i asked for new carpet for my dining hall but unfortunatly the awaiting time was lengthy and it fortunatly arrived with an unkown substance stuck into the carpet filling the air with a bizzare scent, my guests were delighted at this.

I love this place. I’ve bought carpets from here for my whole house and I’ve saved literally hundreds of pounds. They have the exact same carpets as Carpetright and Tapi but much cheaper!! The fitter Stuart was lovely too.

Placed an order for 3 shirts. Spent about $75. This was August 2,2022. Still waiting. Nothing has shipped yet. I emailed them 3 times. No reply. Call the # get a guy who says he’s not near a computer. He will call me back in an hour1/2. Never heard from him. That was 4 days ago. Horrible customer service. Hopefully I get the shirts soon. I will never order from them again.

I have been trying to get in touch with Dreamer LLC or RockandRollTshirts.com via form email from their website, direct email and by phone. The number listed isn't even working. So I made a mistake, I purchased a Cult t-shirt at their House of Blues show in Orlando over the weekend. I got the wrong size. I'm just trying to find out if the shirt can be exchanged. I'm assuming these are the same shirts on the website that are on tour with the band. If so, I will say these are quality soft 100% cotton Bella Canvas shirts but they do run small. I'm happy to pay a restocking fee but I'd like a shirt that fit. I would appreciate any communication.

I spent $50 with Rock and Roll T Shirts on Black Friday. Despite spending $26 on shipping my order has still not arrived in the UK...that's more than a two month wait. I have been in touch with the courier (DPD) and they don't recognize the tracking number provided by Rock and Roll T Shirts. Nor do they have any record of a shipment to my address. My biggest gripe is with lack of communication from RNR. All e-mails to the address on their website bounce back as do ones to that listed on their shopify app. I have managed to find one address on their Facebook page which does not bounce back but they've never answered despite my repeated attempts. Such poor customer service. I order lots from Amazon.com and Tom Petty.com and have never had a problem with delivery or communication. If I was one of the artists using this company I'd be seeking another rather more capable one. Perhaps this review will prompt a response from RNR? Let's wait and see...

LP arrived quickly after ordering. Duties were the same price as the vinyl but comparable to what the vinyl was going for Canada so I justified it. The inner sleeves holding the records had slid to the very edge of the cardboard outer packaging and by the time it arrived to me the vinyl had rubbed a hole in the side seam, for both LPs which is a little disappointing. Corner of outer sleeve was also a little bent. Could have been packaged tighter/more carefully to avoid this considering shipping fee.

The patches I ordered for my daughter look great and even better they were received in Australia in just over a week!

We tried to contact them and faced a very rude and unsupportive customer service team. My package didn't arrive. The courier has used a photo of a completely different flat as proof of delivery. My First Years are refusing to investigate unless I obtain a Crime Reference Number from the police. They refuse to accept that they, as the seller, are in breach of contract for not arranging for my order to be replaced or to refund me for it. I am so disappointed and in shock that such a popular kids' company would behave in this manner.

I ordered a personalised back pack the first backpack came with the zip not sewn on right I contacted customer service they sent another backpack which seemed fine at first but after a few days the stitching on the second bag came away from the zip so I am now left with two backpacks with Broken zippers I think these products are awful quality and I expected so much better for the price

Ordered the star jacquard personalised baby blanket after seeing the advert for it with “Baby Smith Born in 2025” embroidered on it, felt it would be a lovely gift for an expectant mother clicked to buy it and it came up personalise me with a box for Name and a box for year so I inputted the surname and the year, blanket arrives today with just the surname born in 2025 embroidered on. So I email the company stating it wasn’t what I was expecting. They then sent me a screenshot of a page I hadn’t seen before that states baby is not fixed text but born in is fixed, it would of been helpful if this information was clear before the point of personalisation. Having information like that at the bottom of a page you don’t see at the point of buying is beyond pointless and frustrating. Very disappointed as I won’t gift this item now, so a total waste of money

This company and their carrier EVRI effectively ruined what should have been a special occasion of announcing our long awaited IVF pregnancy to our family. I ordered a personalized frame to display our ultrasound picture to announce the baby. Paid for next day delivery. I waited in the next day but EVRI failed to deliver the item. Said it would ‘try again next day’, again I waited in for the parcel, however it took nearly 2 weeks for the item to make it out of EVRIs ware house. Today I contacted My First years to request a refund as we had to fly home to deliver the news without the item and so it’s now unless to me. The customer services has been of no help, offering 50% store credit, and finally 100% store credit. I however will not be shopping with this company again so store credit is no Good to me. Steer clear of this brand and company. Firstly they use EVRI and secondly they care nothing for their customers experiences. I am so disappointed and upset that an announcement that was 4 years in the making was ruined by this company and this is how they treat me.

We had previously received a gift for our first born which we were so impressed with we decided to order a personalised toy box ourselves from My 1st Years. Unfortunately during putting the box together we experienced an issue which meant our toy box was ruined.Whilst this wasn’t a result of the product or company at all, Aleksandra was quick to respond to our customer service enquiry to purchase replacement pieces, and instead replaced our toy box order free of charge sending as an express delivery, this was completed unexpected and Aleksandra went above and beyond to sort this out for us. I have called twice and left my numbers on an answer phone requesting a call back, to-date no one has bothered to reply. Also emailed them and have heard nothing. Very poor service. Does anyone know where I can purchase a genuine replacement leather strap for my Sunset Watch.

I have an expensive Franck Muller watch in for repair and have called several times but no answer. I then attended the premises in person and to my considerable surprise there was a sign in the window saying 'closed for refurbishment' and inviting customers to email their usual address for further information. I have done this and not yet received a reply. I don't know who has the watch physically either Frost or Franck Muller but either way i am concerned and want it returned. There may of course be a genuine reason for this but at the moment i am at a loss to understand what that is.

I needed a strap for a relatively obscure watch. They were literally the only people on the planet who had what I wanted, and they got it to me in Malibu, CA in a couple days. They stayed I. Touch every step of the way, and made sure it got through customs in time for my travels.

They have a message service where they claim to get in touch quickly. I made an enquiry for a ring I was interested in over a week ago. No response at all despite of sending 2 more messages. They obviously don’t need my money as they must be so busy they haven’t bothered to respond. I’ll take my business elsewhere!!

I first came across Hairware through a friend who gave me very good feedback about them so I interacted with them in Instagram where I have a wig wearing account and I am already a loyal friend here. Dopo aver visto sul sito Diamond Centre Ludovisi un Rolex GMT 16710, li ho contattati tramite Whatsapp ed ho proposto una permuta, sono stato ricontattato quasi subito da Mattia (venditore), il quale dopo avermi richiesto alcune foto del mio orologio, mi ha proposto la permuta a condizioni vantaggiose. Recatomi personalmente presso il punto vendita, ho avuto modo di riscontrare personalmente le condizioni dell'orologio, che ho provveduto a permutare con quello in mio possesso. Dopo qualche giorno, mi sono accorto di un problema di lucidatura sulla cassa del GMT, dopo aver chiamato Mattia ed avergli rappresentato la problematica, lo stesso mi ha invitato a riportargli l'orologio per risolvere il problema. Amazing experience with this company. Bought 2xpairs of pj trousers & they were ordered & delivered from Scotland to Melbourne in 9xdays! Beautiful quality, soft & warm, extra long (36"leg) for tall women. Tartan check as expected from Scotland. Love all these pjs, have 5xpairs now. Highly recommend as emails/enquires to PJ pan are always answered promptly despite 9/11hrs time lapse. Love them😊

I received as a gift the Candover Yellow Pyjamas, and then purchased the Sunday Papers Pyjamas, because the quality is brilliant. Delivery of the latter took only 2 days after I ordered online which was impressive. The Candover Yellow are a slightly thicker weave compared to the Sunday Papers, but I like having this variety. And the Tall size option is so rare to find in pyjamas these days, so I was relieved that the leg length and sleeve length are in fact lovely and long! Only the Tembo Pyjamas were not in fact long enough sleeve length, in size S Tall (hence my 4 stars), but the return process was fast, and I received a full refund. Overall I am very pleased with the fit and quality of these pyjamas, and they wash well on 30 degrees, still like new. Worth the price, with a variety of designs and cotton weaves, I will only be buying my pyjamas from here!

If I can attach a picture I will. Side seam on right leg is not on side; it curves around inward to the front (the left leg is fine). Generally, this means that the pattern layout was not cut on the straight of the grain with the fabric. This is a manufacturing defect that I feel is not consistent with the price. Be aware that inseam length stated by US companies is different from European. US companies generally use the actual length of the pant whereas other companies (like PJ Pan) appear to be using tailor measurements; which use the ankle or the floor as the end point for inseam length. Unfortunately, this information is not stated.

Great products that wash well and genuinely last years. I've had several items from them and I'll be using PJ Pan again. They're a delight to deal with, very efficient and best of all manufacture in the UK.

I bought two pairs of pyjama trousers from PJ Pan about a year ago. I wear them most nights and i've had no issues with them and find them very comfortable. As i recall everything went well with the service; there were no issues. The only reason i haven't given them 5 stars is because they sent me review request via a review website, which means they passed on my email address, and perhaps other information, to that review website without my express permission. ( To be clear, i am happy for them to request a review from me. The part i have a problem with is passing on my information without my permission. )

Only product offered for NUFC, was a pair of knitted gloves at £21,is this a joke? If so it wasn't funny North of Manchester!!!
