I ordered two swimsuits. They arrived promptly and I was delighted with them. I would say I ordered a dress previously, not knowing sizing as it was a first order. It was too big, and I wasn’t happy at having to pay for returns. I think this would put people off ordering. Boden has a great system that encourages people to buy from them without hidden costs. Maybe you should consider this.

Terrible return policy and service! I’ve tried to give them a go but every gift card I received for my return always said it had already been used when I tried to make a purchase when it hadn’t. I had to follow it up and they would always so sorry we are having problems with our gift card system here is another gift card. Same thing, constantly chasing them up when it takes days for them to respond. Now they offer refunds, well that’s a whole other issue/ I’ve been chasing a refund for nearly 3 weeks now. You have to keep track yourself of what to follow up otherwise you’ll forget and never receive it. They are hopeless and will never use again!!! Yes you do respond with a generic email within one business day but that provides no answers to my query. The response to my refund was responded to in a day with a generic email, no funds have been received in my account hence why I have had to follow it up. I have been emailing customer service for MONTHS because they won’t let me return a dress. There is nothing wrong with it, it just doesn’t fit. Now it’s been way over the amount of time to return all because they can’t answer an email. I spent $140 on the dress and have been waiting to get my money back with still no response. Terrible experience order a set which came massively over sized and not to which the size chart says and also a complete different fabric to which was advertised. Contacted customer care and was told it was my fault and that the clothing is measured flat when the size guide says body measurements pretty much she didn’t care what I was saying and it was all my fault. I placed an order and received a playsuit which initially was great. I hand washed the item in cold water as instructed by the materials care. The item completely shrunk from a playsuit to basically a toddlers shirt. I sent pictures to customer service and noted this unfortunately was my second experience with this happening and the first instance I let it slide as it was just a $40 tank top. This time I submitted the complaint. Initially I dealt with a senior manager who was great she advised the refund would be processed and to send the item back which I did. It has now been 2 weeks and I’ve been processed a refund of just $3 instead of $68 which was the agreed amount. I have received no response regarding the amount or why it has been processed incorrectly. I am starting to feel like I won’t receive a response and the $3 is all that is being refunded despite this not being the agreed resolution. Now I don’t have the item and have paid for it as well. Pretty disappointing to be fobbed off after sending something back with the assumption the company would follow through on what was originally said. I was planning on leaving a good review based on my initial contact but unfortunately the follow through was not what it appeared and not even getting a response has made me feel abit cheated. #1282407

Negative 0. We ordered four bridesmaids dresses for my wedding in April. When they came in to were the right color, the other two were peach. The reason why we ordered in bulk was to ensure that the colours were created at the same time from the same lot. that’s clearly untrue and incorrect information on their end When we asked for and for them to pay duty, they did not take the blame. Terrible returns policy, ordered on Boxing Day sales, tops didn’t fit despite reading all guides on sizing, so returned, lost my shipping fee in sending back, and now have to pay an extra $32 in getting a bigger size, because they only do a store credit (what store in the country doesn’t give a refund???) and more money to pay for the product now at full price. There should just be an exchange available, or a full refund. Disappointed to say the least, and hoping that the new size of the tops I’ve purchased fits because I don’t ever want to shop from this store ever again.

We did St John's Wood in Easter for one week, although the traffic was not alot because of the hoilday break but there was sales and we decided to do two in Kings Road. I have visited the store alot and stayed for hours. I like the staff very much, they are friendly and professional and they do there best to make sales to all the brands there. I have did pop-up in different locations and I think that the set up is amazing and everyone is working hard to make it as successful to all brands. My experience is very positive and I would higly recommend them.

I’ve been with Infomaniak for over a year, even became a registered partner, and went through all their strict KYC checks to get started. Everything was smooth until recently, when they blocked over 40 of my servers just because one of them triggered a network scan. Instead of isolating that single server, they shut down my entire account without any warning, leaving my clients and me completely stranded. After they suspended everything, they asked for additional identity documents, which I sent immediately. But despite doing everything they asked, I never heard back from them. No follow-up, no timeline, nothing. I felt like I was talking to a wall. I’ve used other providers before, and this is the first time I’ve seen something so extreme. Most companies would isolate the issue and work with you to resolve it. Here, it feels like Infomaniak just flips a switch and leaves you in the dark. If you're looking for a reliable partner for your business, be careful – one small issue could mean losing everything with zero support. Really disappointed in how they handled this.

Close to a scam to be honest. We got in contact on fiverr and made a contract to rebuild my webshop with its features and extend it by others. Result is a 3 month delayed delivery after with no possibility to review the new page. After that months of writing and trying to get a usable webshop with a functional core at least. Nothing worked. No transfer or the products, reviews, email templates or even the texts without errors. No archives, GA4 GMC or FB link restored and no voucher codes transferred. The design was made without global colors, fonts or modules and was very inconsistent, despite delivering a mockup and an already existing site to peak from. They only write "don't worry" or very long explanations, but do not follow up or ask for more money, despite having a written and paid agreement or finding italien speaking dolmanagers to make agreements with. On top of that, their servers are very unreliable and GT-metrix results in a C or D grade, while the same page results in A-Grade on Elementor hosting. I learned to smell b**s with these guys. So thank you for that at least. Never ever again.

Anfangs war ich skeptisch, ob Periodenunterwäsche tatsächlich ausreichend Sicherheit bietet. Jetzt ist es genau das richtige Produkt für mich. Die Hipster sitzen in meiner regulären Größe sehr gut, es drückt nichts und ich habe keine Sorgen, dass was auslaufen könnte. Im Allgemeinen habe ich keine sehr starke Periode, aber an den ersten Tagen kann ich mich darauf z.B. nachts sicher fühlen, was mit Einwegprodukten nicht gegeben war. Tampons dürfen max. 6 Stunden bleiben und bei Binden ging schnell mal was daneben. Eine andere Marke hat mich nicht überzeugt. Ooia versteht, was Frauen in diesen Tagen brauchen. Mein Favorit ist der Allover Lace Extra Strong Hipster - das bequemste, was es gibt. Bei dunklen Farben empfehle ich entweder ähnliches in der Waschmaschine oder Handwäsche.

Sehr enttäuschend! Ich habe im Juli 2024 Periodenunterwäsche gekauft, doch schon nach wenigen Monaten löste sich der innere Stoff auf. Die Reklamation ist eine reine Nervenprobe – statt einer schnellen Lösung nur endlose E-Mails ohne Ergebnis. Obwohl der Firma das Problem bekannt ist, zeigt sie keine wirkliche Bereitschaft, kundenfreundlich zu handeln. Für den hohen Preis absolut inakzeptabel – nie wieder!

Ich wollte schon lange Periodenunterwäsche ausprobieren und habe von meinen Freundinnen einen großzügigen Gutschein bekommen und mir 5 verschiedene Pantys gekauft. Schnelle Lieferung, tolles tragegefühl, ich war sehr zufrieden. Leider sind nun 4 von 5, nach anderthalb Jahren und immer Waschen nach Anleitung und schonend, völlig kaputt. Bereits nach einigen Monaten, begann sich die oberste innere Schicht zu lösen und oder löchrig zu werden. Erst war dies nur bei zwei Pants der Fall und diese habe ich reklamiert. Ich bekam einen Code oder 30% Rückerstattung pro Artikel. Die Kommunikation war nett und zügig. Bisher habe ich den von mir gewählten Code nicht benutzt, da ich damit nicht einmal zwei Pants nachkaufen könnte. Außerdem, sind die anderen 3 Pants nun auch dabei kaputt zu gehen und ich zweifle daran, noch einmal bei Ooia zu kaufen. Für eine Neubeschaffung alle zwei Jahre, ist mir der Preis pro Artikel dann doch zu hoch. Schade, ich war so überzeugt am Anfang.

I purchased a dress from Lubanrenjia and it's quite comfortable to wear. The material is soft against the skin. But the dress is a little see-through, so I have to be careful with what I wear underneath.

This was my first time ordering from rops and bottoms. And it will be my last. I ordered a nike tech outfit for my son. After spending nearly $200 , i received item with a water like stain on it. My son has only worn this outfit twice. This weird stain has developed all over the jacket and bottom. Spoke to customer service about their defective item and they refuses to exchange or five store credit for the return. I will never purchase from this company again. The quality of their nike outfits is questionable. I will go directly to the nike source next time. Lesson learned

I ordered a 2 piece short set. The company sent me pants. I returned the item before 30 days of purchase and I have yet to receive a refund. This was back in July of 2024. They have received the item and I still haven’t received a refund. I have been contacting this company for a refund since Sept 2024. This company has the item that I paid for along with my $150. This company is a scam and fraud.

Had my engagement ring repaired by them 4 years ago and it's still perfect. My ring was custom made by another company and when stone started dropping out they wouldn't fix it only replaced the stones, other jewellers didnt want to touch it. I took it to the Jones Family Jewellers and they fixed it without issue, they clearly have confidence in their work that the other jewellers didn't have! It's been perfect ever since and I occasionally take it there for cleaning and am always met with good customer service.

Website suggested shop was open. Doors were wide open and people were in the shop. Popped head around door and basically got it bitten off as, apparently, they're not open today. Rude, obnoxious people. Not sure how they can pride themselves on customer service when they can't even manage to be polite.
