I have used this Company for several years and have been very pleased but the last two orders have been very disappointing as I ordered some Provincial Regalia, when it arrived I was not happy with the product I phoned and was informed that they would replace it from another manufacturer it eventual arrived after waiting over 2 months. The next order which was for a pair of trousers was ordered on 27/9/2011 and eventually arrived on the 14 November 2011. I feel this is an excessive time to wait for a product. I will of course give them another chance next time I require anything

Desværre har jeg haft en meget, meget dårlig oplevelse med Oceanstore. Jeg købte for snart 2 uger siden nogle varer på deres hjemmeside, da de kørte 20% på samtlige varer. Da jeg valgte at ville afhente varerne i butikken, fik jeg en meddelelse om, at mine varer kunne afhentes i butikken inden for 24 timer. Jeg så efterfølgende på deres sociale medier, at de havde lukket på grund af intern sygdom - fair nok. Jeg valgte derefter at kontakte dem for at høre, om det stadig var aktuelt, at jeg kunne hente mine varer den følgende dag - jeg fik aldrig nogen respons. Jeg har efterfølgende forsøgt at komme i kontakt med dem via telefon, mail og sociale medier, men jeg får ingen respons. Jeg har sågar forsøgt at kontakte ejeren via telefon, men ej heller her har jeg fået nogen respons. Deres telefon går direkte på svareren, og på sociale medier læser de ikke en gang mine beskeder. De har dog haft tid til at reklamere med deres udsalg på sociale medier, så de burde også have set mine beskeder. Jeg har én gang modtaget respons på mine mange meddelelser, hvor de tilbød mig et par sokker, hvis jeg kunne vente “lidt endnu”. Pengene trak de fra min konto med det samme, og jeg har nu flere gange også forsøgt at få mine penge tilbage - dette har de ej heller responderet på. I dag modtog jeg så en mail fra dem med et ønske om en bedømmelse på Trustpilot, så det får de her. Jeg synes, det har været en forfærdelig og ekstremt dårlig oplevelse at handle hos dem. Jeg har fuld forståelse for, at man kan blive ramt af sygdom, men dette burde bestemt være udmeldt på hjemmesiden inden køb! Desuden virker det i mit hoved, og ej at forklejne den udmeldte sygdom, mærkværdigt, at man, efter udmeldingen om sygdom, lægger 20% udsalg på samtlige varer, trækker penge med det samme og så derefter på ingen måde er til at komme i kontakt med. Det er små 2 uger siden, og jeg står nu uden hverken mine varer eller mine penge. Det er simpelthen for dårligt! Så kære Oceanstore Kontakt mig gerne hurtigst muligt med en løsning! Jeg gider ikke vente mere. Jeg kan desværre på ingen måde anbefale andre at handle ved Oceanstore.

Sul davanti, nel bottoncino e nel lato del portacarte. Però la pelle non è di un nero lucido, come nello stesso modello slimwallet che ho ordinato dal sito secrid ufficiale. Inoltre, la pelle del miniwallet in questione, non odora di pelle, come l’ altro modello. Bensì di un profumo da boutique… Ho ripulito la pelle ed effettivamente ora sembra più pulita. Ma è come se il wallet fosse già stato usato… Lo Staff di Ariano è stato molto gentile nel rispondere e mi ua spiegato che, il prodotto è originale e nuovo mai usato. Poi, mi hanno anche scritto che loro, in fase di spedizione spruzzano un profumo sul prodotto, dato che sono ina nota profumeria. Ecco spiegato il nero spento della pelle all’ esterno…

Attention! Hands off! Article (high-priced perfume) was delivered defective or broken. The packaging was an absolute joke. In a high-priced item to do without any padding already screams of stupidity. The subsequent exchange was also a bust, as the company does everything to not satisfy the customer. For clarification, PayPal had to be called in and there too was played for time and contrary to the specifications of PayPal, I was contacted privately several times to still push the price. What an absolutely fabulous company, the customer service has been second to none. I received a lovely bangle for Christmas but sadly the colour didn’t match my other bracelets so I requested a return/exchange. Even though the bangle was made to order in a specific colour and with a small clover, Rosie agreed to an exchange and went above and beyond to ensure the process of returning ran smoothly. I now have a gorgeous necklace and another bangle on their way to me. Rosie even offered engraving on the bangle at no additional charge in this instance. I bought the Ultimate Back-to-School combo and the water bottle bands. They were a little pricey but I didn't regret buying them. All labels (for shoes, cloths and other things) are great quality. The water bottle bands are very good quality.

This is my 3rd order of labels in the last 3-4 years. These labels are not sticking nearly as well. Every time I look at our clothes the labels are missing. I’ve gone through half a pack in about 2 months and they usually last me a whole year.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an issue with a ring I purchased from your store online. Three years ago, I bought an emerald ring from Angara, which held great sentimental value to me as emerald is my grandmother’s birthstone. Unfortunately, the stone recently fell out, despite me taking great care of the ring. I am very disappointed that a piece of jewellery of this quality did not last as expected. Given that emerald is a precious gemstone and this was a significant purchase, I would have expected better durability and craftsmanship. I also checked the invoice and I paid extra for AAAA quality stone, which I feel wasn't up to standard.

Terrible returns process. I echo the thoughts of others on here. I had to chance to be able to return an item I had listed as faulty. They then said no £free returns. which is actually illegal. Under basic consumer rights legislation in the UK (and Europe) you have to give the customer a £free return for a faulty item. I had to point this out to them. Then they asked for photos etc. etc. terrible customer experience for an online retailer. Policies and systems that are out of sync. Most items they sell you can buy elsewhere so I recommend you do that in case the item you receive doesnt fit or isnt right in some way.

Was delighted to see that C&G stocked Anatole umbrellas (to avoid shipping from France). Ordered the ‘orange’. Arrived and it was in fact the ‘rust’. C&G admit they relabelled the colour - they don’t stock the true orange which exists in the range. Their picture also appears orange. Despite agreeing they had caused confusion and it is in fact Anatole’s RUST that they have sent they’re not even willing to offer free returns …. (I also paid expensive DHL delivery for a mislabelled product.)

I like to try and buy from independents but the 6.99 postage and the lack of free/subsidised returns allied to the convoluted returns process (register return request then wait quite a few hours for another email confirming return has been accepted) means I won’t be likely to buy online from this store again in the future. Forkerte mål på muleposer, bestilte 60cm fik en på 45cm. Ligger den fladt er den 60cm, men størrelse bør angives efter den anvendelige plads som bundstørrelsen er angivende for, hvilket de også gør på bredden 14cm. Vil anbefale man enten angiver mål for bund: 45x14 cm, Eller flad: 60x0.25 cm Og altså ikke blandet 60x14cm, det misvisende, for den er ikke 14cm bred når den er 60cm, for så skal den ligges fladt. Ellers fin leveringstid og pris. Nej det ikke normalt for muleposer med firkantet flad bund, det er normalt for dem uden bund.

Jeg synes det er utrolig dårligt og jeg kan roligt sige at i har mistet en kunde der kunne have givet godt til jeres, knap så gode butik. Jeg er meget utilfreds og anbefaler ingen at bestille derfra! Super schneller und außerordentlich freundlicher Service!

Ich bin zufrieden mit den Slips, ich habe unterschiedliche Modelle und finde die Elegance und Excellent am bequemsten. Mir ist Baumwolle sehr wichtig, daher fallen viele andere Marken raus. Leider mag ich das Feuchtigkeitsgefühl absolut nicht und nutze sie nicht als reine Periodenpant, sondern als Backup zur Tasse oder zusammen mit Stoffbinden ohne Nässeschutz bei der freien Menstruation. Sehr toll finde ich sie bei den leichten Tagen, da nutze ich sie mit einer dünnen Stoffslipeinlage, die ich wechsle und habe dennoch einen sicheren Schutz durch den Slip.

Habe jetzt gut 8 monate lang probiert. Die Marke als ganzes ist weder unglaublich gut, noch ist sie schlecht. Manche Produkte sind absolut wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen, die Estelle- ein Traum auch die Rose Medium, allgemein die Modelle aus zum grössten Teil Baumwolle, Zoe ist dick, sehr saugfähig, kleiner minuspunkt da der saugfähige teil vorne zu wenig hoch reicht (auslaufgefahr) sonst aber gut. Rose principessa seamless ist eine reine enttäuschung, etwa so dicht als ob man einfach drei normale unterhosen übereinander anziehen würde, also gar nicht, der Stoff lässt durch auch bei sehr leichter blutung, eine falsche Sicherheit. Die shortys sind gut für die nacht da sie wirklich dick sind und vorne und hinten bis hoch schutz geben, kann man auch auf dem rücken und auf dem Bauch liegen ohne die bettwäsche zu versauen. Bei ihnen habe ich aber immer das problem dass sie unten im Schritt an den Seiten überlaufen, da der saugfeste teil zu schmal ist, ausserdem ein eher heikler bambusstoff. Da ist Rose Petra schon besser, obwohl die Spitze schnell kaputt ging und der Polyesterne stoff evenfalls nicht so eine lange lebensdauer hat wie die aus baumwolle, sonst sehr angenehm. Allgemein, manche Produkte sind fantastisch, nur ist es halt viel Geld was man verschwendet hat wenn man ein Modell erwischt was nichts taugt. Auch sonst sind sie recht teuer im vergleich zu binden und tampons, rein vom Geld her lohnt es sich kaum, die guten modelle sind aber deutlich bequemer als alles andere was ich kenne.

Ich habe schon Verschenkt an eine frau mit Inkontinenz. Sie ist auch schwer begeister und legt sich auch nach und nach diese super höschen zu.

Ich bin mehr als happy mit der Periodenunterwäsche von periodenslip.com Ich habe den perfekten Schnitt gefunden und liebe es, dass sie aus Baumwolle sind. Sie sind auslaufsicher und super bequem. Zum trocknen brauchen sie allerdings ein- zwei Tage. Deshalb ist es ratsam genügend Periodenslips zu haben. Für eine Periodendauer von 4 Tagen benötige ich 4-5 Slips. Auch die Kundenbetreuung ist 1A und ein Umtausch klappt sensationell und problemlos.

Hallo, ich habe vor ca. 2 Monaten meiner 13 jährigenTochter ihre Periodenslip Grösse XXS bestellt. Leider ist auf der rechten Seite eine sehr dicke Naht, die ihr mit der Zeit einschneidet. Sonst würde diese Grösse perfekt sitzen.Soll ich eine Nummer grösser bestellen oder ist bei jedem Slip so eine Naht? Liebe Grüsse Fränzi

Shoes OK, box a bit tatty, and having tried to make contact for a postage refund I have found that the telephone numbers quoted on the website are out of order and the if I email customer services on the email provided - it just bounces back.. I suggest looking around before ordering from this company.

Rip off company avoid buying from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes to justify £19 delivery cost. They cancelled 1 pair saying out of stock and said 2nd pair dispatched. I asked to cancel my order as not happy and they will not refund me for the 2nd pair of shoes or delivery charge saying they are awaiting their courier to return to their depot.after 2 weeks no refund, no explanation other than they are waiting for their courier. What a rip off, avoid buying from these scammers at all costs!!!

Few months ago I purchased a pair of Camper Peu Cami that usually come with a 2 years manufacture warranty. I have worn them maybe 10 times at max and the leather has started discoloring and flaking. I wonder if they are fake shoes. At first I thought that it was dirt but for as much as I could try clean them , the "dirt" wouldn't go and I have realized that the leather has a problem. I have been calling TopBrandShoes weeks now and emailed them but none has answered or got back to me. I went to a Camper shop and , although under warranty, they won t be able to help as the product was not bought directly in one of their stores. They told me to go back to TopBrand acknowledging the problem with the leather. I would like them to be repaired, exchanged or refunded if all the above is impossible, as they have now become unwearable, but none is answering !

Nu er der gået 24 dage og jeg har stadig ikke fået mine varer. Har skrevet to gange og kun fået et autosvar om at min henvendelse vil blive besvaret indenfor 12 timer. Det er så ikke sket. Har ringet på det tlfnr, de har på deres firmaadresse. Det eksisterer så ikke. Er det her fup og svindel?

Jeg købte seks ting. De fem var rigtige. Den sidste skulle have været et par svømmebriller til en voksen. Jeg fik en børnemodel. Bortset fra en mail om at 'det skal vi have ordnet' kom der hverken svar, erstatningsvare eller tilbagebetaling. Det drejede sig om 186,75. Jeg håbede på svar og at få leveret de rigtige svømmebriller. Alternativt få refunderet beløbet. Gode nyheder: Brillerne ankom i dag (9. okt). Alt vel. Bortset fra lidt uklar kommunikation i kombination med nogle dages responstid, så løste det sig altså. Tak Nikolaj.

Fin hjemmeside at bestille fra - her stopper så også det positive ved min oplevelse med Shopdolphin… Levering 1-2 dage i følge hjemmesiden, dog kunne jeg ved bekræftelsesmail se at den mindste af tingene i bestillingen havde længere levering. Jeg tog kontakt, da vi skulle rejse og tingene bruges 5 dage efter, så ville lave ny bestilling alene med de ting med 1-2 dages levering. Her blev oplyst at alle varer var på lager og pakken ville modtages indenfor 3 dage. Efter 4 dage var pakken ikke kommet. Man kan ikke ringe til jer (telefon er alene henvisning til at sende en mail - hvorfor så have telefonnummer?). Mail blev besvaret om eftermiddagen at pakke var sendt og alene afventede levering. 30min senere fik jeg mail hvor jeg kan se på track and trace at pakken er sendt om eftermiddagen.. Nu når vi ikke at få pakken, som lovet - til gengæld får vi besværet med at sende den retur. Virkelig uprofessionel oplevelse, så har I kort frist til levering, så ville jeg vælge et andet firma.

De har gode kvalitetsvarer, og bor man i nærheden, kan man hente varerne samme dag, som man bestiller

Firmaet er yderst professionelt og de yder en virkelig god og hurtig service. Kontakten foregår kun via e-mail, men de svarer superhurtigt, og det er derfor intet problem. Leveringen skete hurtigt, så jeg kan kun anbefale at handle dansk og hos shopdolphin.dk

I recently make an order. I also added to it and was told would get refunded delivery fee as they would come together. When it arrived it was missing 2 items. One was refunded as clearly out of stock, I was not notified of and 1 item was missing. I have been trying to get in contact with them via website, hit and miss. No resolve as yet. Promised a call still waiting after 2 days? The items I received I do like and are on sale. Value nothing to complain about but customer service needs attention. Disappointing experience on this occasion.

La jacket est belle et j'apprécie la qualité par contre pour un xl ça taille petit au niveau des épaules et la longueur au niveau des bras c'est très juste (je ne peux pas la mettre avk un pull). Satisfait du produit attention au sizing merci et big up à vous les giga bég !!

Purchased an order over £100 and the colour wasn't what I was expecting. Fair enough the order was placed a few months ago but I wasn't expecting to send these back and get a refund. All I wanted was to exchange for another colour. Seen as they still stock the items I have and the items I want to exchange them for. I really don't see the issue? I would've sent the order back for them to inspect and they would see it's completely unused and still sealed in the packaging. Really bad customer service

I placed an order and never received it. As per Dickie, the carrier claims they left a note when I wasn't home for the delivery, but I never received any note. Worse, Dickie refuses to take responsibility. First email with them they ask if I received it, I said (for the 2nd time just like I aid in the initial email) no, I didn't get the products or the note. They respond by asking me again if I got the product or the note left by the carrier, reiterating that they tried to deliver it and left instructions (which by the way was weeks ago at this point). WTH?! You'd think THEY would reach out to the carrier on my behalf but no. This company is terrible and I doubt I'll ever get my money or the product.

Really really good quality of tie.. and I've personally found that it doesn't seem to be to long or too short when I tie it. I know that sounds insane there all the same length but its just how I've found it My only complaint is that I didn't really receive much communication about when my order was dispatched or delivered

Ordered on the 29th of November and paid for next day delivery, which was almost as much as the bow tie itself! We are now in the 5th of December and still no sign of it. No tracking information even though it said on the 30th that it had been dispatched. I have emailed and used the contact form but no one has got back in touch with me. I am getting married on the 8th of December and it seems I won't have a bow tie! No phone number on the site either so getting hold of them is impossible. As I'm yet to hear back I would say poor customer service is an understatement.

Amazing customer service! DPD messed up the original delivery (not sure how, it just disappeared..), but communication with Guillaume was super smooth - he checked what went wrong, offered a refund and eventually sent me another belt, which arrived very quickly. And yes, the belt with little bikes is a perfect gift for any cyclist :)

I placed my order last Friday 14.02.25. I haven’t received an email confirmation of my order and when it will be delivered. I have emailed you severally without getting a response. I have tried to call your number but there is always nobody available to receive calls. I’m so frustrated with you and I will never buy anything from you gain you are so pathetic I don’t like how you work. Can you let me know where my order is at?

I’d give 0 star if possible! It’s been 3 weeks now and I’ve still not received my parcel, I’ve emailed numerous times asking for a refund and I’m being told the courier have 30 days to do this, which is rubbish! Also, loads of questions are being avoided they won’t answer them and asking me irrelevant questions themselves. Definitely wouldn’t order again from here.

Placed an Ikrush order through Debenhams and the item unfortunately didn't fit so needed to be returned. Was a nightmare to work out the returns process as I needed to be sent a prepaid label instead of just sending it directly myself. Finally got this sorted and made my return. The return policy states the return and refund process will take 2 weeks and I waited 4 weeks. After numerous messages to both Debenhams and Ikrush I kept getting fobbed off that my refund was 'on it's way' and being told to 'wait until x date' and it eventually arrived four weeks after being returned. An absolute shambles of a return process and will never use either company again!
