Purtroppo ho ricevuto un prodotto sbagliato. Il servizio clienti è stato inizialmente disponibile, ma poi per 10 giorni non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione. Presumo che il team fosse in vacanza, visto che non rispondevano ai messaggi, ma non c'era alcuna indicazione sul sito. Quando finalmente hanno risposto, ho dovuto sollecitare più volte per ottenere la lettera di vettura. Hanno attribuito il ritardo al servizio di spedizioni, sostenendo che ad agosto fosse intasato. Tuttavia non ho mai avuto problemi simili né ad agosto né durante le festività natalizie, quindi suggerirei loro di considerare un cambio di corriere, visto che poi chi ci rimette sono loro. Dunque, nonostante le promesse di una rapida risoluzione, ci sono volute oltre due settimane e numerosi contatti prima che il corriere venisse finalmente a ritirare il pacco. Nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata frustrante e ha richiesto molto più tempo del necessario per risolvere un problema che era stato causato dal negozio. Tuttavia, riconosco che alla fine hanno corretto la situazione e mi hanno rimborsato l'importo totale dovuto.

Ware nun eingetroffen/Lieferprobleme in die EU
Aktualisierung meiner unten stehenden Bewertung: Kaum habe ich die Bewertung geschrieben kommt die Dame von der Post und bringt mir das Paket mit den Strümpfen! Ich revidiere meinen 1 Stern und gebe nun 4 Sterne da die Ware von sehr guter Qualität ist. Der eine fehlende Stern hat also nur mit der Dauer der Lieferung zu tun. Habe am 27. November bestellt sollte ein Nikolausgeschenk werden. Leider liegen die Sachen seit dem 5. Dezember beim Zoll. Ich kann die Firma aus diesen Gründen nicht empfehlen. Ein Lager in der EU sollte meines erachten möglich sein oder aber eine realistische Lieferdauer sollte beim bestellen angezeigt werden. Mal schauen ob die Stümpfe zum Weihnachtsfest da sind....

Ordered goods and then several days later received a refund with no explanation as to why they couldn't fulfil the order despite emailing them and asking why? Subsequently placed an order for an alternative product and nearly 2 weeks later I have not received this order and despite 3 emails asking for an update I have heard nothing from them so I will now have to cancel this order (well I will try) and purchase from elsewhere as these guys are clearly incompetent.

Jeg tjekkede mange dage efterfølgende hvor det stadig var muligt at købe sætter hjem. Men i stedet for at Divans vil give en god oplevelse muligvis informere on hvornår kommer på lager eller andre muligheder, så sender de pengene retur. Og lader tøjet stå som på lager og lader andre kunder falde i deres falske reklame af deres lagerstatus Hej Amalie Uanset hvad grunden er, så påpeger du selv at ingen får en god oplevelse af at i ikke får ændret jeres onlinestatus. Så at jeg stadig kunne købe den 4 dage efter du havde sagt den var udsolgt, gør mig en del skeptisk. Derudover påpeger jeg at en kompensation af nogen art havde gjort servicen bedre. I stedet for en returnering af penge inden for 10 bankdage.

Sent a used and damaged product that was missing crucial pieces.
Received a t-bone bed extender today in the mail. These things are not cheap. The product was clearly used, repackaged, and then sent without all the parts; those included were scratched and damaged. The directions were ripped, and the plastic for the pieces was shoved into the box. This is very disappointing and upsetting. We cannot assemble or use this product at all due to this. We paid the new price for a clearly used product that did not include all the pieces.

This company does not appear to exist so don’t order from them. Ordered a bag but when I realised it was a problem there was no phone number and when sent a tracking email the order didn’t exist and there’s no way to contact anyone. Luckily paid on Mastercard who reimbursed me. Stay away 😡

Bag Never Arrived
I ordered two bags which arrived on time which led me to ordering a further two bags a few days later. However, on the second order only one of the two bags arrived (in casing which clearly appeared to have been tampered with and was not wrapped in the security tape used by the courier company for the first delivery) On this occurring I promptly e-mailed them with detailed information including a photo of the package delivered. They replied to my e-mail asking if there was any damage to the suitcase received and stating that they couldn't understand how that could happen. I followed up with further e-mails asking if they were able to ascertain what had happened (given the photographic evidence I had previously sent clearly showed that the package had been tampered with before I received it) Their response to all my further e-mails was COMPLETE silence, and I've now given up on expecting to receive a reply from them. Now the fault may be that of the courier company and not them, but I would at least expect them to show some interest and follow up with the courier company and respond to my e-mails. If you do decide to order from them, make sure you use a credit card so that in the event of a failed delivery etc you can claim back from the credit card company.

High quality & quick, friendly service
I've used Inkwear for sportsteam (swimming) tattoos and as a thank you gift for a work project. Both times they were helpful and flexible. Turn around time was quick & the tattoos themselves are high quality & last a long time. Will come back again & again.

Outstanding service, excellent prices
I ordered a product online, at an excellent price, probably the best price on the internet for that product. There was a slight delay because the product was not in stock. These guys ordered the product from the manufacturer, they could have just told me to choose another colour. Thereafter, Rory at their Strand store was in touch with daily to make sure it was delivered in good time, he even offered various courier options to meet my requirements. These guys are an an example of great customer service. Without a doubt, they're my vendor of choice for luggage.

Heel vreemd. Je krijgt een mail met blackfriday aanbieding met actiecode. Wanneer je de actie code gebruikt, krijg je de melding dat code niet bestaat. Krijg vandaag reactie van stoerbracelet, dat actie vandaag actief is. Dus niet. Krijg weer melding dat codecniet bestaat. STOERBF

waarom is t een goeie ervaring?? het is een STOERe armband en een ieder die gediend heeft en er 1 koop van zijn/haar eenheid zal m altijd met trots dragen wat heeft die bedrijf goed gedaan?? 1 t uitvinden van de armband 2 t bedrijf is maatschappelijk erg betrokken 3 de info over hoe en wat over een bestelling is goed 4 t bedrijf is goed met klanten service ik ken wel ff door gaan zo cijfer tussen 1 en 10 een dikke 10+

4-daagse bracelet
Jammer genoeg moest ik even wachten op het door mij bestelde product. Dát vond ik echt wel héél jammer. Hierdoor kan ik het voorlopig niet persoonlijk aan degene geven voor wie het is. Maar....,, het artikel ziet er wel ontzettend gaaf uit!!! Ik denk wel dat er op de verzendkosten flink wordt verdiend. Nu hopen dat degene die hem gaat krijgen (pas over meer dan 3 maanden) hem ook zo ontzettend gaaf vindt.

13 weeks since ordering and still no delivery date...
I placed an order for team kit on 5th October'21 and was given a 10 week lead time. They advised I would be updated if there would be any changes to the lead time due to covid. I'm not aware of any further covid restrictions nor have I been updated with a new lead time, however it has now been over 13 weeks since i placed and paid for my order and I still haven't received a date for delivery. I was sent half my order at 11 weeks which appears to be good quality but we can't wear half a kit so we are still unable to wear it.
