Ordered gown in July
Ordered gown in July. Gave date of Sept 5 I needed it by. After the date I needed it by I emailed them and they said they are out of the fabric to make the dress and it’s back ordered but they will use another fabric. Emailed them again weeks later and they ask what I want them to do…apparently no other fabric was used and no gown was started. I asked for a refund. It remains to be seen if I get my almost $300 back.

Don't waist your time or money! I unfortunately went by the reviews on the website. I received a dress that was to be custom. It was to big and you could see straight through it along with the wrong color. I tried to do a return. After a few days it was refused. I then sent an email saying I would like to at least get store credit. And pick a different dress. I still have yet to get a response. Only email I have gotten since is one saying that I had something left in my cart and wondering if I would like to purchase it. I replied with my questions. No response.

NEVER ORDER FROM KEMEDRESS! It’s a scam
I would never from them ever again. I order my dress May 1st, and I asked them was the dress go be in before the 17th and they told me I would. Well that same week I was sending them emails after emails and I wasn’t getting no respond from them. I kept getting the run around I even called S.F. Express they even told me Kemedress never contacted them about my dress when I was told they did. I end up getting the dress after the 17th and I sent them a email about a refund because I didn’t need the dress my event already passed, and they told me I had to take pictures with the tags in order to get a refund and also the dress didn’t fit me and I sent them my measurements and it was too fit at the bottom and very loose at the top! Save your money and headaches DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! It’s a scam!!! Don’t believe the reviews on they website either!!

Promises, Promises!
Bought a wig from Uwigs, asked to return it due to wrong color. Was told they could refund 30% of the purchase price and I could keep the wig. Explained I wanted the wig in light brown and would be happy to return the original wig as the color was unbearable. Well, for six months I've been told they shipped a replacement and, for six months I've been telling them I never received it. Now they don't even bother answering my emails. Very unreputable. I would caution you not to purchase anything from this company. To further prove this company is a phony corporation, their own website shows; Contact email address deleted by Trustpilot (520) 385 6160 51-18 Grand Avenue 11378 Maspeth United States The company is in China, the Maspeth, New York address is a wig shop by the name of Queen Hair, (read Yelp complaints, exact same complaints as posted on this site), and the phone number is in Arizona. Don't bother with this site.
This one is my bad for not checking Trustpilot before purchasing. I tried buying an e-gift card from this site and saw the option to pay with PayPal. Whenever I see a company that accepts PayPal, I use it because it's more secure. After purchasing, I got an email saying the payment was declined, but the amount was still deducted from my PayPal balance placed on pending status. I contacted their live chat, they explained to me that the order was cancelled due do security issues on my end. I contacted PayPal support, they explained to me what the pending status means. They said they are positive the merchant is able to release the funds; if they don't decide to release the funds, I have to wait a month for the transaction to expire. So, I contacted Blackhawk's support email, they explained to me once again that the order didn't go through, they recommend I contact PayPal support(extremely unhelped). PayPal again explained to me that all the merchant has to do is log into their PayPal, go the activity tab, search my email, click the transaction, and cancel the transaction. I contacted BlackHawk again, and they said they are forwarding me to their PayPal support group to help me. I was relieved at this point, but I did not receive an email again until two weeks later. Not from their PayPal support, it seems like they just copied and pasted the same thing they sent me way back from the live chat on the site, just saying the purchase was not completed because of security issues. This whole thing is a headache, and their customer support is no help. The solution is so simple. Their PayPal account manager logs into their PayPal, clicks the activity tab, searches my email, clicks the PENDING transaction, and cancels it, I shouldn't have to wait a month for it to expire. I did not receive any product, they should have no problem doing this. UPDATE: (Giftcards.ca replied to this, and it seems like they didn't even read my review. It takes a month for a pending transaction on PayPal to expire, but I shouldn't have to wait a month. Giftcards.ca just has to cancel the transaction from their PayPal, which is easy to do. And I did not reach out regarding a "plastic card." I don't know why they would lie about that. They sent me an email two weeks later after they said they would help me and I simply replied to it not regarding a "plastic card".) Giftcards.ca has complete control to release my funds but they refuse and I'm forced to wait a month.

This company deserves 0 stars. Card claims toys r us can be purchased with it. Drove my 6 year old from out of town into the city to use it. Couldn’t because “toys r us was all out of stock.” How is something electronic out of stock? Called the 1-855 # but you can only Check your balance or see transactions. No one to help. Asked toys r us since we drove in for this and they couldn’t honor it. Sent email to giftcards.ca. 48 hours later still no reply for help Went to check back the next day online and website wouldn’t work. Next day went back to see and now toys r us isn’t even offered. Be careful
I ordered a swimsuit from cupbeach.com and received my order quickly. Unfortunately the swimsuit did not fit. In order to exchange or return any order, the website policy is to email them with a reason for the exchange, and the customer only has 15 days to exchange or return. I emailed and did not receive a response for a few days. I finally received an email offering me a refund of 6.00 if I keep the swimsuit. I emailed back that the suit has not been worn, and has all the tags. Why would I keep it if it does not fit? I did not receive a response. This company does not seem to want to give out an address, and it does not look legit. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Buyer beware.. The return policy is difficult with Cupbeach. There is no itemized receipt that comes with the order and no return information. You have to write to customer service for a return authorization and return items within 15 days of receipt. There is nothing wrong with that policy except I have written twice within 5 days and have not had a response. When there is no brick and mortar shop, you have to rely on a quick response from Customer Support if you’re not satisfied with your purchase or if items don’t fit the way you’d like. It shouldn’t be a frustration to return a purchase. Cupbeach.com has an extremely difficult and frustrating return policy. I will never purchase from Cupbeach.com again.

Don't deal crypto on their website...I'm in the crypto world since early 2017 and never had much issues during those years with my wallets and with my transactions....But the first time I tried coinrivet, problems started to happen.....3 failed crypto deposits, when you can clearly see all 3 were successful on the blockchain and that my wallet should already been credited a long time ago...It's been more than 38 hours since I made those transactions...Their customer service is a joke*** as they don't know much about anything and always keep telling you to wait 24h...The day later they still tell you to wait another 24h; it's going in circles! My funds are clearly there, but not credited to my coinrivet account. Something like that never happened to me before, so I associate that with their joke website. Their crypto deposits are extra slow to show on the wallet compared to other wallets too. Try instead other trusty and reliable wallets that really know their crypto world, like coinbase, crypto.com and kraken.com...

Nur Betrüger, die aus den NL aus handeln. Ware sieht billig aus, mangelhafte Verpackung. Genauso schlimm wie TEMU. Selbst 1 Stern ist zu viel, geht leider nicht anders.

Auch von mir kommen 0 Sternen und ein großes ACHTUNG! Niemals hier bestellen! Auch meine Bestellung hat viel länger gedauert als ursprünglich angekündigt und mich dann qualitativ extrem enttäuscht. Auf die Frage nach einer Rücksendeadresse bekam ich zunächst das Angebot, für einen 20%igen Erlass die Waren behalten zu können. Aber was soll ich mit minderwertiger Ware, die mir zumal auch nicht passte? Also habe ich das abgelehnt und wieder nach der Rücksendeadresse gefragt. Nach mehrmaligem Fragen kam dann endlich eine Adresse, wohin ich die Ware auch mit Nachweis geschickt habe. Sie ist auch angekommen, eine Rückzahlung habe ich aber bis heute (seit Juli) nicht erhalten. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr mit einer Rückzahlung gerechnet, aber mittlerweile ging es mir ums Prinzip. Daher bin ich dran geblieben, und habe im 1-2 Wochenabstand immer wieder eine Erinnerungsmail gesendet und an meine noch fehlende Rückzahlung erinnert. Immer ohne Antwort. Heute geschah dann die Krönung. Offenbar hat man meine E-Mail-Adresse gesperrt, denn die Mail kam zweimal umgehend mit der Meldung zurück, dass sie nicht versendet werden konnte. Unfassbar! Schade, dass sich Menschen immer wieder durch solche Betrügereien bereichern.

Schlechte Ware bei noch schlechterem Service
Ich habe mir im Oktober eine Jacke bestellt, die bis Ende November nicht geliefert wurde. Vom Support kam keine Antwort auf meine Nachfrage wo die Ware bleibt. Über Paypal habe ich mein Geld zurückbekommen. Plötzlich wurde die Jacke doch geliefert. Aus 7-9 Tagen Lieferzeit wurden ganze 35 Tage. Als ich die Verpackung öffnete kam die nächste Überraschung. Die Jacke sieht komplett anders aus als auf den Fotos. Ich hatte extra Größe L bestellt, obwohl ich normalerweise M trage und trotzdem ist die Jacke viel zu klein. Wie ich nun weiter mit der Bestellung verfahre weiß ich noch nicht, vom Support kam mal wieder keine Rückmeldung.

Overpriced and Bad Quality
I was a long time customer with the main rpgshow.com site which have great quality. The outlet claims to have great quality. This is the WORST hair. I was beyond disappointed. They tried to convince me it's because the hair takes extra maintenance. It doesn't say that anywhere on their site. They sent me special shampoo/conditioner. It's still a mess. Tangles daily, constant brushing. A complete waste of money. Eventually they offered me 30% discount towards ANOTHER purchase. Why on earth would I purchase again? The quality was beyond bad. And I would rather have had a refund, even partial. I am so disappointed in this company.

The owner is LYING - these are not exclusive designs
The owner is selling merchandise as her own exclusive designs however that is NOT TRUE. I purchased a lehenga from the store in Brampton and was told that this piece is designed by the owner of the store and would not be available anywhere else. Since I thought I was getting an exclusive piece I paid over $1000.00 for the lehenga. A few days later I went to other indian clothing stores and the EXACT SAME lehenga was being sold for less than $450. This was in two stores in Brampton. This store is physically ripping off the original designer tags from India and pretending to sell it as her own. I contacted the store and the owner and sent them proof of the current stores that had the lehenga and they apologized and reported they would try to rectify the situation since they lied to my face and cheated me (a new client). I never heard back and have tried to reach out however nobody responds. I would NOT recommend this store at all since this store lies about it's pieces and its stealing off of a designer from India. They are selling pieces of clothing at such a ridiculous mark up and pretending like they are an exclusive line. You can definitely find the exact same clothing pieces at other Indian clothing stores.

I only put one star because I couldn’t select zero. I was approached by this company to get some ‘free’ jewellery in exchange for promotion on my instagram page. I was skeptical but their large following made me stupidly believe it so I went ahead. I was asked to pay delivery as this was coming overseas, this costed around £35. Long story short, I paid, it’s been over a year and any time I complain to them they fob me off saying that there’s problems with their delivery partner but it’s been dispatched so they cannot refund me. This was meant to arrive within 4 weeks and it’s been over a year. AVOID THIS FAKE SCAM OF A COMPANY!

Scammers!!! Be aware. They contacted ME not the other way around and asked if I would like to join their ambassador program. I knew it was probably going to end up bring a scam but they convinced me. October 2020 I ordered, still to this day nothing. They promised to fix the problem, blame it on shipping lol….. When I asked yesterday what was going in their response was “don’t message us”. Now I’m done and I’ll do everything I can to warn others.

Madnecia jewellery is made in China and cheap!!!
I´m really disappointed with Madnecia, they contacted me on Instagram and they offered me to be an ambassador of their brand, they said I have to choose three jewels for "free" the only condition was that I had to pay the delivery fees ( 33 euros), I did what they said, the delivery took almost 3 weeks, I received just 2 jewels that were poorly made. I reclaimed the piece that was missing from them but they didn´t answer back. I think this ambassador thing is a scam so I warn you all not to fall into their marketing tactics as I did. They claim that their jewels are made in Europe but that´s a lie, so don´t buy from this cheap company.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I’ve been waiting for months for my product and until now it hasn’t arrive yet! The customer service is so poor that every month they gave me the same excuses “there’s a problem with the shipping but it’s all good now.” I’m planning to take it to legal action. I know it’s a few hundred dollars but with what’s happening with the world, money is tight. This company should be glad that we still buy from them.

Walmart had me email this company only to have them give me a list of reasons why it’s a bad idea to return and what a hassle it will be for me so keep the item and they will offer me $5 for my troubles but NO refund. Instead of offering customer service they are hassling me. Shame on Walmart for using this company. After emailing with them several times they want me to pay for shipping and send it. Until the receive it will they will refund me. I don’t trust them! I don’t think they will refund me. I will go to Walmart and see if I can get my money back through them.

I ordered a jumpsuit and a bikini from Novashe. They took a long time to arrive, although they were very quick to take my payment! When the goods eventually arrived I didn't even bother to try them on. They weren’t of good quality and the sizing looked completely wrong. I had to email the company for advice re returns. I then had to wait for a” reason for return “ docket. I ticked the box to inform them I was not happy with the quality or sizing and wanted a refund. They were reticent to give me an address as I had been told by email not to send it back to the address on the package, which was a London, U.K. one. I would have to ship it back to China at my expense, which was almost the cost of the items! They then said that sometimes the goods never arrived back, therefore, they couldn’t offer a refund. Also the shipping took so long to arrive back to China that the returns date would have expired.They offered me a £5 credit and I could keep the items , or give them to charity! After many emails which got an occasional ” copy and pasted “ reply and written in very bad English, I decided to contact my credit card company. They credited the amount back onto my card, and said they would contact Novashe and try to get some explanation as to why they don’t honour their returns policies. The items went to a charity shop. Do NOT buh anything from this shoddy company, they’re working a scam. Also, always use a credit card to purchase goods or services online as they offer better protection than a debit card.

Why does Walmart deal with this company? I ordered from them and immediately cancelled my order only to find out that they apparently had already shipped my package! I insisted they give me a refund and nobody answered my email. I immediately went to my bank and had them open a case against them and put a stop payment on my account. They also told me they wouldn't be charging me until my package had shipped. My question how did it only take a matter of minutes for my order to be processed packaged and mailed in all of 10 minutes! Shame on Walmart for allowing this!

Can't Express enough how I regret ordering my bridesmaid dress from this so called dress fashion website. I have yet to receive my $81 refund since August of last year for the most horrendous dress which they claimed was elegant. The picture was a complete fabrication from what I received. I had to go to a specialty shop to get another dress. Please don't buy ANYTHING from this website!! Complete fraud!!!

It's awful. Total scam. I am reporting them as a scam online marketplace. The dresses do not match up to the photographs. The quality is DREADFUL. Dresses looked nothing like pictures online and the quality was absolutely dreadful: bad fabric, bad stitching, etc. Worst company I have ever dealt with - I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The company is fraudulent and makes it impossible to get your money back for exchanges. Horrible product. Do not purchase from this company. They are the most dishonest company I ever had to deal with, they advertise false products, they avoid refunding, and quality of the products is absolutely disgusting!

This website does not offer any Customer Service Ordered a shirt by the size chart on there website and it is far to small Have been emailing them constantly trying to get a return address and they have not replied to any emails. On there website the do not have any return address so l guess I'm stuck with a shirt of very poor quality and that doesn't fit me. I won't be ordering anything from NOVASHE again.

10 procent visninger i forhold til før, fra en dag til den anden efter opdatering. Ingen salg , har givet det en chance og prøvet alt for at sælge som jeg plejer siden 2007, har såmend for første gang betalt for at få top side osv med en normalt hurtig vare salg, typisk en dag eller to uden at betale, har ikke solgt efter 25 dage. Største fiasko siden qxl der også gik fra stort firma til fallit. Har nu solgt for første gang, 3 ting på Facebook på samme tid med samme vare billeder tekst osv, tog ca 2 dage fra sat ind til salg , dba plejer at være sådan, men stadig ingen salg efter 25 dage betalt. Jeg ser starten på enden med dba, sørgeligt der var et godt langt run de havde, har købt der siden avisen.

Ikke bedre
Desværre er det på ingen måde blevet bedre tværtimod. Jeg for vist biler og campingvogne i massevis noget der overhovedet ikke har min interesse på nogen måde. Jeg har fjernet alle annoncer da der alligevel ikke var nogen som helst aktivitet på annoncerne så det var total spild af tid efter den så kaldte opdatering der jo skulle gøre det hele bedre hvilket det på ingen måde er blevet det er kun blevet værre. Alt der var godt og nemt er fjernet og ind er kommet en masse rod som slet ikke giver mening. Og en kundeservice som overhovedet ikke svare folk på hvad de spørg om. Eksp : en skriver at konto er lukket og det er farvel og tak og kundeservice skriver håber du bliver og giver os en chance. Hvad er det de ikke forstår når bruger skriver at konto er lukket og det er farvel og tak. Det er håbløst at ha med at gøre. Jeg orker det ikke!
Jeg har lige oprettet en konto hos DBA som jeg for år tilbage har brugt med stor tilfredshed. Nu har jeg brugt en aften på at komme i gang med den nye version. Det orker jeg simpelthen ikke, at sætte mig ind i. Da jeg så alle de dårlige anmeldelser forstod jeg, at det ikke kun er mig. Jeg finder en anden måde til at komme af med mine ting.

Efter mange år som glad og intensiv bruger, er platformen nu, efter sidste opdatering, nærmest ubrugelig. Det virker som om "Marketplace" bare vil vise en masse vilkårlige varer, mens det er blevet umuligt at lave præcise søgninger. Jeg kan bare konstatere at DBA er blevet virkeligt uinteressant :-(

DBA ' s tørst efter profit ødelægger sin eget hjernebarn.
DBA's hjemmeside har tjent sine brugere i mange år nu. Sammen med annoncerne for køb og salg af brugere, var der mange annoncer fra organisationer på siden, brugerne kunne også købe forsendelse af varer, hvilket naturligvis også bragte en form for bonus til DBA. Det er tydeligt, at webstedsejere er "trætte" og ikke længere interesserede i at tilbyde deres platform gratis og har besluttet at tjene penge på den. Men hvorfor besluttede DBA at ændre det så absurd og dårligt? Hvorfor blev forslagene til ændringer ikke sat til diskussion med brugerne? Det ville have været muligt at foreslå et spørgeskema med spørgsmål og efter analyse skabe den mest acceptable mulighed for alle parter. For eksempel er et af forslagene at opkræve et mindre gebyr på 5 kroner for hver annonce, der er placeret i en måned, 10 for to måneder , opkræve 3-5 Dkk, hvis forsendelsen købes direkte på DBA's hjemmeside, osv. I stedet for en acceptabel ændring med foreløbige forslag gik DBA skarpt ud over brugerne. Negative meninger på Trustpilot formerer sig dagligt, men DBA sender kun formelle svar og ingen effektive løsninger. Det ser ud til, at begge sider ikke leder efter en løsning, men venter på, hvem der vinder. Hvorfor ændrede webstedsejerne annoncevisningerne så meget? En af mine annoncer har kun haft to visninger på 55 dage? Seriøst? Gør DBA dette med vilje for at forhindre synspunkter? DBA finde en acceptabel løsning for hjemmeside og brugerne af siden, vis ikke kun grådighed for at tjene penge. DBAs tørst efter profit ødelægger sin eget hjernebarn.

I ordered some shoes that promise to be ‘artisan’ made and lined with merino wool. The shoes that arrived were extremely poorly packaged in its shoe box only, with ordinary tape barely keeping it all together. The shoes were nice looking otherwise but extremely narrow. The photos on the website didn’t convey this. The really upsetting fact is, the lining is NOT wool. It’s just polyester fleece. I’m not an idiot, I can tell polyester from the real thing and this is shiny and velvety and cold like common synthetic fleece. The shoes look like any other high street shoes with glue showing at the seams inside and exposed unlined parts that have a synthetic feeling surface. They smells of chemicals, too though maybe that’s normal, I don’t know. I had to pay for the return myself. I tried to return the shoes but the address turned out to be ‘wrong’ somehow and so were never delivered and instead returned to me (the label said the address could not be found). Addition: The company eventually organised for USP to pick the return up but emailed me quite late the day before that I needed to print and fill in complicated customs forms and take photos of the item and repack it all. I got in a hurry to do that at midnight! After leaving it a few weeks, I chased the refund and finally got it.

Complete disaster. No delivery after more than 3 weeks and extremely complicated and delayed communication. Only Paypal customer protection saved me and I got my money back after several requests.

J’ai reçu un colis vide alors que j’avais commandé 2 paires de sneakers (commande à 200€ environ) et l’entreprise refuse de me rembourser sous prétexte que ce n’est pas leurs problème alors qu’ils sont responsables en tout point du bon acheminement de la commande. Adidas Gazelle pink / gelb in 38 für meine Freundin bestellt. Leider fand sie diesen nicht so schön wie ich 😆. Samstags bestellt, Schuhe waren am Dienstag Morgen bei mir. Retoure angefordert, same day leider auch wieder zurück. Donnerstag zurück bei 43 1/2 und Geld, ohne wenn und aber, auch entsprechend zurück gebucht. Meine Erste Erfahrung dennoch top. So gerne immer wieder! 👍🏻

Had to return a pair of New Balance (now sold out) because the product was not in perfect condition so they offered a discount first which I declined They ended up refunded me by returning the sneakers and also paid the shipping cost You can trust them, they’re reliable and the shipping was fast too

Lost parcel poor customer service
Very disappointing experience. It took the shop 40 days to finally tell me the parcel was lost and I'm yet to receive a refund. I had to chase the customer service four times to obtain updates. Not even a sorry for this situation, nothing. Maybe it's normal for them... Bad customer service. I would avoid ordering from them.

Outstanding Customer Service
I was looking for a specific dress in a particular print for my wife that she had seen in Spain and the staff at Sunday Best could not have been more helpful. The staff spoke to me and helped me identify the brand and item and went beyond expectations in colllecting the dress from the shelves. The staff held the dress to one side for me and packaged it up for posting while I was on the 'phone paying for the item. Well done all at Sunday Best!

Have recently moved to Ireland and struggled to find a stockist for Suzy D joggers but came across Sunday Best. Fantastic, they had a pair in my size. Awesome even in Italy!
I was desperately searching for a specific pair of earrings from Vivienne Westwood that went sold out everywhere, and after scrolling to the second page of google results I found Sunday Best. I decided to try and order from there, hoping that the package would safely get to Italy, and to my surprise they shipped it the same day I placed my order and it took only 8 days for it to arrive in Italy! I had to pay 11€ of customs but totally worth it, given that the earrings' price itself was among the lowest I could find on other UK websites. Totally recommended, I've also found a cute written message from the staff.

The pants are good quality, but too big.
The pants are good quality. However, I went by the site sizing guide and they are far too big. I probably need 2 sizes down, but I won't be wasting another £22 to find out. It's a shame as I tglhought these were what I had been looking for. I changed this review from 2 to 4 stars after contacting customer service. Customer care is second to none. Nikki put a new pair of the correct size in the post straight away and I received them the next day. Sorry I can't give 5 stars as the price is prohibitive for many people.
