I previously used the clinic in 2023 and their communications and services were good. In June 2024, I received a promotional email with a deal on their Hydrofacial packages. I responded via email with interest. I have all email receipts of the communications where I was bombarded and pestered with follow up emails to pay imminently for the treatment. I paid and as soon as I made the BACS transfer their communication seized. With very little explanation and over the past few months I have been chasing up to book my appointment. In early September I had booked an appointment, which was on 7 September. I emailed during the week on Tuesday 3 September to reschedule my appointment. I kept following up on the 5th September, still no response. I finally got through via phone on the 6th September where I spoke to someone to explain the situation. They promised me they would get back to me within an hour with alternative dates to reschedule. This never happened, so I followed up via email on the 6th. Again zero communication or response from the clinic. On the Saturday 7th September I received an automated email saying that I missed the appointment. Despite my confirmation over the phone from the team that this was going to be rescheduled. It was extremely unprofessional, and I responded to the thread to follow up and explain the situation. I persisted, called up and got through on the 10th September with Anne, over the phone. Anne mentioned that I missed the appointment where I explained the situation that I have been emailing and calling up. Anne's excuse was that they don't receive emails on the weekend (actually even the emails I send during the week were not been responded to, so I do not rate this as an excuse). The other excuse was that Anne has been unwell, which I sympathize with, and that the team are only 3 people and they have 1500/1600 clients. Unfortunately, they missed the ball on multiple occasions via my email and telephone communications. Telling your client that you have that many clients should not be an excuse. It was very disheartening to hear, and an apology was not formally sent other than the promise that the treatments monies would be refunded to me. This would take up to '5 working days' is what I was told. Today it is the 23 September and still no monies/refund have been received. I contacted the clinic on Friday 20 September to explain that the refund had not reached my account. The response was that Anne would check with the bank on Monday. I have emailed today and still no response or contact to and got through. Do not use this company under any circumstance as they clearly have too many clients (is basically what the owner has told me) and do not treat you with the care or service that you expect. It is really disheartening and I will not be using this company in future nor recommending. I have full receipts of everything, and will be making further complaints as this issue is still unresolved. From June/July's Ella and Anne's 5 emails to chase me up to purchase the offer, to now zero communication unless I have to keep emailing, calling up or sending messages on WhatsApp. During this process they kept sending emails regarding promotions, posting on their Instagram. This tells me that something is wrong with how they manage clients and not how you expect to be treated by an aesthetics clinic. Wanting more clients but not treating your current clients well is inexcusable. I hope money is refunded to me, but as it has been so long, I cannot count on it. At least I hope to warn any prospective clients.

I was frustrated with conflicting advice over the years about what I should take / not take / what quantities of xyz supplement etc to actually get results. Some topical ones even irritated my scalp. The founders of hair loss shop I learned have decades of experience in hair loss solutions. They gave me a series of tablets and topical solution that were right for me and for the first time I feel like it’s actually working and I’m four months in. I need at least a year to really see the change but it’s looking positive! Other than that the delivery was fast and Instructions really simple. Highly recommend.

I was operated 6 months ago at Big Hair Clinic. The results have now started to show. They are even better than I expected. I had been a little skepitcal even until recently but the hair looks thick and most importantly natural. I had 2800 grafts transplanted on my hairline and mid-scalp. The surgery was painless after the initial numbing injections and recovery was quick. It only took a few weeks of rest before I could return to exercise. Les deux opérations ont eu lieu le même jour. Il a fallu 7 heures au total. On m'a implanté 2950 greffons pour densifier ma ligne de cheveux et la zone du vertex et 1800 greffons sur ma barbe. Le chirurgien était présent du début à la fin de l'intervention. Il a pratiqué les incisions, ce qui est la partie la plus importante. La repousse est en cours car je suis à 8 mois de l'opération. L’ultima scatola però presentava un problema dovuto probabilmente alla conservazione. Allora ho telefonato all’Azienda (Profenix). Il Dott Dello Ioio benché fosse Agosto ha risolto prontamente il problema dimostrando serietà. E’ difficile oggi giorno trovare aziende con ottimi prodotti e in più così corrette! Bravi!

Servizio di recapito tendenzialmente veloce. Sul sito web sarebbe opportuno, una volta emesso l'ordine, avere il track della spedizione. Ho dovuto chiamare il servizio clienti e mi ha detto che la spedizione sarebbe arrivata entro due giorni e così è stato.

Purtroppo, la consegna doveva essere effettuata martedì, ma di mattina non c'era nessuno causa lavoro. I Can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with C60inOliveOil.com. Dr Moore answered my questions promptly. Really fast delivery. I used it for my Psoriasis, which I have had from the age of 16. I have tried everything believe me, Creams, cold tar, Chinese herbal drinks ( YUK ! ) sunbeds. After 3 days I saw results, ok I have struggled with the taste but I drink mine followed by a nice cold glass of water. It is worth it believe me. My psoriasis went :) I stopped taking it when my psoriasis cleared up, but then it started to return. Love the one product we bought in Spain (GEL SPORT), but their website has rejected my many attempts to buy more. (It's also annoying that I signed up to subscribe but did not receive the promised 15% off coupon.) I was surprised today to receive an email from them. They apologized that I was unable to purchase yesterday, assured me that they had fixed the problem, and invited me to try again. I went in, filled my cart, entered all my personal information, hit the button to place my order and *POOF* I was back at the Home page and my cart was empty. I did check my email afterwards and found three emails from yesterday, thanking me for my order, and each had a different order number, there was just ONE email canceling the middle order number. So, now I have to call my credit card companies (because I used two different credit cards) to make sure I didn't get charged before I try to purchase again (or maybe I should just quit while I'm ahead).

The past few weeks I’ve been getting sleepy.. yes, sleepy while working out. My only workout is riding virtually on Zwift. After a long week of work, I decided to finish off the week with an easy 60 min ride and just like what I’ve been experiencing, within 20 mins of my ride I started getting sleepy yet again. Google says its due to fatigue so I’m guessing that’s work life catching up but I love to ride and it’s just 60 mins anyway.. So there I was pedaling and sleepy, looked at the timer and it said another 32 mins of the ride left then I suddenly remembered about Melokura. Feedback From 🇧🇳🇧🇳🇧🇳 I did a test, the difference between listening to my fav music and melokura (cognition optimizer) while doing my work during WFH. Music + Kure Oxygen : easily to lost focus, it helps me focus too but only for 20-30mins.. Melokura + Kure Oxygen : it helps me doing multitask works easily, "kurang terasa lah batah nya rupanya bejam2 sudah. Feels like melukis or doing any arts. Because i love arts jua, biasa nya kalau melukis inda ku terasa tu bejam2 😅 the feel atu sama." If i forgot to use cognition optimizer before doing works. I use stress relief or tension relief first. Cool down the tension first, Then back to cognition optimizer. This steps.. Works for me! For WELLNESS OPTIMIZER i did try once for migraine. I play it twice then before the 2nd one habis i fall asleep already.. For Workout mode i did try twice, but feels like the frequency can't sync with my body yet, I need some tips from expert for this one.. Kure Oxygen 1 hr before sleep + DEEP SLEEP optimizer is my fav until now, good quality sleep is all i need to keep myself better than yesterday. Worth it! 👍🏻

My son has suffered from severe eczema since birth. It has been so bad at times that he has been hospitalized due to skin infections caused by broken and thickened skin. We have spent countless nights trying to soothe his itch and pain, and the heartbreak has been immense. We tried everything—from medical treatments to various herbal remedies, even leaving it alone in the hope that his immune system would resolve the issues. However, this amazing cream has done wonders for his skin. Slowly but surely, the thickened skin has smoothed out and (knock on wood) he hasn’t experienced any skin breakage since we started using it. We've reached a point where we only need to apply it every other day now. While it hasn’t cured the eczema, it has made it much more manageable, and our boy is far more comfortable in his skin. After six months of use, we have no intention of using anything else!

I used the cream on radiation burns on my neck after radio therapy treatment for head and neck cancer. The results were amazing. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

I don’t have eczema but I found that my skin has started to dry out over the last two to three years so after reading reviews of Balmonds online I purchased a pot of Skin Salvation two months ago. After two months I have noticed a serious improvement in my skin. The mixture will go on quite oily when rubbed in but the skin will soak it in after an hour or two so I usually use it when I’m at home with nowhere to go for an hour or two. The best part of Skin Salvation is it from natural ingredients. I don’t use any other moisturiser bar a cleanser and toner but the difference in my skin from two months ago is definitely noticeable. It helps with large pores too once a cleanser and toner is used before application and fine lines are minimised. It is definitely fantastic value, I’ve used more expensive moisturisers but I have to say Balmonds Skin Salvation is the best product I’ve ever used for my skin. It keeps the skin moisturised and youthful looking. I would absolutely recommend. I hear it’s very good for eczema too but for skin that is drying with age it is fantastic!

I don’t have eczema but I do have sensitive skin. I was attracted to buying the skin salvation because of its’ natural ingredients. I use it mainly on my face and neck- partly because the natural smell of olive oil, that takes a little getting used to but soon fades. The results have been amazing. I have mature skin and my skin looks plump and well moisturised and I have had many comments and questions about what I use to moisturise. I was so pleased with the results I tried the scalp oil. I have very thick, curly hair that can happily take an oil. I know it is for the scalp but my hair looks amazing- shiny and healthy! Thanks Balmonds, you have a customer for life!

Balmond products have totally changed the quality of my skin I can't quite believe it still. I have very sensitive skin and bad eczema, with flare ups lasting up to a year sometimes, all over my arms and face. I now use balmonds daily moisturiser all over, then the facial oil mixed with the moisturiser on my face and the lip balm, every day (twice for my face) and after a few weeks my skin is perfect, it's never been this healthy for this long.
