Belle qualité des vêtements. Envoi très rapide. Si tout va bien. Plusieurs commandes passées sans problème. Par contre à la dernière commande j'ai reçu 2 robes de mauvaise taille. Service client ne répond pas aux mails. J'ai réussi les joindre au téléphone. La dame me propose renvoyer le colis à mes frais ! J'ai dit que je ne suis pas d'accord. "On voir rappellera" Voilà. Ça fait une semaine j'attends leur coup de fil !

Très déçue
Très déçue ! J'ai commandé des masques en tissu taille 6-11 ans pour mes enfants de 6 et 10 ans. Les masques qui me sont parvenus sont 2 fois moins haut qu'un masque chirurgical pour le même âge, il ne couvre donc que le nez ou le menton, au choix mais pas les 2. J'ai demandé au service client comment procéder pour un retour et remboursement. J'ai eu un mail de 2 lignes 4 jours après m'expliquant qu'il fallait déplier les masques (des fois que je ne sache pas comment utiliser un masque) et c'est tout. J'envoie des photos d'1 masque plié et déplié à côté d'un masque chirurgical de la même tranche d'âge et réitère ma demande. Les 9 autres étant restés sous blister individuel scellé. Et là... silence radio, malgré relance. Contrairement à ce que le site indique "Jus d’Orange s’est mobilisé et a confectionné des masques barrières en tissu destinés aux professions non médicales et au grand public (adultes et enfants)." les masques en question sont fabriqués en Chine. Moi qui souhaitais des masques de fabrication française, je me suis faite avoir par la description. De quoi mettre en doute le reste du descriptif !

I added an edit at the end. .. I Ordered these glasses for My son for Christmas. He is one of my four colorblind children. One daughter received these glasses years ago for Christmas and loved them. It was a very moving tear filled day as Siblings and cousins tried these on and saw a whole new world. -sadly those glasses walked away , someone else liked them too. It’s a whole new world With texture and dimension and color. So exciting and Fun as they pointed out the fact that the trunk of the Christmas tree was different than the branches and needles. Or the first time They saw bugkill trees( spruce beetle infestation ) or the texture in the lawn. We watched as one knelt on the floor stroking a petal of a poinsettia and asking why doesn’t everyone talk about the color red all The time? It’s amazing!” Or the boy that looked At his mom and stroked her hair exclaiming “mom!! Your hair is red! You are so beautiful! Yup . He was 19 and we were all Crying. Finally ordered another pair, My son is excited for the great frames and excited that he sees the color red and was excited to point out the other colors he saw ! Great day! Great glasses!! *I wanted to add a little edit after I saw a review that said these glasses are a fraud. They aren’t. This is a really exciting experience. . In our family we have 8 kids. 4 are colorblind - so is my dad and numerous nephews. Almost everyone tried on the glasses. Sadly, There was one person that still didn’t see color. I do not know if they are just a different type of color blind than the glasses we had purchased or what but he didn’t see color. So I would Suggest that you be sure to take the colorblind test to find out which pair is best for you. It was sad they didn’t work for him. But they worked for the rest of the ones who tried them with amazing results. Their biggest fear was that they might start to depend on the glasses and not remember things like the position of the red and green lights at a traffic stop. Yes, they are expensive and it is so hard to justify spending so much, but when you personally see the excitement and amazement of someone seeing color for the first time. (those of us that can see color, Often take for granted such a gift..) You want to be able to buy everyone you know a pair. ! You want to color their world too. Yup that good!

Lens Changed
I purchased my first pair of EnChromas in February of 2020. They were the largest lens (wraparound style) available. I love them but they fog up in the winter. Last month I purchased a new pair, different style, but the lens itself has changed dramatically. I cannot figure out why - their original lens are fantastic! Even with the slight yellowish tint, the first generation lens are far superior to the current lens. The colors do not pop at all with these new lens.

Received all three items that I won. GOLD, pffttt! a photo copy of gold is more the result. The three pendants I received could be at the bottom of of a candy box. Totally useless, the gold is so thin that the eyelets are crused and unusable, the face of the panther pendant are also crushed as they looked having been punched by a prize fighter. The jeweller I contacted to see if anything could be done to repair told me a serious NOPE! NEVER will I bid on that site. Hong Kong sellers, nice job! You can only screw me once. My experience with Jewelry Room has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I ordered items in November as Christmas gifts, but the package I received contained the wrong items entirely. The package was addressed to me, and the tracking number matched the one on my account. However, the items inside were for a charity event in Washington, for someone with the same first name as me. Hi Hannah, apparently we sent a wrong package to you. The items were for a charity event next week in Washington. If you can help us send it to them immediately, it will be appreciated. Be happy to give you a $150 coupon to spend on our site and of course the postage price. Please kindy help us as the charity event is really meaningful! Best Regards Sophia… Adding to the frustration, I paid $60.33 in duties and taxes upon delivery, only to find out the package wasn’t even mine. It was also almost a $200 order. I was then asked to remail the package to the correct recipient, with the promise of reimbursement for postage and a $150 PayPal refund as compensation. While I mailed the package back, it became clear that the company used me to avoid import fees, as the return label created in fedex showed it the label was first made to their address in Hong Kong then deleted and replaced with the Washington address which upon googling was another branch of their website. After returning their items, the communication stopped entirely. I reached out multiple times to inquire about my actual order, the reimbursement of my $60.33, and the promised $150 coupon, but received no response. It’s been over a month since this ordeal began. I had to escalate the issue through PayPal just to try and recover my money, which I did end up getting the duties and fees back and a bit of the $150 promised. I inquired again two days ago about my actual order and still have not received a response. This whole situation has left me feeling scammed and incredibly disappointed, especially during a financially challenging holiday season. I was relying on my order for Christmas gifts, but instead, I’ve been left out of pocket and without the items I purchased. As well, on the site when I set my max bid I never exceeded $16. However some of the items I won says I bid $26. I wrote this off as a mistake on my end and paid for the items. However after all of this I don’t think it was a mistake on my end. I wouldn’t recommend shopping with JewelryRoom unless you’re prepared for potential mishandling, lack of communication, (unless they want something) and additional financial stress. This was a terrible experience, and I’ll never shop with them again.

Shoe purchase
I did a once-only purchase of shoes. There was no indication of which country the shoe sizes referred to; I presumed USA (as is normal), so ordered accordingly but the sizes were actually UK, so the shoes were too big. The site does not mention returns and/or postage costs, so I am stuck with wrong size shoes. The shoes themselves are quite acceptable. But i will never again buy from this firm. There is also no way to contact them that I can see unless you open an account. So, writing a review is my only recourse. Forget this company.

Catch is playing games. Purchased a prepaid catch connect sim card via catch.com.au. The sim card has never arrived, contacted customer support who told me to wait longer and didn't respond to follow up email. I opened an item not received case with PayPal which catch never bothered to respond to until the final hours before the automatic refund would be issued by PayPal. The Paypal case update states Catch has shared tracking details which goes against what I was told in the first email to catch customer service stating they couldn't provide me a tracking number for my order as it was a special delivery

Pleasantly surprised
After reading the mixed reviews I found the pony o on a discount anddecided to give it a go to see if it could work for me. I have long, thin and very straight hair, everything falls out, so I expected this to do the same. But I got it this afternoon and put it in immediately. I've walked the dog twice, did some vacuuncleaning, laundry and hanging on the couch with my tail in the pillows and this thing stayed put for 7 hours already. This is the first thing that managed to stay in my hair for so long. I like how my ponytail looks, it's not the rat tail I have with elastic bands, it looks a lot fuller. The only thing i don't like is that with the pony o i can't keep it tight in one hand while putting it in like i do with an elastic band, so it looks a bit more messy and i have to fix it while its in a tail, which doesn't really work as you all know. But the pros outweigh the cons. If it manages to not break for a few months i will happily buy one again. I guess you should just try it, the reviews are all over the place, but I'm happy with this thingy.

This company is fabulous
This company is fabulous, for quite a few reasons. My first order was lost in the mail, so I decided to reach out to the company, and to my surprise, the owner Nicol, answered the phone. I was also impressed with the fact that I was treated with such kindness and integrity, how she immediately sent out another shipment. I got that shipment and then decided to order the second Pony-o in the color black. Then once again, the product got lost in the mail. So I called Nicol and she immediately put that second item in the mail. Weeks later, I got both of the lost items in the mail, one was blue and the other black. I called Nicol to let her know that I received both of the lost packages, and that I wanted to pay her for both items. She would not take a cent. ( I also sent her a photo of what the packages look like, as if they had been kicked around in the dirt.) Somehow and for some reason, both packages were lost their ability to be tracked, somewhere in Georgia. I live in Florida. This happened twice! Clearly, this was none of Nicole‘s fault, so of course I wanted to pay her for the 2 recovered items. Nicol refused to take a payment and instead thanked me for my patience and understanding. She also suggested that I share them with a friend or family member It felt great to tell Nicol, “thank you so much,” because her pony-o was such a great invention, and it made my thin hair look thick☺️ I highly recommend this product and I also believe in supporting a product which happens to be invented by a wonderful woman of integrity.

No delivery, refusing to reship
I ordered Nov 22, my order never arrived in Mexico. 7 weeks later, I requested my order to be reshipped to a US address. They first agreed, but then cancelled the reshipment because the original order showed a failed delivery. My address was correct and they admitted they were having issues with their shipments to Mexico and no longer offer it. Nothing on the tracking indicates where the package is and they are expecting me to go on a wild goose chase 2 months after purchase? Absolutely horrendous. They could have easily fixed this situation. Now I have to dispute the charge and warn others that they do not care whether you get your order or not. I ordered over $100 worth as they were meant to be Christmas gifts. Overall an extremely disappointing experience and I would never order again. Edit in reply to Pony-o reply: The tracking I was given for the reshipment to the US address still says acceptance pending (as of this moment) and has not updated since jan 8. I have been not been given any new tracking number. I was however told that that reshipment was cancelled because of the delivery attempts in Mexico. The tracking for the Mexico address does NOT says anything about it being available for pickup. Also there is a lobby that receives all packages and always has someone there. Always. So unless you can provide me the address where this package apparently is waiting for pickup, I don't even know where to check.

I love ALL Pony- O products!
I love all Pony-O products! The bun bar, bling, pins and pony-I’d make it easy to style my long, thick, wavy hair without ruining my waves/curls. Everyone comments me on my hair when I wear the bun bar, bling and pins because they’re eye catching and decorative without hurting or scratching my scalp like most Bobby pins do. In the couple of years I’ve been wearing them, I’ve only had 1 of the inner rings inside the Pony-O break on me so that I couldn’t wear it anymore. I’ll definitely keep buying them!

DOES NOT WORK
I was excited to try this because I always get headaches from high pony tails. I have thick wavy hair. Well long story short it does NOT work. Like at all. It doesn't get tight and just falls right down. The company offers risk free 30 day trail, they don't tell you that you have to pay to ship it back. It would cost me $18.00 to ship it back which is more than double what I paid for the product itself. So I guess I got scammed into keeping this product that doesn't work. Don't waste your time!! EDIT to Respond: A shipping label cost $18.00 if I could add an image here I would to show you. If you think it is only $2 or $3 to ship it back for the sake of customer satisfaction you would send me that label. The product does not work. I have watched all videos and it does not make a sharp edge like you suggested. You put barley any pressure or slightly tilt your head, my hair falls right down.

Heat in my hands and run a pencil around the inside to strengthen it but that hasn't done anything, iv paid over 30 euros for this only to use a few times I am really disappointed. Not for thin hair
I had bought these for my daughter a few years back. She has thick hair and said they work OK but don't really stay in place without readjusting them. I had kept one regular size in the leopard print. So recently I saw they had a smaller size now and thought they would work for my thin. They are Not smaller they are bigger than the old regular size. I want Pony O to make smaller ones for thin hair, kids, ponytails, ect... Look at the picture I took of them next to the old one. Dreadful company!!!
If possible I would rate them minus. Terrible company. I spent over seven weeks deciding on my wedding dress, numerous emails to the company, ordered it, only to be told we don't sell it anymore, too many returns! Take it off the website then!! I then find out it's a scam from China. Seriously stay away they'll ruin your plans and mess you around. So upset and extremely angry.

When buying from this company, the garments are not true to size, so I cannot understand why it says yelure uk. Your items of clothing does not come from the UK but China. Not a good experience. Think twice before buying here!
Don't buy the abaya, the sizes are just not right and don't match with the sizes on the website. The costumers service is under zero. No way to change it for the right size and no refunds. At this specific point even Shein is doing better. However the fabric of the last hijaab feels cheap and was really expensive. For this price, you can buy other famous brands and be served like a queen. I am so disappointed in humanity. They won't fix a mistake they even made themselves. I have a feeling this brand is all about making money.. and zero about customer care. They just don't care if your happy or not with your purchase, or if it's to short or to big. So sad. I don't believe they will ever compete with other big brands because of this. To make it, you have to invest ..and this is a message they didn't get yet.

Poor quality hijabs and they look super odd on, and not like the instant hijabs you usually get. I wish there were photos depicting that before you make the purchase.. I am not going to lie they came super fast and the packaging was cute. I ordered the Peachy Rose Instant Hijab With Inner × 1 Carre' Mini Light Navy Instant Hijab With Inner × 1 Posh Laurel Green Instant Hijab With Inner × 1Posh and I wanted to return them all due to the above reasons mentioned. I emailed them 3 times and they haven't gotten back to me at all. Inshallah I'll donate them but it is such a shame.. As a new company I urge you to work better on your customer service and the quality of your hijabs and may Allah forgive you.

Hijabs are poor quality and flimsy/ thin material. The undercaps were the only thing I actually liked. Concept is nice with pinless ready to wear hijabs but execution is poor. For example the undercaps & hijabs should have an option to tighten/ widen depending on head size. Prices are way too high for the quality. Paid £40ish for 2 hijabs and no option for refunds/ returns. Made in Bangladesh.

Absolutely love these pinless hijabs! They’re so beautiful, easy to wear and fantastic quality. I’ve purchased 5 so far and am so excited to get more! They look so beautiful and elegant on, I don’t think I could go back to wearing normal hijabs now! These have been an absolute amazing find, my sisters and cousins all adore these hijabs. Amazing service and products!!
Absolutely amazing both customer service and products. I couldn't understand the difference between the straight inner or the cross inner, i received a nice email back quickly and ordered loads of items in the beautiful designs and styles. I ordered on Sunday, and parcel 1 arrived today (Thursday) to the UK. Really happy with the cap scarves i received today, Insh Allah this will be my go to shop for hijabs in the future. Thank you so much Bokitta fantastic idea to help fellow Muslims that find it hard to wear a scarf and keep it on and in place 💖💐🌹🌺🌷

Overholder ikke lovgivningen! Returnerede en vare (hele ordren) og startede med at få 40,- for lidt refunderet. Skrev og gjorde opmærksom på det, jeg troede var en fejl og fik en mail tilbage om, at det var rigtigt nok. Sendte ny mail med henvisning til forbrugerloven om nethandel, at når hele ordren returneres, skal leveringsgebyret også refunderes. Fik intet svar men fik 39,- retur. Bare fordi jeg var stædig gjorde jeg opmærksom på, at de havde regnet forkert og stadig skyldte mig 98 øre :) Stadig intet svar, men fik 1 krone refunderet. Ufattelig dårlig adfærd og at dømme ud fra de øvrige anmeldelser her, så er det bevidst. Kan kun fraråde at handle der. I bedste fald er det uprofessionelt og kritisabelt, i værste fald er det bevidst snyd.

Dårlig service - man kan ikke regne med dem.
Jeg har nu under to handler oplevet dårlig service, desværre. Første gang modtog jeg en kjole der efter én vask helt mistede farven. Jeg kunne ikke få en ny og kunne ikke engang få lov til at købe en ny til samme pris som jeg havde givet for den første. Derudover sendte de mig en forkert kjole først som jeg var behjælpelig med at sende retur og måtte vente yderligere på at få den kjole jeg havde bestilt. Men da jeg havde brug for hjælp den anden vej i form af ombytning/køb af ny kjole til samme pris var der ingen hjælp at hente. Anden gang (igår) har jeg købt tre maileg nisser på deres hjemmeside hvorefter de idag kontakter mig på mail og siger de har solgt dem til anden side/ikke har dem alligevel så jeg kan ikke få dem. Jeg havde glædet mig til at modtage så er rigtig ked af og ærgerlig over situationen, både med kjolen jeg kun kunne bruge en gang og her med nisserne som jeg slet ikke modtager. Der var intet ekstra tilbud, kompensensation eller lignende bare et forslag om at kunne købe andet på deres hjemmeside ligesom alle andre (hvis såfremt de så har det, hvilket man jo tydeligvis ikke kan regne med) - dårlig service begge gange. Det er simpelthen så ærgerligt.

Item used - not!!!
First time I bought from this shop via Zalando, and surely the last time. Bought a blouse, tried it on, it was huge and shapeless, immediately packed it into the bag it came in and sent it back. I get a response that I will not have my money back, as the item has clear signs of having been worn!!! Now it’s a matter of principle to see the proof of those “signs” and start the official complaint process. Also upset with Zalando for collaborating with such fraudsters.

What’s happening...
It has been 20 days since I’ve ordered but I don’t even have a tracking number yet. I’ve even emailed them twice and sent a direct message on Instagram and got no response. I was going to ask if I could cancel my order because it was getting absurd,but then noticed their website doesn’t exist anymore??? What on earth is happening?? I feel like I just got scammed... All I wanted was a pair of pants.... Edit: the pants came in shortly after I wrote this review and they looked like how it was advertised, but they are incredibly uncomfortable.

Misleading, unfriendly refund policy, bad service
Bought two shirts from this company; took forever to arrived and then turned out to be very different than what was advertised on their website. Their refund policy is very unfriendly and unfair to the customers who support them, so I ended donating the shirts to the charity and considered a lesson learned. I would not recommend this company.

Wow, I have never seen a single company that has drastically changed as much as Marc Wenn. From being a normal stylish online men’s fashion store to an AMAZING QUALITY store. I ordered the Chelsea boots from their new line for my boyfriend and I’m SHOOK. He says they are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes he owns. I was kinda scared to order anything from the store because of the old reviews, but DON’T be discouraged because they are absolutely amazing.

I have read different reviews about the company and their service and had more negative feelings towards it. However, I still decided to give it a try. First of all, I received a notification about my purchase. Contacted their support about my boots update because I did a pre-order. They have responded in less than 24 hours. They kept me updated about boots production all the time and finally, when boots were ready, send me the shipping information. Second of all, these shoes are awesome! I mean I have expected a very good quality from handmade shoes but these ones are just unbelievable. They fit like gloves even though I am wearing them on a foot of course. But the feeling is extremely comfortable. I have risked it and honestly I am very happy that I did. Will buy from them again.

Buyer Beware
The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with, they will never ship out or take months to ship. It took me 2 months to get my product. Every week when I contacted them to see if they shipped they said they would respond with a short "It will ship out next week". No apologies, no courtesy, just a short non explanatory response. They just stopped responding after 1st month of not shipping. Earlier, They told me they would throw in a pair of jeans for waiting so long and for my trouble, little did I know they did this to buy time. Those jeans never came and 6 months later I received an email from them saying it's gonna ship out "next week". Yes, they actually taunted me, I have never been mocked by a retail company before. They could have just let it be, but they went out of their way to say that to joke was on me, the consumer. I usually don't post too many reviews online, but since they went out of their way to do that to me, I will take the time to inform the public about their service.They are extremely unprofessional. There is 50/50 chance you will even get your product, just look at the reviews below. The reviews are not just low, the legitimate customers reviewed them 1 star, I'm sure if you could put 0 stars they would have. Honestly and sincerely the worst experience I've ever had online or in retail altogether. All the positive reviews about Marc Wenn were posted on the same day. Coincidence?

Way overpriced and not worth it.
I bought 3 pairs of alpaca leggings, nearly $600, and despite following the seller's guidelines for washing them, they've shrunk. And, they continue to shrink, o3nly now in the length too. The seller has refused to accept any responsibility and is actually blaming me. Nice! I will never buy anything from woollykins again which in my opinion is way overpriced and for the product I got. I've received far superior and cheaper alpaca clothing through etsy. Won't be making the woollykins mistake again.

Two weeks and order not arrived. Emailed them and no response after a few days. Tried calling and the number is "Out of Service". I don't know if or when I will receive the order. This review is for customer service. I ordered a standard off-the-shelf item with no personalisation or anything like that. I cannot comment on the item as I haven't received it (yet). Some shops say they accept payments with Trill and send out the product when the cash outs are working. Last night we stayed in a hotel and we had lots of food and drink. Everything paid with Trill. They are scammers or purely incompetent at this point. I placed an order for a large Mortality sweater during October 2021 it’s February now no update in sight and no refund. Superb service
Yet again Harry has helped me out. One of my clocks threw a wobbly and I rang Harry to arrange to deliver to him to repair. He explained exactly what to do as the clock was really out of sync and talked me through the process, saving me a 4 hour round trip for repair. I am so grateful to this guy. Cannot fault him at all.

Berechtigte Reklamationen werden mit falschen Unterstellungen abgelehnt.
Ich bin seit Jahren Stammkunde in den Läden in Berlin und Hamburg sowie bestelle immer mal online. Bislang hat immer alles geklappt, manchmal sogar in Hamburg angerufen ob ein bestimmtes Teil da ist, Kreditkarte angegeben und Sachen schnell bekommen. Jetzt hatte ich jedoch zum ersten mal eine Reklamation. Ich kaufe regelmässig die Tom Ford-Unterhosen und habe auch welche die schon mehrere Jahre alt sind, Qualität war bislang immer top. Bei der neuesten Bestellung über 8 Stück aus Cotton-Modal sind diese nach kurzer Zeit allesamt an der jeweils gleichen Stelle gerissen. Ich habe die Reklamation eingeschickt und nun wird von Mientus behauptet, ich hätte diese falsch gewaschen (nein!), angeblich mit Weichspüler (den wir noch nie verwendet haben), und auch noch angeblich im Wäschetrockner getrocknet (nein!). Die Unterhosen werden mit anderen hochwertigen Textilien im Miele Top-Modell mit automatischer Dosierung gewaschen, keinerlei Kleidungsstück hat jemals irgendeinen Schaden genommen. Mientus lehnt die Reklamation innerhalb der 1-jährigen Gewährleistungspflicht (gesetzwidrig!) ab. Nun wollte ich mich zumindest an den Hersteller bzw. den Vertrieb wenden und habe Mientus nach den Kontaktdaten gefragt, die Daten geben sie nicht raus mit der Angabe, der Hersteller gewähre keine Garantie bzw. Gewährleistung. Ich warte jetzt die letzte gesetzte Frist ab und werde mich dann an die Verbraucherschutzzentrale wenden und erwäge eine Anzeige. Wie man liest, scheint das unberechtigte Ablehnen von berechtigten Reklamationen bei Mientus System zu haben. Dieser Laden ist wirklich das Allerletzte.

Sehr Schlechter Service !!!
Sehr Schlechter Service !!! Der Service ist unter aller S*au & vor allem für so eine Angebliche Noble Boutique. Habe mir eine Neue Woolrich Jacke gekauft, wo mir nach wenigen tagen ein Mangel aufgefallen ist. Es traten an mehreren stellen Daunenfedern aus, sodass jedes Oberteil ständig mit Daunen voll war. Laut Aussage von Mienuts ist das normal und nimmt mit der Zeit ab. Da ich noch innerhalb der 2 Wochen war, wollte ich die Jacke gerne Reklamieren. Da es aber die letzte in der Größe war, schrieb ich per mail dazu, dass ich mich in deren Stores mal nach einer Alternative umschauen werde, um Sie mir zu kaufen. Sie teilten mir mit, dass die Bearbeitung bis zu 4 Wochen dauern kann, um es beim Hersteller zu Reklamieren. Ich erwähnte in der Mail ausserdem, dass ich zwar damit einverstanden bin, es aber schade finde das mein Geld bis zu 4 Wochen geblockt wird, da ich für die neue Jacke nochmals zahlen müsse und dann doppelt belastet bin. Mir wurde lediglich das Retourenlabel bestätigt und die Bearbeitung des Falls. Nach mehreren tagen erhielt ich die Bestätigung, dass die Jacke geprüft und Instand gesetzt wurde und wieder an mich versendet wird. Daraufhin rief ich dort an, um zu erfragen was sie damit genau meinen, weil Sie eigentlich reklamiert werden sollte wie in der Mail beschrieben und auch das ich eine Neue bei denen im Store gekauft hatte. Statt auf meine Aussage in der Mail zu reagieren, haben Sie es einfach ignoriert und bestehen auf das recht der Nachbesserung, was auch ok ist, aber leider habe ich nun eine weitere Jacke für über 650 € bei denen gekauft, die ich auch behalten muss, da dass Etikett entfernt und die Jacke getragen wurde. Hätten Sie es zu Anfang so Kommuniziert, dass sie die Jacke nicht nur Eingeschickt & geprüft wird, sondern auch versucht wird zu Reparieren, dann hätte ich mich nicht alternativ um eine neue Jacke gekümmert. Nun bin ich gezwungen beide Jacken von Mientus im wert von über 1500 € zu behalten. Meine Empfehlung kauft immer beim Hersteller, die haben es nicht nötig den Kunden auszunehmen, um ihre Ware loszuwerden. Die Kommunikation läuft dort auch wesentlich transparenter ab, ohne den Anschein zu erwecken, dass im Kundeninteresse gehandelt wird. Das war mein erster und letzter ( Doppel) Kauf.

le 20 janvier 2022 on m'a offert un bracelet trois grains d'amour pour mes 60 ans. je tiens à préciser que je fais très attention à mes bijoux. Très vite le bracelet c'est déformé. j'ai donc amené mon bracelet à réparer. j'ai appris que le jonc était creux d'où la déformation. merci de ne pas me l'avoir dit à l'achat. j'ai payé 120 € pour le recupérer. Bien sûr cela recommence car trop fragile. je suis allée chez mon bijoutier pour trouver une solution. Il m'a confirmé qu'il avait beaucoup de bijoux de chez Mauboussin à réparer et qu'en effet la qualité n'était plus au rendez vous. La solution est de faire un jonc plein afin qu'il ne se déforme plus. Plus jamais je n'achèterais un bijoux Mauboussin et je ne les recommanderais pas.

❌ Expérience décevante ! ❌ J’ai passé commande sur le site MAUBOUSSIN et malheureusement, l’article reçu ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. J’ai voulu exercer mon droit de rétractation, mais le site refuse le remboursement et impose un avoir au lieu de me restituer mon argent. De plus, les frais de retour sont à ma charge, ce qui alourdit encore la note de 20 euros de plus. Service client peu conciliant et politique de retour peu avantageuse pour les consommateurs. Je ne recommande pas ce site et ne commanderai plus chez eux. À fuir !

La déception par excellence !!
La déception par excellence !! Nous avons acheté chez mauboussin et ma bague de fiançailles et nos alliances. Un accident se produit avec de la colle ( totalement de ma faute la dessus aucun soucis ) Nous allons dans la boutique mauboussin champs Élysée pour trouver une solution ( encore une fois vu que le problème est de mon fait nous ne sommes pas du tout contre le fait de payer pour éventuellement solutionner le problème) Et là on nous fait un lavage à l’ultra son( appareil que j ai chez moi également et que j’ai bien entendu fait directement). Et on nous rend la bague avec comme conseil mettez la dans de l’eau chaude avec du produit vaisselle et frottez avec une brosse à dent . Comme si on ne l’avait pas déjà fait . On parle juste d’une alliance et je trouve ça totalement incroyable de renvoyer le client en mode débrouillez vous . Achetez chez histoire d’or le sav sera le même avec un tarif moindre à l’achat !!!

Ne pas acheter chez mauboussin
Je suis achetée la bague avec une pièce violette et une petite etoile jaune au bout de 4 mois j'ai du la rapporter car l'étoile est partie. ils l'ont gardé 6 mois et j'ai du relancer le service. je l'ai récupéré bleue . ils m'ont dit de ne la porter qu'à certaine occasion. je l'ai donné à ma fille et l'étoile est partie au bout de 8 jours

Çà ne fait pas rêver ......
Le bracelet de ma montre Mauboussin a cassé ( mauvaise qualité , dit mon horloger ....) . Tentative de réparation auprès du vendeur : il ne travaille plus avec Mauboussin ( et n'en dit pas du bien ...) . Le nouveau représentant de Mauboussin me dit que la réparation est impossible car ' nous avons déjà essayé, ils ne répondent pas ... ' . Le soi disant ' service client ' de Mauboussin se contente de communiquer par téléphone ......l'adresse mail du service clients ! J'écris un mail à Mauboussin : aucune réponse . Mauboussin ? Jamais plus .

Arnaque, société à fuir
C’est un zéro pointé pour cette marque qui se dit Luxe mais c’est plus bas de gamme ! Un service client inexistant malgré mes mails envoyés depuis plusieurs semaines. Les clients sont considérés uniquement pour un achat, après la vente plus rien ! C’est une honte pour vous. Un avoir m’a été attribué sans mon consentement alors que j’ai renvoyé l’article comme demandé et en plus payant à mes frais de plus de 30€, je l’ai renvoyé 4 jours après l’avoir reçu, pour un remboursement. Cette ignorance du client me semble être une grosse erreur mais confirme l’arnaque et le non respect du client. Vu que j’ai un avoir je vais l’utiliser car vous ne répondez pas, mais vous pouvez être sûr qu’avec cette mauvaise expérience je ne recommanderai à personne d’acheter chez vous. Je travaille en grand magasin depuis de nombreuses années, les clients vont me croire. À fuir, à fuir, magouille, arnaque en bande organisée. Pour laisser cet avis, je n’avais pas le choix de vous laisser 1 étoile.

Achat d'une paire de boucle d'oreilles réalisé sur e-boutique. L'article est arrivée défectueux je l'ai renvoyé depuis 1mois 1/2 ... J'ai essayé d'appeler le numéro pour avoir un suivi ... Pas joignable... j'ai envoyé un dizaine d'emails ... unique réponse ..l'article est en réparation... on vous contactera en temps utile ... je cite.. C'est honteux... Pas de service client .. aucune considération... A FUIR!!
