple, le mauvais certificat avec un bracelet. (Ça a gâché le cadeau de Noël puisque j’ai offert les mauvais bracelets aux mauvaises personnes) Ce n’est pas la fin du monde mais, ça laisse planer un doute , quand on se trompe dans les documents, peut-être qu’on se trompe ailleurs. Aussi Quand il s’agit d’acheter, vous aurez une réponse sur le champ, pour tout le reste, c’est beaucoup plus informel Il y a vraiment quelque chose à améliorer, avec puissance , pour un service irréprochable .

Le service client est moyen. Sans mon expérience avec Monsieur Rayan, mon expérience aurait été pire.il fait partie de vos meilleurs commerciaux sur place. Un grand bravo à lui

Par contre, pour faire face à l’augmentation du cours de l’or ils ont procédé à des augmentations excessives : 30% sur certains modèles et sans prévenir les clients à l’avance. La plupart des marques préviennent leurs anciens clients et ainsi leur offrent la possibilité, si un modèle leur plaît, de l’acheter avant augmentation. J’avais deux pièces dans mon panier et en une nuit il a augmenté de 600€!!!! C’est un procédé ni commerçant, ni courtois. Je suis assez choquée.

Also I was offered the chance to change my product, but alas ignored after confirming it. Would I buy from Celinni again? Probably not. Je mets 2 étoiles car je suis satisfaite de ma bague.. cependant, je devais être livrée entre le 30 janvier et le 4 février, sachant que je me fiançais le 8. Le 30 n’ayant pas réellement de nouvelles, j’ai décidé d’envoyer un mail pour être sure que je recevrai bien ma bague au plus tard le 4.. on m’a affirmé et assuré que OUI. Le 4.. toujours rien.. j’ai donc rappelé, on m’a rappelé sans laisser de message le 7 donc je suis restée le week-end sans réponse… le 10, j’ai rappelé on m’a dit que la bague allait être envoyé. J’ai du acheté une bague de substition, j’ai donc demandé un geste commercial sauf que l’on veut uniquement me faire un avoir, j’aimerai avoir un remboursement de ce qu’ils m’ont proposé en avoir.. ça serait la moindre des choses au vu du fait que j’ai du acheter une bague pour non respect des délais et surtout un manque de communication sur le retard… Update : j’ai été contacté par le responsable logistique qui m’a proposé un autre geste commercial vu avec la direction et que je remercie beaucoup pour la réactivité.

Malheureusement sans facture, suite au décès de ma mère.. L'accueil téléphonique est courtois et aimable, voire éclairé pour exposer votre problème, et cela devient rare! Très professionnel et très réactif, tout simplement parfait! La maison m’a recontacté pour l’envoi de mon bracelet qui a était pris en charge à 100% en tout points. Il faut absolument partager lorsque la satisfaction est là, et c'est le cas Merci infiniment à votre maison, à toute l’équipe un grand bravo! Mes prochains achats seront à la maison Celinni 👏🏼

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. 158€ pantalon et blouse en synthétique qui après 1 semaine commence déjà à s'abîmer. C'est une honte !

A fuir !!! J’ai toujours acheté les blouses chez beauty street, je n’avais jamais eu de problème. Mais ma dernière commande de 6 blouses avec mon nouveau logo, une catastrophe. J’ai choisi un nouveau modèle de blouse Alaska. Je demande conseil par téléphone concernant les tailles, on me conseille de ne pas prendre trop large. Je fais donc faire modifier mon devis pour prendre la taille habituelle de mon équipe. À la réception du colis, les blouses sont trop petites un M pour une personne qui fait habituellement du S ne peut pas travailler avec les bras et le dos sont trop serrés. De plus le logo n’est pas centré ! Après plusieurs échanges avec le SAV, ils refusent de me reprendre les blouses. Car elles sont brodées avec mon logo. Or c’est eux qu’ils m’ont mal conseillé concernant les tailles et la brodeuse refuse de me prendre au téléphone, et connaît très bien son travail. Ils m’ont proposé de me faire -20% sur ma prochaine commande. Mais bien sûr après avoir foutu 600€ en l’air grâce à eux. Je ne vous recommande pas du tout !

Assez déçue de ma 1ère commande: j'ai commandé des draps de massage pour mon salon, le délai de livraison est impeccable ainsi que la livraison elle-même (faite par Colissimo). Comme la matières du tissus ne me plaisait pas du tout, j'ai souhaité les retourner. Il faut savoir que le retour reste à la charge du client. Déjà que les frais de port sont je trouve pas donné, on pourrait s'attendre à ce qu'au moins le 1er retour soit gratuit, comme certains concurrents... Je trouve cela vraiment dommage que le client ne puisse pas avoir le droit, ni à l'erreur, ni au doute sur la qualité du produit... Sans parler du delais de remboursement qui a pris 2 semaines, après qu'ils aient réceptionné le colis ( et suite à une réclamation de ma part, pour leur demander où en était le remboursement de ma commande), au lieu d'une semaine comme annoncé sur leur e-mail... Alors si vous connaissez déjà le produit que vous voulez et que vous en êtes satisfait, c'est tant mieux, mais si vous êtes comme moi, vous aimez voir le produit avant d'en commander en plus grande quantité , cela risque de vous coûter cher...

Très belle blouse autant sur la qualité du tissu que la coupe . Prix correct . Le linge de lit est top le drap pour recouvrir la table bien épais j'aurais aimer un peu plus de longueur .

Les draps pour mes tables de massage sont très beaux, par contre je suis déçue des housses éponges, 2 tailles sont proposés la petite taille ne correspond pas franchement et il n'y a pas de tendeur vendu avec et c'est dommage.

Je vous tiens au courant de la suite j’espère avoir mon colis. J’ai déjà commandé et j’ai toujours été satisfaite d’autant que je travaille en spa et on commande toujours avec eux il n y a jamais de soucis d’habitude.

Vous pouvez commander les yeux fermés. Ce bijoutier est extrêmement sérieux et le service clients est digne de ce nom. J’ai commandé une montre le 6/7/2024 et elle a été livrée le 7/7/2024. On m’a même donné l’heure de livraison! La montre correspond exactement à celle que j’avais commandée, le bracelet a été mis à la taille et le coffret était emballé dans un joli papier cadeau 🎁 Une société très professionnelle.

Toen mijn man 10 jaar geleden overleed heb ik een mooie ring uitgezocht en wat as van mijn man daar in laten doen. Was geweldig goede service en niet duur. Ik wilde de gaatjes in mn oren door laten prikken. Dan was er geen olie om te ontsmetten, dan geen handschoenen en toen was het druk. Toen bij geluk, na 3 weken, toch de gaatjes laten doorprikken. Vorige week de batterij van mijn horloge laten vervangen was 25 euro en over een 1./2 uur klaar. Na ruim 1/2 uur terug was het nog niet gedaan. En toen kon het in 5 minuten. Onvoorstelbaar hoe zo'n keten achter uit kan hollen.

Fijne winkel waar men er alles aan doet om je blij te maken. Geen moeite is teveel. Heel plezierige verkoopervaring met bedrijfsleidster Amber van der Zwan. Ik denk niet dat het een dure winkel is in vergelijking met anderen maar de service is onbetaalbaar.

Omdat mijn aankoop 30 seconden per dag achter liep ben ik naar vestiging Capelle gegaan om het Seiko horloge af te laten regelen. De verkoopster was vriendelijk en ging met het horloge naar het atelier achter in de winkel en kwam 1 minuut later terug met de mededeling dat een automatisch horloge altijd afwijkt. Ik beantwoorde dat ik dat weet maar dat de afwijking buiten de specificatie van Seiko valt. Daarop ging ze weer naar het atelier en kwam terug met de mededeling dat het horloge naar Seiko teruggestuurd moest worden om het af te regelen en dat het 2 tot 3 maanden in beslag zal nemen. Niet leuk als je net een nieuw horloge van euro 800,- hebt aangeschaft, maar wat het meest tegenviel is dat de medewerker(ster) in het atelier niet even de moeite nam om uit het atelier te komen.

Na in eerste instantie een slechte review te hebben geplaatst over de mankementen aan mijn Tissot horloge en de oplossing hiervoor, wil ik nu bij deze Brunott en Jonas een enorm compliment geven voor de uiteindelijke, keurig nette oplossing.

Herken mij direct in de negatieve reacties.Medewerker heeft het erg druk om haar bakje fruit leeg te eten en klanten zijn bijzaak.Ben daar 2 keer geweest om horloge batterij te laten vervangen,de eerste keer was er niets gedaan en de tweede keer kreeg ik te horen dat de kosten waren verhoogd van 15 naar 25 euro.Geen aanbeveling om daar ooit nog een horloge te kopen wat wel de bedoeling was.

Een medewerkster heeft een eerder weggenomen schakeltje in mijn metalen horlogeband weer aangebracht ( het bandje zat te strak). Geen kosten voor mij. Brunott heeft trouwens een mooie collectie wat luxere horloges.

Helaas enorm slechte en chaotische service in de winkel in Rotterdam. -Ik had op de website van Brunott een ring gezien, en gebeld of deze op voorraad is. Er werd mij verteld dat van deze specifieke ring en kleur een dummy versie op voorraad is, waarop ik naar de winkel ben gekomen en dit toch niet het geval was. -Vervolgens meteen afgesproken dat de dummy ring besteld zou worden naar de winkel. Na 1 maand later nog steeds niks gehoord te hebben toch maar zelf even gebeld, was men uiteraard vergeten de ring te bestellen. -Ring werd nog een keer besteld. Uiteindelijk gebeld dat de ring binnen was, waarna ik opnieuw naar de winkel ben gegaan. Er bleek een compleet andere ring geleverd te zijn (vorm en kleur, heel ander model). Opnieuw werd mij verteld dat ze de goede ring zouden bestellen. -Uiteindelijk werd er weer contact opgenomen, het bleek nu helemaal niet mogelijk van deze ring in deze kleuren een dummy ring te bestellen. Hij leek op een andere ring met dezelfde vorm, men moest zich maar voorstellen hoe het er uit zou zien zonder gouden rand en met andere kleuren goud etc. -De dummy ring kan niet besteld worden, en de enigste optie zou nu zijn om het blind te bestellen, maar als het niet bevalt kan men uiteraard de ring niet retourneren en geld terug krijgen, je zit er dus hoe dan ook aan vast. Het is een ongelofelijk chaotisch proces geweest met mensen die niet weten waar ze over praten.

Ja bestelling nodig?

Heb geen bestelling ontvangen en of een reactie van mijn mail heel slecht.

Bestelling duurde even voor die binnen was. Maar contact gehad via whatsapp app en dat was super. Ze hebben uitgelegd waarom het iets langer duurde en de bestelling was nog precies op tijd binnen.

Communicatieproblemen met de site, na het doorbladeren van de site blijft zeer goed, maar voor mijn geval heb ik niet uitdrukkelijk ik bijna 3 keer een artikel besteld en ik wilde 2 cammandes wissen, maar het liet me zien als een oplossing voor annuleringen.

Ik heb op 15 december online een kledingstuk gekocht en heb mijn pakket nog niet ontvangen (29/12). Ik vroeg om informatie en kreeg te horen dat het binnenkort zal worden verzonden...

I used to buy jewellery form here all the time, and they were always reliable, cheap and provided great service. However within the past few months, they've deleted their Facebook page, stopped updating their website and haven't posted to other social media since last year, at the latest. I sent an email a month ago expressing my concerns and I received no reply. All the latest reviews have 1 star too, saying there was no trace of the ordered products, and no communication from the team at all. Do not make purchases from here. You'll just end up having to get your money back and cause yourself an unnecessary fuss. Karma Se7en is no more.

Placed an order on the 6th of April, despite advertising same day dispatch I still haven't received my order and it is now the 19th of April, there "track and trace" on their website says my order is being picked ready for dispatch but it has said this since the 6th. The phone number just constantly rings and then tells you all their operators are currently busy and I've been trying constantly for the last 2 days. I've sent them an email 2 days ago but I'm not holding my breath for a response. Thank fully I paid through PayPal so I will be opening a case for my money back through them if I've not had a response by the end of this week. Update: I've now received my money back through Pay Pal and I've still not had no contact from Karma Se7en. They didn't even respond to the Pay Pal claim.

Have not received my item and no one is responding to my emails. This is the second time I have had this problem with KarmaSe7en. I carried on shopping as mistakes do happen, but for it to happen again is not acceptable. I understand that items do go missing in the post (am an online retailer myself) but it's the complete lack of responses that show the true calibre of a business. I will be putting in a PayPal claim unless someone comes back to me.

This is a CON! They take your money and then you get nothing and you get NO reply from them. Avoid this scam!

Ordered a tragus piercing over a week ago now first class, I have not received it yet and there has been no reply to my multiple emails. My hole is at risk of closing up after losing my other one hence why I ordered first class to get it ASAP. Very very poor communication (NON AT ALL APPARENTLY!)
