Joke of a company. Don’t give your time or patronage to this garbage company. The clothing is just cut and paste pre-made graphics stuck on .03$ alibaba pre-made garments. Their quality and customer service makes SHEIN look like Chanel And their customer serious is unreal… laughable, really. Edit/response: no, it was definitely your company. I’ll just post the interactions between myself and “customer support” so people can read them for themselves. The reviews you have on Trustpilot says A LOT. If I were to reach out to this company they wouldn’t even know how to respond. You know the old guy playing WOW on south park with the fibromyalgia, wrist cuff? That’s who it feels is behind this company (at least customer service). In conclusion, I would save yourself the time, money, and aggravation, and just avoid this company at all cost. They can’t even be bothered to leave an actual response to these bad reviews. Even THAT is copy-pasted. Says a lot! Tens of thousands of supporters 😂😂😂!? SCAMMERS! BEWARE!
Do not buy from these people, straight scam. I placed an order nearly 5 months ago and still haven't received any merchandise or shipping updates. $200 down the drain. I emailed their support and got the same auto response they send to everyone. They delete negative comments and I'm pretty sure most of their positive reviews are fake. I've been stalking their social media comments every day to DM and warn any new potential buyers, saving a few would-be victims. If I can't get my money back I can at least prevent other people from getting scammed by these scumbags. There definitely needs to be some legal action taken. I will now be much more careful where I shop online.

Terrible dry cleaners
Terrible dry cleaners. AVOID. I gave them John Lewis tailor made curtains and they returned them shrunk (by 30cms) with stains. When I complained I was sent email after email setting out the disclaimer I had signed. DO NOT USE. They even had the audacity (when I asked for a refund and not damages for having to replace them) that I needed to remember the petrol that was used.

If you value a garment or curtains requiring dry cleaning DO NOT use 123 Cleaners. They returned all our curtains with huge stains across each set making them totally unusable. Despite over 4 years of correspondence and solicitors they refused to accept responsibility. It has cost us £5K to replace the curtains. You have been warned.

A whole set of bed linen went missing I complained time and time again. I left messages for the management in-store. I left a letter too. Finally, after so much pushing I got a call from management. He promised to call again (over a month ago). I haven't heard a thing.

Avoid this place
Avoid this place! They lost my duvet cover and a single pillow case. I only have two sets of bedsheets which I rotate on a weekly basis. I dropped off a bed set from the White company consisting of 2x pillow cases, an under sheet and a duvet cover. When I dropped off my second set I collected this set only to discover the duvet cover was missing. I returned to drop off some things and when I mentioned it the lady in reception took no accountability and said “we never put things in different bags”, she didn’t even bother looking to see if it had been misplaced. The same happened again, with the pillow case. When I rang to address these missing items she blamed me and then said they have CCTV to prove I only left what they returned me. This added insult to injury. To make matters worse, they ruined my Club Monaco cashmere jumper. It came back with bobbling and the texture was weird. The items I opened smelled off and it didn’t look like a professional job. Finding several strands of hair in your sheets that was left for service is disconcerting. I have used many dry cleaners but non of them have lost my belongings then tried to gaslight their mistake. Unprofessional and totally dishonest.

123 Dry Cleaners Poor Service
Took my coat to this dry cleaner never used before. My jacket is ruined somehow it has shrunk and the thread came out of my fur collar and buttons and loop were missing. I didn’t check my jacket before I left the shop as I was not expecting my jacket to be damaged. I took the jacket back the next day and the assistant took my details and said she would get the manager to call me the next day. I did not receive a call so I called later that evening. I spoke to someone who said he was the manager very rude ignorant person. Explained that my jacket had shrunk and the stitching on my fur collar had come apart. He said there is a process you have to go through and he would call me back. It was now over a week and he did not call me back. I called the shop on Thursday 27 January and again was told he would call me tomorrow. I waited until Friday 28 January and went to the shop. I asked the assistant if I could speak to the manager and she went to get him. He came out with my jacket and put it on the counter and said I thought you would have come in by now. I said I’ve been waiting for you to call me and I have called twice to speak to you but had no response. He proceeded to say that he had called me twice which was not true he is an absolute liar. I was very irate by this time as he had the audacity to call me a liar. I told him about himself because I don’t tolerate dishonest people and there were other customers in the shop when he was calling me a liar. Totally unprofessional. He obviously treats women like this I guess because of where he originates from. This person I won’t call him a man had no customer service skills is rude abusive and an absolute liar. My fur collar has two buttons missing a broken loop so cannot attach to my jacket and I have to now pay for this to be fixed. Absolutely disgusting man he should not work with the public has no morals or respect whatsoever. Would never set foot in that place again. I wonder how many other people have had a bad experience with this shop. Total disaster and I will be out of pocket. Terrible person who needs customer service training. I have never been treated like this ever and hence the reason I am writing this review. Unfortunately you are not able to leave no star and I gave one because it doesn’t allow you too. Should be zero.

Absolute rubbish. The customer service here is appalling. The manager has a terrible attitude problem and is definitely not trained or qualified to manage anything. Over priced for very poor or basic service. Your clothes will not come black clean, they may also be returned damaged and don’t expect the ‘manager’ to do anything about it as he is way too dense and lacks basic communication skills - avoid, avoid, avoid

Very unhappy. Wrong order placed in error. Immediately replied to confirmation email asking for a cancellation and got no response. Tried to call, left on hold indefinitely. 2 days later received an email my order was in printing... again tried to call and email to cancel. Again, no response. I will be placing a claim with my credit card company.

Nothing but fake tracking and excuses of lost in transit and that they make their stuff special order from where the hell they make it and they don't even know where they make their stuff. Under no circumstances should you ever buy anything from this store. Any 5-star reviews are written and/or paid for by the company. The clothing is very poor quality – low-grade material, poor stitching, poor fit. The company took forever to ship the items and forgot entirely to send some of the items. Once they arrived I knew immediately I would never wear any of it and donated it all to Goodwill. It's that bad. The worst part, however, is that they have a scam called "Apex Rise Collective" that is automatically added to your cart when you attempt to buy anything. That item is labeled as "free." There is no information on the cart page about it costing anything. However, if you don't remove that item from your cart, they will start charging you $19.56 per month to be part of their "exclusive club" that gives you access to things that are completely worthless and useless. It is 100% a scam that is designed to fool customers that aren't paying attention into signing on for a monthly fee. I didn't notice it until I was reviewing recent credit charges and was puzzled by this random fee I'd been charged the last two months. Oh, and the "store going out of business" claim on their website is also fake and just there to create the illusion that you're getting a deal. So, just to review, if you order from this store: 1. They will likely take a very long time to ship your order, if they ever do ship it, and there are decent odds that they'll "forget" to include your entire order. 2. The gear is low-quality and not worth the price. 3. They will attempt to sneak a monthly fee for a worthless service. I like to pride myself that I'm usually pretty good at spotting scams, but I'll give this to them, they got me.

Worst purchasing experience
This was easily one of the worst purchases of my life. The shorts are fine, but dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I ordered 4 pairs of shorts in March. By April, only 2 pairs had arrived. After several emails to the company, they finally sent me the two remaining shorts in the incorrect size. After another month or so of arguing with them, they admitted they made a mistake and told me they would resend me the two shorts I was owed. It is now the middle of July and I still have not received the 2 remaining pairs of shorts. Now, finally, they send me a vague tracking link indicating the order has arrived but the tracking doesn't show an actual address just the town and my order never arrived. I've accepted that I got ripped off, but save your money and avoid this company.

Some type of automatic shipping charge?? Yet I haven’t received the first order. I do not think the company is legitimate. Requested refund they said they would do it. Die Qualität ist mehr als nur mangelhaft. Eine Frechheit, soviel Geld dafür zu verlangen. Der Kundenservice ist noch schlechter. Rückgabe kaum möglich, sei denn man bezahlt ein Vermögen. Auf Fragen wir nur ein oder zweimal geantwortet danach hört man trotzt mehrfacher Nachfrage, nie wieder etwas . Lasst bloß die Finger weg. Ich bin jetzt noch STINKSAUER auf so eine Sauerei.

1 Stern ist noch zuviel! Nach mehreren Mails mit immer neuen Restriktionen wegen unseres Retourverlangens sollen wir den Artikel an eine Adresse in China senden, mit Nachverfolgungsauftrag. Es wird darum gebeten Verständniß dafür zu haben, dass manche Produkte in den Ladenlokalen liegen. NEIN habe ich nicht, etwas mit Lagerbestand anpreisen was gar nicht da ist ist Irreführung. Kinder nicht erwünscht
Wir waren im GigaSport in Innsbruck. Dort gibt es eine Rutsche für Kinder, meine beiden Mädls sind mit der Rolltreppe hoch und wieder runter gerutscht, dabei haben sie gelacht (verständlich) es kam SOFORT eine Angestellte und hat mich gebeten meine Kinder unter Kontrolle zu bringen, da wir uns hier in einem Geschäft befinden und nicht auf einem Spielplatz, wir würden andere Kunden stören und vertreiben. Wtf? Die Mädls haben einfach nur gelacht, weil ihnen die Rutschpartie gefallen hat. Warum stellt ihr euch eine Rutsche in den Laden, wenn ihr Kinder scheinbar nicht dort haben wollt? Hatten uns mit Ski, Skischuhen und Skianzügen ausgestattet, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, dank dieser Verkäuferin haben wir dann alles beim Eybl (Okay) gekauft.

Einmal und nie mehr. 2 verfügbare Artikel bestellt. 2 Tage später wurde meine Bestellung storniert. Angeblich beschädigt oder nicht mehr lieferbar. Artikel 1 wäre beim Hersteller jodoch bestellbar und Artikel 2 laut Online-Shop noch mehrfach verfügbar. Wie ich mittlerweile gelesen habe, haben auch andere Käufer diese Erfahrung bereits gemacht.

Online Bestellung Fahrrad
Wir haben im Online Shop ein Fahrrad bestellt und sind äußerst zufrieden. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist einfach unschlagbar. Für die immense Ersparnis warten wir liebend gern 3 Wochen. (Günstiger hätten wir es gebraucht nicht bekommen können.) Wir finden 3 Wochen absolut angemessen, wenn man bedenkt das es aus Österreich kommt. Nur leider sind alle zu sehr verwöhnt und wollen alles sofort haben und geben dafür eine schlechte Bewertung. Das ist für uns einfach unverständlich. Das Fahrrad ist wirklich top, wurde ohne Mängel und Beschädigungen geliefert. Es war so gut wie fahrbereit, lediglich die Pedalen mussten montiert und der Lenker gerichtet werden. Das Fahrrad ist ein echtes Träumchen. Wir empfehlen jedem Gigasport👍👍👍 und würden gern noch viel mehr Sterne vergeben.

Terrible experience with Japanese Taste. I ordered beauty products from them to China, and they shipped the package but only to customs. After that, they told me to contact customs myself to resolve an issue. It turns out that China rejects all cosmetics from Japan, something they should have known before accepting my order. When I asked why they allowed the purchase in the first place, they completely stopped responding. No follow-up, no support, and no refund. Extremely unprofessional service—avoid if you expect any kind of customer support or accountability!

I wish I read these reviews before making a purchase. I will never shop here again as this seems like an online scam. It took 1 week from placing the order to the time I received an update saying the order is being prepared. It’s been more than 2 weeks with no communication. They do mention the customs fee in the small letter, but you have to pay €20 extra for the customs handling (this money does NOT go to the customs) which they do not mention at all.

I’m located in the USA and paid for express shipping. I did not get a customs fee at the time of writing this and I am still waiting on my package. I ordered a bunch of snacks a little over $100 worth on February 1st and it was cleared through customs and in the States by today, February 5th. I will edit my review if the package takes too long to get here or if the items I ordered are expired, but otherwise I’m extremely excited to have some snacks!

Ik heb bij deze oplichters een tv gekocht van €2200 maar na maanden werd de tv nog steeds niet geleverd. Blijkt dat deze zaak ineens constant gesloten is en niet reageren op e mails en hun telefoon nummer bestaat niet meer maar mijn €2200 krijg ik niet terug. Ik heb beslag laten leggen op alles wat zij nog hebben. Mijn advies is KOOP NOOIT IETS BIJ DEZE WINKEL.

Op 28 oktober een bestelling geplaatst, op 29 oktober betaald en daar geen bevestiging van gekregen. Later heb ik de order geannuleerd omdat er ook via de telefoon geen contact mogelijk bleek en ik dit verdacht vond. Heb ze gevraagd mijn betaling per ommegaande terug te storten. Helaas niets meer vernomen, er wordt simpelweg nergens op gereageerd. Vandaag aangifte gedaan bij de politie. De enige reactie van het bedrijf is een automatische orderbevestiging.

Besteld op 25 augustus. 2024 plasma tv. Bevestiging gekregen daarna niets meer gehoord. Na diverse mails uiteindelijk aangifte gedaan bij politie. Toen heel snel op 22 oktober geld teruggestort. Advies niet bij bestellen hoop gedoe en ergenis.

Een LG tv via Hofma
Een LG. Tv besteld via de webshop op 13 september. Na betaling keurig een ontvangst bevestiging per mail ontvangen. Op de website stond duidelijk vermeld dat de winkel tot 12 september gesloten was om bepaalde redenen dus ik heb het even afgewacht. Na een week vroeg ik naar de status. Hier kwam geen reactie op. Een paar dagen later heb ik de bestelling per mail geannuleerd en verwezen naar het herroepingsrecht. Hier werd enkele dagen later netjes op gereageerd dat het in orde gemaakt zou worden. Gisteren heb ik mijn geld retour ontvangen met een excuus mail van de winkel. Hoeveel jammer dat de tv niet is geleverd netjes afgehandeld. Tip voor de winkel is duidelijker communiceren en aangeven op welke termijn klanten iets kunnen verwachten. En zorg dat je webwinkel producten aanbiedt die je kunt leveren. Ik heb begrepen dat de winkel volgende week weer fysiek open gaat. Succes met de heropening.

OLED55C46LA gekocht bij firma Hofma. Besteld op 3 september 2024. Sindsdien is er radiostilte. Ik krijg geen antwoord op mailtjes en telefoontjes. Ik zag via de website dat ze dicht waren tot en met 12 september ivm ziekte/vakantie. Dat is inmiddels 7 dagen geleden en had wel een update verwacht… Nu rechtsbijstand en de creditcardmaatschappij op de hoogte gebracht. Update: Geld teruggekregen.

Much like CY’s experience below, I would highly advise anyone from the UK (or outside the EU) not to purchase from this awful brand. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I buy from a lot of online brands. Completely and utterly shocked. It took them 20 days to communicate with me that the reason my order was taking so long (instead of the promise 3-5 day shipping) that it was because of custom fees (£29.50 for a £78 order total). I’ve purchased from many brands outside of the EU and have always received support should anything go wrong, and have never experienced such fees.

Refuse to refund
It’s been almost 2 months since I requested to cancel and refund my order but they are just not refunding the order instead they ask me to pay additional custom charge for a delivery being returned to them. I cancelled my order right after I placed it as the size was wrong and they said they can’t change size so I have to return parcel and place a new order. Therefore I didn’t accept parcel delivery so the parcel would be returned back to sender but they still ask me to pay for additional duty charge and refuse to refund me for the order I never received. Even now I haven’t heard from them regarding a solution. Really bad customer service and I wouldn’t recommend to any UK customers.

These people do not sell authentic CCELL devices. I tried to purchase the Kera from these clowns and the ones I got had no branding on them and felt noticeably cheaper than the authentic product. Zero response when I asked for a return. They are con artists. Don't bother wasting your money on them.

Prix compétitif et service client OK
J’ai acheté une veste The North Face en promotion sur le site Asadventure.com. Une fausse manipulation de ma part a empêché la validation de la commande. Ne recevant pas d’infos sur la commande, j’ai tenté de les contacter et je suis tombé également sur les avis très négatifs de la société sur Trustpilot. Il est vrai qu’il est impossible de les joindre au téléphone ( attente musicale de plus de 15 minutes). Mais j’ai pu les contacter sans souci sur Messenger et Whatsapp. Mon erreur a été corrigée et j’ai reçu mon colis dans les délais indiqués. A noter que la veste était vendue au prix le plus compétitif d’internet. Je suis donc très satisfait e mon achat même si j’aurais apprécié pouvoir joindre quelqu’un au téléphone.

Bonjour à tous, Je tenais à m’exprimer sur les conditions de travail et la hiérarchie de chez AS Adventure spécialement à Drogenbos, j’ai débutée mon contrat début mars et signé mon CDI mi-juillet et j’ai été licenciée récemment, comme pleins d’autre d’ailleurs qui après + de 20 années se sont fais jeter sans forcément un MOTIF valable, j’ai subis un abus de licenciement et je tenais à m’exprimer là dessus par pur solidarité. Pour ma part ma seule motivation étaient mes 3 collègues, bref, après presque 9 mois j’ai eu le temps d’analyser le reste de l’équipe et la face cachée de ce magasin était pas très belle à voir… Entre hypocrisie, injustices, liaisons indécentes, jalousie et favoritisme j’ai malgré tout réussie à tenir mes distance avec ces peu de personnes au commandes qui sont de vrai poisons, en particulier le store manager et sa jeune petite assistante, qui elle, n’a pas été virée bien évidemment car entretenir 2 liaisons indécentes au sein de la boîte m est apparemment permis… je vous épargne d’autre injustices encore! J’ai toujours été discrète et fais mon travail du mieux que je pouvais, j’ai donc donnée ma confiance à cette « boîte » et décidée de déménager dans une habitation, et tout ça je l’ai malgré moi partagé avec eux, qui malheureusement n’ont pas hésité à m’enlever cette liberté, et mon jetée, suivie jusqu’à la sortie comme une vulgaire criminelle et sans justification valable en plus? SANS LE MOINDRE DROIT D’expression?? Je convenais parfaitement il y’a quelque jours et je ne conviens plus soi-disant maintenant? Ou sont les droits là dedans? Comment peut on être si répugnant et sans un minimum d’humanité? Je suis sans voix, complètement désemparée et dépassée pas la situation. BOYCOTTEZ cet endroit sans aucune morale et aucun respect! Bjr, je suis passé au magasin de Hognoul ce mardi pour acheter une paire de chaussures qui , sur le site, étaient de stock. Je demande au vendeur ma pointure ,et le voilà parti voir dans la réserve .( le gars , genre pas motivé du tout ) .J'ai eu l'impression que cela le faisait "chi..". Il reviens quelques secondes après et me dit qu'il n'a plus cette pointure. Je lui demande ce qu'il a comme autre modèle dans cette gamme de prix, et il me répond qu'il n'a quasi plus rien. Je reviens chez moi ( me suis tapé 60kms ) et là, surprise, je fais une simulation de commande sur le site, et je vois que je peux aller chercher mes chaussures dans l'heure qui suis. Donc ces chaussures étaient de stock . Je pense franchement ne plus jamais mettre les pieds dans ce magasin, et tout cela faute d'un individu désagréable .

Service client scandaleux, qui fait tout pour soustraire à leurs responsabilités. Ils ont d'abord essayé de me faire croire que les chaussures de marche que j'avais achetées n'étaient pas prévues pour l'utilisation que j'en faisais (ils n'avaient alors AUCUNE information sur l'usage que j'en avais), en retirant des morceaux de phrases de la description du produit. Des chaussures "faites pour tous les terrains, des randonnées en forêt aux balades des villes [...]", ils m'ont envoyé "chaussures faites pour les balades en ville" comme excuse au defaut. Depuis, ils ne proposent que des solutions irréalisables, prétextant qu'ils doivent vérifier différents aspects du produit, alors que la marque (Adidas), m'a confirmé au téléphone que leur produit était couvert, et qu'AS Adventure pouvait me rembourser sans autre preuve nécessaire. Mais de leur côté, tout est fait pour éviter de me rembourser (je suis à l'étranger et ne peut revenir "déposer les chaussures au magasin" pour effectuer leurs "vérifications").

Volwassen ski's van kwaliteit zijn onderhevig aan sprongen, belasting,... Sorry maar dat is geen kwaliteit. Ski al 20 jaar. Gevorderd, met divers materiaal, geef les... Nog nooit meegemaakt en zal deze ervaring volop delen op SM en bij skicontacten. Zelfs geen enkele commerciële geste.

Poor customer service/shipping
I placed an order for 4 items, and only received 2 of them so far. I placed the order a month ago, and their shipping times state 7-20 days. I’ve reached out multiple times to their email and facebook, no one responds, despite them stating on their website they respond within 12 hours. Facebook messenger just gives an automated message. The half of the order I did receive fits well, subpar quality, good for those who aren’t seeking serious corset and dress quality for renaissance fairs. What a shame this company lacks, cause I would’ve ordered more in the future. Steer clear, it’s not worth the hassle of zero customer service, and heaven forbid you need to return something (you’ll be pretty much out of luck).

Schöne Kleidung, ABER: Bestellungen werden in vielen Einzelteilen mit mehreren Wochen Abstand versendet, sodass man im Falle einer Retour alles einzeln zurücksenden muss. Für die Kosten muss man natürlich selbst aufkommen. Ich hab vor 6 Wochen 7 Einzelteile bestellt, von denen bis jetzt drei eingetroffen sind- ist also nicht der tollste Service. Und Retouren sind nicht rentabel, da Rückversandt nach China.

SCAMMERS! DON'T ORDER!
As other complaints have said, they don't deliver your order and don't respond to inquiries. I emailed them twice and they didn't respond, after waiting through their "7-20 days" waiting time. I started a dispute through Klarna, and then they suddenly sent an email saying they delivered the items... TODAY! It's still well outside of the delivery time, so I no longer need the items, and they are not offering a refund. Save yourself the trouble and order from reputable companies!

They made false claims on WOWCHER by offering mystery box where every customer gets assorted items including selfridges vouchers, perfumes , watches, jewellery from luxury brands like Chanel, Michael Kors, Gucci, gemnations jewellery etc.(Via a Lucky Draw!) After buying them all I received was a gemnations brand pendant and earrings. On asking for refund time and again, customer executives couldn't give me a proper answer except for offering exchange of non luxury items which are again their inhouse brands. Beware of their false claims strategy used on selling mystery boxes. They flashed all high Luxury brand names and sent people cheap items instead.

Dont buy anythimg from this company
Dont buy anythimg from this company. It's a scam!!! Only after I reached out to them they told me the items I ordered weren't in stock. I asked for a refund. They didn't even bother replying to that request. I notified Paypal that I didn't receive my order and that I wanted a full refund.I still haven't got my money back only a request to review them....

Not allowed to claim tax exempt
I work for a local hospital and part of my incentive package is a stipend for scrubs. They have placed a few orders for me through Figs and being a hospital, we are tax exempt. Our finance admin has reached out in the past to request the taxes be refunded, which were a minimal amount. Figs previously did not have an issue refunding this. However, on the last order, they refused to refund the taxes. A representative by the name Courtney, stated that we had to be part of the TEAMS program through Figs in order to purchase a tax exempt order. Our finance admin explained that we would have to return the purchase and request a refund and Figs would rather we do that than to refund our taxes, being that we are tax exempt. It's perplexing to me that they would rather lose out on business vs. refunding approx $40. I also do not understand how they could tell a tax-exempt hospital that they are not all owed to use that government benefit unless they are a member of the Figs TEAMS program. Very disappointing coming from such a known company in the scrub industry.

Inconsistent sizing
I have gotten the same pants before and the sizing is inconsistent. The pants are far too long this time and brush the ground when I walk. I wish they were the same length as the other pants of the same style.

I feel scammed and not valued as a customer
I ordered two shirts about a month ago, sent numerous emails. They responded to one email stating I would receive my items no later than Jan. 26th, I still haven’t received them. They also stated in that email on the 8th that they would send a tracking number, didn’t get that either. I’ve sent about 5 emails since and get no responses. Very unprofessional and rude. I hope the product quality is good because the customer service is horrible!

It took quite a few weeks to come in… not going to lie I thought I got scammed but they just came in yesterday. Patience is a virtue, I guess. Not exactly the best quality but definitely worth the great deal. The shirts definitely looks bad ass..

I ordered a t shirt on December 16
This is an update regarding my original review as listed below. Eventually my son did receive his t shirt. It was absolutely beautiful. Good quality material. He said the fit was perfect. As of now, I would suggest that the company has a better way of communicating as well as tracking their shipment. In the interim, my son moved and I will give them credit for correcting the address. As of now I would recommend Rashninja as the end result was worth the effort. See original review below: I ordered a t shirt on December 16, 2024 and have been trying to find out the status of the order. The order number is RAS2970. Nobody responds to emails and nobody answers the phone listed on your site as 325-242-9088 (Texas), which on your site lists Colorado. I believe this is a scam.

This rash guard better be good if not then I will never go back to them again and I will tell all my fellow competitors and training partners not to order from them. Rashninja is a Scam
I ordered over a week ago, my order hasn’t even been packaged or shipped out. I can’t get a hold of anyone, their phone number is fake and no one picks up. The only details I have for shipping is that it’s “standard”. Most USPS/UPS shipping is 2-5 days at most MAYBE 7 days. I didn’t think it’d take half a month just to ship some shirts. I ordered WAY before Christmas since it’s a gift expecting it not to take that long, if I can’t get it before Christmas I want a refund. Especially seeing all the reviews about the poor fabric quality I will definitely be reaching out again for a refund if the quality is poor. Order number ras2875
