This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company any was notified of shipment and they came in a timely manner.

The gloves are inferior quality. They are not very windproof or warm and the stitching came apart after 10 uses. Not warm. If you are at at zero celsius, biking, you will have about 15 minutes before your hands become very cold. As well, parcel tracking was excellent at first, but then fell off and I did not get any further updates until the item arrived, meaning there were 2 weeks between the last tracking info and the arrival. Customer service was very good however. Friendly and quick to reply.

I placed an order and I chased the delivery only to find out it was sent to Ireland by mistake and they will retrieve the parcel and send it to me fine 3 weeks later no parcel chased where it was no reply emailed several times and now there ignoring me this has been going on for 8 weeks now , I finally decided to raise a PayPal claim . I ordered a re useable nappy set but the nappies and cover didn’t match in size. I was told I’d been sold the right items but I could return them if I wanted to at my own expense. I disputed this, suggesting the company pay for the return. I’m still waiting for a response to my email sent on 18/08 despite following it up.

AVOID if you aren’t willing to accept POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We bought a beautiful play kitchen for our daughter and a set of play pans and utensils to go with it. The delivery was good (my husband wrote a review to say so) but the aftercare has been APPALLING. After a matter of days, the paint on the pans started to go black and peel - an obvious hazard for children. I wrote to babame to explain the situation and ask for a resolution as the current product I had was UNSAFE. I was told that they would contact the manufacturer - in this case TIDLO - to see what could be done. I then received an email asking if “the pans had been used on direct heat” and checking if I knew “these were pretend pans and should not be used to cook”. I mean!!?? Babame refused to do anything and so did the manufacturer so now we are left with a set that is FAULTY and DANGEROUS for my daughter to use. We are incredibly disappointed in babame’s response and even if the manufacturer refused to help, ultimately babame are responsible and should find a resolution - especially for a faulty product and for a customer that had spent close to 200 pounds. I’d most definitely AVOID AT ALL COSTS now as they don’t seem to want to engage in any aftercare with customers - I’d pay a little bit more and go to a more well known retailer!

Issue with order resolved really quickly and easily. They included a bar or chocolate with corrected order - a very nice touch. The ease with which the issue was resolved was a huge relief. A very happy three year received her birthday present right on time. Thank you.

I like the chairs but have a couple of suggestions. The chairs are wobbly if you bolt each piece solidly before it is completely assembled. So assemble it completely but loosely and sit in it to shake out any wobbliness and than tighten each bolt in 2-3 steps. The cup holder bracket cannot be installed if the seat is in place. So decide if you are going to use it and install it before the seat gets installed. The seat is a tight fit and does not need to be screwed in and should be put in place while in the loose phase. Other than that it goes together OK and looks great. Thanks

I have now contacted the financial ombudsman for help with this matter. They just bombard you with phone calls asking for money wouldnt recomend them

Gorgeous work!! All hand-embroidered and better than what I expected!! The client manager was very professional, knew his work, art, fashion and designing very well. The outfits made were out of this world, so beautiful/gorgeous and breathtaking. Everyone at my wedding LOVED the red and gold legengas. The designers and embroiders were very professional, knew exactly how to do a marvelous job!! Some opportunities for improvement: 1. Maintain time management so outfits can be made and delivered on time. 2. Tailoring could be better. Maybe because of the rush, the stitching wasn’t perfect; I had to get the blouses altered from a local boutique.

This is the worse service I ever received. I am waiting for a refund since 19th August. When the deposit was required, they kept bullying and constantly messaging. Since I requested a refund, I have been following up via emails and WhatsApp, all messages are unacknowledged. I decided to message from another WhatsApp and Instagram account and they responded immediately. For anyone looking for recommendations, please DO NOT USE BAYCHIC!!!! WE NEED TO MAKE THEM FAMOUS!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Terrible service and communication. They only respond to people when they want to bully them for further payments. Every single time, they somehow find additional charges and give you no compensation for wasted time and distress. I have been promised an outfit for over two weeks and before I even received a tracking number, they have been bullying me to pay additional shipping fees……for an outfit that’s supposed to be received about two weeks ago. They have also missed every single deadline with my outfit and even though I understand the complexity of mine……they have missed their own pushed back deadline time after time. This outfit as per their pushed back deadline is supposed to be received at the beginning of July. It’s now two months later. Do not purchase anything from them. Frauds. I wish I could get a refund and move on from this terrible time of my life. They have made wedding planning stressful for me as I constantly had to request updates before any was given to me and when I do request updates within their timeline….all they do is give attitude about asking for updates. Absolutely loved my outfit but the date of delivery arrived 14 hours before my reception !!!! They had said it would arrive March 29th but I actually didn’t get my outfit until April 19th !!!! thank god I was having a 2 day wedding. I didn’t have enough time to get any alterations but had the outfit had arrived even a week or month in advance it would have been great! Overall the outfit was extravagant and show stopper of the night ! Anybody who is ordering a custom outfit I would suggest lying about your wedding dates by at least 1-2 months ! I saw the advertisement on Instagram. I live in United States. I was informed by BayChic that all their clients are from USA & Canada. I believed them. My daughter loved the dress on Instagram. So I ordered the dress. I paid $1,200 via bank transfer. I wished I had checked the google reviews. Now we cannot leave any reviews on google as it shows the business has shut down. On google it’s not possible to put multiple reviews unless one has an account. BayChic must have scammed multiple American & Canadian citizens. They sent the dress after the function. The dress that we received is completely different than the dress we ordered. After I ordered with Baychic, I was in India & bought beautiful dresses for my daughter who is the bride for 1/10th the price. I am 60 years old & this is the first time I was scammed. I want to take action even if it means flying to Bombay & holding BayChic responsible for this.

Eine Uhr, die mir sehr am Herzen liegt, wurde versehentlich an einen anderen Kunden versandt. Doch was dann geschah, zeigt, warum KHS eine Firma ist, die ihre Kunden nicht nur wertschätzt, sondern auch mit absoluter Transparenz, Verantwortung und Engagement handelt. Herr Olaf Schmiemann, Inhaber und Geschäftsführer von KHS, hat sich persönlich um den Vorgang gekümmert und mir in einer ausführlichen und ehrlichen Nachricht die Hintergründe erklärt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich dabei seine Offenheit: Anstatt Ausreden zu suchen, legte er die internen Herausforderungen der Firma offen dar. Er schilderte die schwierige personelle Situation, die durch unvorhersehbare Krankheitsfälle entstanden war, und erklärte nachvollziehbar, wie es zu diesem bedauerlichen Fehler kommen konnte. Sehr rasches, kompetentes Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter,

Hatte eine Enforcer Black Titan für 799 Euro gekauft. Nach 1,5 Jahren schickte ich sie ein, weil sie im letzten halben Jahr 3 mal kurzzeitig stehenblieb und damit nachging. Nach 4 Wochen rief ich mal an, wie der Stand der Bearbeitung sei. Nach anfänglicher Unwissenheit wurde mir gesagt, das angeblich ein neues Uhrwerk eingebaut wurde,weil der Zeiger schliff. Nach dem Zurückschicken sollte ich eine Email über die ausgeführten Arbeiten erhalten, was nicht geschah. Ca. 8 Wochen später Uhr mit selben Problem wieder zum Service geschickt. Nach 6 Wochen (Weihnachtsferien dazwischen) nachgefragt. Nach 2weiteren Wochen Email bekommen das Uhr angeblich geöffnet, geprüft und auf Uhrenbeweger getestet wurde .Es konnte nix festgestellt werden. Wollte aber, um das Problem aus der Welt zu schaffen, auf meine Kosten ein neues Uhrwerk eingesetzt haben. Dabei sind sie mir ca.25 Euro entgegengenommen, allerdings nur mit 10 bar Dichtigkeitstest. Auf Nachfrage warum nicht 20bar wurde mir gesagt wie teuer die Anlage sei und was die Zeit kostet. Dafür müsste ich nochmal 50 Euro extra zahlen. Das ist Wucher, woanders Batteriewechsel mit 20bar Test 40 Euro. Allein daran zweifle ich,ob die Uhr die letzten 2 mal überhaupt aufgemacht wurde. Hatte die Uhr nach 3 weiteren Wochen zurückbekommen, allerdings war das Armband am Scharnier bei den Faltungen verbogen. Für mich ist dieser Service bei einer Uhr dieser Preiklasse einfach enttäuschend und unakzeptabel. Ich würde definitiv keine Uhr mehr bei dieser Firma kaufen.

Ich wollte die Uhr unseres Sohnes zur Durchsicht einschicken und hatte dazu Fragen. Ich wurde überaus freundlich und schnell per Mail über alles aufgeklärt. Die Uhr wurde eingeschickt und wieder in Stand gesetzt. Ich habe in den letzten 20 Jahren nicht so eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Art der Kundenbetreuung erlebt und bin äußerst zufrieden .

Vorweg: Bester Service und Top Qualität 💪🇩🇪 Ich bin so froh das ich bei der Suche einer Einsatzuhr, die hier zu bewertende Firma KHS gefunden zu haben. Nach der online Bestellung ging alles sehr schnell, so dass ich in kurzer Zeit meine bestellte Uhr in der Hand halten durfte. Tolle wertige Verpackung, und diese wunderschöne Uhr, die fast schon zu schade ist um sie an das Handgelenk zu legen. Ich habe mich für eine Shooting MK II DSK mit grünem Oliv Textilarmband entschieden und bereue keine Sekunde. Sie trägt sich wahnsinnig angenehm, trotz der Größe. Mit gerade mal ca. 70g ein Leichtgewicht. Aber nun zum persönlichen Service, egal zur weicher Zeit man eine Frage hatte, wurde diese prompt und kurzfristig gelöst. So eine detaillierte Beschreibung nach jeder aufkommenden Frage von mir, das ist schon einzigartig. Ich bin wirklich sehr glücklich diese Firma nun gefunden tu haben und weiß das es niemals die letzte Uhr sein wird. Ich vergebe 5 Sterne plus. Bin schon jetzt auf neue Designs etc. gespannt. Ich liebe Taktikuhren von KHS.

Ordered watch as a gift in December for Christmas. Received confirmation when ordering was placed, however after that it was radio silence. I tried contacting by emailing two different addresses, Facebook, live chat on the website. Communication was poor, when I finally got some information and tracking details I saw the shipment was not local and was coming from across the world. To make matters worse the courier in the UK missed collecting my parcel delaying even further before it finally reached me in mid Jan. Overall it was a very stressful experience, not something I wish to endure again.

First, I did not receive a shipping confirmation email. When the leggings arrived, the thigh portion felt stretched out. I measured prior to ordering and again that day and the size I ordered was correct. Contacted customer services about the leggings feeling stretched out and never received a response. Too expensive to have such poor customer service and stretched out garments.

I love there products. They ship me bulk lipo foam here in Miami, FL overnight. The foam is extremely quality!

I ordered a compression sleeve on Tuesday, paid for 2 day shipping, it’s Saturday night and still nothing. And no response from customer service regarding shipping or tracking information requesting such on Thursday evening. I’m bummed!

Haven’t been able to track package and delivery is taking forever

Der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich je hatte! Meine Tasche war nach nur wenigen Tragen defekt, extrem schlechte Qualität. Auf der Webseite ist die falsche Mail Adresse, aber über Umwegen bekam ich dann nach ereigneten Rückmeldung. Mir wurde die falsche Tasche als Ersatz geschickt und nun warte ich seit fast 5 Monaten auf einen adequate Ersatz. Leider erreicht man niemanden per Telefon und Mail. Ich würde jedem dringlich davon abraten hier zu kaufen!

Die Tasche ist toll: Sehr schöne Farbe, Größe und praktisches Modell. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Ich habe eine falsche Tasche geliefert bekommen und ich kriege seit 3 Wochen (!!!) keine Rückmeldung dazu, da ich es nicht einsehe die Versandkosten für die Rückgabe auf mich zu nehmen. Noch dazu, werden keine Mails von mir beantwortet und ans Telefon geht auch niemand.

Ho ordinato il pacco in data 17 mattina(entro le 12), pagando la spedizione in 24/48h (3 euro e 90). Il risultato è che il mio pacco risulta essere sempre in magazzino. Così ho contattato Os sunglasses che mi ha risposto via Whatsapp assicurandomi che il mio pacco è partito, ma dubbiosa, ho voluto contattare anche Gls, che invece mi ha risposto che a loro non è stato consegnato alcun pacco dalla ditta e che risulta creata solo l'etichetta del pacco, ma la spedizione non è stata a loro affidata! Praticamente ho pagato una spedizione express che non è avvenuta, e per giunta non so dove sia il pacco.

Commande passée le 6 février avec option livraison express à 14.90e et à ce soir DHL me précise que le colis ne leurs a toujours pas été confié. Que le bordereau a juste été créé. Ce n'est pas correct. J'ai envoyé des mails et messages WhatsApp et personne 'e me répond . Je souhaite un remboursement et annuler ma commande.

Azienda a mio parere per niente seria !! Ti fanno pagare il reso gli occhiali si sono rotti dopo pochissimo tempo non rispondono e non danno garanzia !! Non comprerò mai più da questi!!!

Ho effettuato un ordine il 30 dicembre 2024, oggi è il 9 gennaio 2024 e il mio ordine è ancora in magazzino. Ho provato a contattarli, ma non mi hanno risposto. È inaccettabile. Se non ricevo una risposta entro una settimana, intraprenderò le azioni necessarie contro questo sito.

Una stella perché meno non è possibile. Letteralmente presa in giro da questa gente che mi ha consentito una transazione con pagamento spedizione express ( consegna in 48 ore) e a distanza di 8 giorni la merce deve ancora arrivare. Su miei solleciti ho ricevuto una serie di risposte false, dapprima asserivano che la merce fosse tornata indietro in quando il mio indirizzo fosse sbagliato ma davanti a uno screen shot che smentiva la loro versione hanno rettificato dicendo che la merce era in viaggio. Sul fatto che non siano stati rispettati i tempi di consegna mi hanno detto che sul sito era riportato che dopo il 18 non garantivano la consegna express, peccato che così non fosse, perché se fosse stato specificato non avrei richiesto un servizio non garantito. Ma non è finita... Alla fine ricevo un messaggio dal corriere a cui è stato affidato il mio ordine solo dopo 7 giorni che sollecitavo l'azienda. Sto ancora aspettando che mi arrivi la merce e loro, nel frattempo sono spariti...
