Pathetic service

Pathetic service. I raised a return request which was manually processed by the team. After 7 days also there is no update on when the product will be picked and now if I check the status on website it shows the pickup has been cancelled. There is absolutely no way to reach to the customer support team - they do not respond on emails and their number is unreachable. Totally a fraud company. Advised not to buy from their website, not at all trustworthy.

I had ordered a blazer with pants from Sassafras which did was one size smaller and so I placed an exchange request for a bigger size. Even after 20 days of the request I did not receive my exchange order and their customer service number was also not available after my first complaint call. Maybe they blocked my number. Totally pathetic and unacceptable behaviour by such a brand.

Scam by Sassafras , Fraud Alert 1. I ordered on 21st October 2024 and the delivery was promised within 2-3 days. The support team and the call team are not helpful. 2. Classic example of never immediately jump to buy the products from advertisements displayed in instagram, google etc. Fraud alert !!! 3. Keine Ware bekommen - Geld weg? Ich habe eine Palette ersteigert und auch direkt bezahlt. Leider meldet sich der Verkäufer nicht. Er geht nicht ans Telefon, ruft nicht zurück und reagiert auch nicht auf meine Mails. Jetzt sind schon fast 2 Wochen herum und ich weiß von nichts. Auch habe ich bereits 2 Mails an B-Stock geschrieben, hier warte ich ebenfalls noch auf Antwort. Ich werde mein Geld zurückverlangen. Mal schauen, ob B-Stock das macht. Die Zahlung ging ja direkt dort hin. Tja, wenn die sich mal melden.

I am owed a 50$ refund and Bstock won't reasonably issue it

I am owed a 50$ refund for CH Robinson failing to book a truck with liftgate capability despite BStock charging me for it. CH Robinson immediately refunded Bstock but BStock is holding my funds and making it as hard as possible for me to get them back. Their preference is they keep it and apply it as a credit on my next order, even though its my money and I'm owed it back. They are not an easy or reliable company to deal with.

Bad Customer Service for BUYERS

B-Stock provides a good user interface and access to major retail partners like Amazon, Costco, Walmart, and Target. However, be aware they often appear biased towards sellers when resolving disputes. Expect significant problems when purchasing from sellers like Amazon, including lengthy shipping delays (potentially 6-8 weeks) and severe order shortages (sometimes receiving only ~30% of items), with the most valuable products frequently missing. Compounding the frustration, the proportional shipping credit promised by Amazon's stated policy on B-Stock for missing units was not actually provided in my experience.

Missing Auction Shipments - No Refunds

We have 4 unresolved disputes with Bstock for merchandise we never received from Amazon auctions. The latest dispute case number is 02063889. Bstock admits that there is an issue with Amazon auctions and often merchandise is sold twice to multiple buyers despite getting payment. Bstock closes cases with no resolution because they "didn't receive a response." This is a complete fabrication. First, we have to file the dispute on the auction page and provide detailed proof (there is no dispute that they received all this info). Then they ask for it again via email and for some unknown reason those emails are not received and shortly thereafter they close the dispute. As of January of 2024 to date we are missing merchandise said to be valued well over $200,000. Where is all this merchandise? Why can't we get a refund? There are so many buyers in the same situation. Are there any attorneys out there who would be interested in a class action? Here is your opportunity.

Things were very bad—but Holly made a big difference

After more than a month of confusion, delays, and frustration dealing with B-Stock and Amazon EU, I was close to giving up. My payments were rejected without a clear reason, my funds were stuck, and I lost money on currency conversion, B-Stock fees, and warehouse rent—all without receiving a single item. But I want to be fair and highlight the one person who truly helped: Holly, the Mediation Supervisor. Once she took over my case, she worked seriously to resolve the issues, kept me informed, followed up with Amazon, and made sure I received all of my refunds—including a goodwill refund. My experience was still painful, and I hope B-Stock improves their systems and communication in the future, especially for Amazon EU orders. But thanks to Holly’s professionalism and dedication, I feel that someone finally took my case seriously and helped bring it to closure. Thank you, Holly.

Kundeservicen ønsker ikke å hjelpe, kun rettferdiggjøre sin dårlige service. Anbefaler alle å styre unna, da dere ikke vil få noe hjelp hvis dere er misfornøyde og kommer til å tape penger. Jeg tapte masse penger på denne misvisende prismatchen, og fikk i tillegg nedlatende svar på epost. Heldigvis er det mange andre nettbutikker å handle av som ikke gjør profitt på å lure småbarnsforeldre, og som har ekte kundeservice! Barnas hus er f.eks en av de seriøse aktørene som faktisk yter kundeservice når det oppstår misnøye!

Siste opplevelse: Hentet selv noen varer i butikk. Ga tydelig beskjed til hun i kassen om at jeg var usikker på størrelser. Hun tilbød seg ikke å hjelpe meg/henvise til andre, bare fortsatte med neste kunde. Handelen var faktisk ikke ferdig, jeg sa at jeg kun ønsket en kjole. Vi tok begge og gikk i frustrasjon, det var utrolig uhyggelig å være der. Lite ydmyke er de - ber meg sende i retur og betale for det når de ikke gadd å hjelpe meg i butikken. Hva legger de i begrepet prismach? Det er utrolig uklart. De har priset noen Konges Sløjd-produkter høyt over alle andre konkurrenter, gjorde dem oppmerksom på det, og fikk da til svar at det var unntak. Ok - men når et hav av produkter er unntak er begrepet prismatch villedende. For det andre, det er ikke fri frakt hvis du kjøper salgsvarer. Jeg fikk ikke opp alternativet fri frakt, mailet dem, og med rabattkode gjaldt det tydeligvis ikke. En annen gang skulle kameraten min hente en nattpose i butikken deres for meg. De ga ham feil pose... påpekte det og kunne kjøre tretti minutter for å bytte. Hva med å tilby gratis retur og sende meg riktig produkt?

De skriver på siden sin at de har fri frakt når man handler for over 1.500, de skriver også: Ja vi tilbyr hjemlevering via Bring, mindre forsendelser blir levert rett til postkassen til mottaker og større blir levert til hentested eller på døren. Dersom du ønsker at pakken din skal leveres til et spesielt hentested/pakkeboks kan du skrive dette i ordrenotatfeltet. Jeg ønsket ikke levering til hentested/pakkeboks og skrev dermed ingen ting. I mitt tilfelle var dette en tripp trapp stol til ca 3.000. Denne leverer de da til et hentested. Jeg har ikke bil, men de mente at det ikke var noe problem da jeg bare kunne bestille hjemlevering når pakken dukket opp i appen, og at jeg selv må betale for dette. Dette er villedende markedsføring, de leverer ikke på døren, da sier de at jeg måtte ha skrevet dette, men det står det ingen ting om. Tripp trapp stolen går i retur, og det var første og siste gang jeg handlet hos lille prinsen.

Bestilte denne enda den ikke var på lager, på ettermiddagen fikk jeg beskjed om at de hadde fått inn et stort parti og samme kveld ble sykkelvognen levert hjem på dør. Nel mese di giugno ho acquistato una tuta Umbro ed è arrivata con un difetto,mi hanno poi fatto uno sconto su un'altra tuta sempre Umbro ed è arrivata sbagliata, effettuato il reso dopo 23 giorni li ho duvuti chiamare per sapere che fine aveva fatto la mia tuta. Oggi 30.09.24 finalmente è arrivata. Tutto questo con una pessima comunicazione,risposte dopo 10-15 giorni praticamente è stato un incubo. Non credo che acquisterò più su questo negozio.

As an agency we hired James Edition for a high annual price tag. Listed 30+ Luxury, very good Villas (Costa del Sol, Spain). Almost all leads (only 130 over the year) were non qualified and plenty fake. "Architects" from India or Africa wanted floor plans to maybe copy paste. 3 times I payed the boosting option. After signing in as a private person and set a few in my favourites also tried the contact button to our own agency (only our own listings), I received after a short while a call from James Edition asking if I was interested in buying this property.. ? We addressed this issue to our rep at JE, "can be only a misunderstanding.. was the shallow answer.." We cancelled after a year. JE left our listings running for awhile, no outcome... After a few Months we were offered "free listings" in JE but not for Costa del Sol and not for Spain listings.. LOL To be clear we did NOT expect miracles from JE! For us it was a waste of money and time. Overall I do not trust them, overpromised service and disappointingly underdelivered.

Stay away from this agency in Northern Spain

In Northern Spain they do not do any work at all. You get an appointment for viewing a house and the agent assigned to it does not react at all or even show up. You have to get in contact with the owner yourself in order to get the address. Customer hotline not available. Worst I have ever seen.

Quality slipped and they support Russia's genocide in Ukraine

Quality has really slipped and mostly fake ads (when I've tried to contact vendors, I hear nothing back). Then I found out that it has refused to operate in Russia and chosen money over morals. And according to some reports (leave-russia org / jamesedition), they allegedly still work with and employ people from sanctioned countries. Stay away from James Edition war criminals.

You can’t view properties if the photos don’t load

Having spent a few days looking for Canadian properties on James Edition, I’ve unsubscribed because the irritating truth is the photos on their website don’t load. Confirmed on two iPads, one iphone and a Mac on two different wifi networks with great bandwidth. And aside from Trustpilot there’s no way of letting them know this….

Avoid Love the Pain Store - Terrible Customer Service and Unfulfilled Orders

I placed an order with Love the Pain Store on November 2, 2024, for a kit that I was assured via their LIVE chat was available and could be shipped out quickly. To expedite the process, I paid an additional $40 for rush shipping. Unfortunately, it is now February 2025, and I still have not received the item. I have attempted to resolve this issue for over three months, contacting the company week after week, only to be met with no response, excuses, or even threats to cut off communication if I continued to ask about my order. It has become clear that this company has no intention of fulfilling my order or providing a refund, effectively stealing my money. I have every correspondence saved as proof, including screenshots of my payment to the owner’s personal Venmo account. In November, the owner assured me the item would ship promptly with expedited shipping, yet here we are over three months later with no resolution. I’ve even offered compromises, such as accepting a different item, but the company has been entirely unwilling to work with me. It’s incredibly disappointing that this company operates in such a dishonest and unethical manner. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or the damage their actions cause. Avoid Love the Pain Store at all costs.

**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR** If it was possible to leave zero stars, I would! I ordered and paid for two triathlon suits on August 15, 2024. I eventually received my first suit in a panicked delivery in late October, after leaving multiple texts and voicemails reminding the vendor that I needed it for the Ironman World Championships I was flying out for that week! By this point, my patience with owner Ben Haas had entirely run dry, but I was beholden to him and his inept company, since I’d already paid for two suits and needed at least one to take with me for the event. Roll forward to today, February 2025, and I’m still waiting to receive my second suit. That’s over 24 weeks since I ordered and paid for both suits!! On top of this, to receive my first suit I was charged an additional $32 for express delivery, despite delivery being included in the original quote. There’s no denying the trisuit I received is fantastic, but the service and attitude of this company and its owner Ben Haas is mind-blowingly terrible!!! They clearly have no processes in place to manufacture suits the way they promise, and their customer service is literally the worst I’ve ever experienced. Do not buy a Love The Pain product. The pain isn’t worth it!!!

Regardless, I would have payed again if their customer service was nice and really tried to find a solution, but they are SO RUDE. They really don't care if you get your order and don't even try to make it happen: "We do not control you, addresses you put, your timeline, or the timeline of the shipper." I insisted on my refund, so they said they would ask finance to send me the form for me to fill and get my money back, and still nothing... Apparently de cannot control what their finance department does either... WORST customer service ever.

Das mit Pain meinen die wörtlich.

Ich hatte schon viel Schlechtes im Vorfeld gehört und gelesen - und es hat sich bewahrheitet. Nach dem ich in einem Forum über die Restrukturierung des Stores und Verbesserung des Kundenservice gelesen hatte, entschloss ich mich, einen Bestellversuch zu wagen. Ich mag einfach die Designs und habe auch bereits über Kleinanzeigen einen Anzug erwerben können mit dem ich sehr zufrieden bin. Passform und Qualität sind den Preis wert! Also bestellte ich und war überrascht, dass ich schon nach einer guten Wochen einen Triathlonanzug zugesendet bekommen hatte. Nur leider nicht den, den ich bestellt hatte, sondern die Damen-Version. Unabhängig von der stark abweichenden Passform, unterschieden sich Damen- und Herrenversion auch im Design. Leicht zu erkennen, wenn man vergleicht. Also reklamierte ich, bekam auf die erste E-Mail keine Antwort, auf die zweite dann die Frage, wie ich das denn wissen könnte, dass die zugeschickte Version für Damen sei? Weitere E-Mails folgten. Einsicht oder Bereitschaft zu helfen. leider Fehlanzeige. Mal abgesehen davon, dass Reaktion und auch Inhalt der E-Mails jeglichem Serviceanspruch widersprechen - scheinbar kennt das Team ihre eigenen Produkte und Prozesse nicht. So schlecht bin ich selten als Kunde behandelt worden. Nach E-Mail Nummer 6 wurde ich gebeten, den Rücksendeprozess über die Website zu starten. Die Rücksendebedingungen hatte ich mir natürlich schon durchgelesen und was stand da? Ich solle eine E-Mail schreiben... Jetzt hänge ich also in einer Endlossschleife fest und fürchte, das wird nichts mehr mit meinem bestellten Anzug. Und ob das mit einer Rückerstattung klappt, da bin ich mir auch nicht so sicher. Fazit: Gibt ja nicht umsonst Bewertungsportale, sollte man sich in Zukunft nur dran halten.

Wer gern viel Geld verlieren will, kann gern bestellen

Ich habe vor drei Monaten einen Triathlonanzug im Wert von 550€ bestellt und mich anfangs sehr gefreut, da die Lieferung innerhalb einer Woche erfolgte. Leider erhielt ich den falschen Anzug, was die erste Enttäuschung war. Der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice war mühsam. Nach anfänglichem Abstreiten wurde der Fehler schließlich zugegeben. Mir wurde eine Ersatzlieferung zugesichert, die angeblich schon unterwegs sei, aber es wurde keine Sendungsnummer genannt. Seitdem zieht sich das Ganze hin und dauert nun schon drei Monate. Ich habe mit PayPal bezahlt und das Problem gemeldet. Der Händler will das Geld zurückzahlen, wenn ich den falschen Anzug zurücksende. Leider wurde mir eine falsche Adresse genannt, sodass die Sendung in den USA nicht zugestellt werden konnte und nun wieder zu mir zurückkommt. Mal sehen, wie es ausgeht, aber mein Rat an euch: Lasst die Finger von dieser Firma.

Last time I wrote was Mar 16, 2023. Thought an update may be called for. This is a SCAM. Plain and simple. Since my order was placed and PAID for on July 25, 2022 ... still no delivery. Emails go unanswered. And still they have the gall to send me promotional emails. Honestly, STAY AWAY from this unscrupulous company, unless you "love the pain" of losing money.

On Jan 2020 I did an order for my tri suit LTP9980 after long wait I msg LTP to make a 100% refund that they refused to do. With other scammed members we file a complain on BBB + I went to my bank and Visa to return all my money from this fraud company. after 6 months with help of my bank, they fully returned money via bank negotiation (not via LTP) So if you a struggling to get your money for the order from LTP back, please just go to you bank, file a complain regarding fraud and scam transaction, attach all relevant documents and emails from LTP where they telling you that your order is still processed or they will not refund you back, and send it to your bank. They will take an action. Unfortunately even after 4 years, I can see that many people still want to buy something from LTP and LTP is still making money from everybody and not giving ordered products in return! Beware of this scam company!

To my fellow risk takers

After reading the negative reviews, I chose to still risk it. Shame on me. First order was great and received my cycling bibs and they were very nice quality at a good price. On the second order, they made a careless mistake on the shipping which opened up the can of worms. After 8 months of sporadic communication and promises they would ship a new order, they settled and gave me a store credit. They refused to give me a cash refund. I then had to put more money in to use up the store credit. They have horrible customer service and business acumen. I am still surprised how they have not been prosecuted based on the other stories. To my fellow risk takers, I too thought it was worth the gamble…it is not. You might get a good product here and there, but they will eventually get you and make you “love the pain.” (Damn that was a good *mic drop moment)

Ho fatto diversi acquisti, soprattutto maglie e qualche capospalla. Visti i prezzi, vorrei che le maglie non facessero gli odiati pelucchi, ma purtroppo alcune li fanno, e anche tanto. Alcuni anni fa acquistai un piumino leggero che era una bellezza, tutte le mie amiche si complimentavano. Un giorno strisciai accidentalmente contro un porta vasi in metallo che ho sul balcone, procurandomi uno squarcio nel piumino, che si aprì, come fosse stato di carta. Un altro piumino, dopo poco che lo portavo, cominciò a cedere nelle cuciture, che si allentarono, facendo uscire la piuma che è all'interno. Le etichette nella parte superiore delle maglie sono terribili, se non le taglio via subito (cosa che ora faccio), mi ritrovo con graffi e costine sulla pelle. Qualcosa di più morbido, no? Continuerò ad acquistare, perché i capi sono eleganti e vestono bene, ma solo in periodo di saldi, perché a prezzo pieno pretenderei una qualità superiore.

Ho sempre comprato jeans elasticizzati alla Upim o al mercato, e non ho mai avuto problemi. Approfittando di un'occasione mi sono regalata un paio di jeans Elena Mirò che mi stavano benissimo. Dopo il primo lavaggio (acqua fredda, detersivo delicato),hanno cominciato ad allargarsi. Ho continuato ad usarli fino a che non sono rimasta letteralmente in mutande, fortunatamente vicino a casa. Nel senso che dopo un po' che li ho indosso, cominciano a "mollarsi" progressivamente, ed alla fine scendono completamente. Ho chiesto lumi in giro ed ho scoperto che altre persone hanno avuto lo stesso problema. Ora non so se farli stringere da qualche sarta, con il pericolo che il tessuto ceda ulteriormente, oppure metterli nello staccapanni (sono in pratica nuovi!)

Ho acquistato da poco e non ho ancora…

Ho acquistato da poco sul sito e, non avendo ancora utilizzato i capi ordinati, non mi pronuncio in merito a durata di tessuti e colori ma posso dire che quanto ricevuto finora è in linea con le mie aspettative in merito a vestibilità, tipologia dei tessuti, cuciture, bottoni, cerniere etc. Ho solo riscontrato difficoltà a "centrare" le taglie utilizzando le tabelle di conversione presenti sul sito. Mi riferisco in particolare alla tabella "taglie e misure" (quella che distingue le taglie in XL, L etc) che non sembra corrispondere molto alla realtà, forse perché ho scelto capi che vestono comodi. Li ho tenuti ugualmente e ordinato altri di una taglia più piccola.

Pessimo servizio di sartoria

Pessimo servizio di sartoria. Ho pagato un paio di pantaloni, carissimi, e dovendo farli accorciare ho anche pagato salatamente il lavoro di sartoria. Il risultato è un orlo rabberciato: due pezzi attaccati insieme con una sola cucitura a macchina e l'orlo si rivolta al rovescio. Neanche mi hanno offerto il rimborso della spesa. Mi fa rabbia essere stata trattata in questo modo furfantesco. NON ANDATE A FARVI TRUFFARE ANCHE VOl. Il negozio è sempre deserto, per forza!

Se vogliono perdere clienti, continuino così, sono sulla via giusta!

Ho ordinato due capi sul sito Elena Mirò con lo sconto black friday. Purtroppo le taglie non andavano bene e ho chiesto se potevo effettuare una sostituzione. Mi è stato risposto che la sostituzione non è prevista e che dovevo fare il reso e poi riacquistare. Piccolo problema: riacquistando (anche se si trattava di un semplice cambio-taglia) lo sconto black friday non era più disponibile e i capi erano da riacquistare a prezzo pieno. Ho fatto presente la cosa al Customer Care, davvero molto poco "care", segnalando che si tratta di una pratica commerciale scorretta, con l’aggravante di non essere esplicitata e dunque passibile di segnalazione agli organismi regolatori del mercato e dei diritti del consumatore. Cosa che peraltro mi sto apprestando a fare. Risposta (del tutto fuori luogo) del Customer Care: “La informiamo che i prezzi dei nostri articoli sono sempre indicati sul nostro sito”. Non una parola sul resto. Ho replicato che trovavo offensiva una risposta del genere e che "chiedere è un diritto, rispondere è cortesia”. Ho anche evidenziato che se io avessi acquistato in un negozio fisico e fossi tornata il giorno dopo per un cambio taglia, non avrei pagato differenza alcuna ... e invece no, sorpresa! La risposta è stata che “anche per i cambi in negozio si paga la differenza dell'importo dell'articolo nel momento del cambio”. Mi pare una cosa surreale. Ovviamente, come ho scritto anche all’azienda, non acquisterò più nulla da Elena Mirò, a cui di certo non importerà nulla, ma esiste un’etica commerciale a cui le aziende dovrebbero attenersi e comunque, fossi in loro, non sottovaluterei il danno reputazionale che ne deriva, vedo che le recensioni in effetti non sono proprio brillanti. Ora spero che almeno mi restituiscano i soldi del reso. E per concludere, un'ultima considerazione anche questa già esternata all’azienda: un customer care, per definizione, ha (o dovrebbe avere) lo scopo di creare relazioni significative con i clienti, migliorando la loro esperienza con il marchio. In tal senso, questo customer care è un vero fallimento, ma di certo opera in coerenza con le policy aziendali. Se vogliono perdere clienti, continuino così, sono sulla giusta via! Come considerazione generale conclusiva, vorrei aggiungere che sarebbero opportune regole più stringenti per le vendite on-line e per le promozioni, che indirizzassero le aziende ad una maggiore trasparenza commerciale e ad un maggior rispetto verso il cliente, senza ritenere di poter impunemente fare ciò che vogliono, ricorrendo anche a pratiche commerciali discutibili.

Da anni acquisto capi del marchio nei punti vendita vicino casa. A inizio Ottobre capito per caso nel punto vendita di Castel Romano, entro e spendo una cifra considerevole, acquistando molti capi. Premetto ero capitata li per caso, non dovevo fare acquisti ma passare il tempo, la disponibilità della commessa mi coinvolge ed alla fine spendo circa mille euro. Torno a casa che dista circa 25 chilometri, nelle buste manca una camicia, la mattina seguente chiamo il punto vendita e li inizia un teatrino che dura ancora oggi. Da principio mi chiedono di tornare al punto vendita a ritirare la camicia, faccio presente che dovrei fare 50 chilometri per andare a prenderla e tornare a casa e chiedo la possibilità di poterla ritirare in un punto vendita di Roma Nord, ce ne sono tanti; non essendo possibile chiedo se possono spedire al mio indirizzo usando un poni, mi dicono che l’azienda non usa poni per il trasferimento merce da un punto vendita all’altro e quindi per punizione mi porterà la camicia a casa la commessa che ha sbagliato, ovviamente me lo dicono esclusivamente per farmi desistere; chiedo un buono via e-mail da poter spendere in un punto vendita vicino casa, mi dicono che mi contatterà una responsabile perché loro non possono decidere in tal senso. Passano giorni e non mi chiama nessuno, alla fine richiamo io la responsabile non sa nulla. Spiego il tutto e lei mi dice che mi invierà la camicia a casa tramite poni. Passa un mese non mi contatta nessuno e a casa non arriva nulla, premetto che ho avuto altri problemi altrimenti sarei andata a prendermela, richiamo a malapena la responsabile si ricorda di me e mi dice che aveva delegato la risoluzione della cosa ad un’altra responsabile che evidentemente si era dimenticata, mi assicura che mi farà chiamare da lei il giorno seguente e mi chiede di avere pazienza… sono passate 2 settimane Nessuno mi ha contattata ancora e ho deciso che sono stanca di essere presa in giro per cui farò reclamo.

Da molti anni acquisto capi Elena Miro da quando in menopausa sono aumentata di peso . Un po’ cari di prezzo ma buona qualità e designer sempre al top e acquistandoli con lo sconto riesco a vestirmi a costi accettabili . Le signore del negozio via Lagrange a Torino sono gentilissime e sempre ben disponibili se devo fare un appunto la farei alla sartoria dove cuciono l’etichetta del brand . Rigido insopportabile sulla pelle e da prurito .potete studiare un etichetta morbida che non gratti la pelle ?

Ho fatto tre ordini per lo stesso capo perché non andava ordine a buon fine sulla mia banca mi hanno addebitati tre importi ma ordine non è stato preso in considerazione ma gli importi risultano in uscita la mia banca dice che per loro non ci sono problemi e io non ho né articolo né importi sul conto sono bloccati per una settimana...non ho parole comunque ordine è come Giusy santoro comunque io mi scuso probabilmente c'è stato qualcosa di sbagliato che ho fatto al momento del pagamento e per questo fatto per molte volte adesso chiedo de è possibile avete wuedto capo con pagamento contrassegno. Grazie

Negozzio "Elena Miro'" via Rizzoli, Bologna da evitare come una peste! Ho ordinato un capo sul sito con opzione "ritiro in negozzio", due giorni fa mi arrivata email che posso ritirare il pacco presso tale negozzio. Alle 13.00 arrivo in via Rizzoli 36b, dentro due comesse e 0 clienti (visto i'ora e caldo che c'e fuori). Communico alle sig.re il N del mio ordine (il quale ho scritto su un biglettino, visto che telefono mi sonobscordata a casa). Una di loro porta fuori da magazzino 3 pacchi dicendomi che nessuno di loro NON corrisponde al numero che l'ho communicato. Alla mia richiesta di controllare le info su computer del negozzio, o controllare se ci fosse un'altro pacco nel magazzino-la risposta c'e stata sempre negativa. "Sig.ra su nostri pacchi non viene riportato nome del cliente per la privacy (qnd non abbiamo bisogno del suo documento), ma ci serve la email che le arrivata con N del ordine"...??? Ma il numero velo gia' communicato...email vi serve sempre per la privacy?...riconrollare questo numero su computer no?... Vabbe'...sono tornata a casa, ricontrollato email e numero del ordine (che era sempre stesso) Chiamo in negozzio. La Sig.ra Daniela che mi ha risposto mi conferma che il pacco presente in negozzio, ma con toni e maniera poco garbata e educata nel spiegare perche' tale pacco non mi è stato dato prima. Che dire? Davvero pessimo servizio, sperando che al secondo giro riesco finalmente ad ritirare sto pacco!

Hola,mi esperiencia muy muy mala,la supuesta encargada,una cria que se llama Irina,nos trató con desprecio a mi,a mi hija y a una empleada suya haciendola llorar.A mi hija y a mi con trato senofogo por ser extranjeras y malas formas al hablarnos,pero a su empleada como si no valiese nada!!! Personas asi dan mala fama a marcas como esta la cual eh comprado siempre junto a mi familia y lo que tenemos claro que no volveremos mas por ayi.

Mi experiencia con inside un 0. Me regalaron una prenda comprada el 4 de enero de 2025 y debido a la Dana me ha sido imposible ir a la tienda ya que vivo a 100 km de la misma. Primero para quitarle la placa de seguridad y segundo para descambiar porque me estaba pequeña. Acudo el 5 de febrero y me dicen que no la cambian porque ha pasado los 30 días. Entiendo que tienen que cumplir con las normas, pero hay que ser un poco empático y por un día saltarse es norma. Solo pedí cambiarlo por una talla más grande y me dicen que no. Por mi parte no voy a pasar esa tienda en la vida.

Mi experiencia hasta ahora ha sido buenísima. Normalmente hago pedidos online para luego recoger en tienda o en tienda pocas veces porque estoy enferma pero a veces se entienda y nunca me han fallado. La ropa me parece que está muy bien. A mí al menos me llega todo bien y en perfecto estado. Si alguna vez he hecho una devolución lo he hecho en tienda y muy bien sin problemas. Es una ventaja que cosas que no haya en la tienda física puedas comprarlo online y te llegue a la tienda física y gratuitamente.. Le doy un diez. Y cruzo los dedos por si acaso.

Realicé un pedido online el 4 de Diciembre, para recibir en tienda y después de bastantes reclamaciones, por correo, por WhatsApp y llamada a tienda., a fecha de 1 de Enero volví a escribir para cancelar el pedido y me dicen que se ha perdido y me devolverán el dinero.. un mes esperando y ahora se ha perdido en el transporte .Alucinante!! Buena atención del servicio de reclamaciones por correo electrónico y telefónico. También la atención recibida por parte de las chicas de la tienda Inside de Calella que me atendieron por teléfono muy amablemente, cuando esté recuperada iré personalmente a darles las gracias por su atención. Inside España, me han dado una solución a mi pedido. Ya que el paquete sigue por ahí sin llegar a ninguna parte.

Rastrea el pedido, me pide la talla que corresponde y que va a intentar que llegue a la tienda que me queda más cercana lo más rápido posible . Dos días después ya está en tienda . Después del mal momento que me hizo pasar la empleada por teléfono , fue un placer tratar con personas que si tienen vocación de servicio al cliente . Muchas gracias !

A clear reason to not order from Celtic-Knot.

I ordered earrings on December 8. On December 12, I was emailed they were ready to be shipped. On December 16, I was told they oversold and could not fill my order. On the same day, I ordered a replacement set. On December 18, I was emailed they were ready to be shipped. It is now Christmas Day. The Gifts I ordered are still sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. I have not had any of my queries answered since December 18. Their customer service sucks and their product management is a joke. Unfortunately, I can't give a negative star rating. Please learn from my mistake. Never use this company.

I ordered some items from them on January 31st in time for Valentine’s Day. The 31st was a Monday when Wednesday came I noticed I did not receive any type of tracking I called them to see why it had not shipped, they told me it takes them 3-5 days just to ship the item, this does not state anywhere on the website that it takes them 3-5 days to process your order. So my order won’t be shipped until February 7th and then it’s another 3-5 business days for shipping. I called many times to speak to a manger being told that they promised they would call me and let me know about my order. The Thursday they said they sent an email to the Warehouse so I called again Friday to follow up and all I get is them pushing me off and now saying it may not be in stock.

Scam Placed order at the beginning of Oct, received confirmation email and then nothing for the following 4 weeks. They ignored all emails, messages and items never got sent. Ended up putting in a dispute with Afterpay to stop paying them any more payments after the first. Afterpay shut it down straight away and refunded which only tells me it’s a scam site. There are no products. I read their returns policy etc and the address they provide doesn’t even exist. There’s like 5 different email addresses. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Wir haben die Rise Trage in beige bestellt. Angekommen ist sie in schwarz. Laut einer Mail von denen tauschen sie nicht um.Man soll die Ware auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken. Anschließend soll man das Geld erstattet bekommen und dann eine neue Bestellung tätigen. Da wir aber die Trage aber mit einem Rabattcode bestellt haben, würde eine neue Bestellung teurer ausfallen. Dieser Laden ist sowas von unseriös und hat einen so schlechten Service. Ich kann nur davon abraten da irgendetwas zu kaufen.

Nicht zu empfehlen !! Wir haben uns die trage rise für unser neugeborenes Baby gekauft. Da die trage sowohl optisch als auch funktional sehr zu unseren Ansprüchen gepasst hat, waren wir die erste Zeit sehr zufrieden mit ihr. Ungefähr nach 2 Monaten ist uns aber das Verbindungsstück am Rücken welche die trage dort verbindet abgesprungen! Den fikk jo jeg da selvfølgelig ikke hentet for hvem klarer nå å reagere så fort. Dette i seg selv er posten sin feil men når jeg ringer inn til najell for å si de må sende den på nytt og at de ikke må ta gebyr for returen av pakken så møter jeg 0 forståelse. Ppsten sier det er najell som må klage på feilen. Jeg kan ikke klage. Det vil ikke najell. Najell vil heller ikke sørge for at jeg får den pakken jeg skulle hatt. Da må jeg bestille på nytt. En ting er sikkert. Jeg kommer aldri til å bestille en dritt fra dem igjen. Noe mindre hjelpsomt på kundeservice skal du lete lenge etter. Vil ikke støtte en bedrift med slike holdninger til kunder.

Umweltschutz ist unwichtig, hier zählt nur der Profit

Ich kaufte von Judith Williams ein Produkt "Retinol Skin Force Face Serum". 120 ml. Die Verpackung jedoch besteht aus 198gr. dickem Kunstsstoff, der nicht nur schwer ist, die Innenverpackung nicht schützt, weil der Deckel mir Innenhalterung immer wieder mit abgezogen wird, sondern innen ist der Kunststoff verschmutzt. Die Innenflasche hat am Rand ein Loch, würde bei Schräglage auslaufen.... Und das für einen Preis, der dazu in keinem Verhältnis steht. Das isdt absolut umweltschädlich und hier scheint nur der Profit im Vordergrund zu stehen. Danke, das ist abartig.

Ich bin seit einigen Jahren guter Kunde bei HSE mit gutem Umsatz. Die Produkte im Angebot sind im Regelfall soweit okay. Neulich habe ich unter anderem einen LED- Strahler von Solution bestellt, der nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach und auch nicht richtig funktionierte. Meine Bewertung zu diesem Produkt wird nicht veröffentlicht, da diese negativ über die Wertigkeit und Preis ist. Wenn man nicht in der Lage Kritik zu ertragen sollte man keine Bewertungen angeben wenn diese berechtigt ist. Wird nur positive Bewertung zugelassen wird der Kunde getäuscht und kauft. Andere Firmen nehmen auch kritische Äußerungen ernst und setzen sich damit auseinander. Produkte von HSE werde ich, wenn überhaupt noch, nicht mehr aufgrund der Bewertungen kaufen. Wahrscheinlicher ist aber eher, dass ich bei HSE nichts mehr bestelle.

Ich hatte am 06.02.2025 eine Kuders Bestellung aufgegeben und schaute heute in meinen Account, um zu sehen, wo sie bleibt. Dort steht: "Voraussichtliche Zustellung: Di 11.02. - Do 13.02.2025" So rief ich heute den Service an, weil es noch nicht ankam, sondern so dort steht: "Bestellung bestätigt Bestellung in Bearbeitung Wir bereiten Ihre Bestellung gerade für den Versand vor." Daraufhin wollte ich etwas fragen, aber die unhöfliche Dame am Telefon fiel mir ins Wort: "Sie vertun sich, Kuders kommt immer 14 Tage später." Ich sagte: "Aber warum steht das Datum dann so dort?" Sie wieder: "Sie vertun sich"! Ich: Nein, es steht doch so dort! "Sie: "Das kommt später, das habe ich Ihnen doch schon gesagt!" Bitte, was ist das denn? Sorry, aber das geht nicht! Nachtrag: Danke für Ihre Antwort, die so aber nicht weiter hilft! Es ging mir in erster Linie um den Ton Ihrer Mitarbeiterin. Ihrer Meinung nach ist das also "durchaus richtig"? Na, danke schön! In der Bestellbestätigung ist kein Datum vermerkt. Schade, da überlegt man sich weitere Bestellungen, obwohl ich seiet sehr vielen Jahren Kundin bin.

Bin schon viele Jahre HSE Kundin und habe HSE auch schon oft weiter empfohlen. Aber..... ich finde das HSE seit geraumer Zeit ziemlich teuer geworden ist. Dabei ist es egal ob man sich das leisten kann oder nicht. Viele Produkte besonders Kleidung bekommt man im freien Handel und auch online oft um einiges günstiger. Ist aber nur meine persönliche Meinung. Habe früher mehr bestellt. Finde das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr ok. Sorry

Clothing looks nothing like the picture, cheap disgusting material, gilden or fruit of the loom is better than this!! after countless emails, they replied saying, Thanks for your email. Thanks for letting us know we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Not even offering a refund i pushed back and they said i could send it back to them. After paying £5 postage out of my own money it got refused and sent back to me!! Now I haven’t heard anything since I sent it off about a month ago. Absolutely disgusting company, writing this so no one else gets scammed!!

A genuine scam!

Took over 2 weeks for them to ship my order with no response after emailing over 3 times as it was a gift. Order came and looks nothing like the product images and video. Not 340gm probably one of the cheapest products i have ever received they wouldn't even sell this in Primark. It's 100% polyester.... it's never seen cotton. Emailed twice more for a return address and refund but nothing until i kept commenting on their posts. They eventually reached out over DM. Opened a dispute with my bank due to them not refunding me even after sending the item back. They are now ignoring my bank and refusing to resolve the issue. Just scammers really. UPDATE:Got a response, got sent tracking and tracking said it was from China so I already was expecting bad quality, then the hoodie arrived and it’s far worse than I imagined. Unfortunately I can’t upload photos but extremely cheap made looks NOTHING like the orginal, not even acid wash just shiny and obviously plastic, shape is completely different not the slightest bit baggy, fibres easily coming off micro plastics everywhere smells very plasticky and how I could tell this isn’t even the slightest thing I ordered was there was a draw string which isn’t in the photo. This is completely different people aren’t stupid I don’t know what this brand was expecting.

De eigenaar van deze webshop is dezelfde die al eerder webshops had onder de namen: Ti-84, Gadgetfreakzz, Goedkoopbenelux. Hij is een oplichter die geld van mensen steelt. Soms krijg je het bestelde product toegestuurd maar meestal komt niets en krijg je ook geen terugbetaling. Er zijn al duizenden gedupeerden en de overheid is er mee bezig hem failliet te verklaren. Zeker noot hier bestellen, liever googelen en op facebook de groep van gedupeerden vinden en dan lees je wel genoeg over die man die dit allemaal doet. Walgelijke oplichter zonder respect voor mensen en hun eerlijk verdiend geld. Sommige webshops nog actief dus voorzicht. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE OR ANY OTHER WEBSHOP WITH THE SAME OWNER, NAMES ARE GIVEN ABOVE BUT HE MAY HAVE MORE. HES A SCAMMER UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE DUTCH GOVERNMENT. Le 15 février, je reçois un mail m'indiquant que l'article était en rupture mais que l'équipe commerciale reviendrait vers moi au plus tôt. Bonjour, j’ai passé ma commande le 11 décembre 2023 et à ce jour je ne suis toujours pas livré et je n’ai aucune nouvelle de ma commande. Impossible de joindre le service clients par téléphone sur ce site. Je me demande même si je ne me suis pas fait arnaquer, si je n’ai pas de réponse d’ici 48 heures, je pense que je vais donner ce dossier à mon avocat. Je suis très déçu de ce site.

Commande passée il y a un mois pour une montre : le site n’avait plus la montre. J’ai cependant été débité et je suis toujours dans l’attente d’un remboursement. Le site ne répond pas aux mails envoyés sur leurs différentes adresses. Je déconseille vivement de commander chez eux, aucun service clients, et mise en vente d’articles qu’ils ne possèdent pas.

Their sizing is out by about 1/2 size too small and when I tried contacting to exchange they stopped replying after initial email exchange despite multiple follow ups. Was a great product but pretty useless if you can’t newest them!!
