Ik heb geen antwoord van jullie in mijn mail ontvangen. Hoe het verder verloopt.. ik heb het opgezegd dus verwacht per 6 februari geen incasso meer van Buurtkadoos! Ik snap het eigenlijk niet
Ik snap het eigenlijk niet. Of toch wel? Ik kreeg een buurt kado doos met kaartjes met korting en een kraskaartje voor een winactie. Dat vulde ik in op de site. Daar zou ik zien wat ik gewonnen heb, ik werd ook gefeliciteerd! Daarna moest ik allerlei gegevens invullen waaronder mijn mailadres. In de mail zag ik nog niet wat en of ik iets gewonnen had. Daar moest ik weer een link volgen en persoonlijke gegevens invullen zoals mijn adres, dit voor het claimen van de fysieke prijs, en naar de website van buurtkadoos. En nog steeds geen idee wat ik gewonnen had. Vanaf daar was ik er al wel klaar mee. Dan op de site weer een postcode en e-mail invullen en dan weer naar de email voor een link, volgt u het nog? En dan ben ik blijkbaar ondertussen ook geregistreerd? Dan eindelijk inloggen en dan alleen een heleboel reclame van landelijke online bedrijven waar je wat korting krijgt maar waar ik nooit zal kopen. Ondertussen krijgen waarschijnlijk heel veel van deze landelijke online bedrijven mijn e-mail en woonadres in ruil voor de korting. En ben ik straks weer een tijd bezig om die allemaal uit mijn mail en brievenbus te gaan verwijderen. Terwijl zon verhuizing al zoveel regelwerk van je vraagt. Oei waarom deed ik dit ook alweer? Wie maakt wie blij hier? ik deed het om in de directe omgeving wat kennis te maken met lokale bedrijven. die fysieke kaartjes zijn dan echt wel leuk. Maar hoe zat t nu ook alweer met de lokale prijs van het krassen die ik gewonnen zou hebben? Geen idee. Daar zie ik niets van. De brievenbus toch maar even in de gaten houden, maar t zou ook kunnen dat het vooral reclame zal zijn.

Hartstikke leuk initiatief maar wanneer je al zo'n 3 maand in je nwe huis woont en dan pas de bonnen ontvangt, is t verven geklaard, een nw bed gekocht, hangen de gordijnen etc etc, veel bonnen heb ik niets aan enne buurt bedrijven zijn geen internet winkels....... dus eigenlijk in zijn geheel beetje half bakken...

There are a lot of hidden fees
I used Practina for one month, but two weeks was enough to understand that it doesn’t work for me. The texts that their AI generates are just two sentences, and I can use AI outside of their website. The photos don’t match the text, and the selection is very limited. They charge extra for too many of the photos. It’s impossible to add music. I can create better posts myself than what they offer. Also, they only provide targeted ads through their own page. In three days with a budget of $25 a day, only two people showed interest, and when I tried contacting them, neither responded. When I worked with another marketing company, I would get 7-10 interested leads a day. I’m sure that instead of $25 a day, they were only using $5. Plus, they helped me add Google reviews to my site, but when I stopped working with them, they deleted those reviews, which was very unprofessional. Be very cautious with them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I own a restaurant. Just this well tell you I have zero extra time on my hands. Add to this the lack of expertise in running an ongoing effecive social media campaign that is cost effective and you start to get the picture. I did a search for help and found Practina a few months ago. Now whenever I want to get the word out about our latest dish or which tea goes best with this meal I just contact my account rep. Their pricing is very reasonable and their service is excellent. Practina works for me.

From my experience this is not an honest company and the reviews I've read are created by their own management - very deceptive and not trustworthy.

I came across Practina…
Being in charge of a business means looking for tools that can simplify the daily workloads for all of my employees. Rigtig god app. Det har motiveret vores datter til at læse mere, hvor det tidligere har været en træls pligt. Der er mindre glitches i appen, som til tider kan drille lidt, men grund princippet i at få barnet til at læse mere virker rigtig godt. 4 stjerner grundet de tekniske glitches i appen.

Maneno får 3 stjerner for den grundlæggende læsefunktion. Der er mange bøger at vælge imellem og man kan opsætte, hvor mange minutter der skal læses hver dag. Appen markerer selv bøgerne efter læseniveau og leverer en læsestatistik til forældrene. Det fungerer fint og derfor 3 stjerner, for det er vel appens hovedfunktion. Når det så er sagt, så kan jeg ikke give nogen stjerner for spilelementerne og dragen og dens funktioner. Der er en tæller for, at man når et nyt drageniveau, men dragen vokser ikke. Det er det samme billede altid. Man får diamanter og mønter for at læse. Diamanterne kan bruges til at købe udklædningstøj til dragen, men det element er hurtigt udtømt. Mønterne kan kun bruges til at købe såkaldte “Dragedanse” for. Men det virker ikke. Dragen er stadig bare et billede, der står stille. Så det er et fuldstændig ligegyldigt element og egentlig bare skuffende for børnene. Men igen, selve læseelementet virker og jeg har ikke kunnet finde andre alternativer med adgang til de små letlæsningsbøger online. Min søn brager derudad med læsningen, så vi bliver for nu. Men når vi kommer op på et niveau, hvor vi kan læse almindelige bøger, så vil jeg nok vælge et andet system, der ikke har en masse “pynt og spræl” som alligevel ikke virker.

Jeg har siden september 2024 forsøgt at opsige abonnementet hos jer. Der bliver stadig trukket 139kr/mdr. Jeg har sendt flere mails og forsøgt at ringe mange gange uden held. Det er bondefangeri ikke at kunne få lov til at opsige sit abonnement. Jeg har nu fået svar fra ejeren og det er løgn hvad han skriver. Jeg har aldrig fået svar fra jer og det fremgår INTET sted at mit abonnement skal opsiges anderledes.

Vi er bare så skuffede over denne app
Vi er bare så skuffede over denne app. Igen. Det er faktisk anden gang, vi forsøger os med appen, og den duer bare ikke. Med fire børn ville det ellers være kærkomment med en god læseapp. Det er vanvittigt med log-in (hver gang, forbliv logget ind knappen virker ikke). Bøgerne vil først og fremmest ikke komme frem i børnenes biblioteker. Der står simpelthen, at der ikke er nogle bøger med "disse filtre" - vi har så bare fjernet alle filtre. Når vi endelig finder en eller anden tilfældig bog med et emne, vores børn ikke interesserer sig for, virker minuttælleren ofte ikke efter endt læsning, hvorefter vi har grædende børn, der føler sig uretfærdigt behandlet af læsedragen. At læse selve bogen er også en udfordring - siderne fryser, og det tager ofte over et minut at "vende" siden til den næste. Så ufedt. Dernæst er der billederne - der er noget helt galt med nogle formatteringerne, hvor teksten enten bliver ekstrem lille eller stor, og det er nærmest umuligt at ændre skriftstørrelsen. Well. Selve administrationsdelen og Maneno Parent er også helt skæv. Et barn dukker aldrig op på tablet'en, hvorfor jeg har prøvet at lave en ny profil - nu har hun tre profiler, hvoraf ingen af dem virker - intet sted kan jeg slette profilerne igen. Et andet barn dukker ikke op under oversigten over profiler. Og, intet sted kan jeg se, hvilket abonnement jeg har, hvor meget jeg betaler, eller hvornår det udløber. Jeg har brugt ufatteligt mange timer på at få l***et til at virke, logge ind, få bare een bog frem i biblioteket, og til trøst af børnene over alle deres frustrationer. Og det er for en app, som koster over 1000kr om året! En app, som har så meget potentiale, og som her anden gang at vi prøver det, intet har forbedret siden sidst. Absolut ikke anbefalelsesværdigt.

Konceptet er genialt, og lige hvad jeg ledte efter. Der er også et udmærket udvalg af bøger. Desværre er der mange fejl i appen: Den crasher ofte. Den gemmer ikke den lyd, vi optager. Jeg kan ikke få lov til at ændre læsetider og lix, som man bør. Opdatering: Vi har kun testet appen den på Android (Samsung Galaxy)

***Update based on reply by Stellar: I made it very clear that it was my Mother In Law who was scammed by this company and for the amount she was scammed for. She's not a happy customer, but has been extremely stressed out by the whole situation. I stand by what I said, because this is exactly how this company works and has worked. I have email proof of their lies promising huge contracts with a traditional publisher as well as email proof from the actual publisher stating they've never done business with them.**** This company works in the following way to scam authors out of their money and control access to their books. 1. A genuine literary agent will never request any money up front. They work with traditional publishers to secure a publishing deal for you and receive part of the profit from that deal. 2. This company pretends to be an agent who works with traditional companies, but they tell self-published authors (typically those who are already self published on Amazon or who have gone through a vanity publishing company) that they need to spend money "re-publishing" through them in order for a traditional company to take them on. 3. After acquiring the author's book content and copyrighted material, they proceed to convince the author that they need to redo artwork and reformat the books all under the author's name. They charge exorbitant fees for this "necessary" reworking promising that it will attract a traditional publisher and get them a huge million dollar deal. 4. They go through the motions of doing this work even offering proofs, etc. To the trained eye, it's obvious that the artwork is completely subpar, and minimal money was actually spent. After all, it's completely free to publish the books on Amazon. 5. Now, they have the author's name and are publishing as them, however, if any royaltees come in they go directly to this company and the author sees nothing. Meanwhile they convince the author to purchase other packages to promote their books to traditional publishers...radio interviews, turning the books into motion pictures, and other marketing scams. They've followed this exact process with my elderly mother-in-law to the tune of $15,000! Beware!

Don’t trust Goldstone Books
If I could, I would give them a zero! I purchased a book from Goldstone Books through the AbeBooks website. The book was not what it was listed to be, which the vendor clearly should have known. They say they will refund my purchase price if I return the book within 30 days, likely aware that returning the book would cost me more than twice what I paid. I, as the consumer, am stuck because Goldstone Books did not present the product honestly. I would not purchase anything from them and would also avoid AbeBooks if they continue to work with Goldstone.

Bought a penguin book was defective, no gutter, could not be read, I got a refund, having returned the book, but they would not refund my postage, reason given ' listing being correct for this title'. The listing did not mention that the book coud not be read. It is a tiny sum of money but I find them shabby, and misleading, so avoid.

Dealt well with a problem....
I ordered a book by J G Ballard, clearly advertised as 'hardback'. The book that has arrived is a paperback with a different ISBN from the one that was ordered, and in rather bad condition. Not worth the inconvenience of returning it, but I'll not order again from this company. Sloppy. Update: I received a message from Goldstone Books asking me to contact their customer services. It seems there was a listing error on the site which meant that I got the wrong book. I've been given a refund and told I can keep the poor condition paperback. Swift reply and a generous offer from them. A couple of stars added.

Do not use
We hired the party nuts via artist management services for our wedding in September. It was claimed we would receive 2 sets and djing in between but in actual fact it was an iPad on a tripod that was left unmanned for large portions of our wedding. They asked us to pull some songs from guest recommendations which we did but was left in a playlist that wasn’t curated and whilst no one was manning it it was left to guests and the bride and groom to choose the next song which isn’t what we wanted, bought or expected for our wedding day. The band would leave between their sets to eat our food and drink out the back and weren’t happy to do the service we had paid for between sets. We were so disappointed we called up and emailed Ben and team from Artist management many times in the month after our wedding including on our honeymoon, only to be fobbed off with an email saying they would investigate and also a expensive phone bill as they never answer the phone and you have to pay a premium to ring. They never got back to us with any apology, solution or refund. I would avoid and book with another company as they are expensive and not worth it.

Would not recommend
We ended up cancelling our wedding band contract in the 14 day cool off period. Communication went downhill as soon as money was paid - slow responses, cannot talk on the phone to someone unless they call you (which we requested but no one called). First dance requests cost an extra £100, which is fine, but when we asked to see the list of first dance songs the band already knew to avoid paying extra apparently such a list did not exist… The only positive was we were refunded promptly - have since booked with an alternative management company who are better reviewed

Great band, management needs improvement
We hired a band who are managed by this company. The band was great, I don't want the review to be associated with them. The management was a bit impersonal with their communication, it was always about trying to upsell more services to us. Also we had previously sent over a spotify play list and some instructions for them to give to the band, which we were told was done. On the wedding day after their first set, some of the instructions were followed but some were missed out. They didn't play our Spotify play list. An hour later I had to speak to the band singer to text him over a link to the playlist as he had never been sent it by the management. They were always on the ball when it came to payments, but then messed up with their own communications.

We used Artist Management Services…
We used Artist Management Services recently to book a band (The Elevation) for our wedding in Pickering on 16th October this year. My dealings with them were very positive and I found them very professional. However, before our wedding I did find myself becoming increasingly concerned after reading the negative reviews on here. I needn’t have worried. Kevin, Jason and Ellie were fantastic and the band were absolutely brilliant. Myself, my wife and our guest had an amazing evening and I would highly recommend this company and the bands they work with based our experience.

There should be an option for zero stars on here. Absolute chancers, taking deposits and refusing to refund when given well over a years notice. We know they have the date rebooked again already so they haven’t lost out but still refuse to refund. Shame as the band look excellent, but the management company are utter con artists, I’m assuming with the bands consent. For anyone looking to book or use them, just avoid. Save yourself the time and stress of dealing with this scam outfit.

Poor / rude / aggressive approach
Following a request to change date we were told we had to pay the balance of the booking even though the band were not available on our new date, we were told we would be taken to court by the band if we didn’t pay the outstanding balance. Following a long drawn out process we were offered a goodwill payment but a fraction of what we had already paid. They’re basically conning people out of money, we’ve reported them to companies house and the insolvency services for scamming people with outrageous admin charges to cancel and move. They’re blatantly ignoring the laws around frustrated contacts due to Covid and blanetly ripping couples off. Avoid

Be aware if you are booking a band these are a cutthroat management company who are rude and then refuse to refund your deposit claiming that despite over a years notice and covid reasons for cancellation that it has cost them £400 in admin! Not happy, not reasonable and particularly at thee moment when people are so stressed and upset with weddings

We started working with Kevin in 2018 and they’ve been amazing ever since. Rescheduling all our festival shows this year has been a nightmare for them but they’ve literally worked non stop to make it happen and we’re so grateful. Not suer why there was a query I rang a photographer twice and left messages and also sent 2 emails but didnt get a reply and the number i rang on the website didnt answer with the message saying it was a coach. Tried to contact a photographer, 4 attempts with no reply, so rang main number on website. Number is not even this company its for some coaching business!!!

I was testing Instagram followers from this company which said they would deliver UK-based followers which is false. In the morning I wake up with 100 followers and 100 likes(I think likes were a bonus). The followers are far to be real, random names, Russian... Indian...etc...none read or from the UK. Do not waste your time with this company. I delete that 100 followers and after a few hours, they refill me again with other fake followers which game me more headache to remove them again. I remove those followers because will destroy my audience.

Clear Sky contacted me in Summer of 2020 and to be honest, I didn't think anything would come of it as I get contacted by so many people offering things that get lost in the hoards of day to day work. However, Clear Sky couldn't have worked better for me- a really friendly and helpful team, enthusiastic and excellent communication. End result is perfect- more than I could have hoped for and the team continue to be of assistance even after the magazine is published. Anyone thinking of using Clear Sky should give it serious consideration and don't push it to the back of your to do list. It works for the company and has helped me to build relationships with the advertisers themselves and also with people who chose not to advertise for whatever reason! Til alle jer, der også har haft en dårlig oplevelse omkring Magicworld, kan jeg oplyse, at butikken ikke findes længere. Jeg tog til Flensburg i lørdags for at opsøge sælger, som jeg også gjorde i maj måned. Dengang lød beskeden at min vare vil blive sendt snarest (ordre afgivet 28. april 2013). Sælger har ikke på noget tidspunkt svaret på de mails jeg har sendt og jeg kan kun konkludere at forretningen må være gået konkurs. Lokalerne står ihvertfald tomme og der er ikke opgivet ny adresse.

Waste of my money
Decided to advertise my tractor with them after a very persuasive salesman assured me the tractor would likely sell. The advertising was expensive. I didn’t get even one enquiry. When I contacted them asking for a refund, I was met with hostility and smart remarks which left me shocked. I wouldn’t recommend this platform for selling things. I’m now £360 out of pocket and achieved nothing.

Make Tractor House great again!
Several years ago Tractor House had a good website. Now it is unusable on an IPad. It’s pages are cluttered with ads and if you touch the wrong place you lose what you searched for. The featured listings make it hard and time consuming for the buyers to find what we are looking for in the general listings. I now use Machinery Pete, Fastline, or John Deere and Case websites. I avoid Tractor House.

Review Of Longview Truck Center Longview Texas
Our Crane Company located in Baltimore, Maryland “Williams Crane” bought a Used Freightliner Rollback truck from the good folks @ Longview Truck Center located in Longview Texas. Where they have been providing Quality Trucks & Trailers along with modern Day Cabs & Sleepers and also Construction equipment for almost 20 years. We bought the truck (“As Is” no warranty which is typical in the industry on used trucks) after seeing it on the website and having them send us videos (with sound) and we watched as they ran it through the necessary functions that were important to us to see it in action along with 20 or 30 Photos. We made a pretty quick deal & then flew a driver down from Maryland to pick it up and drive it back to Baltimore. We had it Maryland State inspected and it passed with flying colors. After several months we had some rather expensive mechanical issues with the Truck & even though it did not have a warranty & honestly they did not have to do anything for us….. let’s just say they stepped up to the plate and sent us a check for a portion of what we spent on the repairs “No One In the Industry Does That”. So now Longview has a customer for life!! We knew that they have a reputation for outstanding quality ( & we love Our Rollback) and honesty and integrity and we found out just how true that is! You will not find a better Truck Dealer in the USA. We got a good deal & Bobby & Deidra really stepped up for us when they did not have to and again we will buy more Trucks from Longview we plan on a long, long relationship with this Dealership. TractorHouse is a great site in my experience! It is easy to negotiate with abundant filters. I just bought a 2012 JD 83 HP tractor off of Herr and Leaman in Lancaster County, PA. I was very leery and hesitant about buying and shipping from another state, but I was very fortunate the first time around: #1. Read the reviews/check out seller's website. Some of the seller's have horrible reviews; on Google Maps, if the facility is a shed/empty lot/auction house buyer beware. #2. Herr and Leaman Farm Equipment are run by two older gentlemen, who are from the era of integrity, trust, and repeat customers. I have dealt subsequently after my tractor purchase buying flail mowers, grapples, sprayers, from other dealers, and some of these dealers are such a turn off. These two fellows are old school, and are 5 stars plus. Nice website, nice facility, they keep their equipment inside, easy to talk to etc. etc. They even had their favorite trucker call me to haul my purchase down to Florida. First impressions! #3. Hire the local farm equipment dealer's service tech to check out the equipment. Again, I lucked out with Deer Country John Deere Dealership in Manheim. Ashley with the Service Department knew exactly what I wanted, service tech Charles even called me on my cell and went through the few findings on the tractor, and with a fine tooth comb ( found a "pinhole opening in the rear window gasket with a spec of rust" - what a tech!!!) I hope all of you will have the same experience I had! I do wish that TractorHouse would ban advertisers who have horrible ratings, commit fraud, etc. When you have so many negative ratings because you won't address the issue ( bad vendors), that's not good.

I was a bit doubtful contacting Purplebricks as they are not a high street Agency and also why the low fee..what was the catch?!.but my doubts were quickly dispelled. They are extremely efficient and there is no catch! I paid a one off fee which covered the Agent's visit; advertising and marketing and if I had a query the Agent Patricia was there immediately. On one occasion I needed to contact Head Office . There was no waiting around and my query again was dealt with efficiently and immediately. I had to contact the Patricia many times...being the first time I was selling..and never a problem! She was so helpful and quick to deal with my queries. I would highly recommend anyone to use Purplebricks..They advertise on all the Housing Buy and Sell sites so why pay extortionate fees to the High Street Agents when you can pay a small one off fee and receive exactly the same service? One word....Excellent!

Bad communication and punctuality
Ordered on 28th of January, had conflicting emails saying the package would be delivered mid February, only to be told via messenger it'd be later on in the month, advised I'd be given a little extra merch to make up for the miscommunication , unsure if anything extra was actually sent as there was only 4 items in my package, and now I'm being ignored via messenger when trying to establish what was meant to be sent as an extra. The package was finally delivered on the 15th of March, can't say I'll be purchasing again after this experience.

Newsquest - supports racism, bans truth
I have been banned from commenting on the website of my local paper for breaking the rules. They won't tell me which rule I broke. They won't tell me which comment was the offending one. They won't enter into discussion or even acknowledge emails. However, racist comments and complete lies about migrants and asylum seekers are permitted. Complaints against them are not upheld. Apparently, illegal migrants receive free accommodation and £35 a day in benefits. No they don't. Illegal migrants get nothing. And apparently illegal migrants housed in a hotel locally (no, they were asylum seekers, who are not illegal) attempted to snatch a woman from the street in broad daylight. The Police know nothing about it, there were no witnesses and no woman reported the attempt. But it is okay to report this as 'fact' in the comments section. Disagreement is fine. Racist lies are not. But Newsquest / my local paper permits the latter but censors the former. And we have to ask why a paper is happy to let dishonest claims about asylum seekers remain on its pages. In the 1930's, Germany had Völkischer Beobachter. Today, England has Newsquest.

FURTHER UPDATE The March edition arrived as promised. I’m keeping the rating at 3 stars, although the issue was resolved it shouldn’t have had to come to the point where I had to email the CEO to get a response or a resolution. UPDATE After emailing the CEO the response was filtered down and I was contacted by the Group Customer Care Manager who Advised that there had been a problem in the ‘systems’ and that the coding had been changed in order to rectify this. There had also been issues around communication in the call centre and this had been dealt with. Mum has now received the ‘freebie’ February magazine and is still waiting for the March edition, which is the first magazine of the subscription. ORIGINAL POST Took out a subscription to Dumfries and Galloway Life in December 2024, a Christmas gift for my mum. She activated the subscription on 26/12/24 which meant that she missed out on the January edition but should receive the February edition (which would be sent out in the 3rd week of January) I have sent a number of emails and have spoken to someone at the customer care centre - each time I’m told that the magazine has been sent and that I should wait for 7 working days before I make contact again. Apparently the magazine has been sent today (again) so I have to wait another 7 days. The March edition is now being released next week. I enquired about cancelling the subscription (due to the magazine being paid for but not materialising) and was told that I can’t cancel because the 14-day grace period has passed ! Ridiculous. I would not recommend using this organisation as they do not fulfil their promises. They took my £50 and didn’t send any magazines. FEELING RIPPED OFF Hoping Trading Standards can help

I have always found the Newsquest Customer Care Centre to be quickly responsive in resolving problems. They compare very favourably with Customer Service depts of much larger organisations.

This company should be banned from trading . I am a small business and they got in touch with me when I was advertising for staff . They promised me over the phone to sen me 200 CV’s they had on file for suitable applicants . They sent me out 12 CV’s of people who were unsuitable or who lived 3 hours away , they then wanted £1200 for their service . After numerous phone calls and emails letting them know I was not happy with their service , the threatening letters started arriving from debt collectors . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTE ROGUES !!!!!!!!!

Newsquest should be dismantled
This company is everything that is wrong with media standards in the UK .... genuinely the worst journalistic, editorial, copy example of an accredited publisher. I can't speak to one example without pointing to one hundred examples. These are s holes need to be not just fined, but dismantled for SO many reasons. Mostly for normalising toxic, unchecked content, combined with such a low standard in writing standards it's beyond funny. (If this reads like someone with a grudge, it is, but it's not a personal one. I'm just sick of 'local' publications reading like a teenage conspiracy website that doesn't even spell check!)

New user - banned from commenting.
Took out a subscription for the first time ever to the (Glasgow) Herald only to find I was immediately banned from commenting on articles. How could I be banned as brand new subscriber. I contacted various 'contact's' on the Papers website to try and resolve and no one could or would resolve for me so I cancelled my subscription and got my money back. Edit 17/01/2025 So as you can see Newsquest asked me to e-mail them below which I did on 17th December. A month later and since I e-mailed, I've had no response.

If only I could give no stars! An age to get answered on the phone, then pressing lots of buttons to get where I needed. When they told me my payment wasn’t accepted and to try again I found they were trying to take the full subscription price and not the offer price. I gave up in frustration and disgust.

Subscription payment method stopped working through no fault of my own. Added two more payment methods, but no way of specifying those as the new default payment method. Emailed customer service. They took over a week to reply and when they did, they told me how to add a payment method and that I would then be able to specify that as the default payment method. Tone deaf customer service.

Har købt et abonnement med en fysisk lørdagsavis, der ikke kom. Reklamationsfunktionen virkede - og virker stadig ikke på deres hjemmeside, og den stakkels medarbejder jeg ringede til, kunne ikke hjælpe mig, selvom jeg trykkede 2 for reklamation. Jeg har derfor ønsket at opsige mit abonnement, da jeg ikke mener at det lever op til forventningerne. Mit ønske om opsigelse blevet ignoreret, og jeg er blevet spist af ned en kreditnota på 20 kr, for den manglende lørdagsavis. Et beløb der ikke betaler den avis, jeg endte med at købe. Jeg ved godt Politikerens argument for at spise mig af med 20 kroner er, at det svarer til den gennemsnitlige pris på en fysisk avis på abonnement. Det ændrer bare ikke ved, at jeg ikke kan købe en fysisk avis for 20 kr. Jeg har derfor ønsket at opsige mit abonnement, da det ikke lever op til mine forventninger. Hvilket åbenbart er umuligt.

Man undrer sig mere og mere over, hvad der foregår på EB Nazionen. Det står mere og mere klart, at redaktørerne og moderatoren har tætte forbindelser til højreekstremistiske, racistiske og nynazistiske kredse. Ellers kunne det svineri som foregår på EB Nationen jo ikke finde sted. En højreekstremistisk troll og et par look-a-likes kan nærmest sidde og debattere med sig selv i timevis. I flere profiler. Og nye profiler hele tiden. Og han/hun kan skrive i vi andres navne uden, at Brix, Kastrup og moderatoren gør noget for at standse svineriet. Brix og Kastrup synes, at det er helt i orden. Ødelæggende for debatten. Men det er vel det som Brix og Kastrup ønsker. Enhver form for racistisk, og højreekstremistisk svineri tillades af Brix og Kastrup på EB Nationen. De starter jo selv det racistiske svineri op i deres Ledere. Så følger pøblen efter. Trollen klapper sig selv på skulderen. Og giver sig selv likes. Det skulle man ikke synes var særligt interessant. Ynkelig avis. Et debatindlæg i Politiken afsluttes med denne søforklaring: "I en periode har vi af tekniske grunde ikke kommentarspor direkte under indlæggene.". Hallo Politiken! Nu har I haft "tekniske problemer" i snart et år! Jeg kan kun konkludere, at man ikke ønsker debatten.

Få styr på e-avisen
Se nu at få styr på e-avisen. Det et umuligt, at fastholde fokus på artikler og sider. Har man et kort øjeblik haft et ærinde på enheden uden for appen eller et sekund har slukket skærmen havner man et helt vilkårligt sted i avisen fjernt fra hvor man var og må så bladre frem eller tilbage. Helt utåleligt! App-udvilkeren må have stolen sat for døren og, som det må være avisen bekendt, lider andre avis-apps udviklet samme sted under samme problem.

Ustabil netavis
Politiken netavis er virkelig ustabil. Hver anden gang man vil læse en artikel, er det umuligt. Er blevet oplyst om ( af kundeservice) at det hjælper at logge ud og så logge ind igen. Det hjælper somme tider. Men ikke altid. Andre netaviser jeg abonnerer på har ikke det problem. Jeres avis er så dyr, at I må kunne finansiere dygtige it folk til at bringe netavisens tekniske niveau helt up to date. Som det er nu virker det som slendrian af værste skuffe / og jeg får ikke det jeg betaler for. Overvejer nu helt at opsige mit abonnement. Lene Mikkelsen Vanløse

Kun en avis er værre end Politiken og det er Berlingeren. Skru ned for alt det sekteriske og det I tror reflekterer læseres personlige og ægteskabelige problemer. Hvad rager det andre læsere. Lad os få nogle grundige og sammenhængende analyser på relevante nyheder. Kopier ikke FB eller X formater. Det er i forvejen svært nok at holde dem fra døren. Tak for kaffe. Ps: min søster holder Politiken. Vi deler de relevante dele.

Jeg skulle prøve Politiken for 1 kr. Læste én dag og forsøgte at afmelde mig.. det lykkes ikke fordi det ikke er tydeligt hvordan. Skrev tilKundecenteret den 24.10 at jeg skulle afmeldes. Nu er jeg blevet trukket 339 kr😡 ikke sådan man får nye læsere… jeg kommer ihvertald aldrig til at abonnere og afventer at høre fra Politiken og få mine penge retur!!!

Failure to Provide Services
I have been using their service for approximately 2 years and have been very happy with my growth and their service up until about 4 months ago. They were originally very responsive when things dropped off, addressed my questions and concerns quickly and effectively. However, their services completely tanked several months ago…in the last four months I have lost more followers than I have gained using their service. I have attempted to garner customer support repeatedly and through all means available (i.e. multiple text, voice calls, emails, chat, etc.) to no avail. I have repeatedly emailed their designated contact email (which I am prohibited from adding here) and have not received a response. I have provided them notice of intent to cancel my service if they cannot respond and/or address their current failures…with no response. I have sent the required “cancelation” email and have not received a confirmation nor a simple response. DUE TO BOTH PERFORMANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURES I AN NO LONGER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE AND WOULD ADVISE AGAINST USING IT.

Pleased so far!
I’ve only been using their services for a week and I am experiencing more growth than I was on my own. I have absolutely zero complaints about their responsiveness and customer service. They’ve been very clear on what I should expect and what they will be doing with my account. That’s helped me to feel more at ease moving forward as a person new to Instagram.

I've used HypePlanner for the past 3 years and work with this team on other projects (other companies). They are as legit as they come. Listen to them and trust their process. Growth is a tough world! I highly recommend!

3 month Review - they actually work!
I've been using HypePlanner for about 3 months now and I'm so happy I found these guys. IG growth has become so difficult over the last year and and there are a lot of "cheaper" services out there that just DID NOT work. I was at my wits end of trying various services but I'm happy to report their growth systems actually do what they say they will do and they also have a very responsive team that TEXTS with you instead of emailing every 24 hours like others. I've been growing by ~500ish followers a month. Worth a shot.

Lost my account due to Hype Planner
I started using HypePlanner a few months back, and it started off well. Within the first few days I gained some new followers. However, within the first month my account was locked by Instagram for using a service like HypePlanner. I reached out to support and did receive a few tips on how to reach out to Instagram for them to to unlock the account, but in the end was unsuccessful. HypePlanner's customer support did not reach out to Instagram on my behalf to assist with this situation. In fact they were pretty hands off and blamed Instagram's change in algorithm (which on their site states they "adapt to any algorithm changes to keep accounts growing"). Prior to committing to a service like HypePlanner I did have concerns of using a service to assist with growing followers, but I did my research, read their reviews and felt confident with my choice of moving forward with their service. However, after moving forward, I felt as though I was misled - their service was not compliant with Instagram which led to my account being suspended. Even with submitting documentation, and numerous emails to Instagram support my account is still suspended. I would caution those looking to use HypePlanner that you may lose your account... I don't like to leave negative reviews but I don't want others to lose their accounts and be in a similar situation. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: Thank you for your response...while you may feel this review is unfair or misleading, I'm simply expressing my experience with your company. While the Captcha was one of the issues, (which in fact was done correctly) the Instagram error states that the "account was disabled due to violating the terms'' oddly enough within 1 week of activating your service. We followed all steps (accurately) provided by both the HypePlanner team and Instagram/Facebook to get the acount reinstated to no avail. While this situation may not occur with all of your clients, it was my experience with your service.

I have used Hypeplanner since April…
I have used Hypeplanner since April 2020 in COVID-19 lock down conditions. They have grown my Instagram account by thousands in just seven months using the follow and unfollow techniques. I am a photographer and the targeting they used got all sorts of interesting followers and a few spam accounts that are all over Instagram. I was told by Hypeplanner that if I had a problem with certain accounts to make a complaint to Instagram. After several complaints, Instagram took action against accounts breaking the rules and my business trust score went through the roof. I have never been blocked with Hypeplanner like other social marketing companies that use bots. Hypeplanner has had some problems when the Instagram interface changes however they are quick to recover and get my growth back. I would recommend Hyperplanner to anyone trying to grow their account. There are those people in these reviews that claim the reviews are false and that the negative reviews are real. Just remember the negative reviews could be the competition trying to stop Hypeplanner success.

Weak results- if not NET negative.
I'm always intrigued by new IG services around followers. I went on the phone with the founder and I was sold on a good approach. After 60 days I lost 10 followers. From an empirical POV, this is a net loss for me and doesn't really speak their growth strategies.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I wish I read these reviews sooner, because a previous review had the same exact experience that I did. This service just followed inappropriate and spam accounts that I was not comfortable following and targeting, and when I told them I was not okay with the accounts they were following that post graphic photos, they got upset with me and said "do you know how targeting works? our clients who actually understand targeting are the ones who see the best results" -- like yes I understand targeting I just dont want to target these accounts that are making me uncomfortable??? Also got me locked out of my account numerous times. ironic that they preach how good their customer service is, when really they just respond in a timely manner but are very rude once you start asking questions. don't waste your money
