SCAM ARTISTS !!!!!!!!
I posted this on every item they shared to their Facebook page. So now they have blocked comments on Facebook. I guess they don’t want people to know that they are scammers. Had to give 1 star so that I could write the review, but wish there was an option for 0 or negative number. Placed my order in mid May. Waited 6 weeks before inquiring about status. Giving the the benefit of the doubt, due to COVID. Was given a USPS tracking number that to this date still shows as waiting for the merchandise to be turned over to them. Inquired several more times and was given tracking information screenshot showing that it had arrived from China and was in the warehouse on the west coast. More inquiries and I get told that it will arrive the following week. That was to be the 3rd week of July. Package never arrived, inquired again and they tell me it was delivered. Note that USPS still shows that they are waiting on the package being turned over to them. Inquire again, they tell me it's delivered and I should file a claim with USPS. I am not the shipper, I don't have their account information, I can't file a claim. I go back to them again and ask them to refund my Visa and they can file a claim with USPS. Their response was that they cannot refund the money and I should file a claim with my credit card. Why should my credit card company take the loss for merchandise they have not delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!

I never received my order
I ordered three items on line in May and I haven’t received anything in August. Three shipping info were provided: one doesn’t exist, one showed the item is still in China and the other one showered delivered but who knows where it’s been delivered to. It’s a frustrating experience and I wish I could have checked the customer reviews before I placed my order. Don’t order anything from here.

I would never recommend this company. Product is defective and they want me to ship back to the United Kingdom. They should have done quality control because if you purchase 4 items and 2 don’t fit right and they were identical items just different colors. They should have a place in USA to return defects. I would advise other people not to use this company Sweet and rosy

Joke of the year
I placed an order on 4/3/2020 for 2 36 rolls of toilet paper, I received the order on 7/6/2020. If I had received a regular order it would not be so bad, but I received 2 orders of 6 rolls each. The rolls were not regular sized US rolls they are tiny, like a toy. I paid $61.25 and to return this order is to the United Kingdom and the postage back to them would be between $25 and $35 dollars and the whole thing is not even 1 pound. This is a scam and a joke.

Horrible shipping to Canada
Bought an item before Covid and they had at the time of shipping if you didn't have it with in 60 days you would get a refund. My product didn't come till after 90 days they told me they would not refund me and blamed shipping on Covid. The shipping sucked the customer service sucked would definitely be concerned about this place before purchasing. I will not be buying anything from this website any longer.

I wish I could give this company a zero star. Ordered since April 24th with Order #12084 confirmed. Until now, I have not heard anything from anyone. I have actually emailed them twice with no response. I also tried calling the fake number listed on the website and it was talking about direct tv. Please do not order from this company. It’s a total sham of a company. I my goods come from China and they arrive in 3-7 days even with the pandemic still going on and this order has lingered since April. Avoid! Avoid!! Avoid!!! at all cost.

Terrible Customer Service and Return Policy!!!!
I purchased an item from Flaregirls that didn't fit properly, and despite it being unworn and in its original packaging, they still told me I had to pay for the return. On top of that, they said the shipping and the tax wouldn't be refunded! To make matters worse, they informed me it would take a while for them to process the return. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they tried to push a 20% off my next order (as if I'd EVER shop here again!) and suggested I keep the item to avoid the hassle on their end. Really?! Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else!

I have contacted Better Business Bureau and they will be taking action. Their support email address gets returned as undeliverable, they do not return any voicemails and the email address they use to "confirm" your purchase will not get a reply.

Wow! Don’t ever order from this company. Back orders galore, charging multiple times for an order, asking for a refund automatically signs you up for a membership. Trying to cancel and refund is impossible. On the last call I was told to call back in 3 hours. I did and they have blocked calls from my area code. Had to contact credit card company for a dispute.

If you apply for a rebate you are AUTOMATICALLY signed up for a free trial of their rewards program. After the trial period your credit card is charged a monthly fee of $14.95 every month. This is a very DECEPTIVE practice. I just audited my credit card bills and found they had been billing this for 44 months! A total of $657.80. When I called they claimed ypthey could only refund 11 months so they still charged me $493.35. As far as I am concerned this is unacceptable and I will continue to pursue a full refund through KingSize management, the bbb, social media, and whatever other means are necessary

So deceptive!!! I just made an order on king size website for bathrobes and noticed days later a charge on PayPal for $1.99 where it said king size members rewards. I had no idea where this came from! Then I go to the members rewards website (which I don’t remember ever signing up for) and I have a “free trial” that is set to renew for $15 dollars every month. Thank God I was notified of the $1.99 charge! What a scam and so deceptive. I will never do business with this company again. I called and was able to get the membership cancelled but no refund for the $1.99! Unbelievable. This should be shut down immediately. I can only imagine others who got scammed by this for months!

I was a Kingsize member. And was approved for their rewards card thinking I can get discounts seeing how I always spent a lot of money on their website mainly for work clothes. I treated the card like a credit card. Once used I would pay it then not use it. Then I started seeing I was be charged 14-15 dollars and I wasn’t using the card nor was I benefiting anything from the card. After I cancelled the card. I received harassing phone call twice a week for the past year. Now being sued for $700. Lmao! I deleted my customer account with them. Horrible customer service. I bought an expensive saree, trusted them with blouse stitching and their stitching service sucks. I sent images of the design and told how deep the front neckline needs to be and they complete ignored. The blouse turned out to be a kindergartner blouse neckline. I ordered a pair of Nike Vaporflys size 10.5. What arrived was a pair of size 8’s in a damaged box. I can’t be certain whether they are fakes or not as I can’t wear them but I suspect they are. I have tried contacting the company by phone and email for the last 10days to organise my return but nobody has returned my emails or answered the phone. I would avoid this company. Don’t get fooled, as I did by the headline price, you should pay a bit more and go with a reputable company that will deliver what you paid for. Those that have received what they ordered are the lucky minority.

Please Please Please don't buy anything from these people I bought a pair of Nike 270s for £130 and like a fool, I did not look at the reviews first, everything they have said in the reviews are true. I got these trainers as a size 8 and they are not and 8, more a 9 but the labels all say 8, so they must be seconds or fakes. I cannot even wear them as I look like a penguin. After contacting them via email as they don't have a usable phone number, they eventually got back to me and made out they were the victims of this unfortunate situation. Then they asked for photos which I did and then much later on, they emailed me again apologised and offered me 60% refund or 50% with 20% another order WTF, again with the victim statement how they outsource the products from someone else so its not there fault. I was so angry, they were a gift from my partner and due to the anxiety she had around this company she had to cancel the card, and this obviously caused problems of its own. After feeling really angry and trying to salvage something from it, I sent an email asking for the 60% of the money and guess what, I have heard nothing, I have sent 3 emails and got nothing back, scumbags, please don't waste your money, if its cheap there is a reason. I will never buy products from an organisation unless I read the reviews first.

So after waiting for delivery and reading all the reviews I received my trainers today. New balance 991v2 - I'm still a bit confused. They seem legit - look the part, feel right etc Clearly the company isn't in the UK which is a red flag, and the packaging was shoddy. But the trainers seem to be legit. If anyone knows how I can further check I'd be interested. They come with a 'stockx' badge of genuineness- this is possibly odd as not ordered from stockx. But again....they seem the genuine 991s......

Tilasin tuotteen ja kun halusin palauttaa sen palautustarran saaminen kesti pari viikkoa. Tuote palautettu asianmukaisesti ja nyt kuukauden päästä palautuksesta Klarna ilmoitti, että palautus on hylätty. Kun soittaa verkkokaupan puhelinnumeroon ja valitsee sieltä "palautukset" (paina numero 2), tulee saksankielistä puhetta ja kehotetaan lähettämään sähköpostia ja linja sulkeutuu. Sähköpostia laitettu, mutta epäilenpä, että tuleeko ikinä vastausta. Edit. Laitoin Trustpilotin kautta viestiä verkkokaupalle 7.2. Sieltä vastattiin muutaman päivän päästä ja pahoiteltiin ruuhkaa varastolla. 14.2. tuli ilmoitus palautuksen käsittelystä ja 17.2. Klarna ilmoitti hyvityksestä. Tilasin joulukuussa neuleen joka osoittautui liian pieneksi. Sain asiakaspalvelun muutaman sähköpostin jälkeen kiinni ja tulostin palautuslomakkeen palautusta varten. Neljän viikon päästä palautuksestani sain Klarnalta (mikä oli maksutapani tilauksella) ilmoituksen että palautukseni on hylätty koska palautuskäytäntöä ei noudatettu. Tarkempaa tietoa syistä en saanut myyjältä eivätkä he olleet minuun asiasta yhteydessä. Yritin tavoitella palautuksen hylkäämisen tiimoilta asiakaspalvelua mutta en ole toistaiseksi saanut vastausta. En ollut käyttänyt tuotetta ja toimin mielestäni palautusohjeiden mukaisesti. Vaikuttaa siltä että asiakaspalvelun kanssa kommunikointi on tämän yrityksen kanssa erittäin hankalaa.

I left multiple messages via the website contact form, sent emails (bounced back because their inbox was full), called and was promised a call back (which I never received). AVOID THIS OUTFIT AT ANY COST OR DON'T SAY I DID NOT WARN YOU - They also are the Stickystore.co.uk company as well. I ordered 10 x Tape dispensers - Showing as in stock and next day delivery - weeks went by and nothing turned up - so I emailed them and no response. 3rd email I finally get a shipping notice for the 10 items ordered. Only 6 turned up and on one of them the box is tattered and taped up - you can hardly give it as a gift as it looks like it is used! So one of them needs to go back. (Actually I opened it and it was BROKEN - the units are filled with rubble to weight them down and as it was broken all the dust was coming out and the bag was sellotaped up to stop it leaking - so obviously it was pretty damned obvious and they tried to palm this off on me and send me 5 short after taking my money with no email or explanation!) I called them FOUR times over the past 10 days and they nicely tell me they will return my call - and they have not - I just called them and they said we cannot do anything we just answer the phone we can just relay your messages - well 3 emails and 4 phone calls and not a response. So I need a refund on 5 of these items, one of which needs to be returned or thrown in the bin as it is broken- but I am not paying for their incompetence - so they can collect it. I just called them and the guy on the phone said he could do nothing all - all he could do was answer the phone and pass on the messages! Well I just did a chargeback with Paypal - and bought the remainder elsewhere. These people are NOT WORTH THE GRIEF! They either cannot count or are just useless and they will not return a phone call or even an email. Common Courtesy and customer service COSTS ZERO! QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SLOW TO DO ANYTHING ELSE - They give Swansea a really bad name! Well PayPal must know what they are like - they refunded the missing items in minutes - Thank you PayPal- 5 stars! To add to this - one of the units - the box was in tatters and the unit was broken and held in a bag with sellotape - I cannot believe they sent this and tried to pass it off as new - it was clearly damaged and not fit for purpose - All the markings of a business in trouble. SINCE I WTOTE THE FOLLOWING REVIEW, JAMES THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS, CONTACTED ME DIRECTLY. HE OFFERED A FULL SND SINCERE APOLOGY. HE FULFILLED MY ORDER, AND SENT SOME EXTRA HOOKS FOR FREE BY WAY OF AN APOLOGY. JAMES ASSURED ME THAT THE ISSUES WILL BE ADDRESSED WITH HIS TEAM. AS A RESULT, I HAVE INCREASED MY REVIEW FROM A 1* TO A 3*. ORIGINAL 1* REVIEW: I paid £30 for 3 multipacks of command hooks, but only received 3 individual hooks. I should actually have received 12 hooks in total. I phoned The Sticky Store 3 times, and each time I was told that someone would call me back, that they can't transfer calls & that there are no other staff available to speak to. Surprisingly (not!) nobody called me back. I also left 2 voicemail messages for SSUK, but no-one called me back either. I then used the SSUK chat bot service, they said 'sorry to hear that, we are too busy to help' and then they ended the chat. I will have to get a refund via PayPal. This company is untrustworthy and it clearly treats customers with contempt. It took money from me, then failed to provide what I paid for, and is now ignoring me.

The worst company in Swansea…
I placed an order on September 24th and the payment was taken immediately. On October 5th I was still waiting for the goods to be despatched. I tried the chat option on their website but this was ignored. So was my email of the same day. On October 6th I both tried the website and emailed again. I got nowhere so rang and the person answering the phone said he would get customer services on to it straight away. They did not call back On October 7th I did all the same things again and when I called them I asked to speak to the customer services manager and was told they did not put calls through to employees and all I could do was to leave a message. I pointed out that I had done this already and had the phone put down on me. Shortly aft\er this I received an email from somebody called James saying he was very sorry and would ring the courier and be back to me within 2 hours I did not really believe this as the website clearly had the order as not shipped. This was around 10.30 and by 4pm no answer - what a surprise! I emailed again saying that I needed an answer by end of day or a refund. I am still awaiting a reply. Advice to all avoid this bunch

Telephoned 3 times with promise they would cancel order. contacted twice more on website-no response. Credit card debited 1 day after order no confirmation of dispatch. Looks like complaint to Mastercard to recover cash.

They took forever to ship, I thought the store was based in Tempe and instead and a made in china product. I had to wait two mo the for the item, which was supposed to arrive by Christmas. Once I Steve’s the item, it is of the lowest quality. The interior tag is peeling, there are loose threads all over the item. It’s just an incredibly low quality item, especially for paying upwards to 60 dollars, on SALE.

I got my item but…
I did finally get the item that I ordered on November 23 as a Christmas gift, today. The jersey is exactly as I had hoped and my husband loved it. Emailing with this company was positive, they always responded within a day of my questions. I also had a product stall in New York before Christmas thinking it would be here but it is what it is. They made it right and for that I am grateful, so is my husband because he thought I got scammed on his Christmas gift. The best thing I can say is that when dealing with people you place an order with online, expect things to not go perfectly. We live in a world where everyone wants everything now.

This company is an absolute scam. They send you knock off jerseys that look like they were from the reject pile. The seams arent even cut evenly and not sewed down all the way. Customer service is horrible and they will steal your money. Please do not buy from this company spend the extra couple dollars for a real jersey mine is going into the trash.

Nie wieder! Bezahlte Ware kommt nach langer Zeit unvollständig
Leider ein sehr unterirdischer Service. Einzig die Damen am Telefon sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Ich habe dort bestellt, bezahlt und dann passierte garnichts. Wochen und mehrere Mails, Chatversuche und Telefonate später kam endlich die Bestellung. Doch leider fehlte ein Drittel der (bezahlten) Ware. Unmöglich. Auf meine Mail hat wieder niemand reagiert. Bin gespannt ob ich den Rest der Ware jemals sehe. Ich werde dort niemals wieder bestellen!

Ich habe nach 3 Wochen meine Lieferung heute bekommen. Beim Liefern sind sie nicht die schnellstem aber letztendlich ist noch alles gut gegangen. War selbst schon skeptisch, da ich die Bewertungen gelesen habe, aber einfach nur bisschen Warten ist gefragt, Rucksäcke sind ganz gut. Daher 4 Sterne, wenn man das Warten berücksichtigt.

Habe ähnliche Erfahrungen machen müssen. Per Vorkasse bestellt und nie Ware oder Geld zurück erhalten. Die Telefonnummer die als Kundenservice angegeben ist, wird von einer Frau entgegengenommen. Diese verspricht das Herr Aigenstuhler zurückruft, was natürlich nicht passiert. Alle anderen Kontaktarten führen ebenso zu keinen Antworten. Der Herr hat sich in Österreich Insolvent gemeldet, um hier in Deutschland seine Geschäftspraktiken auf gleiche Art weiter zu treiben. Das ist eine ganz miese Art Menschen abzuzocken.

Non-Existent Customer Service
I ordered a red panty/bralette set, following their size guide, and when I received it, the bralette cups wouldn’t even come past my armpits (it ties in a bow at the front). I’ve sent them numerous emails, on Jan 28th, Feb 15th, Feb 21st, and again today. All I receive is their auto-reply saying someone will get in touch soon. I’ve contacted them on FB messenger, they asked for my email address to take a look into it, and then never got back to my via FB nor email. I’ve commented on their Instagram post to try to get their attention that way, and they deleted it. I’ve also DMd them on Instagram and they’re just ignoring it. This company claims to only do business with manufacturers with safe working conditions, however, you can find this exact panty/bralette set on AliExpress for $4. It’s also kind of sketchy that their site has no option for product reviews and their FB reviews are disabled. Update: The phone number my bank found for this company when filing the dispute was (647) 555-5555, a dummy phone number. Update 2: I tried to comment a screenshot of this Trustpilot page on one of their FB posts and I got an error message that says “Photo comments on this page are not allowed” 😂

Weeks after placing my order, I was finally contacted to say 1 of my items were out of stock. I asked for them to just cancel my order since it had been weeks but they refused. I finally had to pick a replacement item. Weeks later I finally received my order and they didn’t fit. I reached out because their website says “14 day fit guarantee or your money back”. They refused to refund me or accept a return. Only offered a store credit. After this experience, I would not order from them again when I pointed out their policy, they refused to respond. After many attempts to reach out to them, they simply ghosted me and will not respond.

Don't buy from Knotty.
I am not sure I will ever buy anything from this company again. First, they do not have an inventory system, so if something you like is out of stock, you're out of luck. They offered a few options and I opted for the "surprise me with an item of equal value" option and the items I received as substitutes were $4 less than what I paid for. Then, their customer service is terrible. You will never get the same person, even with the same chain of emails as you begin with. Further, they claim they are Knotty USA, but the items ship from Canada and take quite a while to get to you.

I recently purchased from them because I saw an ad on Facebook for what looked like really nice underwear. They were having a buy one get 2 sale, seemed way too good to be true. I never once thought to check any reviews other than video reviews. I got thinking after I had purchased from them that it was a tad strange I was finding not very many video reviews on their products besides for the subscription service they have. I had purchased the Boxers for women. I looked them up and found this page here where 79% of the reviews are bad. No where in the confirmation, on the website is an option for you to cancel. They have a cancellation policy and contact customer service underneath your confirmation but no option to cancel. I read the reviews here where people had said the company is indecent in customer service, where they will not refund but instead give you store credits to buy more shitty quality underwear. I got nervous when I couldn’t just cancel and immediately contacted the company to resolve the situation, it was silent on their end for a few days but they had messaged me back this morning telling me it is too late to cancel as it is being processed for shipping. I purchase things online all the time, I have never come across an issue with cancellation while still in the processing stage. It’s still in their hands. I feel it should be easy to cancel. I already called to dispute the charge with my bank. I mentioned they seem fraudulent based on the reviews of their company and their products. With no option to cancel. I noticed as soon as I disputed it with my bank the company gets back to me on my cancellation request to deny it. But I don’t want shitty quality underwear that won’t fit me.

I ordered $40 worth of items from them 11_22. It was suppose to have 6-8 day shipping. They confirmed the order 11-25. It is now 12-28 and I haven't received anything. I reached out to them prior to 12-20 regarding this with no response. Then on 12-20 I opened a dispute with paypal which is still pending a response from the seller.

Over a couple years ago when they first came about I was getting their subscription random service, till they all started falling apart after a few wears. Sadly loved their boxers so kept ordering those. Recently they advertised a sale of buy one get 2 free. I place an order for two pairs and it cost $50 which was a lot but I factored in the fact that I thought I was getting 6 pairs of underwear. They sent two and when questioned said they would send two more if I paid shipping. So they scammed me for shipping and yet still have yet to send them. I truly think this company is awful.

Cannot give a rating for customer service, care or complaints handling can't rate something you can't find..... However, upon inspecting how they engage with TrustPilot, I feel even 1 star is pushing it. In the time since they became trustpilot rated, they haven't flagged a comment..... but what is truly incredible is that of the 70%+ negative reviews they have replied to...NONE! That's in the stats offered by trustpilot. Customer Services = 0/5 I have searched high and low for contact details for chamilia, eventually posted on hm Samuel's twitter page despite this not being a retailer complaint (design flaw or poor manufacture) but I'm lost on how to complain directly like I want. Customer Care = 0/5 I bought myself the bracelet a few years ago, I have 3 of the older style chain charm bracelets and decided to expand to the new way of collecting charms. Slowly i bought relevant charms fast forward to Xmas 2019. Mum asks what do you want, it occurs to me what the one thing my old ones have thats missing..... safety chain!! (Old bracelets have if soldered on as standard) Granted it can't be soldered, but should catch on my wrist long enough to notice my bracelets making a break for the floor! My mum keen to find the best one for the job looks at all available and settles on the strongest chain, that's what u gotta watch for don't want it to snap b4 you notice...... Nevermind mum the chain is still, one year on and maybe 24 hours of wear in total, in one piece. Probably because over those 24 hours it has completely unclipped itself from the bracelet 3 times.....a safety chain that needs saving 🤬 the first time being boxing day 2019. I assumed at that point maybe I'd attached it wrong and moved on. But every time I wear it with in 5 minutes it is hanging off the bracelet one clasp undone waiting for the other to join it! Looking closely at the clippy bit I can see why there is a noticeable gap bigger than the one to undo the bracelet clasp and the tiniest ridge to hold it in place I have now taken it off its most expensive part cost more than the bracelet! Bracelet = 4/5 Charms = 3/5 (tarnishing with time) Chain with clips on = -5/5 it's false advertising to call it a 'safety' chain

Chamilia 3 for 2 Not Honoured
((I logged this against Ernest Jones also)) Prompt delivery and items arrived beautifully packaged. I purchased 3 Chamilia charms for the price of 2, offer stated on website, and at time of order all 3 charms were available. However yesterday, on the day order was despatched from warehouse, I received an email to say one of my charms was out of stock so wouldn't be sent. So I've received 2 charms for the price of 2, not the 3 as the offer stated. I emailed Customer Services who were apologetic but said that since my order had been despatched I'd have to wait for it to arrive and then send all items back for a full refund. I want the 2 charms I do have, they're a present for my Mum's birthday upcoming. I am disappointed that the charm wanted was out of stock especially since the website never said this was out of stock, otherwise I would have selected another option. This encounter has made me reconsider purchasing Chamilia charms, or from Ernest Jones, again.

I have had the same problem as many of Chamilia's other customers. Absolutely terrible to non-existent customer service, no email reply, no valid telephone number to call. My problem was with a bracelet I bought for my daughter a few years ago. I purchased a charm for every significant day, birthday, Christmas, more recently mother's day etc., which resulted in near to £1000 worth of charms. The clasp on the bracelet would no longer close and I was advised it could not be repaired and I would have to purchase a new bracelet. I could not understand why it was irreparable and was not given an explanation for this. A charm bracelet is a life long bracelet in my mind, each charm representing something special. However, I was told nothing they could do, no goodwill gestures, no help, no empathy for being a good and loyal customer, the response was' tough',' it was out of guarantee' (which it was) and they had no interest or responsibility to a customer of several years and for the bracelet to be irreparable was also a shock. This is not a piece of jewellery which was worn every day, my daughter is a nurse so not practical, but to be enjoyed on special occasions, so did not have a huge amount of wear. I am disgusted and disappointed with the ethics of this company and will continue to take them to task and shame them world wide and advise anyone contemplating purchasing from them, not to.

You do not receive a dispatch email with this company, you pay £4.45 for delivery to receive the item a week or more later which I personally feel is expensive for delivery which isn’t even standard ie. 2-3 working days. Charms are nice but they seriously need to sort out some sort of system for dispatch notifications etc and a better courier. Penny-not very wise!!!
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Mask arrived late for intended purpose as it took over 3 weeks to arrive. Once the mask arrived, the quality was extremely poor, I ordered a Pennywise mask but the mask looked like a down syndrome version. Trying to return is pointless, after 5 emails to organise return I've still not had any reply.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Do not order from this company. Absolutely shocking. I never received my order in time, in fact it was 2 weeks later. I emailed Horrifiq twice and it says they will be with you in around 30 minutes, on both occasions I never got a reply back. The masks do NOT look like what they do on the website and the quality is absolutely disgraceful. I never received the full Scream Face costume, just the mask. Also when trying the mask on they smell really bad and has a powder like substance inside them that have actually burnt my hands and face. If I could give a minus I would. Top Kundenservice im Garantiefall
Ich hatte bei Gisy ein Paar Sneaker von Kennel und Schmenger gekauft. Eine Perle hatte sich noch vor dem ersten Tragen gelöst. Da ich die Schuhe trotzdem unbedingt behalten wollte, schickte mir Gisy ein Rücksendeetikett, ließ die Schuhe reparieren (vermutlich von Kennel und Schmenger selbst, man hat hinterher nichts mehr davon gesehen), schickte sie wieder zurück und alles war gut. Ich finde, besser geht Kundenservice nicht.

Letzte Woche Schuhe gekauft und ewig gewartet, jetzt kam die E-Mail "Gerne möchten wir Ihnen bestätigen, dass folgende Artikel heute bei uns als Retoure von Ihnen eingetroffen sind:" Nein, ich würde gerne meinen Artikel haben, wenigstens eine Begründung hätte man liefern können warum der Auftrag storniert wurde, dann wäre ich ja vollkommen zufrieden gewesen. (Wenn es nicht mehr auf Lager ist, okay) Aber man braucht doch nicht über eine Woche um zu sehen, dass der Artikel nicht da ist - wobei ich wohl bemerkt die Bestätigung des Versand bekam.

Ich habe im Online Shop Stiefeletten bestellt. Diese habe ich wieder retourniert weil sie mir nicht gepasst haben. Daraufhin habe ich eine E-Mail erhalten, dass sie ein leeres Paket bekommen hätten und die Forderung mir ggü. bestehen bleibt. Ich habe zunächst versucht telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, jedoch vergeblich ich wurde jedes Mal weggedrückt. Dann versuchte ich es per E-Mail. Ich teilte mit, dass ich die Schuhe zurückgesendet und den Karton gut verschlossen hatte. Zudem verwies ich auf das Risiko bei einer Retoure, dass hier beim Verkäufer liegt. Jedoch wurde gar nicht darauf eingegangen, mir wurde Unterschlagung unterstellt und ich erhielt als Antwort lediglich, dass die Forderung bestehen bleibt. Ich muss noch dazu sagen, dass ich bisher noch nie eine Bewertung verfasst habe, aber vor diesem Online-Shop muss ich einfach warnen.

Wenn man die bestellten Artikel erhält ist es gut.Im Sale wird mit nicht existenten Angeboten gelockt, die sich Gisy hübsch per Paypal bezahlen lässt. Zwischenzeitlich gibt es offenbar nicht einmal mehr eine Mitteilung sondern es wird kommentarlos storniert und man erfährt davon, wenn die Ware nicht ankommt und einen Storno im Kundenkonto findet. Diese Erfahrung von zwei Bestellungen zweimal gemacht. Als Ladengeschäft top- online ein echter Flop!!!

Don’t go near them
Don’t touch them with a barge pole. Order placed on the 4th December and still not received. Contacted Royal Mail with the tracking number and even they were concerned that the tracking number was purchased on the 20th December and never used. Went straight to my bank for a refund as the company ignored multiple attempts to contact them

multiple red flags and blatant lies
after deleting my old revieuw im now going to write a detailed revieuw about what i think of this company. after waiting for 20 days to get the bracelets for both me and my girlfriend who have now been together for over a month, i was expecting the bracelets to arrive earlier to get it before either the 1 month date or before her birthday. sadly this didnt work out, so after a week had passed, i emailed them to ask for more information about the package, after the final 13 days (now more) i have still yet to wait for a reply from them, red flag number 1. the tracking is very bad, when clicking on the hyperlink in the email i get send to "laposte" a french postal office, wich wasnt even involved in the entire process of my package getting here. red flag number 2. the package was send by yanwen, wich is commonly used by alieexpress and often makes false trackers on packages or doesnt send anything at all. red flag number 3. many facebook, instagram and other revieuw sites have bad revieuws on them about people not getting their packages or having broken items. red flag number 4. after continuously trying to get in contact with DistanceBraceletsLLC i have still not recieved a single reply, except for a reply on my previous post on here, and on the dispute i made with paypall to get my money back. on wich they claim it was send with chinapost but as i have clearly seen, it was send by yanwen. red flag number 5 and 6. i am still waiting for cooperation of both this absolutely horrible company and paypall to hopefully get my money back and find something much nicer for my girlfriend and im hoping that other people will get their money back aswell. if this still hasnt been fixed for the 11th, ill make another dispute, repeating, till i get my money back. unless you can give me the information of all the drivers and postal services used for my package, since you keep claiming that my package has arrived, but i have nothing at all, not even my neighbors, not even the dutch postal office has your tracking number. good luck and ill expect a reply soon enough since you like responding to bad revieuws so much. good day Edit 1: Just saw on 17track that my package is being shipped back to their warehouse after they claimed my package has been "delivered" Still waiting on a response from paypal to get my money back Edit 2: Got my money back from paypall since distancebracelets didnt respond back, i advice everyone who get scammed by them to do the same to get your money back. Too good to be true
I ordered an 85kg offset smoker from the website in a sale, after two days it said it was ready to be shipped, that's was two weeks ago. The site said to allow up to 10 days for a big delivery, but again it's been two weeks. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times in multiple ways with no response at all and now the website seems to have vanished off the internet. TERRIBLE ...If I could give zero stars I would... I cancelled my membership after the first box due to POOR product quality and TERRIBLE customer service. I wore the leggings for a 30 minute walk with my dog - there was a hole in the seam within 10 minutes. I have leggings from numerous other brands that I've had for years that don't even look worn yet even though I wear and wash them once a week. I contacted customer service to return them before I was charged - they didn't respond so I ended up cancelling in order to avoid being charged for their terrible product. This all happened in Feb 2020. Like I said, I cancelled in Feb 2020. In September 2020 I was charged TWICE for a subscription. Contacted customer service and no response. I was charged again in Jan 2021 for a subscription. I contacted customer service and again, no response. Just went looking for their phone number and their website has been taken down! I'm at a loss. This is borderline fraud. They've now taken $170 off of me without providing a product AND without my permission - that's stealing

DO NOT SIGN UP! I did receive the product and it was soaked in formaldehyde, so I cancelled and they kept charging my card!! I emailed them multiple times but no response. They stopped charging me for a few months then randomly started charging me again on an inconsistent basis and did not even bother to send the product, just charging every few months, I imagine to stay under the radar. I cannot get a hold of anyone and had to dispute the charges with my credit card company that helped me out. Your info is not secure, this is a Scam.

I cancelled my account and they are still charging my account yet not sending me anything. Customer service is terrible! No phone number to reach someone. I would have given negative ratings if that was possible. I had my membership cancelled last year and had no issue with the product so far. But two months back I was charged with a membership fee which I had cancelled. There was no reply from the so called 24/7 customer service and on top of that the account section on their website is broken so I cannot delete my card details. Luckily I had my CC company cancel the transaction. This month again I am being charged for god knows which membership and they don’t even reply. The phone number is out of service. Please can anyone help me to remove my card details from this awful website.

Worst company ever! I actually don’t even think they are a real company! They only have 5 styles, never add new apparel and you cannot get a response from customer service. I cancelled my “membership” and they still charged me. They told my CC company that I signed a yearly contract (according to their terms and conditions). That wasn’t anywhere in the fine print. Like many others leaving comments I have had the same experience since starting my subscription. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks and have had no response as well as they charged my account and I have not received my subscription. The customer service is extremely poor and they say there is 24/7 support via email and text. Never use them! The close are very cute but looks like they need to make MANY hires for customer service and learn a thing or two about it.

Defunct Subscription Box Still Charging
Similar to other customers, I was charged on 6/2/2020 for my quarterly box. Boxes ship on the 15th and so it should have been received by 6/26/2020, at the latest. I have since emailed 3 times with no response. I tracked down a phone number that is out of service and I now find their website is malfunctioning. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

I was charged $64.95 on June 2nd. I’m confused because it’s more then I expected. I was charged but the box hasn’t been shipped and I haven’t received any update. I’ve tried contacting them via email, text, social media and they are not responding. I ended up having to dispute the charge. I had a feeling they were connected to fabcrate and finch but when I asked they said they were not.

Optimum Time - Sailing watch with a short live span
Sorry to say my 2012 sailing watch has packed up after only 3 years of Sunday morning racing. It took it to Vasilliki on holiday and the salt water must have done for it. It seems to have leaked through behind the face somewhere as I could see condensation inside the glass. I sent it back and they confirmed that it was cattled. They offered a replacement at £25. The original was twice that and considering it was only used for about 3 years on a fresh water lake once a week, I think it is bad value, so I will look elsewhere for a replacement. Some other guys at my club have cheap casio type watches that seem to last for ever.
